"...I generally believe in Tanto... You're right Akira... but he's never done anything to me personally... I can't hate someone. I mean sure all the stuff he's done is horrible but... I just can't bring myself to betray him in anyway..." he said quietly. It wasn't just blind loyalty to Kazu; he honestly admired Tanto somewhat for being Kazekage even when he didn't want to be... He would never say that part aloud but Kazu did know it looked like Tanto would soon be replaced. Kazu was the first to grab the message from the messenger hawk and read the content of the letter. His eyes grew wide with shock. "Ch-Ch-Chunin Exams..." he stuttered dumbly. He hadn't expected to be participating in this year's exams... He doubted his abilities, not as a ninja, but as a medic-nin... The only thing he would be useful for in the exams would be healing his teammate and himself if it came down to it. He handed the note to whomever wanted it next.

Ryumon decided at last to eat something since he need to keep his strength up in order to train effectively
"Akira-Sensei...Akeru-nee sama.....I'm going to.....go train by my self for a little while....somethings can only be learned by and from another Tensa..... I'll be in one of those arena like areas in the cave......if you need to find me that is..." he said as he walked away of into the cave to find a larger secluded place to train.
He felt at odds with what was going on but he pushed that aside and decided to continue on with training as planned......
"Harsh indeed grandfather...." he muttered to himself as he reflected on what it must have taken for Seki to confront her own brother and play a part in his being deposed as the kazekage.
"...Harsh indeed..." he muttered once more...

 I will Protect  Night was laying on the ground being bored for several hours of waiting for Masato and Seki to go back, when he was just almost at his limits a messenger hawk arrived with a scroll that had the Kazekage's seal tied to its legs. Kazu was the one near the Hawk so he got to the letter first and Night waited him to finish to read the message so he could get his turn on reading it, as Kazu read the letter his eyes bulged as if something was totally gone wrong, Night was eager to get the letter as fast as possible since maybe it had something to do with Masato or Tanto.
Kazu started to say something about the Chuunin exams and Night wondered why the hell would Tanto send a message about the Chuunin exams to this place, there's gotta be something more there than the chuunin exams! Night yelled
when he got the scroll, Night quickly started to read the message inside it.
is.. is this for real? he asked himself
they already overthrowed Tanto-sama!? Night was in shock.
he dropped the scroll to the ground and jumped quickly getting a torch then ran to the direction of the exit of the cavern.
I knew i should've followed Masato! how sneaky of him!
Night said as he continue to run as fast as he could passing the darkest area of the cavern and started to see the glimpse of light from outside.
Just a little bit more!, I hope the village and the villagers are fine. he said as small droplets of sweat started to drip from his head. What's Precious to me

Ito took a hold of the message, 'The exams huh, looks like I have some massive training to do. Anyone up for a little sparing. I need to improve my taijutsu." Ito never really worked on tijutsu before but if he was to win the exams he would need all the help he could get.

Kinda anti-climactic, but I'm not complaining..."Akeru took their new-found free time to stuff her face with the sandwiches they had there. She didn't get to eat so well so often, so she was definitely going to take advantage. She was on about her fifth one when she heard Ito ask if anyone was up for sparring. "Taijutsu training, huh? I'm up for it, if you're willing to face me. Gotta work off my meal and all. I'll even be nice and not use any genjutsu on you."

Can become a great hurricane"  Akira was glad that things were over, Akeru was back to normal, and Tanto was removed from power without incident. It was finally time for him to relax a bit...and my 'relax', he meant going back to almost killing himself daily with his training regimen. He also needed to get a replacement Zankantou from the Kazeryu family armory; if he would have known how long the mission was going to take, he would have done so before coming. "I'm going to head back to the village. I need to replace my missing weapon. If anyone wants to return to the village, you'll be free to use my clan's private training ground, it's a bit better than the training canyons. Akeru, if you can, please supervise the training of the ones staying here."With that, Akira started to head out of the hideout and back towards the village.

Kazu had read the part about the Kazekage but wasn't as shocked to hear it. He had a feeling no matter what that Tanto was going to be replaced... He was a bit shocked, but now it seemed he would have to focus on the upcoming exams rather than focus on the new Kazekage. "Akira I think I'll join you on your trip back... I'm going to go visit the hospital... It's about time I attempted to learn some new medical ninjutsu," said Kazu quietly. He had heard Ito wanting to spar, but Kazu was wanting to work more on his being a medic-nin more than anything else. He knew his weakest areas were taijutsu, and genjutsu, but he knew he could at least face off against someone in taijutsu. He didn't worry too much about genjutsu since it was one of the rarest form justu to run into.

Within every illusion, there is reality" "No weapons either? Well that kinda sucks, I'm not really what one would call a hand-to-hand fighter. Us genjutsuists aren't exactly known for being physically strong and durable. I'll admit I'm tougher than most, but...oh whatever, it can only make me stronger in the end, right?"Akeru got into a stance, ready to fight. She was sort of bummed because she had already thought of over a dozen traps to set for Ito, but without using weapons she couldn't actually do it. She supposed she could lose this fight pretty easily, but it was basically her fighting at a handicap, so it wouldn't be too bad to lose, even if it was to a genin. "I know they usually say ladies first, but I insist you do the initial attacking. I am a chunin after all, I wouldn't want to destroy you so quick that you don't learn anything from it..."It was a little bit of a bluff on her part. Her fighting style was defensive, so she needed him to be the one to attack so she could react. Her attacking first would put her at a complete disadvantage. Even without using genjutsu, she still knew that the easiest way to win was to control your opponent's mind.

Ito started moving around a little looking for the best way to attack. Ito chose to attack head on. He ran at her full speed and went for a quick jump kick at Akeru. If she managed to block that Ito would try to counter by coming from the side with his other foot.

Within every illusion, there is reality" As Ito ran towards her, Akeru got ready to use what four had taught her. Judo was about redirecting attacks, so the stronger the attack that came at her, the more it would hurt the enemy, though that pain would mostly be to their pride from what she knew. It wasn't very effective, but it was wonders for pissing people off when they tried to attack you. As Ito kicked, Akeru stepped to the side and attempted to grab the attacking leg, and with the force Ito put into the attack, send him to the ground. After the attempt, Akeru made sure to go back on her guard. She was sure Ito would be attacking some more.

Several days after Masato's last scroll arrived another messenger hawk returned to the well lit room, holding what appeared to be a sealed scroll, bearing the mark of the Kazekage.
Ninja-
Genin, the time has come for you to make travel to the Mist Village for the Chunin exams! I'm sure you will bring honor to our village, I look forward to seeing all of your performances!
Akeru, I would like to assign you my first mission, please bring the cart back to the village, take your time with it as you are still on leave until the end of the Chunin Exams.

Rekin Valar Wolfblade Rekin was shocked as he read the message, not only had this been his first mission as anything more then a graduate, But now he was a contestant in the Chuunin exams and had been nominated by the Kazekage himself. Rekin smiled but didn't let emotion over take him. Such was not the way of a Shinobi. He bowed to the others.
"Good luck...see you all there!" He turned and started for the exit. He would need to pack. Need to prepare for such a long Journey. He focused and tried to remember, First it was to the boarder of the land of wind. Though an unclaimed country, Then though the Land of fire to secure passage on a boat to the village of Mist. Although he didn't look forward to the trip, Rekin knew in his heart that he would be stronger for it.
He then emerged into the cave they had originally arrived in.

As the match was about to begin, Ito sent a kick out at his opponent but was blocked and Ito hit the ground. All of a sudden a note came in and according to it he would have to leave almost immedietly if he wanted to make it on time.
"Well Akeru thanks for wanting to fight with me, but I have to head out for the exams. Are you gonna be there to watch us?" Ito asked seeing as how he would be traveling really far it would be better with a companion

Kazu had been thinking about the exams and when the actual location was revealed, he had a feeling it might get bloody. However, he technically would be returning to his birth-place. He knew his mom would already know somehow of him being in the Chunin Exams. She usually did... Kazu heard Ito say he was leaving. Kazu figured he might as well to and said, "Yeah... I think I'm going to get going to..." he said quietly. He then went onto to leave the hideout and enter the desert.
