It's a very party-centric game, and not all that forgiving to solo players. Drop rates and penalties are higher if you're on your own, which doesn't seem that fair to me. But hey, it's Gaias' game, they can do what they want with it.
I was one of the beta testers, it was a lot of fun.

Abbi Normal So I went and played some zOMG today. Managed to farm myself two rings; one of which I had, the other I didn't need. Soloing that game is a fun challenge, but it can be irritating to have a bunch of people come by and thry to 'rescue' you :/ I like crewing with people usually, but I've heard others complain about that behavior. If I'm going to help someone, I'll do it by healing them.... not by kill stealing. (At least, I'm guessing you're referring to that.) I keep trying to defeat the End Boss, with a bunch of different crews, and spend my time crewing with friends, farming bosses. It's really fun. And at times when my head is too empty to think much, it's really nice. xd

If I recall from guides I read correctly, the hive/death masks/endboss are the only things where a crew is a necessity. I imagine that many people are constantly recruiting for it, so it wouldn't be difficult to find a willing party. Partying with strangers is a gamble I don't like making too often. You never know what will happen with people you don't know. :/

I am by no means a pro player (haven't gotten past the ruins), but I could answer some basic questions if that's what's needed.
I'm kind of ADD when it comes to gaia forums, if I don't have a place bookmarked I'll never visit it again. And when I do, I post once and haul a** out of there. If I contribute to the subforum you mentioned, it wouldn't be the indepth contributions you might me looking for. Sorry :<
If you catch me around here, I'd be happy to help answer newb questions (provided someone who's gotten farther hasn't answered first haha)

You never know what will happen with people you don't know. :/ Well, for me, my stamina recovers pretty quickly, so if I see someone in trouble, and I'm just walking through an area, it's no big deal to me to heal them. xd I've had plenty of people do it for me. But yeah, the KSing sucks SO bad. It's why the boss fights are now within their own little rooms. Oh God, I've tried the End Boss on many different crews. Ones full of people who were completely nice, competent, ones full of people who didn't exactly know what they were doing, etc. It's really a guessing game. I figure I'll just keep joining random crews and one day I'll find a group to finish it with.

Medicaid more than likely wouldn't ALLOW them to choose that option. They wouldn't want to pay for me to be in the hospital, unless the doctors had tried EVERYTHING... And I know for a fact, there's a whole lot left to try. I don't think there's any way for them to get around it. They either have to give me the surgery, or they have to make my life livable. Unless someone is a rapist / child molester / something else horrid, they don't deserve to live like this. I'm gonna go to sleep. Have a good evening Orphie! heart

I'm so sorry to hear that hun. Can I ask, have the doctors referred you to a Specialist. I think they are called, a Neurosurgeon. If they (the doctors) can't seem to help, maybe they can send you there, and get the tests and medication that is needed.
