Lucinda---&---Scarface---&---Rev
Lucinda stood up with a nod.
"Right. I hope you've all been taking notes. After Rev speaks, you'll need to get right on the job. All of you," She spoke sternly.
Turning her gaze to Rev, she nodded.
Clearing his throat, the Zangoose stepped forward.
"Since we now have all of you here together, I thought now would be a good time to explain myself and the Elites," He said.
"Scarface already knows all this. It's known among you that I know more about the Elites than I should. I'd like to bring it forward that there are more immortal Pokemon than just the Elites or Arceus and Darkrai. I'm sure many of you have heard the age old legend of the Pokemon who stood up to Darkrai and won. Nowadays it's told as a bedtime story to younger ones. Well, I'd like to take the opportunity to explain that that story is, for the most part, true. It's the story of my fortieth birthday, actually. For the first forty years of my life I did nothing but train as a fighter. I wanted to prove that a Normal Pokemon such as myself could take down a legendary. So I took on Darkrai himself on my own. And here's the strange part, I didn't die. I managed to fight off the evil Pokemon to the point where he pulled a rather dirty trick as a last resort. Something similar to what you nowadays call 'Destiny Bond.' He linked me to his spirit, a one-way connection. I'm bound to him, now. As long as he is alive, so am I. If and when he dies, so will I. I've been wandering this planet for almost as long as the Elites have. I'v butt heads with them before..."
He reached up, pulling down his scarf and revealing that mutilated lower face he had.
"These scars are from the Elite called Deimos. A three-headed Houndoom who practices mastery of fire. I've met and battled with each and every one of the Elites, but two immortals clashing can never result in a winner. So I'm here to do two things. Help you all save the universe, and after that, I wish to die. I only require Darkrai's death."
Pushing his scarf back up, he gave a deep nod and stepped back.
Blinking a little and nervously clearing her throat, Lucinda nodded.
"If.. there are no further concerns, shall we adjourn?"
