Looking to her tray of food, Mitsu frowned. As hungry as she had been she wasn't hungry now. Worry was now settling in her stomach...but it would be a shame to waste the food she had just paid for. Grabbing a few things off the tray and putting them in her bag, Mitsu took up the tray to get rid of the rest as she made her way to the door looking back to see if Shun was following.

Once her tray was cleaned off and set aside Mitsu walked out the door, her steps still a little off balance, and made her way to a secluded area so that she could talk. She waited for Shun to catch up before she hastily tried to explain. "Shun, it's...to dangerous to get involved. I know you are strong and can probably handle yourself well but you have to understand. He's not...human or animal....or vampire or anything that I know of. I...don't even think he's really alive." She reached out for his arm again to grip it, desperation written all over her face. "He also doesn't work alone...there are...creatures," She had only glimpsed them here and there and that was the best she could describe them. They smelled of sulfur and rotten meat but they only had a basic shape made out of black, eyes and mouth nothing more than white voids.

"I don't want...to lose anyone else....please understand...please." She begged. "I can handle whatever he does to me physically, I will heal..." It was a strange way to reassure but she would rather go through all the physical punishment in the world than lose someone else close to her.

Taking some of the food as well, Shun went on to follow Mitsu to a much more secluded area. Once they were there, he placed his hands into his pockets and only grimaced with what she was saying. It was useful info though.

"Vampires aren't technically alive either you know. Like them, he walks, he talks... therefore he can 'die'," he said simply, "It just means I might have to be a little more thorough..."

It was fairly apparent he was still thinking about how he might go about this. Looking into Mitsu's eyes, he shook his head slowly as she continued to beg.

"Who's to say he won't stick to what he's doing now? What if he decides to go further? Lay on the emotional pain too for no ******** reason? It's better that he's stopped before that could happen," he growled.

"He doesn't smell like anything I'm familiar with....he doesn't smell like anything at all.....except dust." Vampire's didn't smell of dust, they smelled fairly human but with a hint of something else.

"Shun you can't," She shook her head. "If something goes wrong or he finds out he'll-" But her voice trailed off as a scent caught her nose. A scent she had thought of only seconds before. Wide eyed she cowered down, a panicked look in her eye as she looked up at Shun.

"Shun, ru-" But before she could complete her short phrase the shadows at her feet formed a creature that wrapped around her, its clawed hand covering her mouth. More of the creatures started to manifest from the ground where the shadows were at their darkest, but it wasn't one of these creatures what stepped up behind Shun.

A fairly human creature, fully covered from head to toe in various shades of dark gray stepped up behind the assassin aiming a blow for the boy's neck with his elbow. The attack was meant to be quick and silent wanting to keep this scene as minimal as possible.

Dust? Well that was an interesting scent to have. Shun wondered how much info on Suto he could get from Mitsu. Depending on how much she gave him, he may be able to do some research to find out what he was. The more he knew, the easier of a time he'd have to get rid of the man. This train of thought disappeared as the girl suddenly looked rather panicked. Furrowing his brow, he began to ready himself for something, and sure enough shadowed creatures suddenly appeared to restrain her.

"Let go of her."

With a low growl, he was just about to lash out at the creatures to try and do what he could to get them to release her, but he had been struck hard from behind, knocking him out in the process.

When Shun would awaken next he would find himself strapped to a table, bindings around his wrists, ankles, hips, chest, and neck. Whoever strapped him down wanted to make sure he was secure.

The room he was in didn't hold much, it was poorly lit and made of concrete, but there was still enough visibility so see cabinets and counters, lab equipment, and the like. The place smelled damp, a little musty even, a faint odor of blood and decay set into the walls. One could only imagine what this room was used for.

Not far from where Shun sat Mitsu was sitting in a chair. It didn't look like anything was binding her to her seat but her head was shifted forward and down like she was asleep sitting up.

With a low groan, Shun's eyes opened to find himself in a strange place. This place smelled, but it wasn't really anything he was unfamiliar with. When he tried to move, he found himself completely unable to lift any part of his body off of the table he was strapped to. That wasn't a complete issue for him, having ways he could circumvent things, but he held back on that for the time being.

Looking to the side, he saw Mitsu sitting there, seemingly unconscious. He had an idea of who was behind this, but he didn't know where they were. Was this really a part of the school? The assassin supposed it had to be for Mitsu to be working on her 'project' without having to go far.

He just had to wonder how much of this Hakim knew.

"You really should have listened to the girl," Came a voice. Stepping up out of the darkness Suto gazed down at Shun a deep set smile on his features, a smile he often hid during the day time. "You really are a meddlesome young man. It also seems I owe you for a few things." Pulling a syringe from his pocket Suto walked over to Shun fiddling with the small cylinder before pulling the cap off the needle. Without much warning or even a reason why he made to force the needle into Shun's shoulder and inject the contents. "That should keep you...calm for a while. But still awake."

Shun's attention snapped to the voice immediately as it sounded out. Narrowing his eyes at the science teacher, he held a rather harsh glare for the man. Before he could really say anything, he hissed as he was injected with something in an instant.

He felt his anger begin to quell, to where he wasn't about to snap, but he was still very unhappy with the one before him. Most of his body gradually relaxed, but he still held a very intense stare on his face.

"If anything, you owe her everything," he growled lowly, "What are you doing to her?"

Injection done Suto drew back some blood while he had the chance and capped the syringe putting it away. Pulling a vial from his pocket he opened it up the liquid inside it thick like syrup. Dabbing his finger in it he smeared it over Shun's wound to seal it over. He had seen a little of what he could do but didn't know the extent of it.

"Doing to her?" Suto questioned, his smile growing all the wider as he stepped over to Mitsu. "Not much as of late," He admitted placing a hand on her head. "Her usefulness is nearly up." Tilting her head back it was apparent that Mitsu wasn't asleep, or at least didn't have her eyes closed if she was. Her eyes stared blankly forward in an unseeing way, her expression rather hallow. "But I rather like having her around. She's very obedient....not to mention she knows far too much....as do you now apparently."

Turning back to Shun he released Mitsu's head letting her fall back into her previous position. "So what do you propose we do about this little problem?" Suto looked thoughtful. "There doesn't seem to be a whole lot you care about. No real family, no hold to material things, but you do have a very very small group of friends don't you?"

"Don't touch her," he hissed as Suto had lifted her head. That empty gaze in Mitsu's eyes made him a little sick to his stomach. Shifting his eyes to focus on the scientist, he didn't answer his question about his friends. He only had two really.

"Does it matter? It won't be a problem once you're dead," he glowered. It didn't seem like he had a whole lot to work with in this room, but there was some lab equipment around from what he had seen. The assassin figured it was safe to assume the knives he kept on him weren't currently on his person after all.

"I think you misjudge your current position," Suto mused. "While I can imagine you are quite capable on taking a life you seem to be rather immobile and strapped to a table. Besides..." Suto trailed off as he turned back to Mitsu. Walking back over to the girl he grabbed hold of her shirt collar and dragged her to her feet. It seemed she was awake, she tried to comply with standing though her legs weren't working very well.

Leading Mitsu back over to Shun Suto brought her to a stop beside the table before throwing her across the assassin. "I have her after all."

Mitsu let out a small noise of protest as she was flung across Shun, her arms weakly coming up to touch the body beneath her. It was like she couldn't see but her face looked pained as soon as she got the scent. Shakily her hands sought out Shun's chest her fingers touching him hesitantly afraid she would find his heart still but it seemed to be working and he was warm. She didn't move much outside of that, her body weak and lethargic.

Shun grew tense again as Suto grabbed onto Mitsu to lift her up. The drugs did well to help keep him under control, but that didn't stop him from getting a little angry with what was happening him. Letting out a soft grunt as she was tossed onto him, he looked to her, frowning. She seemed so weak, and there was obviously something else wrong here aside from that. He didn't know what was going on, but she seemed to just realize he was there.

"Mitsu.." he uttered to her, trying to get her attention, before narrowing his eyes at the man who held him captive for now, "I won't be strapped down forever."

"Oh? Do you plan to do your little teleporting trick?" Suto seemed amused more than anything. "Let me enlighten you on just one other thing before you decide to poof out of your restraints and do me in." He placed a hand on Mitsu's back as he spoke. "I'm sure you were well aware of her mental state after Halloween. Let me assure you it wasn't entirely the situation that was pushing her to the edge. I provide her medicine that keeps her stable, without me...this poor girl would be going insane about now." He grinned down at the assassin. "She would have done herself in in a weeks time had I not stepped in." Though she had honestly come to him but who's counting.

"So I guess it's your move now, dear boy." Suto reached up to tilt Mitsu's head in Shun's direction so he could see her face. So that he could see that worried expression as she continued to lay there, eyes unfocused and blank. "A day without her medicine and her mental state will be back where it was. I would be surprised if she made it two days after that."

Mitsu did not react when Shun called out her name, instead her hand moved further up his chest toward his face, her fingers tracing over his features trying to determine if he was awake, in pain, or if he was okay. She breathed his name but it was hardly audible. Seemed she did indeed realize it was him there.

Eyes widening with this information, Shun stared at Suto for awhile long and hard. It could potentially be a bluff, but did he really want to risk that? He'd have to make quite the call here. There were many things running through his head right now. How to kill Suto; how to keep Mitsu safe; how badly she had been hurt already.. mentally and physically judging from what he had learned here, and much more.

Looking at her now, his brow furrowed as he could just barely hear her utter his name. A part of him wanted to hold her tight and tell her he was going to make all of this stop, but he couldn't. Nor would he do that with Suto still alive right here before them. There was a hint of concern in his expression, but it disappeared the moment he looked at the scientist. He was running low on options here. At least options where he felt would have a good outcome.

"What the hell do you want?" he asked lowly, "There has to be some reason why you've strapped me here, alive and telling me all of this when you said I know too much."

"Now that is the million dollar question," Suto mused as he started to walk around the table his fingers touching the straps holding Shun down. "While her usefulness may be coming to an end I think your usefulness may just be beginning." Suto's smile was so wide at this point it was easy to tell that his back teeth weren't human looking at all as compared to the front. They were jagged and sharp like razors.

"I'm rather interested in this blood ability you have, its something I would like to study, test, and push to its limits. But you have other abilities that may prove useful to me." As he talked Suto moved away from Shun over to one of the cabinets and opened it up, pulling out something he kept concealed in his hand before moving back over to the boy.

Mitsu in the mean time had continued to idly search Shun to determine the problem of why he wasn't moving or sitting up. Finally her fingers found the strap across his neck. A little shakily her fingers moved toward the buckle but before she could even start to undo it a hand rested on her head making her flinch. Suto was letting her know he was watching.
