Leafra looked a little confused. All her people did for sports if you would call it that was archer and sword fighting. She looked over and saw the archery field and smiled. She still had that shaky feeling that someone was following her.

Noting her look of confusion, Solo nodded in agreement. "I don't get it either. Human sports are weird." he agreed, though she hadn't actually said anything. "What with all their balls and goals and fields." he frowned, turning his eyes on her once more. Solo studied his companion a moment, slightly suspicious; while she was smiling, there was something off about her. "You okay? You look like something might jump out and bite you." he raised a brow, raising a hand to adjust his glasses. He was itching for a cigarette, but now wasn't the time to smoke. Curse his addictions.

Leafra had to tell him something. "I was not all truthful to you Solo. I am really Princess Leafra Goldenleaf. Rightful heir to the throne of my people. My Brother forcefully took the throne and now wants to see me dead." She paused. "I just have this funny feeling that someone who wants to do me harm is following me because of my brother." She ended up looking down not sure of what Solo thought.

Looking mildly surprised as she spoke, Solo stood silently for a few minutes. After a few minutes, he took a deep breath and raised a hand to comb his bangs back. "A princess? Okay... okay, I can believe that." he nodded, dropping his hand. "I know another princess, so it's not that weird. As for people wanting you dead, that doesn't sound good." though the princess he knew also had people that wanted her dead, though not her own family. "The island is a pretty safe place, so I can't say I think you'll get hurt. There are always people around, and I'd suggest finding a teacher if you ever feel like you're in immediate danger." wait, he was a teacher now. Not that he wasn't capable of fighting things. "I'd also suggest talking to the vice principal about it. He'll make sure everything is fine." he was pretty sure that a woman was taking over, but she was still the vice principal.

"He will find me. He won't stop until he finds me." That was when she saw something out of the corner of her eye. She began to run towards the archery field but before she could grab a bow and arrow she was tackled. She struggled against her attacker but he held a dagger to her neck.

Eyes darting to the side, he followed as she ran. Unable to intercept the attacker, however, he stood a mere few feet away. His eyes widened slightly at the sight of the knife at her neck, and while normally he might have been nervous and possibly even frightened, he went deathly calm. "I'm going to have to ask you to put the knife away and get off the girl." he spoke slowly, his tone hard and forceful. Unlike most of his friends, he didn't make a habit of carrying a weapon except for a dagger belted to his ankle. Shedding his jacket carefully, stood with his eyes on the knife.

"I'm afraid that I can't do that. Her brother will be pleased to find that I have found his sister and killed her for him." The attacker pressed the dagger closer to Leafra's neck drawing a little blood.

His eyes narrowed at the man's words, calculations racing through his mind. If this were a game, he could lunge and kill him in time; but this wasn't a game, and he very well could get Leafra killed by being reckless. "And my boss will be very displeased if I let a student be murdered, so I'm afraid I can't let you do that." he responded, his hands moving just out of view. His fingers were changing, becoming pointed, and beneath his clothes feathers were sprouting. "So I'm going to ask you one more time to remove the knife before I have to kill you." he sighed, as if this were a hassle. He rolled his shoulders, mentally glad that today he was wearing the pants that were just slightly too big.

"Now that he knows where his sister is my death will not be in vane. More will come and hunt her down until she is dead." The attacker pulled the knife away but then slashed Leafra several times and the stabbed in the shoulder and twisting the blade causing her shoulder shatter. She cried out in pain.

As soon as the knife was clear, Solo burst into his true form and lunged. His strong beak bit down on the attacker's torso, and he flung the man across the field. Lunging again, the griffin stood over the attacker, pinning his arms to the ground. It was an odd sight, a griffin wearing pants standing atop an unknown man, though it only last a few moments. Solo shifted back, his knees on either side of the man's torso. "Oh yes it will. You have no messenger." the teacher drew back one taloned hand, making a fist at the last minute before bringing it down on the man's temple to knock him cold. He pulled his phone from his pocket, sending a quick message to someone who would come and take care of this attacker. While he had only a small problem with killing him, he wasn't about to do so in front of the girl. He stood, shaking his hands until they returned to normal. A blue-haired man approached at a fast pace, but Solo moved to stand over Leafra. He knelt beside her, now shirtless and slightly out of breath. "How bad are you hurt?" he could see the blood, and he had heard her cry out. The man that approached then stopped just long enough for Solomon to point at the attacker in question. The older man nodded, moving to stand over the unconscious attacker. The man began to ice over, and a path of ice lead from his body to the forest. Moving quickly, the blue-haired teacher disappeared into the woods with the attacker.

"My shoulder. I think it got shattered." Leafra winced. Everything began to get blurry. She smiled weakly. "Thank you for saving me." She managed to lean up and kissed Solo on the cheek." She rested her head back on the ground and her eyes started to close due to the pain and blood loss.

With the attacker taken care of, he now only had to worry about Leafra. He reached back to pick up his jacket, draping it over her. "Well, I have good news and bad news." he told her, inspecting the damage. "An attack like that wouldn't have shattered your shoulder." he spoke clearly, looking at the gashes. "Bad news is it could have been dislocated, what with the twisting motion, but that will still hurt terribly. And you're bleeding." he added, frowning. "Luckily, I am a certified medic. So I'll be taking you back to my dorm to fix you up." he didn't wait for a response, instead just scooping her up gently to carry back to his dorm.

 Derek walked out onto the foot ball feild to inspect the place he was new teaching here but figured he was going to have nor problem he was a tough teacher and kids thought lacross was easy till they got this guy as a teacher he picked up a lacross stick and began to shoot some goals he was a fast thrower thought you might have a free person

✿ Death, Close Sister ✿ Asta had been wandering around the campus when the scent of blood had caught her attention. Following the scent, and eventually the trail, she came to a stop as the trail ended. A slight wind coming towards her from the trees, carrying a heavy scent of blood, though she stopped on her way there. There seemed to be a strange man she had never seen, which was odd considering she had been there over five years, was carrying an odd stick and was using it to throw something at a net. She blonde stopped to watch, her eyes following the ball as it flew from the strange stick to the net. The motion made her think of catapults, though her mind also wandered to spear throwers, which made more sense; this man was using the strange stick to launch the ball farther and faster than he could with his hands, much like various native peoples used a spear thrower to improve range and force. How very interesting....

Derek stopped in mid throw, when he cought the sent of a woman the ball left the stick but he quickly cought it and turned around to see a woman. He had a feeling he was going to have to explaine the game but just turned back around and threw the wall again and again till he ran out "Now lets see if these kids got what it takes." he said to himslef
