Abdiel was led to a room in the small town's inn. Of course, he had gone along with the soldiers. He respected authority... Authority takes you away=Adventure hook=XP=Levels! Ding!
Now that they were safely in a town, Abdiel could remove the silence spell. He was very happy to be able to hear his own beautiful voice again. Sure, it was fine listening to other people, but in his opinion nothing compares to listening to himself. He decided to put his voice and ranks in diplomacy to good use. Red mage mastery, activate!
"Yo, soldier man, my man! What exactly is going on? Someone probably explained earlier, but I was in a silence spell at the time, you know? Quite annoying. Actually, I put it on myself, but that's a long story."

In the city of St. Binah, two young women were looking at a stall which sold all kinds of fruits and vegetables, well really one of the women was looking at the produce, the other was looking around at all there was too see. "Ryfia, what would you want from here? Ryfia?" She turned around and looked at the girl called Ryfia, she was staring at two birds who had swooped near the ground and landed near the stall. The girl at the stall smiled and walked up to Ryfia and said, "Ryfia, we'll be starving if we don't find food for our trip, so come find some stuff you'll like"

Ryfia looked at the girl and said, "Oh, sorry, Persephone. These birds swooped over here and I thought they looked pretty." She then walked over to the stall and looked at what was there. There were different colors of vegetables and fruits. She couldn't focus when the birds caught her eye, but now they were singing a small tune. She smiled and wanted to join them but she had to help Persephone with what they needed for their trip which would take them to Engeve.

When they arrived at the gates to the town they noticed there were people by the inn with guards. Ryfia stared at them, but then was distracted by flying birds over head and followed beneath them until she ran into one of the guards and fell on her butt.

The guard she had hit stared at her and said, "What are you doing? Be more careful. Unless you were trying to attack me to help out your friends here!" He then ushered her over with the others and said, "Well now you can stay with them!"

Ryfia, confused, said, "Wah? I don't know any of these people." She then watched them put Persephone with the group too.

Persephone stared angrily at the guard and said. "This is no way to treat a priestess!" She then turned to Ryfia and said, "Hm? No, I'm afraid I don't know any of these people."

After a second of thought in which he adjusted his glasses, Rief replied, "Well, I felt pretty dizzy when I woke up, but I think I've gotten a little better by now." Then he paled upon hearing that Tear was indeed informed about his Mercury Djinn. He didn't understand what she meant by "fonic arte" and wondered what kind of interference she was talking about, but her last statement coupled with her strict expression implied that something quite wrong would happen if he didn't comply. "O-okay..." he stammered with a nervous expression, "I-I'll show you my Mercury Djinn...but first and foremost, I just want you to know they're well-behaved, alright?" sweatdrop He stood up and held his arms out as he did earlier. "Okay, guys, you heard her. It's time to come out for a bit again."

The bluish orbs of light reappeared in the same places on his body, and they once again floated off and made a neat row before Rief's feet. The glow faded once the four Mercury Djinn were fully formed, and they stared up at Tear quietly and expectantly.

Ayre frowned, annoyed more that he was beginning to understand what the kid meant, and even not get angry as he spoke the gibberish, more then the fact that he continued to speak that same gibberish. Ayre took a seat, leaning back. "I think our friend abandoned us on account that you are a lunatic." He muttered, leaning back. "Honestly. What kind of person just goes off on their own like that? I guess I can't blame him." Ayre said, wondering how many people from other "places" got dragged here like this. Was someone doing some sort of mass summoning? Ayre was no spirit to be summoned. Such creatures were only myth where he was from. The kid was talking nonsense, almost as if the world around him were not real.
