"Taijutsu?"
Tensai's voice came from behind the two and they would find him several feet away, his arms at his side. "Yes, that would seem likely. Theres much space to practice here," he mused aloud and approached the two. He didn't seem bothered by the snake watching his progress though inwardly he was perplexed. The creature wasn't exactly rare in the Rice Country but seeing one as some sort of pet was indeed unusual.
"Hello Tenza," he said in greeting to the black-haired boy, dipping his head in the other shinobi's direction as well. [Weaponry:]

Tenza remained standing, hearing what Shin said. ' Taijutsu? Thank God I already trained in that.... But of well... Some more training doesn't hurt.' He thought as he laid against the wall, resting his back thanks to it. " Yea, you are most likely right, but if it was, man what an easy test." He commented, letting out a small sigh as he looked away from Shin, the opposite way to be exact. He really didn't care about training, all he wanted was to be trained by Yasa, whom never had time to do so, but he didn't blame his uncle, he really was a buisy man. He then laid his head against the wall and let out a sigh. " You're right... We'll just have to wait." With this, he closed his eyes, trying to concentrate a bit, trying to block out any noise, despite the fact that he might look calm, he had gone through almost half of his chakra reserves in a small amount of time, he had to rest a bit before continuing.
But his peace was quickly robed from him, hearing Tensai call his name, he moved his head toward the Ushio, giving him a smile. " Hey Tensai." He said plainly, nothing more, nothing less, not that he had anything to say to the boy, he then looked back at Shin, seeing the snake, he felt a bit uneasy, he didn't notice it when he first came in, mostly because he was all the way in cloud nine thinking about his uncle. " That's a cool pet you got there." He said to Shin, referring to the snake he had, he hadn't seen a snake in his life, simply because he never left his uncle's side, except when he had to leave for missions, which was something very rare.

Shin heared the voice of another student enter the area and thought "Hmm one of the thinkers . " Shin wasn't sure why but he found himself drawn to this one. Even tho he couldn't explain why he knew one thing. His instincts got him this far and he wasn't about to ignore them now. In the middle of his thought he got a compliment on his snake from Tenza. Slowly standing Shin turned around bending over letting his snake slither up his arm and around his neck as he said softly " Why thank you, I met him in the rice field about a week after I woke up. I haven't giving any thought to what I might name him.
Shins voice did not waver or falter threw any of what he said. A steady stream of smooths words lefts his lips even though he said something a bit... odd. ~||"True Power is wielded by those who are never seen."||~ ~||Chakra:10/18 ||~

Daidoumyaku Master | Earth Element| Daidoumyaku Instructor | Otogakure | NPC | After a few minutes of casually observing the Genin sitting around, a monk who looked strangely young stepped out into the light carry several straw dummies under his arm. Drawing closer, unless the Genin were looking in his direction, they would never have suspected that he was approaching, as even in this dusty courtyard with small pebbles lying everywhere, he made no noise in his approach. Stopping just short of the band of Genin, so that his shadow would pass over them, indicating his presence, he dropped the dummies suddenly and smiled, knowing that this would surely startle them.
"Well, well... it looks like I've been tossed a few new grasshoppers to assess. Amusing as always." Taking a seat quickly, Daichi crossed his legs and rest his arms on his thighs as he examined the children. One seemed to have a cool demeanor, looking somewhat older then one might expect. The other, well, you didn't forget a face like this child's... starkly white and angular, his eyes looking like those of a wild animal... he recognized him immediately as the boy who had amnesia. The odd looking child also seemed to have a pet snake with him, but it seemed harmless enough, even if it was pretty unusual. The other child he had seen before and had remembered training... "Tenza?... you've already mastered the initial level of the Daidoumyaku. Whatever you're doing here, your time would be better spent elsewhere as you will not be learning anything new here. I'm sure you have more training which you could be doing... I'm not a huge fan of casual observers."
..."As for you two, my name is DaiChi and I am the master of this dojo." taking a second to smile at Shin, Daichi continued on, engaging him specifically, but then speaking to both students... "It is good that you found yourself a place where you belong young man... now then, please, do me the honor of giving me your names and telling me why you are here to learn the secret art of the Daidoumyaku."

As the monk came closer the snake hissed lightly as a waring to Shin that someone was coming. Just as the shadow pasted over him Shin turned to see Daichi the monk who gave him the instruction to the bar. As the man sat Shin twisted his already sitting body around to face him, as he did this he also petted his snake's head as a thank you for not letting Shin be startled by the monks quite steps. As he petted his snake it started weaving and slithering it's way up his arm, over his loose white shirt and then rested around his neck as Daichi spoke to Tenza.
After speaking to Tenza Daichi asked Shin and Tensaiji why they were here to learn. Speaking in his soft sweet voice Shin answered " I am here to remember. I am sure you of course remember my situation. For some reason I was drawn to a classroom wear I learned some small ninjustu from a masked man. The last test awarded me with a note which told me to come here. I assumed with the arena we sit in I was meant to be trained in taijutsu of some kind. Shin's words filled the air with honey as he answered the question he was asked. ~||"True Power is wielded by those who are never seen."||~ ~||Chakra:10/18 ||~

Yasashii's voice floated out of thin air as a ripple appeared in the midst of the group as the man's form materialized in the middle of a greeting bow. Standing straight up, the man reached up to his head, where his mask had been drawn up fully to cover his entire head, and pulled it back down to it's normal position, tucking the extra down his collar. "I hadn't planned on having them meet you just yet. There's still a few things for them to learn. Though if you want to take them for now, I'm not against the idea of a short break. There should be one or two more coming along soon." He spoke, a small smile visible through his mask as he stepped backwards, giving himself a couple extra feet from the students. ~ [Chakra: 136/146]

Tensaiji Ushio| Otogakure |Academy Student | Ushio | Sealing Master |// Chakra Control & Combo User// "There are many legends that involve snakes. Why not visit a library and look into some of them," suggested Tensai to the boy, never taking his eyes of the small snake. When it hissed his eyes narrowed fractionally and his rapt attention made Daichi's unexpected arrival all the more surprising. Jerking his head to the side at the sound of the monks voice he stared blankly at his tattoos and gentle face. He looked rather young but he was clearly a fighter, judging by his toned figure.
"I am Ushio, Tensai and...." he briefly paused to choose his words carefully. "I am here to begin my ninja career, I am not very familiar with this...secret art,"

Daidoumyaku Master | Earth Element| Daidoumyaku Instructor | Otogakure | NPC | Listening to the young man's words, Daichi was happy to here that he was finding his place in the village, even if he didn't know anything about himself. However, much of his story was rather telling. From his look and appearance, he clearly carried a bloodline of some sort, automatically giving him some sort of disposition to ninjutsu in one way or another. Also, for him to have been connected with the ninja community so quickly, approval must have come from Elise, lending even more credence. However, most telling of all was that he was able to learn several small ninjutsu in a short period of time...
"Well, learning to control chakra and mold it into ninjutsu is not an easy task, nor is it one you can simply pick up like you could a skill from a local tradesman. The fact that you could so quickly utilize it tells me that your body know more about yourself then you do. I would not doubt for a second that you were in some way trained already. Now it's all about unlocking what your body already knows. It seems you have found the place where you belong, as people always do young master." Before he would continue on however, Daichi turned towards the figure which was materializing, just prior to the first sign of his arrival. As the figure arrived in a bow, Daichi recognized him immediately and returned the bow with courtesy, though clearly still postured himself as the Master in the exchange.
After listening to him speak, Daichi quickly followed with words of his own... "Ah, so these are your students. No doubt here to learn the basics as has been required of the Otokage to become a Genin. Well, I would normally ask why I was being asked to teach if they already had an instructor, but now that I know who it is, I understand." Daichi followed the comment up with a bit of a smirk, knowing that his words would be a direct dig against the man, who despite his great presence in the village and caliber of ability... had never even begun to learn the Daidoumyaku. A truly rare thing in the village... but given his position, made more sense then it would for anyone else. "Very well, I will begin with these two and when the others arrive, I will train them as well. These two have come and I do not wish to reward their eagerness with waiting."
"Now then, my young grasshoppers, shall we begin?" Picking up two of the dummies he had brought with them, he set them up side by side and instructed his students to stand in front of them and face him. "The Daidoumyaku is a secret taijutsu art. To be taught it is to be sworn to the secrecy of it's methods. It is an ancient form designed to set itself apart from all others in that it's intent is to serve all those whom others would never see as a threat... and more then that, to surpass those threats in it's own abilities. It was made to protect and empower the common man, woman, farmer... every simple facet of life which would otherwise fall prey to aggressors. Can you both swear to that and acknowledge that you understand? I cannot teach those who do not understand or respect what they will be learning." Daichi then looked at his potential students, waiting for a serious reply to his words as it would dictate to him whether he would train them.

Tensaiji Ushio| Otogakure |Academy Student | Ushio | Sealing Master |// Chakra Control & Combo User// Tensai listened to the dialogue between the two ninja with interest, raising an eyebrow in question towards the words the exchanged. From what he gathered the snake-charming boy seemed to have amnesia and the monk before them was obviously familiar with his predicament. He also seemed to know something about their teacher, though Tensai wasn't sure on exactly what he knew. They were obviously familiar with each other, however.
He strode towards the dummies as instructed and turned to face the monk as he spoke. From the summary Tensai gathered the technique was rather clandestine, as expected from such a security-conscious village but could be taught to the laymen in order to combat threats that would normally overwhelm them. These threats were probably ninja or bandits but the monk seemed to allude to the achievable of great 'power' in the styles ability to 'surpass' those threats. Though vague in description Tensai didn't find it difficult to understand. It was a style to empower the powerless and truly befitting to a nation primarily composed of farmers.
After studying Sense's greeting towards the monk, Tensai brought his legs together and bowed deeply in a decent imitation of his teacher. "It is designed to empower the powerless and the layman," he answered, keeping his face composed and respectful as he did so. [Weaponry:]

As the man who taught them began to materialize in front of them Shin was a bit drawn back at first. He wasn't familiar with this being done commonly and wasn't sure who it was at first. However one the jutsu was complete and the man before them was a familiar... well mask Shin became relaxed once more and began paying attention to what the monk was saying.
As the monk expressed his thoughts that Shin had been trained before hand he began to think that the monk just might be right. " That would make sense as to the flash back I had of me and that women. " Shin's thoughts ended as he was asked to move in front of the straw training dummy. Shin stood using one fluid motion motion as he took the few steps he needed to be were he was asked to move to. Once there he let the monks words fill his ears as he explained the taijutsu style and it's level of historic prowess and secrecy. As the monk finished and asked them to give oaths to keep the style hidden and use the styles to over come the threats to the average life Shin took a deep bow saying in a soft voice " I swear that none will learn the fighting style from me unless they to take swear to what I am swearing now. I also swear to use the power you teach me to over come any that threaten those of a average and peaceful life. Standing back to his full high Shin spoke once more, this time pride filling his voice. " Your words stirred deep felling within me, I may not know much right now but what you said, that oath... They feel right." Shin was letting his instincts take hold once more, his body, the feeling in his gut, every fiber of his being was screaming he was meant to be here. The clarity he felt at that moment sent chills threw his body and for some reason he knew that what ever his life was like before this he never felt like he was doing the right thing the way he felt he was right now. ~||"True Power is wielded by those who are never seen."||~ ~||Chakra:10/18 ||~

Daidoumyaku Master | Earth Element| Daidoumyaku Instructor | Otogakure | NPC | Daichi was somewhat dissatisfied with the Ushio's response, but it was only then that he truly realized that the young man was an Ushio. He had never met one before, but he had heard much about the fabled clan which were said to be geniuses of nearly anything they did. The chance to engage and teach such a student intrigued him. Shin's response however would have qualified both of them for the training, as well as anyone else who would have come with them. Daichi could only smile at the young man's words and gripped his shoulder. "Very well. I shall teach you both. I hope you will hold on to those deep feelings and remember them. They will empower you when all else seems impossible, especially under my tutelage." An almost sick, threatening look came over Daichi's face temporarily, but was then replaced by the normal peaceful smile as he stepped back to begin the lesson.
"Now then, let's begin. Many styles would tell you that in order to gain strength and endurance, you must strike harder and harder objects to make your fists and body strong, enabling you to deliver more force and damage your opponent. The Daidoumyaku however works by a different route. We do not train ourselves to be great warriors of strength, or even of high endurance... we are masters of speed and precision." Daichi paused for a second to let his words sink in, but then formed a few quick hand seals, which raised a thick stone column just off to his side. Then, with blinding speed and a remarkable elegance, Daichi turned to the side unexpectedly and struck the column at it's center. What followed next would be completely unexpected, as the column's center was pulverized into tiny fragments of rock and dust which exploded out the back of the column from it's center. Amazingly, the top and bottom portions of the column were left unharmed, the top section immediately dropping down directly on top of the bottom portion, where it landed with a thud, remaining upright without falling off to the sides.
"It doesn't quite work that way on humans, but this is the essence of the Daidoumyaku. Precision and control with devastating effect. My muscles didn't do the work, but rather my form and chakra collide together into a vibration which decimates what I strike. This is why it is the ultimate form for those who are not your typical combatants. A ten year old child with the proper training could produce the same effect, toppling an opponent with muscles ten times stronger." Giving a few seconds for the demonstration to sink into his student's heads, Daichi came back to his normal standing position and looked to see what their reactions would be, but then quickly continued the lesson. "Such things are far beyond you at the moment of course, but it is important to see what you can achieve if you choose to become a master."
"Now then, to the basics. There are three major facets to the Daidoumyaku, Palm Strikes, Kicks, and Defense. As you progress, you will see yourself improve in these areas and will note differences in how they affect your enemy. For now however, don't expect to be hurting anyone anytime soon. we need to work on your form first, then the skills of the Daidoumyaku can be taught. You'll practice your palm thrusts on this dummy here, but first you need to learn the stance." Spreading his legs apart, bending down and lowering his hips in what seemed like a classic horse stance. However, instead of raising one arm above his head, he held his left arm out in front of him, his palm facing towards the dummy, his fingers slightly separated, giving the appearance as if he were ready to catch something flying at his torso. His right arm then lowered to his side, but was then pulled back, his open palm lining up with torso as it pointed towards the dummy. "Like this... copy me and face the dummy."

Tensaiji Ushio| Otogakure |Academy Student | Ushio | Sealing Master |// Chakra Control & Combo User// Dark hues slid to the corner of his eyes, reevaluating the 'snake-tamer' after his heartfelt oath. It seemed to satisfy the monk and brought a smile to his face. He returned his gaze to the monks face in time to glimpse a nauseating and hostile look that blinked out of existence fast enough for Tensai to question his senses. Alarm expressed itself in his widened eyes and sudden flinch that sent the Ushio back a step.
Unsure of exactly what he'd encountered and suddenly very wary of the monk, Tensai tried to calm down but it would be obvious to see he was flustered, tense, and suddenly nervous. DaiChi began to speak and Tensai forced himself to focus on his training while carefully observing the seated master. His introduction of the style perked his interest and his developed intellect quickly deciphered the masters message as it was given. Tensai forced himself to remain still once the monk summoned a thick stone column from the earth amidst a geyser of gravel and loose earth. For the second time in a brief time span, Tensai's eyes widened as the master moved at speeds he could barely comprehend. The columns center erupted into fragments of stone that lightly peppered the ground around the monk.
His brow furrowed, a sign the young genius was working harder to decipher the devestating attack. Once Master DaiChi instructed them to adopt the proper stance, Tensai wasn't surprised that he needed to fall into the horse stance. His legs slid noisily across the gravel and bent frequently to find a position close enough to the master monks and also comfortable enough to maitain. The Ushio extended his left arm with his palm facing the dummy and his fingers adequately spaced. His right arm hung at his wast, pulled back and with an open palm directed towards the dummy.
"Master DaiChi? The Daidoumyaku, it relies on chakra control and precise striking to deal with the threat, rather than deliver simple blunt trauma doesn't it? The vibrations assualt the threat on a level normal strikes could not?" he questioned without turning his head to face the master. He only had eyes for the target as he slowly adjusted his stance.

As Daichi spoke the feeling in Shin swirled and turned sending chills threw out his body. As the monks words ended a frightening look befell his face which seemed to startle his class mate. This face however had the exact opposite effect on Shin, his adrenaline sky rocketed making him feel like he was about to explode. As master Daichi's face became normal once more Shins only showed more and more signs of excitement. As the monk began explaining more about the style Shin held his excitement in waiting for time when he would be able to poor into his training.
As the earth trembled slightly and a column was called forth Shin spread his legs apart in reflex to keep his balance. Then faster than he could track Daichi struck the column in such a way that the middle exploded into fragments. As the excitement further built in Shin, just before it all rushed out of him the loud thud from the column falling back into place brought him back into reality. Shin's hands trembled as the emotions he felt while giving his oath were replaced by adrenaline. His blood began to boil as he waited to begin more training.
As Daichi began to explain more into the fighting style Shin had struggled to keep his attention, he wanted to move, to strike, to be hit. His body craved excitement of battle and his face showed the lust he felt for battle in his heart. When Shin was finally told to replicate the fighting stance Daichi was using he knew he was close to the feeling of excitement he longed for. Turning swiftly to the dummy Shin began to take the stance he was told to, slowly moving his legs apart while lowering his hips he settled into to the stance as he placed his left arm outward toward the dummy. He then brought his right arm close to his side and lined it with his torso while slightly parted his fingers letting them settle. As he finished taking his stance he heard Tensa ask his question and a smile lined his face as he thought. Daidoumyaku Master | Earth Element| Daidoumyaku Instructor | Otogakure | NPC | "Yes, that is correct young Ushio. The Daidoumyaku aims to do damage in such a way which bypasses the typical 'hardened' defenses of well trained muscles, instead using internal vibrations to do their damage. Very insightful. However, for now, you must focus more on your form. The techniques will come later." Seeing that Shin was beginning to get excited, and even a little bit antsy, Daichi quickly assumed the position his students had in front of the dummy, his many years of mastering the style, creating a strong, immovable stance from the man which he could easily stay in for hours. "alright now, watch me and copy what I do."
Shooting his right arm out, Daichi struck the dummy in front of him, which was covered with many rice bags to soften the impact, his palm's position unchanged as it slammed into the bag. Pulling back his arm, he did this over and over again, letting out a small "huh" with each strike, his open palm flying towards the bag, the tips of his fingers slightly curled in as he struck the bag over and over again. Having demonstrated the action he then stopped, moving out oft he stance to stand high again and observed his students.
"Alright now, both of you do the same thing...Palm striking that rice bag over and over again... but keep that stance and don't move from it, I don't care how much it hurts. Keep your balance as well. Keep yourself steady and distribute your weight evenly over both legs. Leaning more on one leg then the other will put you off balance and ruin everything, and if you continue to do it, you will favors one side over the other, eventually weakening it... so make sure you're properly distributing the weight every time you're in this stance."
