[Hmm... That won't do. she thought. She looked into his eyes. Their green glow seemed eerie. She gasped.] "Treepaw, aren't your eyes yellow?" [she mewed, shocked.]

cloud limped to the border before collapsing "I'm losing my touch" he mewed to himself licking his wounds as everything began to fade he slumped down in tall grass "at least I know someone has to be worse off than me" he laughed a littele before coughing with pain, blood dripping from a gash in his mouth, he tensed up thinking about what would happen if he was caught there before relaxing again thinking he'd be dead before his scent came through that of stale blood.

[Moonflower glanced over to see a cat limping to the border and then collapsed. She gasped and ran over to him. She pressed her ear to his chest and heard beating. Good, she thought. She grabbed his scruff and measured the distance between her and the camp. Her expression darkened. She yanked at his scruff, thus flipping him onto her back.] "Watch Nightpaw for me!" [she hissed to Treepaw. She ran through the trees.]

 [Fathom padded out from the dense undergrowth. The scent markers smelled fresh, and he stopped. We're here. He sat down, waiting for his apprentice to appear.]

 [Leopardpaw was about to bound in front of Fathom, but an idea entered her mind. She crept up behind Fathom, her ears pricked. She was silent, not even the sharpest sense could hear her. She kept downwind, and watched him. He was watching for her eagerly, then she leapt out from behind her bush and clobbered him. He swatted her off, and she leapt in front of him, her silver eyes glittering with excitement.] "What now?"

She saw her mentor march off and started pacing, she was alone with Treepaw and she wanted to see the other borders, but she had to wait, she started kneading the ground that she stood on.

[Moonflower's eyes blazed as she remembered the dream.]
"I had a dream where squirrels who looked dead were alive. It jumped on me and I flung it off. Then two more came, and quicker than I could think I was surrounded by dead looking squirrels. It was horrible! Then they all jumped on me and when they got off, I wasn't there... What could it mean?"

[Leopardpaw snarled in disgust at Blackflame.] "Well, why don't you try training Treepaw instead of making up ways to insult Moonflower! Great StarClan, you're the enemy here, all Moonflower has been doing is helping! Much mnore than you have, dirty fleabag." [Leopardpaw murmured the insult under her breath, so Blackflame could hear but no one else. She turned her back on Blackflame purposely, her tail twitching in disgust.] "Could it be that the Madness has infected the prey?' [Leopardpaw shuddered.] "I saw the same thing with Nightstreak..."
