"hm... well... Let me look around a moment then..." Hatsuma stated calmly before checking around the room for anything that might be used to signify the completion of their mission. After a few moment she noticed something peculiar... only one wall was entirely solid the rest were wood and paper. Upon even closer inspection of the said wall she noted a switch. pressing it down cause a seamless door in the wall to open a passageway. On the wall there was a sign that signified the exit of the exam area. Hatsuma looked back to Oasis and made her decision. "We'll collect her and exit through here since I believe this is the way out of this test, we've also completed the primary objective and have time to go retrieve our comrade now so we should do just that..." She stated calmly before making her way towards the way they had entered the room. "the traps are still active so we need to avoid them like before..." she stated before making her way out of the compound. after Oasis caught up she would proceed back the way they came until they found Yua and then lead her through the rest of the traps.

Oasis watched as Hatsuma located a switch which opened the wall, that was unexpected. She blinked and looked down the passage way. She nodded at its existence before following Hatsuma back out of the building. "Yea, just go back, the way we came." she states quietly as she knelt low to the ground and looked around as she remembered the best path to avoid the peering 'eyes' of the sentries. After a few moments Oasis flickered down the path avoiding each dummy in the same manner she had before, she came to a stop where the kunai trap had been launched. From this side Oasis was able to identify something about the trap, though she would wait for Hatsuma to get there first so they could pass through this area and meet up with Yua.

Yua kept moving as quickly as she could through the swamp following the horribly drawn faces in the mud as she got farther, she stopped and caught her breathe for a moment she smirked as she thought about things and then kept moving but as she did she felt her foot pull on a string. and suddenly she saw many Kunai begin to fly in her direction she quickly moved as fast as she could avoiding all of them she saw one tag hit a squirrel and the squirrel fell over it seemed to be stunned and it lay there twitching, that made Yua very uncomfortable, considering if it had hit her she would have been immobilized and all alone, which was a very scary thought to her.
Yua hopped over where some more strings where she noticed a bunch of them and quickly moved to avoid all of them so has not to have to dodge more Kunai or tags. Yua kept moving as fast as she could trying her best to catch up to her team, she wasn't sure if they would need her but she would do her best to be there.

Hatsuma weaved around and through the Sentries with relative ease since they were easy to understand now that she had faced them before. They were even predictable at this point. After finally clearing it she was at the area they had started at before entering the compounds grounds. Hatsuma moved forwards prepared to make her way through the Kunai field however after the few minutes it took to get there she spotted someone she knew, it was Yua. She had made it this far and that was good it meant she shouldn't have troubles against the sentries. "Yua the mission target has been eliminated however we still have to get back into the complex and exit through the passage that is in the target room before we are finished with our task." She stated bluntly as she awaited Yua's approach.

Oasis waved at Yua as she reached the other side of the kunai trap area. "Hi, I'm glad you made it through the vines okay." she muses with a bright smile as she turned about to look at the sentry area. "Okay, so be careful going through this area also, there are these dummies with weird faces that I think are like guards or something so don't let them 'see' you." Oasis states a** he looked back around the area at the dummies they had only just traversed. "Lets get back to the target room right away." she adds before walking a few steps and then vanishing in a flicker of motion she retraced her path through the dummies, and waved at Yua again before she stepped into the building to wait for Yua inside.

Yua smiled as she got closer and saw the girls waiting for her she smiled and moved towards them quickly assuming there was little danger left which was a dangerous assumption to make. as Yua walked forward she spotted one of the Dummies they had been talking about and it seemed to have spotted her next thing Yua knew there was a weight holding her down as net wrapped around her pinning her arms to her sides and her legs together and the weights on the ends pulling flatly on the ground, Yua tried to move but she couldn't the net held her firmly in place she wriggled against it but couldn't do much and then she realized the true sinister nature of the net it was laced with a type of hallucinogenic liquid, Yua could feel the Liquids starting to affect her he mind becoming sticky and hard to think as she tried to fight the hallucinogen, but she was having a hard time she looked towards where Oasis was and hoped her or Hatsuma would be able to help her out of this sticky and frightening situation.

Oasis had returned inside the building and was plotting a safe course to avoid all obstacles once they entered, taking note of the location of each internal sentry as well as the number of blind corners and other things inside so they could more quickly lead Yua through the building. Once she had entered the target room again and took the number of steps to the entrance she turned back around and took note that she didn't hear either Hatsuma or Yua entering the building. She blinked a few times, that wasn't a good sign, had Yua accidentally triggered one of the sentry things? Oasis had no idea what would happen if they were triggered but judging by the effect of the vines she figured it was a safe bet to say that it was some sort of mental thing most likely. She rocked from side to side gently as she thought about it before turning and skipping her way back to the entrance, she subconsciously counted the number of boards on the that she passed on her way out. “huh...” she states thinking about the number, there was three hundred and three, why an odd number? She blinked a few times before looking up from the doorway she saw Yua pinned beneath a net. A net? She looked closer, sure enough it was a heavy net holding her friend down which had to mean that the sentries launched nets. Oasis scanned about noting the other sentries she knelt low to the ground her markings emitting their standard sky blue glow. She placed her hands on the ground for just a moment making her posture a low four point stance before she launched from that position like a pouncing animal. Oasis landed on the dummy that attacked Yua and with a decisive strike she punched a kunai through its face and knocked it over before she looked to Yua under the net. “hehe... you look like a fish.” Oasis chuckled lightly not thinking there would be more to the net than just pinning however as she was about to touch it she got a sensation of dread and she pulled her hand back, bare hand touching that net was a bad idea. She spat on her hand coating her hand with a strong thick water, her coined 'wet willy' attack really, however she wasn't going to use it to attack. Oasis knelt down and grabbed ahold of the net with both hands her eyes glowing bright blue as she started to exert force on the netting.
In a decisive show of force Oasis pulled the net apart before lifting it up and off of Yua. "okay, thats better." she states lightly as she tossed the net aside, she had a small part of it still in her hand and she slid it into a container like she had the vine poison into her medic pack at her side. She blinked a few times before realizing there was something else like that to gather and she trotted off to gather a scroll from one of the kunai from the kunai trap, she carefully liberated one and placed it with the other two items before returning to her team, these items would be interesting to study later. "Go on, Oasis will just do that again to free you if it happens again." she states with a grin as she addressed Yua, she looked back to the net she had thrown aside and frowned at it, what an interesting device, she wondered what else it did though what its effects were.

Erkamina continued to wander around the forest, trying to find the dog still. She listened to the echoes of whines and barks that came, more than likely, from the dog. It was probably lost and afraid, and thus whining to be found by some one like her and her team. She growled as the mist thickened, making it impossible for her to see anything in front of her own face, her eyes were not adjusted to this lack of light. Sure, she was from the Mist village and fog was normal and expected there but this wasn't a fog like the ocean's fog. It was nearly like a jutsu. Perhaps it was to make their journeys that much harder to make it a true test. Or as she thought earlier, the dog wasn't the real test, something more waited ahead, where ever the dog was headed was probably a trap in the center of the forest or even an enemy base of sorts that meant to literally eliminate them from existence period, not just the exams. She tapped a tree's root with her foot, nearly tripping over it. But she caught herself with her hands, easily getting back up and walking again after making sure the other two had gotten past the trip up easier than she had. She wished, secretly, that she had thought to pack a flashlight. Or that she'd learned how to dissipate a fog jutsu. But she had learned no such thing. She growled heavily as the fog shifted again, this time becoming less thick- to her relief. "Alright, we have our chance. Let's go as far as we can now while the fog's lighter." She said, speeding up to prove her intent for them to follow in haste. She allowed a bit of distance between herself and them, but only enough to be the 'leader' of the group, as a Chuunin was. She continued to follow the barks, hoping that they would lead her out of the fog and into something a little less foresty.

Hatsuma followed along after Oasis across the field of sentries and into the building, she had turned around already and was on her way back to the sentry field by the time Hatsuma had reached the entrance to the base. Hatsuma looked back and spotted the dummy as it launched a net and almost instantly Oasis already in the actions of removing the infused net from Yua. Hatsuma would wait at the entry way for the two rather then head back across as she was ready to get out of this strangely repetitive event. each trap seemed to be equipped with a poison of some type clearly aiming at those with a weak constitution. The tags on the kunai were the only thing different however she thought she had smelled something pungently sweet when she had traversed them the first time. "Be sure the marking on their face isn't facing you, their line of sight is less then that of a person's and their rotations emulate a guard searching around..."Hatsuma stated informing the other two of her knowledge of the surprisingly simple traps.

His father's voice swam in and out of his own head as he tried to remember his medical nin training. He began to panic when the voice sounded intoxicated and began to laugh like a hyena. The smell of coffee wanted to make him retch as it dug deeper into his nostrils. "Wind Scythe!" He shouted as he made the necessary handseals to blast away some of the vines ahead of him. He had to make it, if he were to slow down his team, Yuki would mentally scold himself, and would probably spend weeks training solo just to be at the same level as his best buddy Hisaki. He tried to dash quickly away from the reappearing vines, but only stumbled a few feet before landing on his hands and knees. The vines creeped upwards and fastened themselves around the young Yamanaka, the thorns digging deeper into his skin. He bit his lip, not allowing himself to show signs of weakness to his teammates as the vines held strong, preventing Yuki from thrashing about.

Fuyu chuckled to himself but then stopped quickly as he started. He knew that it wasn't a fair judgement but he was always taught that the first impression is normally the right one unless there are out laying peramiters that force a different judgement. This time seemed like he was on the money, but would be willing to change his judgement if proven wrong. " I know... but it's just an opinion. Whether it's right or not has yet been determinded." He hoped that she'd see his point but then just continued on with her as she lead the group. He hadn't heard much from Jin, but that didn't mean anything. He knew he was around so he wasn't too worried, even though it would be nice to know exactly where he was seeing as Jin could have run forth before both of them anyways. While Aya stated on what the plan was going to be, Fuyu just nodded. She desided to use his idea which gave him a little boost in confedence after failing the first part of the exam and getting no points even though he did finish the mission he was told to. Oh well again. After a little while longer, the team was stuck infront of a large marsh/pond area. He pondered for a moment and listened to Aya as she stated to use the water walking technique. He didn't know what it was but knew that he could do the same thing since he was just naturally good as controlling chakra into his feet and legs period. He looked over to Aya and nodded, not saying anything because he didn't feel like acidentally making her feel bad. He concentrated a portion of his chakra to his feet and walked normally across the swamp, his eyes and ears at full attention even though his body language stated otherwise. He looked over to Aya and noticed that she wasn't moving all that fast. Even though they were in a hurry to get it done, she was still taking her time to make sure that the rest of the team was safe. This made him happy internally since she wasn't just trying to knock other people out so that she could pass the exams and become a Chuunin. He grinned slightly and walked in a span across from her so that he was going her pace and keeping his attention for anything suspicious. It turned out to be not needed as after about an hour they'd crossed the pond/marsh. He looked over and let his eyes follow Aya as she desided to do some scouting first before heading out more. He climbed up some trees to her right and started to bound from branch to branch, sometimes using his "Air Hike" ability to reach the extended branches. The wind blew through his hair and across his face lightly, feeling relatively cool and calming as everyone reached the next area in which Aya stopped to notice something. He quickly moved over to her when she signaled to move over to her. She was pointing out the vines that were growing around the base like weeds. Even though he couldn't see the colors, he could see them glowing the coolor of an enemy. She was right, a trap in which they had to now proceed with caution. Aya stated that she wanted to just look around the base, seeing if there was another way so that they could aviod the vines. It turned out that there wasn't a way to do so but to go threw them. Fuyu quickly looked at the vines so he could get an idea of what they were dealing with. The thorns were roughly an inch long and spread over the vine about every two inches. This meaning that there were a hell of a lot of thorns per vine to be weary about. This wasn't making him all that pleasant as no-one knew what the toxin in the thorn would do if anyone was cut by one. He sighed heavily and looked around. It was about this time when Aya stated her plan to get to the other side. " I really don't like that plan... but there isn't any other way is there?" Fuyu stated out loud but rhetorically. He watched as the female of their team rushed threw the vines and was graceful about it as not to get even touched by one. Fuyu nodded to Aya as she stated that pretty much as long as you were faster then the vines you'd be fine but he didn't know if he was faster then them so he'd have to use his guts intuition to get across. Fuyu walked backwards just so that he could build up as much speed as possible and got ready for his attempt to get across. " Alright, ready or not... here I come..." Fuyu stated as he started to charge towards the vines, ready to move as fast as he needed to to try and get across. Yua struggled under the net the sickly sweet smell of the hallucinogen, she could feel her mind slipping into a euphoric state until she felt the net ripped away from her body she could suddenly move again and it felt like she could breathe again Yua took in a deep breathe and then coughed as if she had been stuck under water and had swallowed some, she sat the for a moment on her hands and knees, she was still in some what of a daze and she looked up at Oasis she smiled slightly, it was the face of her savior, although Yua was sure that had Hatsuma gotten to her first she would have saved her. But right now Yua had to get her mind back together and figure out her bearings again the liquid on the net had really messed her up, and she needed to get it all out of her system before attempting to get out of this place because she was sure if she screwed up again it would hurt their score and the last things she wanted to do was cause he two new friends to fail.
Yua sat there for a moment shaking her head and gaining back her thought process, she still felt a bit dizzy as she tried to stand but her legs wobbled and gave out from under her and she found her self falling back to sitting on her butt and her knees, she sat the for a moment realizing at she was not yet ready to continue and she looked up at Oasis. Yua smiled as she tried to regain everything even her vision was blurry it was like she had been put into a spin cycle and her body hadn’t recovered. Yua sat there for a moment and let her eyes adjust till she could see Oasis’ cute face, Yua loved that girl she was adorable and actually quite strong, much stronger than Yua figured she would be, It made her interesting. Yua smiled up at Oasis and then slowly began to get o her feet, once she was on her feet she wobbled a little and her knees buckled but she found her balance and shook her head trying to make sure her mind was straight.
