"Here, I believe I can help with the flame," the voice came from directly behind Kah, and a flame lit up in Maikau's hand. He hadn't been there a moment before; it was as though he had just appeared.
"And before you try to attack me, keep in mind, I can sink this boat with this fireball. For right now, all I need to do is talk. Are you two willing to listen?"

"AAHHHH!!!" Yelled Kah, "What are you doing here!!! What do you want, and if you sink this ship, you will go down too, and it doesn't matter if you do, we both have great athletics... But anyway, what do you need? Don't kill us and we may be able to help..."
Kah was afraid of this wizard, he had seen what his power could do.... but if he needed our help......

((Sorry guys, between projects that needed to be started, finished, and handed in the next day, and my swimming meets, I couldn't get on till today.))
Zakkon waited in the shadows of the Captains quarters, hiding silently behind the mans bed. As the door opened, light shone in, and light up most of the room. However, Zakkon had been careful, and made sure that no light would be albe to give him away. The Captain, (Turyanis Draynoril by name), took a glance around the room, noticed nothing out of place, walked over to the table and sat down.
Zakkon stayed in the shadows, and his patience paid off, for a few minutes later, and the door unexpectedly opened, allowing the chef to enter. He set a meal before the Captain and promptly left. As the Captain picked up knife and fork, and prepared to eat, Zakkon crept from the shadows behind the man, covered his mouth and sliced his throat all in one smooth, and deadly precise motion. At first the Captain struggled, they all did when the cut was first made, but soon, he could no longer ignore the large amounts of his life's blood that was escaping through the deadly gash, and he quickly succumbed to the sweet relief and darkness of death.
Zakkon carefully pulled the man from the seat, cast Mark upon the boat where he was standing, used Almsivi's Intervention, left the corpse outside the temple, and used Recall to return to the cabin. Even though the food had gotten a considerable amount of the man's blood on it, Zakkon sat down and ate it anyway. He wasn't bothered at all that he was in theory practicing cannibalism, he hadn't eaten in days, for he'd brought no money or food with him, expecting to be in an area where his reputation could get him some, or just a bit of thieving could meet his needs.
After he finished, he stood up, and returned to the shadows. Just as he'd expected the cook returned to collect the empty dishes, and as he entered, Zakkon stood up, quickly covered his mouth so he couldn't cry out and rouse the others upon the ship, and dispatched of him as quickly as he'd killed the Captain. He disposed of the corpse using the same methods, and now that there was nothing and noone to interrupt him, he could get on the the more important matter at hand. He knew that the Khajit, Redguard and cloaked man were upon the ship, and most likely they were with each other conversing somewhere. He opened the port hole, and looked down, and noticed a ledge that looked big enough along the side of the ship for him to walk upon. However, he knew he'd need his sleep. He locked the door, and crawled into the Captains bed. He was a disciplined sleeper, he wouldn't sleep more than the two hours he'd be needing to restore his magicka, and allow him to cast the necessary spells for tommorrow.
He doubted that anyone could get through the door without waking, for not only were his ears very acute, but he slept with both eyes open. However, just incase they did, his shortblade lay unsheathed, and in his grasp as he settled in for sleep, making sure he had a good view of both the porthole and the doorway.

"I need your help. Right now, I'm in no condition to kill any of you; I respect those that can hold their own against an assassin like me. Unfortunately, that won't stand with my client. I need evidence that there was someone who has been known to stand up to me. I need evidence that there was a member of-" He sniffed the air, and his head swivelled around to stare at the Captain's Cabin, just as the chef walked in. After a few moments, he spoke out loud.
"Both the Captain and the Chef are dead. Look- There's blood leaking out from under the door. Don't go in there yet; he's skilled, and we'll need a plan. Someone else is aboard this ship. I got on with my own techniques, but they are just that: My techniques. No one else knows how to use them. Is there any chance that someone else could have boarded the ship before it left the harbor?"

"None I was the last abord and I made sure that no one could sneak on board." Arnix din't relish the idea of allying himself with this man but he felt he could trust him, he did not know why he just new he wouldn't betray him if he was not betrayed. And besides having someone that could almost best himself could prove useful. He looked over at the door and then noticed a porthole. "Kah, can you cast invisibility on yourself and take a look?"

"No! Wait, whisper. I have a feeling that he's listening. Look, invisibility won't work on this. That amount of blood in such a short amount of time suggests that this person is from one of two bloodlines: He's either a Seimorase, or a Deathblade. And I can assure you, he's not related to me. That means that either Zakkon managed to follow you two, or possibly me, or there's an assassin of an unknown family on board. As a Seimorase, I'd like to think that it's Zakkon. There's two different bloods there; two different smells that even you two should be able to differentiate. There's a mixture of the two smells, collected on something thin. Probably a dagger. By the lack of noise, I'd say their throats were slit. Anyone with that amount of skill can only be beaten by one of the same trade. I could send a blade right through that cabin, but if I miss, he's likely to kill both of you. My poison dart spell, Sting, doesn't have the strength to go through a foot of solid wood, and still stay on course. Not to mention, I still can't be sure of where he is in that cabin.
No one is as silent as I am. I can hold my breath for minutes at a time, and I have my cloak enchanted to be completely silent. While he might see it, I would assume that, if it is Zakkon, all the lights would be out, rendering me invisible. I doubt that, as stealthy as both of you might be, neither of you equal my ability in that trade. So can either of you tell me how that cabin is built? Where objects are, how big it is, anything that might help?"

"Well if it's like anyother cabbin it will be biult strong, but not strong enough to keep me and Betsey out, everything will be up against something and secured to the floor the bead will be in the far corner furtherest away from the porthole and the door, there should be a chest of a cabnet where everthing is stored and a lockbox for valuables, that is the extent of my knowledge. I have built many a ship and that is how the cabbins are built standered but he could have paied the contracter extra to change it around. Oh and if you need any assistance don't look to the door!" Arnix smiled then walked off laughing. "Kah did you see where that Pretty Nord waitress went?"
"Ah there you are, could I get a brandy and a key to your room!" Arnix walked around the corner out of sight. Then he stuck his head around the corner, he wore a broad grin, held up a key and wink at Kah and Maikau.

"That's our arnix. lol " Laughed Kah, Kah felt he could trust this man. But the wiser part of his brain, his thief sense, told him to stay aware.
"So maikau, how do you propose we do this with what we have?" I say we have about 2 hours before arnix has to go to his newly aquainted girlfriends room.
"What if I cast a sound spell in the room?"

"No, I can sense when those are cast, and if I can, I'm sure that he can. It's strange; When I finally fight someone who's likely to have only my weaknesses, I can't think of any. He's an assassin, he's likely to most of my skills, and some that I don't, and vice-versa. Which of my skills are unique? My ranged mark spell is potent, but it won't get me through solid objects. I can't get into the room without alerting him... So maybe I'm going about this wrong... Kah, get ready for a battle. Prepare your enchantments, and whatever you do, do not contradict my actions. Just trust me for now; I'm a Seimorase, and while that means that I could betray you at any moment, it also means that I know exactly how to beat an assassin, as long as the area suits me."
The hand that had once held the fireball raised up, grasped the side of the cloak, and threw it off. The sight it revealed seemed to contrast so severely with his previous appearance, that it seemed impossible. He wore pure white leather, a white mask, and his hands seemed to become less demonic. Muscle seemed to grow beneath the Argonian Scales, and they actually looked normal. His arms were covered in sinew, as though the veins had been stretched to the breaking point. His form looked like an assassin; his armor didn't. The sun reflected off of the colorless leather, casting a blinding glare all across the ship.
"Cleave."
The blade whistled through the air and tore through the cabin, slanting upwards at the last moment so that the top slid neatly into the water, taking two of the walls with it.
To Zakkon, it would seem as though the sun had fallen onto the boat; the only thing that could be brighter was a light spell. Though it would definately affect everyone, including Kah and Arnix, he assured himself that they would get used to it a lot faster than Zakkon would. He summoned a fireball and readied himself.

Anix was already in the waitress' room when he heard Maikau yell 'Cleave'. "Gotta go love be back in a bit!" Arnix ran out of the room and around the corner as quick as one can while putting on pants with only one hand. "What I miss??" He said has he caught up to Kah.

"Arnix, get ready for a fight!" Kah went and slipped on every ring with the best enchanments they had.
Sanctuary ring: Sanctuary 100 percent for 5 seconds. 6 casts. fully charged.
hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil: Blind, sound and silence 100 percent for 20 seconds, 1 cast.
Blending shadows ring: Chameleon 50 percent for 60 seconds, 4 casts.
Kah took out the ebony darts that he rarrely uses, and prepared for the assasin to make the first strike.
"Maikau, if you attack one of us, our teammates will find out and come after you. So for your good and ours, wait for this battle to be over, and be honorable. If you attack us, it will become harder and harder for you to make allies. And as you see, you need us at the moment on hand."

((Indeed. I'll post this, since everything is happening in quick succession, it would still be in real-time. This is just Maikau getting more prepared, and replying to Kah.))
"As I said, I'm in no position to kill you. My client wouldn't accept failure to such an extent. He'd put a bounty out on me, doubling my current bounty to forty million drakes. Even I would have trouble stemming the tide of bounty hunters then. I just hope that, after this, you'll make the logical choice, and help me by being a witness to Sorjen's untimely appearance at the harbor. Just be sure to keep him away from me while I ready my spell."
He closed his eyes, and started chanting. Soon, the fireball in his hand would become a mixture of fire, ice, and electricity, and be half his size. Though it would have no explosion range, he had it made to continue damaging the recipient for thirty seconds. It would drain nearly all of his magicka, and he only had enough potions to recharge it once, so he knew he had to hit his mark when the time came...
((Maikau will be inactive for awhile. I'll post, but only when the frost mixes in with the spell, then again when the lightning mixes, and then he'll be back to normal. If he gets hit, it'll break his concentration, though the magnitude of the attack will determin whether or not the spell stops growing. However, no matter what, he will throw whatever is left of it if his concentration is interrupted. So if you break his concentration half-way through, the spell will still be fairly powerful.))
