@Aneyana: No worries xD You don't need to be overly creative- all we need is to know where you are, and if you're doing something that needs to be conveyed (moving to a new area, picking an item up to take it with you, etc) it would need to be stated but otherwise I'm fine with casual :]

Katherine carefully made her way through the carts as the train progressed through the countryside, growing increasingly irritable the further you got from home. She continued to check in on the passengers regularly until at long last, dinner hour arrived and she made her way to the front of the car train to announce the event.
"Attention all passengers- just a reminder that the dinner car will be open for the next two hours. If you wish to partake of a meal, please place your orders now to ensure that they are prepared for you when you are ready to eat."
On that note, she ended the broadcast and made her way into the dining car to wait for anyone who would be placing orders.

The dining car is now accepting dinner orders. You may head in that direction to speak with Katherine if you want a meal before arrival at the resort tomorrow morning.
[Notes- No, you're not going to die if you go to the dining car xD]

Upon hearing the announcement Dia ran to the dining car. She walked up to the girl in the official looking uniform to place her order.
"I'd like the grilled chicken and some cheese for my mouse... Oh, and some caviar for Prince Damin, my boyfriend, to go. He's on vacation and can't leave our cabin in fear of paparazzi hiding on board."

(CRAP CRAP CRAP I'M SO LATE IN THIS D8> Sorry!)
As the announcement ran through his cabin Emilio stood up from his empty cabin to transfer over to the Dinner Car. With a heavy sigh, the boy walking through a long hallway straight to the dining car. His teal tinted onyx eyes scanned over to the person known as Katherine. With a small smile he fell in line to order.
A girl in front of him skipped strutted away after stating her order, allowing him to order.
" Hello, my name is Emilio Tart from Cabin Three. I would like to place an order for my meal." he said, with his smile still in tact. " I would like to order the scrambled egg and bacon and a cup of coffee with extra sugar please. I'm the type to eat breakfast treats anytime of the day." he chuckled. He then walked steadily back to his cabin, finding that his sketch book was untouched. Emilio smiled and seated himself back into his seat; taking his pencil and scribbling on a new page, detaching himself from the world.

Olivia had just arrived at a particularly tedious chapter when the speakers cracked to life delivering a short message.
"Attention all passengers- just a reminder that the dinner car will be open for the next two hours. If you wish to partake of a meal, please place your orders now to ensure that they are prepared for you when you are ready to eat."
Abandoning her book (which seemed to consist of some dreary man prattling on about the meaning of life) Olivia proceeded to the dining cart. Boots clicking in a steady tempo against the wooden floor of the carts, ‘one would have thought they offered a form of room service on board. I was assured this was supposed to be a first class train’ was the disdainful thought that passed through Olivia’s mind. Then again it wouldn’t be the first time she had been lied to. ‘I just hope there isn’t some form of child on board’ Despite once being a child, Olivia held them (like much of the human race) in little regard.
Stepping into the dining carriage Olivia was greeted by the first sight of her fellow passengers. There seemed to be an energetic girl with... ’is that a rat?! Of all the unhygienic things to bring.’ Was her horrified thought ‘Why didn’t the girl just bring an open cess pit? It probably would have been the same. ’ Keeping her revulsion off her expression Olivia stood in line behind a young boy. He seemed to think he was some sort of wit ‘Breakfast for dinner. How ill disciplined, one should eat meals at the correct time.’ As if to show the foolish children how it was done Olivia moved forward to speak to the irritatingly cheerful girl taking the orders.
“A Minted pea and watercress soup, followed by Pan roast John Dory with clams and closing with Italian baked pears and ice-cream.” Olivia paused a moment in thought “I think a pot of strawberry tea and light nibbles will do well while I wait” Then, without pausing to see if the girl understood or if the items were even available, Olivia stalked over and tidily sat at one of the tables that happened to be behind the ‘witty’ boy.
Glancing out the window at the passing landscape an almost inaudible sigh escaped Olivia, her book was left in the cabin with her work. As dull as it was, reading it would have been more productive then gazing at the countryside like a stunned mullet. Olivia was almost encouraged to engage in conversation to relieve the monotony. Almost.
OOC: Cantankerous woman isn’t she! Oh I’m having fun! Also if anyone wants to annoy the living daylights out of Olivia by talking to her please do! It’s about time she stopped being antisocial.

Emilio glared hard on the picture he had earlier sketched. Something was wrong about this portrait, something wasn't precise about this sketch. It had been of a man sitting in an arm chair in the artwork, with an empty chair in front of him. He didn't know what was he to draw. Sighing in frustration, he snatched his book and walked back to the dining car to wait for his order. It had been only twenty minutes since he ordered and another person had piled in to order. A mature woman sitting impatiently behind the seat he had planned to take. Fixing up his hat, Emilio tucked the pencil behind his ear, deciding to study the woman while he walked. High stiletto boots with a tuff of skirt? What sort of outfit was she wearing? Emilio stifled a laugh for a moment before realizing how irresponsible he was acting.
Finally reaching the table he wanted (Took a long time, slowpoke), Emilio opened up his precious sketch book and returned to his sketch. A quick, messy line here and a thick, slow detailed line over there. A little spiral line that curved slightly down and boots that were knee high. He studied his drawing carefully before looking out of the window. At that very moment, Emilio wanted to rush back to his cabin and take out his DSLR and snap a memento for his trip. He then took a glance around the Dinner Car and saw that a few other passengers were rushing in. Emilio sighed and dropped his pencil, taking a few minutes to think about what he would do at the destination the train was taking them to. He had already just graduated University as a Photographer and IT specialist, yet his town and suburb had already enough IT workers and Photographers weren't that important. ' Maybe I'll just be a freelance Photographer and make people come to me.' he thought with a sigh.
Emilio took a small blink and wondered if his parents and friends noticed if he was even gone. He wasn't really the "smartest" or "brightest" person among his community. He was just a person fading into the crowd. His parents never cared for him and only cared about Cassandra, his little sibling; and Carly, their specially bred Elk that was brought from Canada. Besides, he thought; I was only taking up space. He was just another misguided ghost in his community. Maybe when he got of the train, he would have a better life.... if the train ever stopped.
( Added some history to Emilio. Feel free to befriend the oustanding, emotional outcast 83)

Maren had been taking two portraits out of his rucksack when the announcement for dinner rang through the train. He paused and listened before continuing with his task. One portrait was in a pewter frame that was tarnished with age. The paint itself had also cracked in the many years since the picture had been painted, but the young woman figured was still visible. She was a human, aged about 19. Her skin and features were much like those of Maren, but her eyes were a midnight blue. She was garbed in a simple dark blue dress with long sleeves. The other portrait, which was in a wooden frame, was more recent, but it was also stating to show some age. This one showed an elven woman about the same age as Maren. Her skin was pale, her hair brown. Her eyes, which held a twinkle, were a soft green. She too was clothed in a dress, but this one was a dusky green with short sleeves. Maren set the two pictures carefully on his nightstand before going to see about dinner.
Stepping out of his cabin, Maren noticed that quite a few people had already headed toward the dining car. He, too, headed in the direction and quietly joined the queue when he got to it. When he came to Katharine, he tone was polite as he ordered. "I'd like a simple medley of steamed vegetables, with a glass of sassafras, if thou hast it." Maren had learned long ago to eat light while traveling. He turned away and found a seat that was not next to that of another passenger, but was not isolated, either. There he sat, trying to banish from his mind the sad memories which had haunted him as of recent.✿ [[So there's both a Carlette and a Carly? I wonder which Carl would prefer. And sorry for the long portrait descriptions, but one of those characters I know very well, and the other, well, though she is dead, it is still good to write of her.]] ✿

She padded down the train as soon as the announcement had been made. She had packed her own food for the most part, but wishing to be ready just in case she was needed she headed to the dining car.
A quick glance around upon arrival allowed her to ascertain that a number of the passengers had already arrived, clearly brought by the call of their stomachs.
She looked at the girl standing taking orders from under the hood of her cloak. "I'll have steak and assorted vegetables please, make the steak rare. Thank you," she said in a voice barely audible, but said in a manner that seemed to convey and odd importance.
She settled herself down at a table and began to do what she had always done, what she was trained to do, and what she was here for, watch, wait and record
(also she's put some shoes on by this point so not to upset the other passengers)

He didn't do anything in particular while the train was in motion - simply leaned back with a decent book, reading while the train went a chugga-chugga-chug. He wasn't hungry - no need to go wandering.
(Yeah. So. Totally not sure what we're supposed to be doing right now. xD)
