Madison nodded shyly as a young infant would to a parent. She soon managed to raise to her feet with a small smile on her face, he was too good to her. The young rabbit did not understand the situation, why was this man so good to her? She smiled again and then looked down at her feet, not sure what she could now say to him.
"You are too nice to me, Shin. You really are."

Madison soon cocked her head at Shin, curious about the way he was looking at her. There was something that seemed to trouble her at this moment about him, something that was unusual that lurked within him. Her stomach started to turn slightly, but she did not cause her face to show the expression.
"Are you ok, Shin? You seem...upset." asked the rabbit as she took his hand within hers without even thinking about it. It seemed something natural that she would do in the situation, but really something inside her was bubbling. An emotion that she had thrown out the door a few monthes ago...something that she never would figure she would learn again.

Madi raised her eyebrow slightly unaware of what exactly he was speaking of. But she nodded slightly in confusion as she began to walk towards the store he was looking at, while holding his hand. She soon looked into the window in curiousity and could see all the different selection of treats, all consisting of sugar delights. Every childhood fantasy was located within this window, and she simply sat in amazement at all the treats.
The young rabbit soon turned to Shin with her large crimson eyes looking at him. She didn't know what to say, for she seemed rather clueless at all these childern desires placed into one store. Her free hand soon lightly glided against the glass, barely touching it.
"...These are so pretty...what are they?" asked the rabbit as she countinued to gaze back at the candy then at him with her fingertips bearly on the glass. Soon, a child and their mother walked into the store. The young girl seemed so happy and exicted to be going inside. Madison simply stared at the girl going inside.
She didn't understand why someone seemed to be so happy about something so little. But it was a growing experience for the her to know, she blinked a few times and countinued to look back at the candy. Where it seemed to be dancing at her, showing her something she never thought she would ever learn or experience.

" I have nothing for you."
The man finished, that scar crossing his forehead made him look experienced. The man didn't even know he was going to die. He didn't think Saiko was a threat. Apparently big guys are slow stupid and harmless. Mistake 1. Mistake 2 consisted of the lack of intelligence. The man said he would so without further need he moved.
That wicked blade stabbed forward beneath the table. Pushing it's edge into the mans gut Saiko growled deep in his throat like a feral dog. Almost hungrily as he stood throwing the table against a wall lifting the man on his blade into the air as if the blade was holding nothing. The man gasped and shuddered violently as the blade tickled his entrails. Cutting them to bloody reiking ribbons within him. Tears flowing from the mans eyes Saiko's fist came up, his left fist. On each knuckle stood out a sharp iron spike. He had found someone with enough skill to make bits for his knuckles. Clothing his knuckles with dull clicks of his partially rotted joints cracking his fist tightened and he slammed it forward.
Nooooooo-..........
The mans last coarse scream was cut off as saiko's fist met the bridge of his nose penetrating his skull and pushing most of his face inward to brush against the back of his skull. Pulling his hand out agian with a sickening crunch as he forced the hole larger to allow his fist to exit he spun as the mans manservant came in surprise and fear.
But it didn't last long. Wish a snarl Saiko spun his body throwing the mans body off of his blade at the manservant. As the servant was slammed to the ground dazed and unknowing Saiko walked by stomping on the mans chest just below his throat hard, the crack of ribs caving leaving a deep dent in his chest as the man spouted blood from his nose and mouth, coughing hard as a bubble of crimson blood popped in his face leaving droplets on the wall near him.
Walking out Saiko hid his blade beneath his cloak wrapping it around him. even if they looked at the blade they would have to get close or touch it to tell it was blood, his blade was rusty and stained, it didn't stand out.

When Siryn enters the city, the sky is dark and cloudless. She can see every single star twinkling in the distance. She's exhausted. She feels like shes been traveeling far longer than she has been, but that's because she wasn't fully healed when she'd left. She couldn't have stayed in the cave though, she did need to find a decent healer to look at her eye.
Currently Siryn is looking for an inn. As she walks, her red matted hair sticks close to her body, slicked with sweat. The black band of fabric that had been wrapped around her head, covering her wound is soaked as well. What she's looking for is a nice inn with a bath and a comfortable bed for the night. Come morning, she will go and search out a healer.
After only a few steps into the town, she sees a sign that she has found what she's been looking for. For the first time since Siryn has awoken, she smiles and turns her feet toward the promise of a warm bath and bed.

He didn't like this city much.
It felt. Ominous. He felt on the brink of something so he remained hidden.
Changing out of his white clothing he had a pair of dark loose breeches and a long sleeved vest like his white one, both darker colors.
He took off his mask and tied it to the back of his belt. Putting on a long flowing cloak, pulling it around him and pulling the hood up to hide his hair he moved into the city.
Walking with the flow of the crowd he avoided any notice he could avoid. For now he would find an inn to sleep the night in and stay for awhile.
The search began.

*It had been roughly 8 hours since the sun had set. The bar of the Dragon's Breath Inn and Tavern was still lively as ever and there in the thick of the crowd, was an eye patched young woman, leading the drunken guests in a rambunctious chorus of 'A Pirate's Life'. She waves her tankard of ale about in enthusiastic gestures as she belts out the words at the top of her lungs. Her sole eye, sparkling in a crimson delight as her rouged lips quirk in a smile of drunken bliss. On either side of her, was a drunken sailor, each with an arm draped loosely around her bare shoulders. Their flesh tickled by the silken tendrils of her raven curls that cascade around her lithe body.*
"Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me We pillage, we plunder, we rifle, and loot Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho We kidnap and ravage and don't give a hoot Drink up me 'earties, yo ho~"

Orient sits at a table, watching his ship's captain dance around the whole tavern with men on each arm. Synn is in a good mood, and he doesn't want to do anything to negate that. He raises his tankard of ale when she meets his eyes and flashes her a toothy grin.
Once she passes, he downs the tankard full and lifts it up for more. Trade had gone well today, so they were entitled to this impromptu celebration. Most of their crew is in here with them, meaning that no threat will even come close to their captain.
Orient joins in the song, letting go of his stresses and inhibitions, for the time being.

Siryn opens the creaky door of the Dragon's Breath Inn and Tavern only to be greeted with the smell of mediochre ale and sweat. The tavern is much more lively than she had been expecting, much more lively than she had wanted as well. She can't leave though, to leave would be to bring attention to herself and she doesn't want that at all.
Instead, she takes a few steps inside and sits at a table in the corner. It seems to be the only table not occupied in the entirety of the tavern. When a serving wench comes over, she asks for some ale and a light meal. Then she just watches the acitivities.
She notices right off that most of the patrons are of seafarer origins. She would almost swear that they're pirates, like herself. The one dancing with the eyepatch certainly is. She hopes that she remains unnoticed, because if these are pirates that were rivals of the Starling....

Yo Ho, Yo Ho! A pirate's life for me.
We extort, we pilfer, we filch and sack. Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho! Maraud and embezzle and even hijack. Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho!
Yo Ho, Yo Ho! A pirate's life for me. Yo Ho, Yo Ho! A pirate's life for me.
*The way she danced, if she was clad in different clothes, one might mistake the dark skinned captain for a gypsy, her dark features alleuding to some unknown heritage. Everything about her seemed to fit with her person though, and those dark bouncing curls whirrled through the room as she spun to the music being played and the claps of her crew and other patrons.
They had made a good haul today, one of the Saint's that she dealt with had a weakness for the one eyed beauty, and Synn knew how to exploit it. They always seemed to rake in an extra 10% profit when she worked him over.
She gave no thought to the small outpost and village they had attacked off the north coast. Such thoughts had been drowned 3 tankards ago!
Laughing and singing, she stops mid sentance as a young woman enters the tavern. Despite her clothes being in tact and in reasonable condition... something seemed wrong about her. Synn's crimson eye wandered over the woman like a predator assessing it's prey.*
"We kindle and char, inflame and ignite. Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho! We burn up the city, we're really a---"
*Synn glanced around her, noticing that the singing, clapping and stomping had stopped. Laughing heartily she waves her hands, slopping some of the ale on the floor.*
"Git' back to singin' me my song ye'dogs!"
*The men laugh and break back into the chorus, a wench or two joining in while they top off glasses*
"--Weeee burn up the city, we're really a fright. Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho!
Yo Ho, Yo Ho! A pirate's life for me.
We're rascals, scoundrels, villans and knaves. Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho! We're devils and black sheep, really bad eggs! Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho!~"
*Synn follows the stranger over to the lonely table and slams her tankard down, bending over the chair as if to inspect her. The captain knew another pirate when she saw one...*
"What be 'yer ships name girl? Who's crew ye' a part of?"

Siryn looks up at the woman and gives herself some time to appreciate her beauty. Long ringlets curled down her back and a dark eye looked at her from underneath the brim of a hat. She has a shapely body, covered with the same sort of clothes a wench, or Siryn herself would wear.
While studying this new woman for a brief minute, Siryn also tries to decide what to say to her. She doesn't remember what happened, but perhaps... perhaps she can get some information from this woman.
"No ship, lass." she replies. "Jus' here lookin' fer a healer."
She lifts the edge of the material coevering her wound to show the other woman. "Looks t'me ye've gotten in the same situation yerself."

*Synn slips into the chair, just a little clumsily and leans across the table, eye narrowed at the young woman. She whistles as the girl shows off her wounds and leans back, taking a swig of her drink, before crossing her arms over her chest.*
"Aye... somthing like that. I also know what kinda' people deliver such wounds. You look, smell and breathe like a pirate lass, best not be lyin' to me... fer yer' sake. I don't take kindly to liars..."

Orient leans back a little, listening in on their conversation. He doesn't want Synn to get out of hand with this woman, since he knows she can be like that when drinking. He's also curious as well, so he finds his behavious excusable.
