Luna smiled a little at his comment, although the absence of any feeling behind the words quickly removed her smile. She knew he was feeling shitty, and she really couldn't do anything to help him. She sighed, holding the pillow, and was about to speak, but instead she said nothing, knowing it wouldn't do any good.
"Good night." she said softly reaching out and patting his chest, trying to be comforting as she fell asleep.

Now then, true to her earlier notice, Luna had discarded her pillow and now lay snuggled up to the newborn in her bed.

What Casper didn't realize, was that being exhausted, made him sleep...like he was dead. Anyone would have actually thought he was dead. He didn't have a pulse, he wasn't moving, and he wasn't breathing. That habit just didn't seem continue on when he wasn't conscious. He had moved maybe twice the whole night, and low and behold one of those shifts involved cuddling back.
Casper grumbled a little as his body started to wake up. He wasn't particularly bad in the morning....so he wasn't now, but that was probably also because it wasn't really the morning but nearing early afternoon. That was what he got for staying up all night!
Casper inhaled sharply, snuggled against the body next to him and hummed.
Wait, why was he holding onto somebody? Wait, what the hell?

Luna was not awake, not even close to being awake. Although she should have been awake hours ago, she had forgotten to set her alarm in all the confusion last night, and now, snuggled up to someone, she had no inclination to wake up. So the small blond continued to sleep, head on one of the arms around her, leg wrapped firmly around one of his and her entire body pressed against the rest of him. Which was the best way to cuddle if you asked her.

Right now Casper was so confused he just had to wake up. He struggled to open his eyes and finally, when he did, he was welcomed by the most intense burning sensation in his eyeballs!
"Ah!" He reared backwards sharply. He had not expected that whatsoever!
It appeared the day time sun wasn't something Casper's vampire eyes were quite accustomed to yet. The fact that he was all disoriented didn't help him figure out what was going on with his cuddling situation.
He opened his eyes very slowly but still had to squint. Well this sucked! He needed like...sunglasses or some s**t! It was winter dammit, sunglasses would make him seem blind!
He looked down and realized everything.
This really ******** sucked.

Luna, who was now awake due to Casper yelling and his sudden jerk, was now embarrassed as hell and pulling away from the vampire she had just recently been snuggling with. Especially because she attributed his noise to him finding her all snuggled against him, since she had no idea of the real reason behind it. She was mumbling apologies, scooting across, and ultimately out, of the bed and away from Casper, her face a bright crimson.
Stupid, stupid, stupid!! She thought to herself and grumbled as she grabbed her clothes and fled from the room into the attached bathroom to get dressed, and to hide her embarrassment as well.

What, now there was scrambling? Luna was up and about but all Casper could really do was freak out about his eyes. He rolled onto his back, and slammed him palms over his eyes. The sun was really ******** killing them! He raised his legs atop of his body and unwillingly stated hissing, much like a cat would. He probably looked really funny as he rolled around and continued to make hissing noises, but you know, Casper was suffering here!

Luna hearing the hissing, popped her head out of her bathroom door to see Casper rolling around on the bed. Her own eyes automatically squinted in the daylight now, sort of a conditioning thing. Then she realized what all the fuss was about, which didn't make her any less embarassed but at least she could do something about it. She darted back out into the room, and quickly pulled the heavy curtains shut over the windows. Although why they were even open in the first place was a mystery because she usually kept them closed all the time.
That being done, she darted back into the bathroom before Casper had a chance to see her, being as she still needed to put clothes on and was still embarrassed

What was this? It was darker now? Casper opened his eyes very cautiously and was happy to see the room was pitch black. Well really Casper could see like it was day time in the darkness of the room...but to a human, it would have been impossible to see anything.
He was still in his underwear...the only clothes he had...well this whole thing just sucked! He was still a ******** vampire!
And he still sort of was ready to try another suicide round....but he didn't even really have the motivation to do so right now. He sighed dramatically and got up from the bed.
He leaned forward so far he fell onto his hands right into a series of push ups.
Well it was something he did every morning as a hunter...he wasn't going to kick and old habit so suddenly.

Luna, now dressed in a simple pair of blue jeans and a shirt, came out of the bathroom to find Casper doing push ups in his underwear. Well, that was an interesting sight.
She walked towards the door and stepped out into the hallway, picking up the phone, then setting it back down again. How was she going to do this? She couldn't leave him alone, he would try to off himself, she couldn't take him with her, he would try to kill someone. This whole thing put a real damper on her plans and she sighed, massaging her temples, even though she had yet to get a headache since becoming a vampire. Did she have anything in the basement for him to wear? .... She doubted it, but it was worth a try.

Well fifty push ups later Casper was up and looking around the room. Luna had...disappeared, and now Casper was alone and wondering what the ******** he was supposed to do.
So, because he was an active sort of guy, Casper opened the door and ventured out into the hall.
Luckily all the windows were covered out here so he didn't have another hissing episode. That was good at least.

Luna had already trudged down to the basement and came back upstairs after checking. Surprisingly, there were clothes down there. Which was great because it would hopefully tide him over till she could get away, or get a babysitter or something... She sighed.
"Casper!!" she called, figuring he might have left the room by now, she walked into the living room and dropped the large box full of clothes on the floor. There should be at least a few things in there that fit him anyways.

Casper, hearing his name, started walking towards the living room. He must have been an interesting sight because he was trudging, not walking. Not one part of his foot left the ground at a given time...and if he was wearing socks, sparks would be flying everywhere.
"Yesss?" He said clicking his tongue at the end of it. He was just weird when he woke up...probably because he always came back home exhausted or something.
What was this? A box, full of...clothing? Well that was good at least. He trudged up to the box with a little more cheer in his expression and looked inside.
Well there definitely wasn't a fashion show in this box, but that was okay because Casper had never debated on whether or not he preferred boot cut to skinny anyway. He had to remember it was winter though...which meant he needed winter clothes in order to camouflage. He was already thinking like he was on a mission.
Not really wasting any time, Casper pulled out all the clothes his size. Really he looked like he was furiously checking tags. After like a minute, Casper grabbed a pair of boxes...sadly the ONLY pair of boxers, a pair of jeans, and a grey and navy striped sweater.
The only complication, the shoes, the lone pair of men's shoes....were three sizes too small! Casper was a size eleven...a size nine just wasn't going to cut it.
"Um.....Thanks....but uh, there are gonna be really small." He said raising the shoes.

Luna watched him, eyebrow raised as he looked through the bag of clothes. Then she smiled, glad he could find something to wear for now. She would be able to call someone to watch him while she left to go get the things he needed. And to let her employees know that she wouldn't be coming to work for a little bit.

Okay, well no answer there. "Uh, I'm going to go get changed...in the room...." He said suddenly thinking this was an opportunity to scheme up his next self infliction act.
Oh wow, now he felt like some dumb teenager. He didn't want to go around cutting himself....how stupid would that be!?
Casper got out of his crouch and started walking to his...their, room.
