◤"What is so important that Natalia want's me to come?"◢ she asked Mac impatiently. Now, she didn't hate him, just wasn't fond of him. Hey, you wouldn't either if you walk in on you're sister crying her eyes out because of something he did. She stared at him intensely, waiting for his response.

He abrutly turned to her, his face all serious. "Ignis is missing. I'm going to use this..." he said, holding up the crystal necklace, his voice not mad at all but serious because of what he had to do. "...to contact her and bring her back. Natalia wanted you to be here because she couldn't be. Apparently..." he said, turning back and facing the distance, not really looking at something. "...you're more useful than you seem." Next he closed his eyes and tuned her out, ignoring anything that she may have said. He hesitated for a second and then on an impulse he reached out and grabbed the crystal necklace. Immediately, the power that resided within it, part of Ignis' essense, went inside him and started to quickly course through him. His sense heightened and he could see beyond. This time though, instead of expanding his mind, which would have enabled him to sense the little...shall we say, creature lurking around, he looked inside for the source of the power, the signature that marked this as Ignis' essense. He burst right through it and he was no longer there but somewhere entirely different. His body stiffened and started pale and be covered with cold layer of ice, thin, frozen, small stalactites.

Ignis! Mac called despereately, disoriented by the loss of connection to his body.
Mac? How are you talking to me? It's impossible that you're here. replied the confused voice of Ignis.
Nothing is impossible, Ignis. You know that. Where are we, anyway? You just disappeared.
Mac...I... she started.
Look, I know I haven't really been paying attention to you. It's just that...with everything that has happened...Just come back...please.
There was silence for a couple of moments. Had Mac been able to feel his body, it would have felt like a million heartbeats. Then finnaly he felt as if she had sighed. Well, I have to go back or you'll be stuck like this forever.
Suddenly the connection broke, Mac felt as if a vaccum had suctioned him and then suddenly he felt his body again, just at the same time there was an explosion and from the flames emerged a creatured with a humanoid form made entirely of fire, Ignis, and another person, who hesitantly got out of the flames and hid behind the pine tree before anyone noticed.
Mac gasped and started moving again. He slowly looked around and wiped out the crusts of ice that covered his skin.

"My companion. Name's Ignis." Mac said after he finnaly got rid of the ice covering him and could talk again. "She's a...not entirely deceased flaming sprite. What you see is her spirit. Made of pure fire, of course."
Good to have you back, my friend. he said, looking at Ignis. She remained silent.
Mac didn't noticed her mood though, he turned to Atreyet, smiling. "Are you worried about me, Trey?" he chuckled.

Mac laughed. "Oh come on, don't be like that. We should get along. Natalia would want that." he said, half joking. Then he turned to Ignis, still laughing a little. "So...my friend. Tell me, where have you been? I was beggining to think something had actually happened to you."
Ignis shook her head almost imperceptibly and sighed, the flames that covered her body swaying in the wind but somehow always retaining their form. Mac...I left...on my own. I couldn't stand it here any longer. You don't need me anymore, anyway.
Mac looked utterly flabbergasted. "What? What are you talking about? Where were you then? You have no where to go."
Ignis said nothing for a while and then she looked towards Thalia's pine tree. Come out. she said.
And the person finnaly stepped out, letting herself be seen. Yes, it was a girl. She looked a little more than sixteen and wore the silver clothes of a Huntress.

She looked at Mac and smiled slightly, as if something pained her even though she felt happy.
Mac's face was priceless. He couldn't have looked more surprised than at that moment. He simply looked at her. "You?"

"I am here on my own and I'd rather that stayed a secret." the girl said to Atreyet, raising her chin in a gesture of authority. "You got it, demigod?"
Just when Atreyet was about to answer back to her though, Mac interrupted. "Don't talk to her like that. You have no right."
The girl sighed and looked at Mac. "This...visit was not allowed, Mac. Lady Artemis must not..."
"I don't care. What are you even doing here? I told you not to come back." How could you go to her? he accused Ignis.
The Huntress looked pained again, she lowered her gaze this time, instead of looking at Mac. "I kept my promise. I wasn't going to come. Ignis brought me here."
Mac's face blanked at the sight of her pain and he stood silent. "Leave." he finnaly murmured.

The Huntress suddenly moved quickly and grabbed Atreyet's wrist, she twisted it around, putting it in a very uncomfotable and painful position and putting Atreyet in a lock, unabling her to move. "Shut up! This has nothing to do with you!" then she pushed Atreyet to the ground. "And don't dream. You could never defeat a Huntress even if you..." she started to say but was forced to stop when Mac grabbed her roughly from the arm. "Stop it!" he said to the girl. "What do you think you're doing?" he looked at her hardly.
The girl did stop, instead she looked at Mac. It almost seemed as if she had melt when Mac touched her. She moved closer to him and kissed him. Mac hesitated for a second, surprised but then pushed her away from him and stepped back for good measure. "Stay away from me! Leave. I don't want to see you again. I told you that." he said, looking really mad and shaken.

"Hey! Atreyet, stop! Where are you going?" he ran after her, not even bothering to look back at the Huntress or Ignis. The Huntress turned, half hurting, half angry and started to run back to where she came from, back to where she was was never supposed to leave. While Ignis, much to her embarassment for much awaited her and it would most likely not be good, she went after Mac.
Mac in the meantime luckily caught up with Atreyet, he almost didn't and he yelled and yelled for her to stop but finnaly he brought her to a stop, holding her wrist. "Wait, Atreyet." he looked at her, sincerely sorry and worried. "Are you ok?"
