She plucked a hair and stared at it, and it danced from her hand down into a small pouch that hung off the belt that crossed her torso and chest. The pouch seemed to open itself as it swallowed the tiny strand whole and retie itself. Even in her fits of madness her powers would bend slightly to the swimming mind. "An address? A note?" She had never recieved mail before, and this flabergasted her mind drunk on fumes of whisky and ethanol. It drowned in her mind, surfaced, and floated. Never had she really used an address. After a moment she ripped off a part of the already torn shirt and scribbled on it. It was directions. The postmaster would need directions, and after then she'd get the mail. She didn't live out of the way, just hidden, but nothing stays hidden forever. "Here." The little piece of fabric with ink seeping into it danced for him and stopped in front of his eyes. "Now you can sleep." Maybe she'd come again. This man needed a kindred soul, surely. And with that, she laid down her head and slept peacefully. From afar, she didn't really LOOK like a demon. ((I sleeps now too. Almost 2 am here, I have classes and shopping for a wedding dress tomorrow to do @_@ ))

Alyosha nodded slightly and took the rag. His own head laid down across from Syrenrei's, he himself fell into a heavly sleep as he was wont to do when tired. his mind was a little more calm as he drifted off, cluthing to the small piece of shirt tightly.
((Goodnight and thank you biggrin Fun RP if random XD ))

Damia arrived at the party shamefully late- or perhaps early. The large room was empty of people, though there were signs that it had been well-used last night. She grabbed a handful of treats from one of the tables and made her way back outside.
The morning was crips and fresh. Little clouds of mist clung to the skirts of nearby hills. There were birds awake, filling the air with a sweet melody. It was a fine morning to be alive on.
She sat back on the steps of the hall and munched on her handful of chocolate, waiting for others to arrive.

Foenix, Freya and Nehanda walked up the path toward the Center. They had finished their preparations in the gardens, and had decided to stop by the V-Day bash. Foenix was sort of hoping they'd run into Alyosha and Acia.
She halted briefly upon seeing a stranger sitting outside the Center. "Hi there. I"m Foenix. Did you stop by for the party?"
Ducking inside, she placed another plate of cookies on the table, and opened a glass cake stand to reveal a luscious-looking strawberry shortcake in the shape of a heart.

Foenix waited for the stranger to follow her inside. When no one walked in through the door, however, she shrugged and made herself comfortable in a soft chair, and pulled some knitting out of her bag. She'd just keep herself busy until someone showed up.

Creeping quietly into the big room, she could see noone. Alyosha had told her earlier about her task and she wasn't too happy about it. He knew she didn't like humans she didn't know.. Why was he sending her directly too one.
She was slightly curious about Foenix's Aerandir it was an odd combination, but still... She skirted the room, heading towards the door with her head down, Jorai resting on her shouldr sleepily.

Damia had been daydreaming. Looking up at the clouds and plotting the next series of deadly traps and monsters she was going to subject the group of people she played DnD with to, she had barely registered the other girl's entrance.
((And I'm about to go eat breakfast and stuff, so I won't come in quite yet))

Foenix was concentrating very hard on her knitting, so she didn't see Acia upon the Aerandir's initial entrance into the room. Nehanda, however, lifted her head with a soft "merp." Leaving Foenix's shoulder, the little gryphon glided down to the floor, where she approached the pretty Aerandir.

Acia looked down as she felt the clatter of little feet below her on the floor. She could see a small creature, with a horse like body and a swan like top half. This was Nehanda, surely, she's spent enough time poring over the artifacts which had made her.
The little creature gave a soft, odd little noise and Acia knelt down in front of her, reaching out warily to touch her. Her hand met the beak of the small creature and she smiled. Jorai didn't even deign to open one eye.
She was entranced and, due to this, forgot that with Nehanda came the implication that her guardian would be nearby..

((Aaaaand . . . I'm back!))
Nehanda stretched her neck out beneath Acia's fingers and merped happily. This new Aerandir was nice! Was this the Acia person that Foenix had been talking about?
Foenix finally noticed that Nehanda's weight had disappeared from her shoulder, and she looked around in startlement. The little gryphon could be very curious, and Foenix was often nervous that this would eventually get her into trouble. She was so very tiny and fragile, after all . . .
Her breath flew out in a relieved gush when she spotted Nehanda over in the doorway. Who was she with? Foenix craned her neck around to see the other person hidden by the corner of the room. A tawny pelt, markings of deep scarlet . . . could this be the mysterious Acia?
Foenix remembered being told that the Aerandir female was very quiet and shy. Perhaps it was better to let Nehanda make the initial introductions.

Acia grinned as the little creature made the same odd little noise once more. She was growing to like this little critter a lot. "Well, you really are friendly, aren't you Nehanda" she said quietly, letting her hand run over the little equines back "and very soft" she smiled.
After a few moments she realised that she really was only delaying the task at hand. It ocure to her only now that Nehanda being here must mean Foenix was here too and not at her home. Suddenly Acia looked up, her eyes darting around the room.
((Welcome back biggrin ))

Seeing how Acia was scanning the room, Nehanda merped again and turned toward Foenix. She trotted a few steps, and looked over her shoulder at Acia, as if saying "Well, what are you waiting for?"
Foenix watched all this, and decided it was as good a time as any to speak. Instead of approaching the Aerandir, however, she elected to stay in her chair. "You must be Acia," she said quietly. "I'm Foenix, and I see you've met Nehanda."

Acia followed Nehanda a few steps until Foenix spoke. Her head darted towards the voice, and her body tensed as if to run. She wasn't sure what to do.. She knew she had to do her duties and so stiffened her resolve, even though she was tembling slightly.
"i'' I'm.. Acia" she stammered, stepping only a few paces towards Foenix. "I.. have to to.. help you?" it was a question even though she knew, of course that this was the correct person. She simply did not know what to say to this stranger.
