"W-wait," Alessa stuttered out, completely foregoing her greetings to Ren and LW in her sudden panic, all though she did pass worried looks in their direction. "This is...this is for a kissing game?" Her voice got a little high pitched at the end, to the point where she sounded a little more like a mouse than a rabbit. She flushed scarlet and clutched the pirate lepus more tightly in her arms. Perhaps too tightly.
"But...I..." she found herself grasping for words that wouldn't come. She didn't know what to say except no, no, no, but she door was locked and she'd made a pact with Gabe anyway so it was no good. Gabe. She glared at him and hissed under her breath, "This is all your fault."
Looking to Claire, who seemed to be in charge, she asked with an uneasy laugh, "I...don't suppose I can just sit on the side and watch?" She got a bad feeling that wasn't an option.

"Wait, what?" Gabrian turned to look at Akasha as he explained what was really going on, "What flyers? I didn't-... I wasn't-..." he decided that shutting his mouth was, without a doubt, the best of ideas in this case, seeing as how he was probably only going to succeed in making a fool of himself if he attempted to talk while his brain insisted in running around his skull like a behead chicken.
He'd toned out most of the conversation that was going on, and thus, did not hear most of it until Ren and LW joined their ranks, both of whom he knew, if briefly. The later's introduction had been much more awkward than the former's, actually, and he still had a bit of trouble coping with the disaster of... confusing LW for a stray wolf and nuzzling into her neck, "I see...you two made your way here too," why did this not surprise him? He was not sure if he should feel even more awkward, or slightly comforted by the familiar faces. By the time Alessa had turned to glare at him, the nix demon had managed to mostly school his features from vague horror back to what he hoped resembled calm concern, "Why are you looking at me like that? How was I supposed to know it was a kissing gam-" the door clicked shut and Gabrian spun around just in time to watch the tentacled minipet... eat the key, "Oh dear..." another pause as he shifted the prism scareon in his arms, whom had only just begun to peek her head up.
"What say we just call this off and do some sort of story telling game instead?" he wasn't about to sit out, mostly because well... after barging in (even if he'd had no idea what this was all about), it was most rude to sit out. He turned to Alessa again and elbowed her slightly, frowning, as if expecting her to back him up. Just one. JUST once, please, "Sitting out entirely would be terribly rude."

Great! Jericho and the purple ghoul were going to play now. One by rising up to a challenge. The other because of her own words. Oh this was going to be great. LW couldn't help the soft giggle and finally took this chance to look around at the others. There were others in here she knew! The one cute ghoul...All...Ali...Alessa! She had been in etiquette class. And...the she-wolf's eyes widened in surprise. Gabrian was here too?
The rapid speech of the demon she assumed was the host, made LW smile before she tugged at the lazy one draped over her. "Let's go sit down." She said to Ren, moving slowly so he didn't faceplant into the floor. Probably to Gabe's horror (though she still privately thought snuggling was not such a big deal and no harm had really been done), LW moved to sit near him and Alessa. The she-wolf gave Alessa a warm smile. "Hi there!"
"Almost didn't come." She replied to Gabe, giving him a look. Was he going to act weird? LW sighed and glanced towards Ren once. Really, she had apologized for letting him confuse her for a pet. "Guess it's just your lucky day we came by." More like unlucky. But of course, LW still felt bad, jackdamnit! She groaned to herself and just curled up, tail lazily draped along behind her and the gryphon.

The nudge Alessa got from Gabe only seemed to make her glower more at him. Rude or not, she did not want to play a kissing game. It was embarrassing...mortifying even! And there he had to go and make her seem like the bad guy here, which meant she had no sympathy for him or for his wish for support. No, if he was going to force them to play, she was going to make him have to endure and realize he should have been more willing to accept the sitting out idea.
"Well I think it's rude to change someone else's game," she told him. So despite the redness of her face she said stubbornly, "So I guess we're playing then."
After taking a breath she offered a smile to LW and Ren, trying to let her stubbornness hide all of her discomfort. If she was going to do this, well, she was going to do it. "Hi again! I guess you guys came because you knew what this was, hu?"

To his credit, Gabrian actually wasn't looking at LW in sheer utter terror. In fact, out of all the people in this damned room, she was the only one that offered any vague sort of comfort (even if it WAS still horribly awkward). He finally sat down by LW's side and turned to talk to her, "I wouldn't have come if it hadn't been for the screams," the prism scareon in his arms finally turned her head to look up, giving the she wolf an almost dramatic look, as if to try to convey how mentally scarred she was by all this experience. Forever, "You're a drama queen, Dream..." he murmured to the small, pastel rainbow creature in his arms, only to be rewarded with a soulful whimper and a whine.
No, he wasn't going to act weird. Apparently, Gabrian had already had his fill of awkward for the day, and given the fact they were about to engage in a kissing game, well... he figured he'd save the 'weird' for later, "Lucky? I'm not too sure about that one, actually. I think Alessa is with me on that one. Or she might not. Just to be contrary, seeing as how she hates me," a pause,"I confused her for a rabbit when I first met her too," this was said in a whisper, "Though I was in my serpent form at the time, and I almost ate her. In my defense... she was peering over the water of the river I was resting within..." this wa said almost as if to point out that him mistaking LW for a minipet had not been a standalone event at all.
He turned to look at Alessa, "I might start calling you Mary, Mary quite contrary. I get the distinct impression half of what you say is just spoken in an effort to contradict whatever I say," he didn't look so much angry as slightly annoyed, and he clicked his tongue over his teeth as if to prove it, "It's not my fault you shook on it. I was sort of distracted by the fact my pet was almost eaten," he then looked over at Ren, "Wouldn't be surprised. This seems like something Ren might enjoy," and here he did actually smirk.
The pirate lepus in Alessa's arms gasped for air and glared slightly up at the ghoul before settling in more comfortably in her arms.

Aksaja didn't get it. Why were people suddenly freaking out . . . ? Sure, maybe they hadn't seen the flyers or whatever but it wasn't like kissing was some kinda HUGE big deal. Was it? "Hey hey, calm down!" he said to the group at large, waving his hands in the air a bit.
"It's not like kissing somebody will sign away your soul or whatever." Smirking, he eyed the demons present. "Unless you somehow count it like a pact."

Well, perhaps that crazy little minipet was the best thing that could have happened to the party, one second it was just him and a few ghouls, and now, well, now there were a lot of people, including a couple that he knew.
He grinned happily. He had been slightly worried that the party wouldn't go like Claire had wanted it to, but now, despite the whole being locked in thing, things seemed like they would be working out. Of course, getting out when they were finished would be fun, but meh, they could worry about that when it came to it.
He finished off the last of his drink, listening to the argument. Was there really that much of an issue with kissing? He didn't think so, and he hadn't even known what the game they were playing would involve. Oh, well. It'd be fun either way, no matter what the group decided.

Ren followed LW to sit on the floor, curling his wings behind him and absently toying with the werewolf's tail. He gave a noncommittal shrug, leaning across her to speak to Gabrian. "No harm in gettin' a little love every now and then, is there?" he said, and smiled. "It's all in good fun, and as long as you don't make it into a big deal, it won't be one."
Leaning back on his hands, Ren glanced back up at Alessa. "Ah," he said with a laugh, pushing back some of his hair. "Actually, I was just following Miss Wolf here to say hi to her. Didn't realize what I had walked into until it was too late. Not that I would have tried to leave, but still."
The ghoul was looking somewhat...petrified if that was the right word. Alessa was shifting awkwardly on her feet, casting unsure looks towards the group, as if she did not know exactly what to say. Ren tilted his head.
"Here," he said, patting the empty space on the floor next to him. "You can sit by me, if you'd like."
Gabrian's words made him turn his head, and Ren smirked, leaning forward to eye the emerald haired nix. "Are you implying something here, snake boil?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "I like fun as much as the next person, yes."

LW did her best to smile and try to make Alessa less distressed about all of this. "I actually didn't fully read the what the sheet said. I just saw something about a party and wanted some fun." Shrugging she also added. "And...I've not been to the demon dorms before. Wanted to see what they were like!" Winking at Alessa, the she-wolf looked to Gabe when he spoke.
"Screams?" Her head tilted curiously. Had there been more going on before she had stuck her head in here? She noticed his poor scareon that seemed utterly traumatized. The she-wolf extended a hand to lightly scratch the scareons head. She felt bad for her, if the look the pet gave her was anything to go by. Her gaze returned to the Nix as he continued talking to her. Her tail twitched as she felt her gryphon buddy toy with it. A sly look crossed her face and LW nudged Gabe playfully. "Oooh...I see. So I'm not alone then." As to what exactly she meant by this, the she-wolf didn't elaborate to the others. Gabe knew what she was referring to...actually. Ren probably did to. Hadn't she told him about Gabe mistaking her for a pet?
LW was giggling at both boils now. She patted each of their legs and shot a devilish grin at the gryphon before turning the sweet look to Gabe. "Don't fret so much over this! Try relaxing some. A kiss won't kill you, I promise." Just to prove it, she leaned over and lightly pecked the Nix on the cheek. "See? It didn't kill you." She smiled teasingly at him before letting her fingers tap against Ren's leg while she glanced around the room. Oh hey, wasn't that the one boil? Waving, LW gave a quick hi to Myr. "Hi there!"

"I just don't think you should be hypocritical," she told Gabe stiffly. "And if we're going to be polite, we'll play the game we had planned. That's all..." Even if the idea made her stomach turn. This was obvious, because she did loosen her hold on Shiro, but she started to stroke the lepus, more for her own comfort more likely than for the minipet's.
At his suggestion, Alessa took a seat beside Ren, as she did like the boil and that was a comfort. LW was being nice to her too, for which she was grateful. It was a little calming, but she couldn't shake all of her discomfort. As if trying to find something good to glean from the situation she said hesitantly, "...well, I suppose parties can be fun..." But that wasn't the part she was worried about.
She looked at the dragon boil who'd asked what was wrong with kissing and she sighed, looking at her fingers. The small lines near her eyebrows indicated her inner discomfort, but also a sort of reflection she seemed to be trying to make. "It's not the kissing in itself..." she murmured, trying to sort it out. "It's...It's a personal thing. At least I've always thought of it that way so..." So a game was strange and uncomfortable.

Ren's eyebrows lifted just a bit at LW's kiss to Gabrian's cheek, but he didn't say anything; only cast her a glance beneath his lashes, a small smirk twisting his lips. He turned back to Alessa; the ghoul had finally sat down, curling her legs under her and folding her hands in her lap. She still looked pretty uncomfortable, an unhappy expression on her face.
"Hey," Ren said, leaning over to look at her. "It's just a game, okay? Not anything to be worried about." He flashed her a smile, ducking his head and dropping his voice low so that only she could hear, as to not embarrass her further. "Besides, if worst comes to worst, I'll step in and take the kiss for you, how's that?"
Ren himself wasn't opposed to the game whatsoever, nor was he feeling awkward about it in the slightest. But for whatever reason, it seemed as if Alessa was feeling self-conscious, and he knew that it would not be pleasant. His suggestion wasn't intended to be degrading to the nagual. Ren still didn't know her at that well, but that didn't really matter to him; after all game was no fun if there were people who didn't like it.
"Don't worry," he said again, and grinned. "It'll be fine."

"Love, being hypocritical would require me to do and say entirely opposite things. Which I did not. As far as I'm aware, suggesting something is not rude, where as sitting out the game entirely is," Why wasn't there a debates club in school anyhow? Gabrian felt he could probably argue almost any point, no matter how silly, straight into the ground, just for the sake of arguing, which he found quite enjoyable, actually. Verbal banter had always been one of his favorite pastimes, and unfortunately for Alessa, she provided plenty of that, "I never said I wouldn't play this game. I merely suggested a new one. Hardly harmful."
And... okay, see, now he was being hypocritical, because despite the fact he felt his own feelings mirrored Alessa's the most (as far as the kissing went), he didn't want to agree with her simply on principle. So thus, he found himself scowling slightly, keeping his mouth shut. Well, jack-damnit all.
His attention shifted to Ren when he spoke, "Well, it depends on how honest that 'love' is. The party idea is fine however," he crossed his arms over his chest in an attempt to look intimidating, which... did not work, seeing as how he had the most unmanly, pastel rainbow pet clinging to his torso, obviously still deeply traumatized, "Hardly implying anything, Ren. I'm stating a fact that I merely thought was obvious," a pause followed, "Also, it's serpent, actually. Not snake, bird brain," he'd decided his cross-armed position was not really helping and dropped it, choosing instead to arch a brow at the other boil.
The pat on his leg distracted him and he dropped the facade entirely; no, he was no longer upset or even that annoyed by the situation at hand. Company was everything, and despite his words, he did enjoy LW, Ren and Alessa's company, actually, "You're not the first. Though you'll hopefully be the last," he wouldn't have be betting any pumpkin seeds on that though.
His gaze turned away from his er... friends? to look around the room, and it was right around then that LW decided to grace him with a kiss, which caught him entirely off-guard. He blinked, and then slowly turned to look at her, "I don't believe we've started playing yet, love," the words were drawled out, but it was quite obvious he was fighting the amused smile that threatened to show on his features, "I'm also quite sure that's not the type of kiss we're expected to give others when the game comes into play," at this point he took the chance to lean into her again, lowering his voice into a whisper, just barely loud enough for her to hear, "I'm also quite certain that the simple nuzzling had your skin the color of your hair a few days ago, my dear, so I'm wondering if... you're not bitting more than you can swallow here?" almost as if to reciprocate, he lowered a hand, grabbed one of hers and kissed the back of it before retreating out of her space.
Two could play that game. It wasn't that he was particularly shy; it was just that he honestly thought a kiss should involve a bit more than just... this.

She may or may not have seen the look a certain particular gryphon shot her way. The she-wolf just continued to sit there and flick the tip of her tail every now and then. LW did lean forward enough to give Alessa another warm smile and a wink. "Don't worry." Patting Ren's leg, "this one and myself will be your buffer if you get really uncomfortable, mmk?" She finally tilted her head and grinned at Ren before sitting back up.
Hmm, so it would probably be wise to remember not to call Gabe a 'snake' ever. She didn't want to insult him or anything! Davy on the other hand...she could still call him a snake and not feel bad. Speaking of feeling bad, she gave him a slightly embarrassed smile. "I hope I'm the last then, for your sake." Her expression was teasing and she didn't really believe she would be the last. Poor guy.
LW gave a slow shrug, watching him. "No...we haven't." She agreed, fighting the sly curl to her lips. "But I am allowed to give freebies out y'know?" Alright he may have had her on the second there. Just seeing how Truth or Dare had gone...he was probably right. This game was most likely going to expect the heated kiss. With a little more passion then a simple peck on the cheek. When he started to lean in, the she-wolf might have leaned away just slightly giving him a suspicious look before she stopped. Well and she didn't want to be leaning on Ren too much. Which changed quickly when Gabe began to whisper very softly. The she-wolf leaned a little towards him to hear what he said. Yep. He had that one right on the mark. And she was going to pretend there was not a faint stain to her cheeks right now.
Oh ho, so the sweet thing she had met a few days ago had a devilish side to him, did he? "You...might be right..." Her eyes slanted in a wolfish way and she smiled. "But...maybe we'll have to reenact it while I am in this form, to find out for sure, hmm? I wouldn't mind seeing that blush back on your cheeks..." Hey! No one could say that the she-wolf didn't back down from a challenge. She was a little surprised by the kiss to the back of her hand though. A simple gesture yet she hadn't had it happen very often. Her tail thumped a little as she looked down at her hand.
Well now. This evening might be quite eventful after all. She couldn't wait for the actual game to start either!

Claire looked around the room. "Yeah. It's a shame about the key. If worst comes to worst you can all sleep here tonight and we'll see what we can do in the morning... But, um, you're all playing, yes? If not it might be a bit weird. Hmm... Yeah." she looked at each one of them in turn. "Don't get too uncomfortable about the kissing thing, guys. I know it may seem a bit odd, I was a bit out of it when I organized this, but we're all around the same age so... Yeah." She turned to the rabbit girl, Alessa. "I understand about the personal thing, I really do. But, if you think of it as just a game I'm sure you'll feel better." She figured now was a good a time as any to get started.
Claire went to join the circle, but turned around again to get a bottle. She went and sat down in the circle and leaned in to place the bottle in the middle.
"Ok. For those of you who don't know how to play, the rules are as follows: The first player goes in the middle to spin the bottle. Whoever the bottle points to, they kiss. The person that just got kissed then spins the bottle and kisses the person it land on, and then they have a go. And so on... If you didn't really want to play in the first place, you can choose to go first."
((OOC sorry for all the talking ololol it's in Claire's nature. If you want to go first, you can just say so IC or reserve a post so that people know you're going first and edit in the post after. I still have to get groups together, but please write whether you want it to be opposite gender, same gender, or mixed.
ALSO IF ANYONE ELSE WANTS IN, THERE'S STILL TIME BUT HURRY AND GET IN THROUGH A SECRET DOOR OR SOMETHING LOL))

((I'll take the first turn! Uh... I won't edit in the rp response till I'm sure how you want me to determine where the bottle 'lands' xDD
Won't ... picking 'groups' make it a touch more difficult though? >A> it's a bottle, they shouldn't be allowed to pick what it lands on, roffle, no matter how awkward it is for them? I know Gabrian would be like waaaaaat if it lands on a male, but he shouldn't be allowed to pick - should we just make a list of peeps present like
1. person name 2. person name etc
And then roll the gaia randomizer to see whom it picks? Seems like a fast/easy way to do it? If you have a better idea, go for it, childs menu XD I've no idea how you want to do this, and it IS your game! I'll edit in a bit))
