Saiyuri Mayu [Genin] [ Mayu Clan] [ Konoha] [ Team Hot Potato Leader ]
Saiyuri felt like giggling at Takashi's thoughts as he moved into overdrive, but for his sake she did not do so. He seemed unsure at first, but then reacted to her. When he placed his hand over hers, Saiya wondered if she should have not allowed the contact. In a world like theirs, growing attached to anyone was dangerous, especially a hot head like Takashi. Even if the attachment was a budding flower of emotion, it would cause harm if either end happened to die or loose interest. But...Saiyuri could not actually stick with any of the logical reasons she should turn on her heels and walk away. Takashi may be risky, but it was a risk she was willing to take. She smiled at him sweetly, a true glow of benevolence enveloping her. "I wouldn't have it any other way Takashi-san." Saiyuri said softly, practically a whisper of a thought. Saiya was willing to try this out, but wanted to move slow. She wasn't like another RPC who enjoyed sake and had large breasts, she actually had morals.

  T A K A S H I _ S H I S H I G A M IGenin | Taijutsu | Dragonil Strength | Endurance | Cunning | Speed + 1You think I'm gonna run? Don't Insult me! Who the hell do you think I am?! I'm Takashi of team Hot Potato, baby! And I NEVER run from my enemies!
Takashi hesitated, but nodded. Then a thought popped up in his head. The voice of reason, his mentor: "All choked up just 'cause a woman threw you a curve ball? Just who the hell you think you are!?' His grin widdened. Just who the hell was he? He was Takashi Shishigami, and he never ran from anyone or anything. All doubts and conflicts quickly subsided as he patted his cheeks. "Yosh!" He hopped up to his feet, now finally able to look into Saiyuri's cyan eyes. He lightly peeked her cheek, then bumped his chest with his fist. "Then I guess that's that. Now I got the pressure of supporting someone else. No problem." He wasn't going to try anything on her, not yet anyway. Right now they were mere gennin. He had no right to even attempt anything. But he would get stronger, and over time, prove his worth. Once he was someone she could be proud to be seen with, that's when he'd strike. Until then, nothing changed. Saiyuri was still the same girl he'd known almost all his life, he could just flirt easily now instead of trying to carefully pick his word choice. Just one more thing left to do. He took a step back from Saiyuri, then extended a fist towards her chest. "Old Sonozaki tradition. Mentor made me promise to do this, so if it's corny, blame her." He closed his eyes and inhaled, trying to recall everything, then exhaled and reopened his eyes. "By the honor of the Shishigami and Sonozaki, I'm with you, a hundred percent of the way. Your actions are my actions, your thoughts, my thoughts. My fists will always be on your side, against underwhelming and impossible odds alike." He grinned a little cocky grin towards the end. "You've got the Salamander of Konoha as your watchdog, now. Think you can keep up?"
Yep... mood swing averted. He was back to his old self.

Daichi Mayu | Leaf Genin | Weapon Master Class | Mayu Bloodline | [RP day 2: Response to this post.] Despite the dark innuendo, Daichi couldn't help the small smile that play across his lips at the invisible complex thought processes detectable only to Mayu playing through her mind as she prepared her response. Her first inclination was to always deal with the future, such as respectfully asking the shopkeeper private later, and parts of her reasoning behind how keeping the engagement private would keep the villages, and each other, safe. Someone who thought things out so fully would make a good leader, but her ability to handle things calmly ( Well, mostly, but nobody's perfect he thought) and win others over with her demeanor were also key parts to why people were so ready to accept her as their kage. I hope I can become as reliable as her, but I think I isolate myself too much for anyone to really entrust me with the task of providing for a mass I hardly know on a personal basis. It only took him a few seconds to mull over all those thoughts, but he did resume a standing position as he did so. With his arms relaxed at his side once again, he bowed and left the hospital. However, he continued to communicate through the link as he did si, and waved while facing away from her as he edited the room. "Pfft, if I stay here any more this year, I'm going to have to pay a household tax on that room. Anyways, conratulations on the engagement! I'll keep silent about it until you tell me otherwise. See you tomorrow during training, perhaps!" After a few more seconds, Daichi was a little ways down the street when he reached his max telepathic range. Concequently the connection broke, and the unique feeling generated by the link abruptly left Misuki alone with her own thoughts and in person at last. Saiyuri Mayu [Genin] [ Mayu Clan] [ Konoha] [ Team Hot Potato Leader ]
Saiya blushed as Takashi kissed her cheek. She suddenly felt rather small in the world for some reason. When Takashi made his super corny statement of loyalty, Saiya smiled and suppressed her laughter. "Sometimes cliché is a good thing, Takashi-sa-" Saiyuri said, thinking now would be a good time to drop the honorifics."-Takashi. She said, listening to his next words. "Someone has to follow you around with a stretcher right? That will be my job." Saiyuri said, smiling once more. It really did look like things were looking up.

Saiyuri Mayu [Genin] [ Mayu Clan] [ Konoha] [ Team Hot Potato Leader ]
Saiyuri was at a bit of a stand still. She was unsure what to do, so merely stood there. Going too fast would scare the crap out of her, and at the same time she didn't want to move too slow, else the relationship may fall apart. Saiya stopped in herself from thinking any farther. Over-thinking was something that Saiyuri had always done, taking the smallest things and ripping them apart in her mind. She wouldn't treat this like one of those things. So, with a deep breath she walked forth, and slipped her hand into Takashi's. At first she seemed a bit unsure, but then settled into the roll. "Let us go to the office." She didn't give a reason, but felt as if some higher power sitting at a computer wanted her to go there. She walked along side Takashi towards the Hokage's office.

____________________________Sindoue Misuki_______ Konohagakure / Medic / Hokage (Sp.Jounin) / Sindoue Clan [RP Day 2]
Eyes remaining closed, Misuki left keeping tabs on Daichi to her ears and sensory abilities. The rustling of clothes indicated movement, that of which was most likely him just standing up. A moment of silence and then the shuffling of feet. Taking another bite of her meal, Misuki waited till the sound of his feet was heading down the hall away from her office to reopen her eyes. No sooner had she regained her sight did Daichi pledge her mind with another statement. Releasing a soft groan, Misuki was ready to retaliate when she felt the awkward sensation of the Mayu link disconnecting. 'Cocky kid...'
Releasing a sigh, Misuki suddenly didn't feel so hungry anymore. Closing the bento back up, Misuki stuffed it into the plastic bag and slipped it around her right wrist. Standing up, Misuki whistled twice for Aves to hop onto her shoulder. Grabbing the drink, Misuki left her mission reports on the table as she headed out the door. Making sure to look the room behind her, Misuki turned down the hall leading to the main foyer. She had a lot to think about tonight and the most important thing on her mind was Deil's letter. 'How do I respond to something like that...' Exiting the hospital, Misuki was greeted by the cool evening air.[End of rp day 2] [Chakra Pool: 56/60] [Stamina Pool: 69/69]

____________________________Sindoue Misuki_______ Konohagakure / Medic / Hokage (Sp.Jounin) / Sindoue Clan [Wind Clone]
Gaze on the young Laurent, the wind clone watched and waited patiently as Aqua took in the 5 objects before her. The 5 objects themselves were just objects but if used properly, can become deadly tools. The manipulation of elements is a scary, yet powerful thing. When handled wisely, they can become one's ally. If misused, it'll only bring destruction and chaos. A spark of realization flashed across Aqua's face and the clone smiled softly in recognition.
Silent as the night, Misuki watched amused as Aqua outstretched her hand over the cup of water and without even much though, manipulate the water from the cup. Smile widening at the girl's response, Misuki was happy to know that Aqua was able to figure out the simple, hidden message in less than 5 minutes. "That is correct Aqua-san, to manipulate the elements, is like manipulating life itself. Every manipulate will affect our surroundings in some way. May it be using the earth to create a clone, or to manifest our own lightening. Nothing comes without a cost and I am not just talking about chakra costs..."
Pausing a bit for air, the clone rested both hands on her lap, one on top of the other and squeezed them slightly. Gaze now on the 5 objects, the clone's face became more solemn as will be her voice. "Because of that, we have to be cautious of how we manipulate the elements. How you fight is up to you, but never forget this. In the wrong hands, only devastation will be left in its wake. In the hands of the wise, less will be harmed." The last bit would appear a bit off but it was the truth. Almost no manipulation can be considered non-damaging. If one was to properly manipulate an elemental attack, then someone or something will be hit thus damaging in one way or another. To the clone's ears, the words sounded philosophical and even a bit preachy but necessary. To understand elemental manipulation is to understand its repercussions.
Allowing Aqua sometime to take in her words, Misuki picked up the pinwheel and held it an inch from her mouth. Blowing out lightly, her breath caught onto one end of the pinwheel and began to move it. Letting out a constant stream of air, the pinwheel spun in full circles several more times before halting. Taking back in a deep breath, Misuki handed the pinwheel over to Aqua with a small smile on her face. "Shall we start with life's most essential element?" It was a rhetorical question at best seeing how all elements were equally essential to life but what the clone was hinting at, was a human's need for air. "Relax, and let your chakra seep out of your body and into the air. Take control of it and guide it. Make the pinwheel spin with winds that are not your breath. Take the air around us and move it. Search for the calm and fiery gale within yourself. That is the essence of my wind element. Yours will be similar so search for it and draw it out. It will help with manipulating your surrounding winds." [Chakra Pool: 37/60] [Stamina Pool: 59/69]

Saiyuri Mayu [Genin] [ Mayu Clan] [ Konoha] [ Team Hot Potato Leader ]
Saiyuri came in through one of the backdoors of the hospital, not wanting to start a panic by bringing in a dead body. She lead the lackey right to the morgue, and had Heliel placed on a table with a cloth over him. Saiyuri thanked the man, and shut the door behind him. For a moment, she stayed in that position; hand on the door. Saiyuri knew her orders were to stay with the body, but seeing a friend dead reminded her of the war. Her blood seemed to turn to ice cold, like everything else in the room. Saiya's mind reeled into a flashback as the sound of an explosion happened. She sat down on the floor, back against the wall as she remembered all of the dead bodies.
Saiyuri closed her eyes taking in deep breaths to steady herself. She put her head in her hands, pulling her knees up to her. That was all in the past now, there wasn't anything to worry about. "You..." Said a voice, making Saiya snap her head up. She rose to her feet, ready to apologize. Saiyuri thought she had been alone in the room. When her blue eyes gazed around the room and found nothing, Saiya grew perplexed. She took a step forward, trying to see over the table. "You couldn't save them all." Saiyuri stopped in her tracks. There was no doubting it. The body had spoken. Heliel's dead body had just spoken. Saiya closed her eyes and shook her head, knowing that wasn't possible. That was when the cloth began to move. Heliel sat up, the cloth slipping from his face to reveal his cold eyes. They seemed to bore into Saiyuri's very soul. She took a step back, eyes wide and mouth parted slightly. "You were too weak! You couldn't save them!" Heliel said, his lips growing into a grotesque smirk. Saiya was shaking, unable to form a proper thought. Heliel let out a piercing laugh, and lunged at her, both hands extended out towards her neck.
Saiyuri awoke with a silent scream, mouth opened in the action. She was breathing heavily and looking around the room wildly. The body was still on the table, and the cloth was still over it. "It was only a dream..." She said to herself, repeating it twice before she was able to calm herself. Saiyuri rose to her feet, and set about keeping herself busy. There were plenty of tools laid around, ready to be used for an autopsy. She picked up each and every one of them, making sure to categorize by use, and arrange alphabetically.

AquaLaurent Konoha Genin l Weapon Master l Student of the 5 Elements l Chakra: 35 l Stamina: 28 Aqua listened to the wise words of the Hokage. She placed the pinwheel on the desk in front of her and propped it upright. "Okay so I have to let my chakra seep out into the air around me," Aqua repeated as she stretched out her hand and held it towards the pinwheel. Aqua closed her eyes and tried doing what the Hokage was telling her to do. Sweat dropped from her brow from the intense amount of concentration. She wasn't getting through to it.
Aqua sighed as she placed her arm back at her side and opened her eyes. It was harder than she thought it was. She remembered how easy it was to manipulate water, how natural it came to her. This time she was trying to manipulate an element that was completely foreign to her. Of course it wasn't going to be easy, but she had to continue training. If she didn't she wouldn't be able to attain the strength.
That's when it came to her, the demon chakra inside of her. It is because of the demon inside of her that she is able to manipulate the elements. Maybe if she meditates and reaches deep inside of her, bring out the demonic chakra, she might be able to use the wind element. Could she use the demon chakra though? It would be the first time she's attempted to use it since she had defeated her demon and woke from her coma. "Lord Hokage, I ask that you please watch over me while I attempt this," she told her.
She was concerned that she wouldn't be able to handle the demonic chakra. Taking a deep breath, Aqua closed her eyes and searched deep inside of her. She found herself staring at herself in the darkness, a being that looked the same as she did. She asked the being how she was to control the separate elements, and the other being retorted with a snide remark. Just as she thought, her demon wasn't going to make it easy on her. What ensued next was a ten minute conversation with the demon, trying to reason with it using logic that it would be beneficial for her to know how to use her powers properly.
After those long ten minutes, Aqua opened her eyes once more, her hand stretched out in front of her. "I think I got it...the wind, I have to will it with my chakra," she explained as she opened her palm, her fingers stretching out towards the pin wheel. Her chakra began to waver in the wind as the pin wheel twitched slightly. Slowly but surely, it began to turn until a fierce wind blew through it and knocked the pin wheel over. "I did it!" she exclaimed as she looked back at the Hokage. It was going to take some practice, but she was able to now use the wind element.

____________________________Sindoue Misuki_______ Konohagakure / Medic / Hokage (Sp.Jounin) / Sindoue Clan [Wind Clone]
Observing in silence, the wind clone watched at Aqua set the pinwheel upright on the desk and attempt to manipulate the wind. She watched as the girl did her best to follow through with her teachings and from the sweat dripping down her brow, she wasn't getting through. 'Hm...guess its not as simple as I thought it would be. Guess her ability does inevitably tie in with the demon's...'
Remaining on her spot on the ground, the clone heard Aqua release a soft sigh before falling silent. Leaving the genin to her thoughts, the clone began to consider other methods of teaching chakra manipulation. 'What I tell her is from what Misuki has gathered from multiple texts and her own experience with drawing out her katon element. If it does link with her demon, there's only so much I would be able to do...'
When the girl spoke again, the clone caught the caution and worry in her voice and the clone could only assume that Aqua had picked up on the same information that she had. "Of course." Responded the clone softly to the girl's request. As the girl drifted into her own mind, the clone of Misuki took up the role of a diligent guard. Paying careful attention to signs of loss of control.
Approximately 10 minutes later, Aqua reopened her eyes and stretched her hand out in front of her. Nodding her head in agreement to her words, the clone can sense an air of confidence from Aqua. 'I have a good feeling about this next attempt.' Her hunch was correct as Aqua created a fierce wind that knocked the pin wheel over. Smiling warmly at the girl, Misuki gave three small claps with her hands in congratulations before pushing forward the next object of their lesson. "An oil lamp. As stated before, this represents the Katon element. To most, Katon is considered the fiery, blazing, and offensive element. Though most of its uses are devastating, katon can still bring forth warmth and joy. Take a raging wildfire, that is harmful and a campfire? Yes, it can be dangerous but it also provides us a hearth to rest our weary souls by."
Resting her right index finger next to the oil tray, the wind clone sent forth a small bit of heated chakra. The oil shimmered a bit before lighting up. Using her fast reaction speed, the clone was able to retrieve her hand before it got burned by the flames. "A blazing intensity, that is the core of my katon element. Use your chakra to warm your surroundings. From heat, you create an spark, from the spark, you create ember, and from the ember, a flame." Blowing out the fire within the lamp, Misuki glanced back up at Aqua as to indicate it was her turn to try. [Chakra Pool: 37/60] [Stamina Pool: 59/69]

AquaLaurent Konoha Genin l Weapon Master l Student of the 5 Elements l Chakra: 29 l Stamina: 28 Aqua watched with analyzing eyes as she watched the Hokage light the lamp on fire. Her chakra was to warm up her surroundings, creating a spark from that heat. But the Hokage spoke to her as if she was a normal genin. She could see much more than what the Hokage explained. She was of course a princess who had the best tutors when she was little. What her chakra needed to do was to speed up the molecules in the air to the point that they burst, causing the spark using her chakra. "Okay its my turn, lets try this out," Aqua said as she now stood in front of the lamp.
Aqua calmed her mind and went back into her mind, staring at herself in the darkness. There was one defining difference between the two Aquas, one had a giant green tail with swirling winds around it. "So I got the Fuuton element down...next is Katon. Well?" Aqua asked as she folded her arms across her chest defiantly. The opposite Aqua looked at her with an intense hatred, but sure enough, the tail dissipated. The demon Aqua stared back as she began being surrounded with a terrifying and intense red aura.
Aqua opened her eyes and stared at the Hokage. For the first time, the Hokage would see a drastic change in Aqua's physical body. The iris of her eyes changed from a deep blue to a blazing crimson. Staring back at the oil lamp, Aqua brought her hand back and focused her chakra. "The Katon element, using my chakra to speed up the molecules in the air to the point that it causes heat in the surrounding area and setting things aflame. I will master it," she stated as the chakra in her hand reached its peak.
Outstretching her hand, Aqua let her chakra flow out of her palm. She could feel the molecules in the air vibrating violently as she focused all her concentration on the oil lamp. Out of all the elements, Katon was the most terrifying. If she did not maintain perfect control, the flames could spread and cause an immense amount of destruction. She could feel the surrounding temperature rise.
An explosion of flames erupted from the oil lamp. Had she not kept control the fire would have expanded to the desk and set it aflame. Aqua breathed heavily as she propped her hands upon her knees and looked up at the flame. "Two...down..." she panted. This element took a heavier toll on her because of its sheer power. "Two more to go..." she breathed as she attempted to compose herself.

____________________________Sindoue Misuki_______ Konohagakure / Medic / Hokage (Sp.Jounin) / Sindoue Clan [Wind Clone]
Eyes on Aqua, the clone watched as she prepared herself mentally for the task. From what occurred last time around, Misuki could only assume Aqua was once more trying to draw into the power of the demon sealed within herself. 'She's doing well for her first real time interacting with the demon while in control...still have to be cautious though. It takes a lot out of someone to draw out another element. It was definitely no easy task for Misuki to draw out her Katon element...'
An intense, blazing aura broke the clone from her thoughts and as she looked to Aqua, the cloned noticed for the first time a change in her appearance. This time around, the girl's irises had changed from a deep blue to a fiery crimson. Gulping down some saliva, the clone didn't know why but she felt a sense of uneasiness wash over her. Holding onto her composure, the clone watched cautiously as Aqua extended out her hand to the oil lamp. Nodding her head in response to the girl's statement, Misuki could see a small change in colour in the oil tray before and explosion of flames shot out.
For a second, Misuki was sure the flames would get to her but to her surprise and relief, Aqua was able to maintain them within the lamp. Smiling proudly at the young genin, Misuki used her wind to exhaust the flame while giving Aqua a moment to catch her breath. "Amazing job Laurant-san. You showed great control over those flames. Katon can be an overwhelming element at times but with much training, it can prove to be a wonderful ally." As stated by her pupil, they had two elements down and only two more to go. Turning to face the remaining objects left on the ground, Misuki debated over the two before picking up the lamp and bringing it over to Aqua on the desk.
"Raiton and Doton, both elements that I don't process but have witnessed first hand. Lets start with Raiton. Raiton itself can be considered as unstable as Katon and its just as unpredictable. A current of energy, that is the most basic form of all Raiton techniques. We aim for friction, for a spark that can be used to and changed into a current. I once saw an opponent change herself into lightening itself, a very mystifying technique indeed but the speed and damage it can do...Same with Katon, this element requires great control or things may get out of hand. I want for you to use your chakra and create a current through the plug and light up this lamp. A wild flailing ball of energy, that should be your mind focus." Stepping off to the side, Misuki allowed the girl space to prepare. [Chakra Pool: 37/60] [Stamina Pool: 59/69]

____________________________Sindoue Misuki_______ Konohagakure / Medic / Hokage (Sp.Jounin) / Sindoue Clan [RP Day 3]
Not bothering to turn back and see if Akura followed them or not, Misuki lead the way through the backstreets of Konoha towards the hospital. It was apparent in Misuki's silence and actions that she preferred to not be disturbed and that she wanted to avoid crowds. Crowds normally meant people and people normally meant comments and concerns for their Hokage. Keeping as transparent as possible, Misuki slipped in and out of alleyways before arriving at the back of the Konoha Hospital.
Entering the hospital, Misuki wasted no time to head over to the morgue. If her suspicions were correct, Saiyuri might have also used the back door and will choose the morgue as the place to bring the corpse. That's not to say Saiyuri couldn't have brought the corpse elsewhere but the morgue is generally the smartest place to bring a deceased body. Stopping before the door to the morgue, Misuki took a moment to calm her mind and check the area for people before cranking open the door and slipping in, fully expecting Takashi to do the same.
She spotted Saiyuri over by a tool table and headed over there immediately. Taking a place next to the petite girl, Misuki could see that the tools were being categorized by usage and in alphabetical order. Smiling a small smile, Misuki didn't know why but her left hand instinctively rose and she patted Saiyuri on the head gently. "Lovely work Mayu-san. I also apologize for leaving you this long with a recently deceased fellow genin. Will you be alright staying or would you prefer some fresh air?" Misuki's voice was gentle, much more different from how she spoke with Akura moments before. Misuki didn't know why, but Saiyuri had this effect on her. Bring out the gentle side of her despite her need to act indifferent as Hokage.

Saiyuri Mayu [Genin] [ Mayu Clan] [ Konoha] [ Team Hot Potato Leader ]
Saiyuri felt Misuki coming from farther off, feeling the familiar brain pattern of her mind. She had to hold herself back from running out the door and giving Misuki a hug. For some reason, Misuki really made Saiyuri feel useful, and sometimes came off as motherly. She accepted the pat on the head, and her emotions were clear in her eyes. She was putting on a facade of calm and control, but was shaken. For once, Saiyuri was once very happy that she could not speak with her voice, because she would not be able to keep it under control. "Thank you Sindoue-sama." She said, bowing to her. For some reason, Saiyuri had an air of formality. Saiya was keeping herself under control. To answer Misuki's question, she held up a letter that had appeared a few moments before. Saiyuri was to head to the gates and meet up with Ken and Takashi and head to Mist. Apparently, the original members of Team Hot Potato were cut for the mission. There was probably a reason behind this, which Saiyuri hoped revealed why. "I've been given a mission with Takashi-san and Ken-san." She said, heading towards the door. "I'd stay to help you, but orders are orders. We're off to Mist with an ANBU member." Saiyuri said as she headed out, bidding Misuki goodbye. She severed her link and took a deep breath, steadying her nerves. Saiyuri was happy she didn't have to answer the question, not wanting to show Misuki how weak she had been.
