"Yes, sir.." Without another word, Cissnei turned and headed back inside of the building, pulling the door open where she descended down the stairs. The Turk proceeded her way down until she got to the other room, and again into an elevator to the lab level where she knew Ryosuke would be.
After about a three long minutes wait inside the four walls that held her, the elevator had came to a stop and slid open for the women to exit. Breifly walking through the halls, Cissnei opened the large steel doors, nodding to the guards posted there as she passed by into the lab. "Ryosuke. The President wishes to see you now. Top floor on the roof. Go there now. " She said, before turning and leaving the lab as quickly and suddenly as she had come.
Ryosuke mutterd something under his breath, setting down a vial into a cooling chamber.Slipping off the white viyal gloves from his hands and stepping to the sink to was them off. After he was finished, the young man brushed a hand through his long chestnut brown hair and began to walk off without a word. Slipping into the elevator he went on his way up to the office. He hated to be interupted when he was working, and it wasn't as though the building was small and easy to get around. The elevators did help but still..
As he came out of the elevators, it wasn't long before he got to the Presidents area and proceeded to the stairs and to the balcony, where his eye's fell upon the man there. "You wanted to see me?" Ryosuke asked in a cool, collected tone.

"I was hoping to have returned with a present for you doc, but that wasn't to be."
He clicked on his PDA a few more times before tucking it away. He had a thousand and one things that needed to be done, most of it resting on the shoulders of Ryosuke. Every endeavor he'd envisioned depended on his new technology being developed. As if the crazy concept of a cannon powered by lightning wasn't enough. It was only the beginning. He moved his hands into his pockets and slouched, gathering his thoughts.
"I've got a lot of things on my mind doc, and Hojo isn't the one to be talking to anymore. The man's insane. You're just nuts, which is what I need. I'm gonna be asking a lotta questions and giving a lotta orders. Try to keep up.
Do you know how to revive the dead? How many active SOLDIER members do we have? What project are you working on right now? Also, I know about you and Hojo's little "guest." I want to meet her."

Ryosuke walked toward him, only to stop a small distance away as he listened to him and his few questions. Slightly curious what this 'present' was that he was unable to get.Though the man shrugged it off, as to answer the questions.
"Not even Hojo could revive the dead. If you are referring to those brought back to life, No one knows how it happened. " He said, then went onto the next question. He wasn't quite sure on the exact number himself. "I can't be certain of the exact number of SOLDIER's we have, but I would guess well over 400 as it stands. As for my projects..Just experiments, nothing important, or that I could really say right now, that's why there experiments...As for Jenova, She's currently in the Northern Crater, She only comes on her own time. Nell's helicopter came overhead once again with not just one but 2 ((or 3 depending on how you see it)) completed missions, she landed her helicopter on the roof a little farther from the normal landing spot because of the others on the roof. she shutdown her helicopter and came out with a case that was built for protecting fragile things and 2 turk ID cards with a blood smear across them in her hand. seeing the scientist looking person she assumed he worked under hojo so she could get him to take the item to him for her. she closed the door and the water lock sealed it. she walked over to the two of them with a plain face and blank expression in her only seen eye.

"Sonuvabish..."
He cursed under his breath. Of course it wasn't going to be that easy. He fully expected Aerith to cooperate. Now without that he was stuck. Ifalna couldn't be brought back to life, so they needed to go back to their initial plan. He put these thoughts on the back burner for now. He still needed to check the labs.
"Let me guess. A fraction of those are 2nd class, none of the 1st? I'll handle that matter. About Aerith Fair's most recent capture... did you or Hojo recover any samples from her? Blood, skin, hair, anything like that?"
There could be a silver lining to all of the nasty business those senior scientist had conducted. The Calamity from the Heavens walking in and out of his facilities was another story. That simply wouldn't do unless she had something to offer and by the sound of it, she used ShinRa's resources freely and it's members as a doormat. There was one more option he had just thought of, but going after that was suicide. It was better to have all the bases covered, so after a long moment of silence he finally asked:
"...Do we know where Sephiroth is right now?" ____________________What do I condone? Endless peace or endless strife? ____________________ ╠ кαиzαкι ╣

"No. The moment she was brought in I had her inside a containment dome until I was ready to do what I needed. Unfortunately, some man came and got her out before I was able to take any samples. As for the SOLDIER's. There are quite a few 1st Class, not as many as the other's though. Hojo has the strongest SOLDIER's at his post. "
Ryosuke shook his head at his next question. "No, I have heard he stays with the avalanche members now. He's..not exactly himself. He's taken to a 'good' side." The man took a quick glance at the young women who appeared to be in a new style of a Turk attire, shrugging he set his attention back to Kanzaki.

Had everyone gone insane in this world? He didn't expect his plans to have to much opposition. Cloud and Zack were another matter but Sephiroth? No, if he was on their side and would be willing to take up arms in need, Kanzaki was going to have to rethink he steps around this. Then again... No. I'm not that taking that sort of risk with him. Kanzaki bit his lip, pacing back and forth for a moment. He'd need to be careful from here on out, with so many changes he wasn't willing to make way for.
Here's what I need. Hojo's fired. If he says anything, kill him. From here on out, you are the official head of the Science Department, if you weren't already. I want the Turks in charge of bringing all the active Mako Reactors on the planet online. If they're broke, fix 'em. You get to work on two things: Finding a way to cast magic without materia that doesn't involve the Cetra, and the construction of that airship I mentioned. I haven't heard back from Aerith but I'm going on the assumption she'll say no. I'm gonna take a trip to the Northern Crater, unless you think that's a bad idea."
He flipped open his phone and began to make a call, putting it to his ear and looking back at Ryosuke for his opinion. On his own he was going to get a hold of a few contacts, possibly releasing one or two people from an insane asylum. He needed a loose cannon that wasn't entirely predictable, and since ShinRa had to wars to fight, this person would do just fine. ____________________What do I condone? Nell listened to there little conversation, this man was clueless so she knew he didn't do his studying over the business before he took over, so if anything he came off as a over grown kid to her, he hasn't shown any proof to her yet and seeing his recklessness earlier, she deemed him as nothing but another worker here. but this new man the leader of the science department was good news, so she didn't have to hunt hojo down. "Well then seeing as this device was special ordered bye hojo from a certain runaway subject and such i guess i'll leave this with you." Nell said plainly as she held out the heavy case for him, around 140 pounds, the content only being around 130 pounds. she turned to the suposid leader holding out two id cards of alkaid in both her earlier forms with a blood spater on them, "Heres two people accused of stealing and leaking information to avalanche, both are now deceased."

"Large problem with that. Hojo has made clones of himself, scattered around the world in unknown locations. Apparently, he has build secret labs there. Also no one can seem to find the real Hojo. So this might be a problem. His clones aren't entirely easy to kill." Ryosuke had studied Hojo, and his works for many years, all in hopes to surpass him and top all of his work with his own more advanced equipments. "As for The crater, That is a risk only you can decide on. There are still roaming monsters in that place, If you think you can handle them.Jenova doesn't exactly take orders from myself or anyone. " Ryosuke nodded to the man, his work was slowly progressing! If he had still meant he would be head of the Science Department. "I'll let the Turks know.."

Kanzaki took hold of the bloodstained prints from Nell and promptly threw them off the roof, letting the forms scatter to the winds. Beyond that little interruption, the pieces began to fall into line the more time he took to think about the current circumstances.
"SOLDIER can deal with Hojo. If he has the best guarding him, a few of them should be more than enough. As for Jenova I'll wait for a proper escort. I can barely take a training dummy. I'm just a bureaucrat. OH! About the magic thing. I want you to get with the materia synthesis department. The way I see it is, you make a SOLDIER by using large amounts of mako. Since materia is just solid mako, try using the raw liquid mako energy normally used for materia on a subject. A willing one. Make it something simple like a support materia. I don't need some mentally unstable yahoo running around with Fire magic at his disposal... we got enough of those running around the planet already."
With that he turned into his phone, fully engrossed in the conversation there, stepping down into his office. The plan for the airship would be available to Ryosuke whenever he was ready for the on the servers, since Kanzaki himself was busy with what seemed like a prisoner exchange. Words like "psychopathy" and "paranoid delusions" were being thrown around, along with various ID numbers. ____________________What do I condone? Nell took in the information she was probably not suppose to here, though she was already compiling information for awhile, along with a helicopter full of prototype equipment and weapons that she had been told to test over the last 3 years. listening to the man nell was ready to chime in, maybe have a few failures overlooked. "I've been in hojos labs a number of times and i've witnessed many experiments like that, i also took a special interest in a small fox boy he had tried that on, the mitirea replaced his blood and now he's running around midgar as some kind of little hero. if you'd like i 'borrowed' a document about him from the labs last time i was there, i could just give it over to you seeing as hojo isn't the main scientist anymore." nell said dropping the case to the ground seeing as the scientist didn't want it, she turned to him and said "This belonged to another subject hojo took a special intrest in, it that angel's prostedic which clearly out matches most of your creations, though it seems to be a early model without anything special to it other then inproved movement of a mass sybernetic more complicated then the best i've seen."

 With his ability it only took a few moments to get to the entrance of the tower, where he walked in as calm as any other person there over to the front desk where a female receptionist was typing on a computer. "Hello dear, could you point be in the direction of the restroom?" he asked and was pointed the way. Once in the bathroom he waited until one of the guards came in..taking him by surprise and silently disposing him in the last stall after taking the I.D and keycard, placing an 'out of order' sign on the door. He left then and went over to the elevators, the guard's keycard wouldn't get him very high so he stopped the elevator between the 9th and 10th floors and went to work on rewiring the security restrictions.

 Shuyin The transparent pyreflies had followed the president through and were floating around the floor mostly so if anyone saw them they might mistake them as a shadow of a cloud or reflection of light off some random item. Shuyin waited and listened, gathering information and trying to figure out what that guy's plan was.

"Excellent. Send her to ShinRa Headquarters in Junon when she's released. Thank you for your cooperation."
After several hours of calls, threats, negotiations, and the like, he hung up his phone with a victorious sigh. He'd managed to secure his trump card for the events and conflicts yet to come. She'd be a valuable asset, despite her obvious flaws. He shrugged off the thought of collateral damage and rose from his seat, arms above his head in a stretch.
"Ryosuke will now begin filling in the design blanks and constructing the What Befalls Humanity. The nightmare has been released from it's prison. Anyone who could get in the way of my vision and efforts doesn't want anything to with me. This is great!"
He chuckled to himself, but not like some sort of deranged scientist, but more like a father doting on his own child, thoroughly pleased by the outcome of its actions. ShinRa would no longer be the stagnant, bloated shell that it had been, and would soar in terms of power above its previous incarnations let my the ShinRa family.
However, he still needed and antagonist. Avalanche wasn't the right choice, since their terrorist activism had now become a clubhouse for all intents and purposes. His new directives in the recent future would be a necessity, what with the declining state of the planet's economy. Certainly after the mako reactors went back online, all the little cretins would come out of the woodwork looking for his blood. That only left the formation of his army. Slapping his desk yet again, he sped off for his helicopter on the roof...

 Soon enough he bypassed the annoying clearance security and pressed the button to go to the floor where the labs were supposed to be at, subduing the guards with an set of his pale-green daggers before going into the lab. He went over to what looked like one of the main computers and starting glancing over some files that either weren't password locked or carelessly left open, content with waiting until a scientist came around.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 Shuyin Shuyin didn't quite understand everything that was said..but he did get that the president was planning something and it didn't seem good, especially not that 'nightmare released from prison'. Still not satisfied with that knowledge the transparent pyreflies floated after the president... {Shuyin stalks Kanzaki to Midgar}
Nell's eye behind the bandages began gooping up again and some liquid seemed to soak through the bandage as well. "So i'll take that as a no on the document and taking the prostetic arm then. very well." Nell grabbed the case and returned to her helicopter heading away from the building.
