⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxLIEUTENANT 】 Elisia fought off the pressure that the Reiatsu placed on her. This was no time to be dawdling at all. Maybe she couldn’t do too much as a fighter, for the moment, but as long as the other Captains kept on keeping Captain Hei occupied, she would have enough time to heal Tetsunosuke. It was either she moved faster or he died. Lee’s words barely registered in her brain and she took no offence, as her main priority at the moment was making sure that no-one would die on this battlefield. Using her shunpo, she hurried over to where Tetsunosuke had fallen, barely noticing the small currents of pain that racked her own body. She knelt down next to Tetsunosuke, her fingers quickly taking his pulse and she rolled him over so that he was not face flat on the ground anymore. He was still alive, but she had her doubts that he was still conscious at this moment in time after what Captain Hei had done to him. Wasting no time at all, she quickly examined his injuries, grimacing so often at the state of the wounds. The damage was a couple of broken bones, severe bruising and cuts. There was also quite a bit of his blood loss from his wounds. She looked up briefly at Captain Hei and Captain Lee. Hopefully, the others would be able to keep Captain Hei busy enough so that she wouldn’t be attacked again or else she feared for Tetsunosuke’s life.
Her fingers grasped for the edge of the top of his Shinigami uniform and she pulled it so that his stomach and chest areas were bare. The uniform was only in the way at the moment and seriously, she needed all the time that she could get. Using Chiyudō #45 – Masuichuusha, Reiryoku formed at her fingertips into the shape of a semi-transparent hypodermic needle. She injected it several times into his right side – where she was guessing most of the pain was. Numbing Reiryoku would spread quickly and hopefully, he wouldn’t feel a thing at all, if everything worked alright. Collecting all the light energy that she could manage to hold, she healed him as quickly as she could. Soon enough, the broken bones were finished and the bruising had faded. Now for the more…serious wounds. Using Chiyudō #28 – Shōshaku, she first used her fire Reiryoku to seal away the wounds and destroy any damaged or infected tissue. It would have been a rather painful process except for the fact that his entire body was most likely numb right now. As the fire Reiryoku faded, she used her light energy to heal the areas up, leaving only a small scar, which would fade after a few days of rest. Finishing up, she healed the cuts with her energy, using Chiyudō #17 – Keikatsu, to mend any scrapes along his body. Rummaging inside the little pouch that she always carried around with her, she pulled out a small knife. Usually, she would use a surgical tool for something like this, but it was the best thing she could find quickly, before Tetsunosuke died of blood loss. Flicking it, she deftly made a small cut in his arm. With Chiyudō #63 – Zōketsu, she directed blood into his body, getting rid of the problem of blood loss for the moment. Finally finished, she pulled out some bandages from her pouch, wrapping them around where the really bad wounds and the broken bones had been. His body would most likely ache tomorrow, but that would be the extent of the damage. Breathing out a sigh of relief that she had managed to make sure that he hadn’t died, she lifted him up so that she was carrying him in her arms. This was no mean feat for her, as she was rather weak physically and she struggled a little bit at the beginning, trying to adjust his weight so that she would be balanced. She moved swiftly, using her shunpo to carry her and Tetsunosuke further away from the battle. They were close enough to be able to see what was going on, and yet, far enough so that they wouldn’t be accidentally caught in someone’s attack. Setting Tetsunosuke down, she looked at him in concern. “Are you alright?” she asked, “I tried to heal you up as best as I could, but please, please try not to move for a short while.”

Tetsunosuke Harasawa First Division's Lieutenant ◥ Tetsunosuke almost wanted to just lay there and fall to sleep... the words of Hei seemed muffled. Tetsunosuke slurred some blood soaked groans out of his mouth. It was mostly gibberish sounding.
But the captain didn't seem done with him yet. His unfocused eyes quickly pulled a left arm up to protect his face from a blurry white leg; his arm was sent into his face, his arm had just broken severely, he could tell. But he hadn't broken anything in his face, yet. But this didn't protect him from what happened next.
The Captain's strong arm was sent onto his back side to his kidney. His body was wondering around some where in the air he could feel it. But the shot to the neck closed his wind pipe and then the one to the chin knocked him out cold. His azure blue eyes dulled as he lost consciousness. As he fell to his knees, the blood soaked jaw of Tetsunosuke seemingly dangled open as the sword of Hei was drug down into his right shoulder. The sound of ripping flesh came from it as a swift kick again came to his face. His forehead was the target, a large gash was left behind from where the Captain kicked him. He was sent into a twirl and landed on his face once again. Blood soaked the ground all around him as his body lifelessly feel to his new location just a few feet away from where he landed.
No air was entering the Lieutenant's lungs as his wind pipe was still closed some still. Then a small struggle from a breath came from his mouth. It was a horrid sound as blood was drawn in. Sakuzen Kosshi had turned back into a Katana and it's scabbard which was on his hip again. The sword had smears of Tetsu's blood all over it.
The scent of Putrid Flesh came into Tetsunosuke's nose. His heavy eyes slowly opened; as they did, the sight of the familiar grave yard came into perspective. "Grand... you stupid sword..." Tetsunosuke struggled up. No blood was on him as he looked around his Zanpakuto's Spirit World. "Still ain't gonna give ya that bankai yer wantin'..." Sakuzen Kosshi laughed at the end of his sentence. A small chill ran up Tetsunosuke's spin as his feet were bare for some reason. "Yupe... and you have a point to this?" He retorted. "Yes... you're like a dry bone... You simply lay there doing nothing. You need to come alive and live again. I'm your sword, your weapon... use Sakuzen Kosshi's shikai to it's full extent. You're not trying. If Reiryoku attacks don't work, then us the blade. If that blade doesn't work. Then you're the unskilled one." Sakuzen Kosshi stated then a cold blast of wind shot him in the face, causing him to lose focus and close his eyes.
The voice of Elisia fill his muffled hearing. He had finally be placed on his back and the pain of his body was something unwelcome. A painful tingling felling was felt through out his body as a hot fire was place on his cut. His right shoulder felt the worse then anything else. His eyes dilated slowly as he focused on the voice and followed the source to Elisia. "Elisia-fukutaicho... you shouldn't have..." his words were momentarily weak. But his strength slowly returned some. What blood that was left in his mouth he unfortunately swallowed. He didn't want to spit it out and couldn't move his neck very well. The warm rock surface on his bare back side felt somewhat good. He took his left hand and pushed himself up. But that was a horrible idea as he fell back down. He lifted his left arm and rubbed his neck. "Is my arm still there...?" He asked, almost not wanting to ask. He couldn't tell due to the numbness of her Chiyudō. Tetsunosuke felt like a failure right now. He felt ashamed to even be called a shinigami at the moment. He whole heartily knew that Hei was mocking him in his mind somewhere, and Tetsunosuke hated that thought which played in his mind. 'Curse you for toying with me... I told you to kill me!! p***y...' He thought as his eyes veered to the left. "Elisia-fukutaicho... let this be a lesson to you... don't waste your time on healing the weak and frail." His eyes were focused back up to here and held a deep locked stare at her.

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxLIEUTENANT 】 Elisia pulled a wry smile, her gaze falling back on Tetsunosuke, who had finally opened his eyes. However, her smile faded a little as she assessed his words. What shouldn’t she have done? Usually, people didn’t say these sorts of things when she had finished healing them. Anxiety rushed through her head as she tried to figure out what he meant. Had she healed him wrong or something like that? Moving quickly, she inspected him again. Everything seemed to be in working order. Her energy was coming back a little bit more, so she healed his right shoulder again. There shouldn’t be any more pain coming from that area. As Tetsunosuke moved and then fell back down, she reached out her hand, trying to steady him as much as she could. A sigh escaped her. Couldn’t her patients just stay still after she healed them? The numbing Reiryoku would most likely be wearing off soon, so hopefully, he’d regain his movement or at least, be able to tell her if it really hurt anywhere so that she’d be able to rectify that. “Your arm was broken in a few places but I managed to heal it. There shouldn’t be any more than a little twinge as you start to move it again.” she told him, staying in her professional mode.
As his stare locked on her, his last few words sunk in and she realized what he had meant when he had said she shouldn’t have done something. Was he barking mad? Anger flared in her eyes for a second but she fought to control it. Her fingers clenched themselves in fists as her knuckles slowly turned white. It was quite a feat to get her angry, as she usually remained rather timid and shy around people, especially those that she had just met. She averted her gaze, not wanting him to see her in this mood. Inside, she was screaming and shouting, but she kept a cool façade. What was he talking about? Healers shouldn’t waste time healing the weak and the frail? Pain reflected in her eyes and she scowled, blinking tears away. Memories of her late younger sister had cropped up in her mind and it was almost killing her. She had been trying to push these thoughts away from her, running away from the truth. It was for this reason that she was a Shinigami. She had been absolutely foolish to have thought that these recollections should have been kept away. She could see that absolutely clearly now.
Her eyes slid back towards his face, only determination written in her eyes. She shifted her body so that she was directly looming above him, although she was careful not to touch him at all since she didn’t want his injuries to re-open. With gentle fingers, she caught his face between her two hands lightly, so as not to inflame the pain. Her face was only a few inches away from his. Her eyes stared at him intently, betraying some of the emotions that were battling within her. “You…are crazy if you believe you are weak and frail. For heaven’s sake, you fought really well today, considering your opponent. Seriously, trust me, Captain Hei is no pushover. I have only really seen him defeated once in my entire time here and that was by his sister and his daughter. Both of them are ridiculously powerful too. Trust me, you are not as helpless as you think. You fight really well, but it’s just that everybody’s power is limited against Captain Hei. I can barely make a dent on him at all and even the others are not…faring extremely well as they would like.” she murmured, her voice firm and authoritative, “And if you keep on thinking negative things like that, it’s never going to help you on the battlefield and eventually, you’ll force yourself into becoming those negative things. So cheer up a little and look on the bright side, alright?” Positioning herself so that she was placed at his side once more, she rummaged in her pouch and pulled out some tissues. She wasn’t sure whether there was any blood anywhere but she dabbed at some areas of fresh blood. However, her body was tensed and ready to fight, wondering whether or not they might get attacked. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

You are, after all, trying to call out that woman's final form." Shōhi's raspy voice filled the air as he materialized himself at his own whim and sat in mid-air with his right leg tucked under his dangling left. He sat there, visible to all those around him, cleaning his earring and bracelets with little more than his pants and his breath; quite the unorthodox method. His eye patch was missing for the moment, but his left eye was shut tight just the same. Hei shot him a glare just before being struck in the chest and toppling over. Though he took the hit, he didn't actually fall like Lee had likely intended, but instead rolled with the punches and flipped backwards, landing on the ground a few feet behind where he had been.
As he brought his right hand to catch Lee's own, he slid his foot forward, and kicked dirt up into his eyes and effectively matched Lee's own strength with an equal amount, taking care to not use excessive force. Lee's Shō, while well placed, struck his chest and did nothing more than ruffle his robes like a passing wind might. "Shōhi-kun, be silent." He said in passing while looking skyward at Hideki's attack. I've raised a showoff, he muttered to himself as a dark shockwave erupted from his body, knocking the beams away from his body and cratering the earth beneath him. Shōhi glanced to the side at the oncoming wave and vanished, materializing once more several second after it had passed. "How many times can you do that again?" Shōhi asked, tilting his head in Hei's direction as he fastened his arm wear back on and attached his braclets as well.
Hei, for the first time in quite some time, was visibly fatigued and held up a finger to shut him up. Truth was he couldn't use that again and wouldn't be able to do so for a while. "For the last time, be silent." Catching his breath, Hei directed a finger to Hideki, casting a paralyzing Geki upon him; he didn't expect him to dodge it, in fact he hope his Lieutenant was smart enough to figure out that he wanted to remain still for the moment. Hei waved his hand in Lee's direction, signalling for him to silent as well. In an instant, Hei was upon Elisia and Tetsunosuke, holding them both by the front of the robes and holding them a good foot and a half off the ground as he stared at them both in turn, alternating every minute or so. He was steadily casting his choking Reiatsu upon the two, driving fear and into their souls and using Mōra to the point where he suppressed their own Reiatsu such they couldn't use theirs to counter his, even if only a little bit.
"Little Lieutenants. Your Captains, Tomomi and my elder sister, allowed you to come here for the sole purpose of attaining a higher power, that power being Bankai. What have you done since you have been here? Shut up, I will answer the question. You boy, have done nothing but cast insults while using nothing even half worthy of a Shinigami of the Gotei 13. You, little girl, have done nothing but run about healing people while throwing weak attacks that are as useless as his and you've barely scratched the surface of your Bankai. Or was that all it could do? Now. Subjugate your spirit and activate your ******** Bankai or I will send you back to Soul Society as a pile of bloody flesh. Don't believe me? Your choice." With narrowed eyes, he glared at the two Shinigami, still having yet to release them. Shōhi, who had pretty much grasped the problem Tetsunosuke was having, used what appeared to be a black Shunpo to appear behind Tetsunosuke, still seated, and holding his long scythe to both of their necks. "Hei-sama, if I may. Spirit-kun." He began, letting his voice penetrate Tetsunosuke's very soul, calling out to the spirit of the Lieutenants Zanpakutō.
"You seem pretty adamant about keeping your abilities from this boy, I can relate to that. However, the man you likely see, or at least sense, standing before your wielder will not hesitate to kill him. Surely you get what that means, yes? Allow me to paint the picture for you; he dies, and you die. He... he will die and be reincarnated as a human, with capability of becoming a Shinigami after dying again, but that may take, ten, twenty, perhaps eighty years for that to come around. You, on the other hand, will not come back, you will, for the lack of better expression, cease to exist. Now tell me something, spirit-kun; what sounds better to you? Will you keep your powers to yourself and die right here? Or will you swallow your pride, grant this kid Bankai, and then leave him in the hands of the strongest Shinigami in existence so that he may raise him up to handle you properly? Your call. The same applies to you, other spirit-kun." Hei released the two at this point, seemingly satisfied by what Shōhi said. Shōhi, however, kept his scythe to their necks as he waited an answer.

Hei dodged the punch, it was to be expected, however she didn't expect the other combatant to get in the way of her fist. Whatever, no time for her to concern herself with that for now, rather than stop she had continued her assault on Hei only to have him take the first hit, somewhat. As the hit threw him backwards he disappeared and at the same time the scales fell from her arms. 's**t' was the only thing that went through her mind before Hei's foot connected with her, she was good at hand to hand combat and she was fast as well. She got her arm into place so that the kick did not connect with her body. However the move cost her greatly as the kick connected with her arm which was no longer guarded by the scales it was snapped in half, both bones of her forearm. The force of the kick also sent her flying backwards. <********." she exclaimed as she went flying backwards, the pain in her arm was bad, but it was nothing that she couldn't handle. The cause for her use of profanity was the loss of her left arm for fighting. This being a great disadvantage to a fighter. After a brief moment of flying through the air she gathred reshi into her right hand, using it in the same method as air walking she used it to first spin herself around so she could she Hei and the others. She then began to slow down as she also gathered reshi under her feet.
The reshi gathered around her hand and feet generated a high amount of friction as it used the air as a solid surface to slow her down, causing steam to engulf the area she traveled through and completely hide her from sight. As she came to a stop the spirit of her Zanpakutou appeared next to her. 'Seems like you're at quite the disadvantage with that broken arm.' The spirit spoke to Asami alone rather than brodcasting her words to everyone. Asami used the same method to talk to the spirit 'I'll be fine.' she exhaled a deep sigh. 'Do you have any thoughts on how to at least take away your disadvantage?'
"I didn't intend to." Asami spoke out loud now rather than to the spirit. 'Not a wise move. Here try this.' As the spirit finished a mass of scales appeared from her body and encircled the arm, the scales attatched to the skin and then sunk into it moving down and attatching to the bone, placing the broken bones back together and holding them in place. "Thats an impressive little skill." Asami moved her arm testing the strength of the bone now. 'Its also a skill that I can't pass to you even if I want to. So try not to need it again.' With that the spirit disappeared from her side.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa First Division's Lieutenant ◥ 'I'd actually figured Hei'd smashed it into bits...' Tetsunosuke thought with a weak look to his lifted left hand. The captain's Reiatsu was slightly smothering now that he hadn't raise his own. Tetsu noticed her whitened knuckles. He'd pinched a nerve, and hadn't cared that he had done so. But seeing her almost cry made Tetsunosuke responsive to her almost tears. 'What's this chick's deal... Can she just leave well enough alone?' He thought once more. When Elisia started to invade his private space, Tetsunosuke was willing to leave the area permanently. He voice sent a urge to back talk to her. He felt the incentive of his 'not backing down form an argument' to flare up. His teeth gritted in his jaw as he looked dead straight at her, not shifting his sight from either of her eyes.
"First off, I don't need you patronizing lectures you bit-" He gagged as he was swifted to his feet. The chocking reiatsu made him croak a laugh and a twisted hardly ever seen smile. 'Sakuzen Kosshi...' Tetsunosuke gasped for a breath as he shifted his gaze down to his Zanpakuto.
"Bahhahaha..." The Spirit form of Sakuzen Kosshi appeared to Tetsunosuke left. It's hand grasping Shōhi's scythe. "Ni~ce scythe." The putrid breath of the Zanpakuto leaped from it's mouth. It's eye sockets held nothing but a few maggots falling form it. The spirit bit down on one that'd crawled into it's mouth and breathed straight into Shōhi's face. He pulled the scythe closer to Tetsunosuke's neck, urging him to just finish it. "OH please do! This kid's a b*****d and a pain in the butt." The Zanpakuto spirit laughed. But became suddenly serious. "But you are right... I guess a small taste will suffice." Sakuzen Kosshi disappeared like a instant decaying meat. Just as Sakuzen Kosshi's spirit form vanished, the Captain had released the two from his grasp. But the scythe was still hung in front of their necks.
"Well..." Tetsunosuke choked for his voice to come back and then coughed once. His Reiastu started to flare up, the Azure blue visible Reiatsu caused his tattered shinigami robes to wave freely about. "that wasn't fun. I told you to kill me, Hei-taicho..." Tetsunosuke gritted his teeth and pulled Sakuzen Kosshi from it's scabbard. He plunged it through his right unscathed leg. "I don't want this stupid sword's pity!" He yelled. Where Sakuzen Kosshi entered at one his leg wasn't a vital point. His black, dirt filled hair flitted. The pain in his leg didn't register at all. His breathing was heavy, and he ignored the deadly object at his neck. "Death comes to those who dwell on it's foot steps. The ones who wish to see it the most; may never see it till their death bed. Death is unforgivable and is relentless... Ban-kai." Nothing flashy happened. Nothing actually happened. Tetsunosuke retracted his sword from his leg and looked down on it. Suddenly, a smell that not even Tetsunosuke had ever smelled before crossed into his nostrils. The scent made him gag and throw up instantly. Mostly landing of the edge of the scythe. An ugly sight to watch. "What the-" the flesh from his hand began to rot and decay away. Not all of it did though. His jaw slowly swung open and dislocated itself. Tetsunosuke quickly retreated his right hand to his jaw, but felt bones slithering on his chin. A dark black shroud suddenly came over him as it just seemed to fall from the sky. Once it had pasted over, a black cloak with chains hanging around his neck was formed. The Zanpakuto had finally shifted into it's new shape. "O ye Sakuzen Kosshi, hear the words of Tetsunosuke, and live." He uttered and rasped his words, they had a cold and dead ring to them. Nothing was visible besides his half decayed hand that was holding his Zanpakuto scythe. "All right... we can go home now, right?" Tetsunosuke asked in his same rasping voice. In reality, Tetsunosuke suspected to be launched with attacks next. The putrid scent of Tetsunosuke's bankai was twenty-five times worse then his Shikai. And the scent didn't stay the same. It was constantly changing from one horrific small to the other. He had almost forgotten that Elisia was next to him and was most likely suffering. ◤

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxLIEUTENANT 】 Elisia had risen to her feet, consciously listening to what Tetsunosuke was saying. Her anger flared up too, as she realized that she had been called patronizing. She whirled around to bite back, but suddenly, she found herself a good foot and a half off the ground. Damn it. He had managed to distract her at the most crucial time. Hei’s Reiatsu was affecting her badly and a sense of fear overwhelmed her for a second. She gritted her teeth together and clenched her fists as she fought against it. This was really annoying. It was even more irritating when she was forced to endure Hei’s speech. Joy. Now she was getting lectured again. Alright, alright, she was weak. She already knew that so why did people have to keep on telling her over and over again? A sigh escaped her. Maybe she should try to train a little bit harder than she had been doing before. But…what could she do? Apparently most of her abilities would be cancelled if she went near Hei. This was hopeless. One of Hei’s spirits had appeared, trying to talk to their own spirits. Good luck with that. Her own spirit was one of the toughest she had ever seen and it was impossible to make her come out when Elisia herself wanted her.
“Almost impossible, you idiot,” a voice said near her. A silver-haired girl had appeared and was currently standing next to her. Huang stretched her arms and yawned, looking completely nonchalant about this whole matter. Elisia was looking in disbelief at her spirit, her attention completely diverted towards the rather laidback Huang. She barely even noticed that Hei had let go of her, until she shook her head and dragged her gaze away from her spirit. “What do you think you’re doing?” Elisia hissed under her breath. Huang studied her nails for a bit, then the ground below her and then everywhere but Elisia. Finally, she turned her pale red eyes onto Elisia’s face, matching their gazes so that they were looking directly into each other’s eyes. “What does it look like I’m doing?” Huang replied casually, “I’m saving you, yet again. And this is the thanks I get?” Elisia bit her tongue and closed her eyes, trying to keep herself calm. Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out. Breath- “Are you done yet?” Huang’s voice cut through her thoughts, “I don’t have all day, you know.” Elisia peeked open her eyes, hoping that Huang was just an illusion and would be gone soon. Nope. That was no part of her imagination. It would look as if she was going to have to deal with Huang. What did Huang want with her anyway?
Her nose twitched suddenly as a putrid scent started to affect her sense of smell. Eugh. What was that? Pinching the bridge of her nose delicately with her two fingers, she leapt away, using her shunpo to get a short distance away from him. Had…Tetsunosuke finally managed to get his Bankai? Moving her fingers away, she took a careful sniff of the area. The air was a little bit cleaner here and she could breathe properly now. “Anyway, now what were you complaining about not being able to fight?” Huang murmured. Huang was floating a few inches of the ground, completely undisturbed by the smell from before. Then again, she wouldn’t have been able to smell that, would she? Elisia rolled her eyes. “I’m not strong physically so how the hell am I supposed to fight him?” she protested, laying down her arguments as best as she could. It was Huang’s turn to roll her eyes and let out a groan. Elisia couldn’t exactly tell what her spirit was thinking, but she had a feeling that Huang was getting rather irritated and exasperated, judging by the fed-up expression on her face. “Seriously. You can, at the very least, try and see which abilities of yours works. There’s always the fact that you can drain your opponent’s energy…but that’s not the best thing right now.” a thoughtful look appeared on Huang’s face as she contemplated the best move to make, “Maybe try combining your enhanced strength and speed? It’s the best you can do with your inexperience and your current skills.” “Fine, fine, fine. I’ll try it, alright?” Elisia mumbled under her breath. Gathering the energy around her, she slowly built up her power. “Oh yeah. Don’t store too much or there’s a chance you explode. Just telling you.” Huang disappeared with a poof. Elisia raised an eyebrow at the spot Huang had just vacated. Explode? She could EXPLODE? This was getting rather stupid. Ah well. Channelling her power towards her speed, she rushed towards Hei, using her shunpo more effectively than she had been before. As she reached him, she did not hesitate at all, instead directing her absorbed energy into her arms and legs. Appearing beside Hei, she swung her leg around in an arc to kick him in the stomach and then whirled around, her other leg, a split-second later, aiming towards the middle of his lower back where his spine was. Hopefully, either one of them would have managed to injure him slightly. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

KATO MEISHI “Turn your face to the sun and the shadows fall behind you...” •xx • xx • Kato panted heavily as he rolled away from Lee and Hei, still not quite sure what was happening. His vision flashed purple, then red. Kato grasped the side of his head as a slow throbbing began to cloud his judgement. The next thing he knew, he saw Elisia and Tetsunosuke in Hei's grasp. He blinked, already lost in his few memories that were beginning to reveal themselves to him. ________________________________ An image flashed before him: A rainy day, a cold, motionless body on the street, voices calling out with no response, a frantic mother beating her child's chest and...finally, lay on top of him, moaning softly as the rain drenched her hair, washing off the blood from her hands and his chest as the slow, haunting moan of the ambulance crept ever nearer... _________________________________________
Kato began to hyperventilate, as his eyes began to turn a sickly purple. "I...will not.." Kato's reiatsu became dark, to the point where it would be almost impossible to think that the previous Kato and him are the same person. "...let you...hurt anyone....any....ANYMORE!" Kato's skin turned purple as dark purple veins ran across his face. He jumped into the air, and drew Discord using Iaidō, sending moon shaped concentrations of an unknown energy toward Hei. [Ehh, just to get back into things...] •xx • xx • “...Sadness flies on the wings of the morning and out of the heart of darkness comes the light.”

The glove on his left arm and hand turned into a black cloud and fanned out in front of Shōhi, consuming the unwanted air just as the spirit opened his mouth. It reacted to his will to stop him from having to smell the creature's breath, something he quickly deduced was going to be disgusting by simply seeing the spirit. His expression turned more to more distaste after Tetsunosuke threw up on it. He curled his lip and broke the weapon down on the atomic level, causing it to disappear, then moved his arm so that it looked as though he was shouldering the weapon and hanging his wrist over the pole; only there wasn't anything there. "The audacity..."
A black, cloud-like form of his scythe appeared in the gap between his arm and forearm and stretched over his shoulder and past his neck then solidified, reforming his weapon. Hei looked down at Tetsunosuke as he underwent his small transformation. His smells were of no importance as Hei was constantly around open cadavers and far grosser things than this spirit. His face showed indifference, there was no sign of disappointment or regret, yet there was also no sign of pride or amusement or any other emotion to imply he felt in particular emotion towards the situation. He wouldn't bother explaining himself to Tetsunosuke again, he had reasons for not killing the boy. Long ago his sadistic side had emerged and he was holding back from killing him, choosing to let him suffer and wallow in his anguish for being too weak.
It was enough the boy was annoying, but now he was ordering Hei around like he was in charge. Then there was the girl... He glanced to the side as Elisia kicked him in the stomach. It was no more than his build against hers; his muscular frame versus her petite size. Hei was completely still when she hit; her kick was unable to do anything to him. As her second one came in, he pushed down on the two saya at his waist and moved the tops of them to the right, resulting in the bottoms of both saya coming in between her leg and his back. They were used as levers in a sense, and he applied basic strength to the tops, holding them in place so that her kick didn't knock the saya into his back. "Your form is all off... Speed and power mean nothing if you have no form."
In the blink of an eye, Hei drew one of his katana and slashed backwards three times at Elisia's body (one across her chest diagonally, and two others across her legs) and then sheathed his blade. It happened so fast that his arm was a blur and it didn't reappear properly until Shōhi was back in his saya. "If you lack form, I can do that..." Still maintaining his indifferent expression, Hei began to walk off in a different direction to prepare for his next move when Kato roused himself and his Reiatsu began to change. Now roughly halfway between Tetsunosuke and Elisia, Hei drew Shōhi and swung it at Kato's attack, ending with the kissaki pointing upwards. His counter to Kato's Iaidō was an Iaidō of his own, though his simply divided Kato's flurry down the middle, sending the two equal halves to the side to strike Tetsunosuke and Elisia instead of him. Hei's blade of wind cancelled itself out after cutting the attack in half. He did all of this without looking his way or even acknowledging the fact that his Reiatsu felt different; it was Hei's way of indicating Kato had become unworthy of a proper reaction, at least with that third rate attack.
Continuing his small walk, Hei flicked Shōhi to the side and slipped the katana back in its sheath, but pulled the both katana and sheath form his belt right after. "Let's wrap this up then... Suijaku." He spoke the command for the physical collapse of his Bankai, causing a drop in his Reiatsu to about 10%, just so it was dropping around the general area, but not causing too much hindrance to those around him. The white runes inscribed upon his body began to unravel like a piece of string; literally lifting off his body and fading into nothingness. Likewise, the darkness attached to his body began to unwind, taking on a wind-like property once more and fading off his body, flying into any available shadow in the area. His hair began to regain its color, black streaked with gray as a sign of age. Shōhi looked at this spectacle with mild interest, tilting his head to the side. "Out of power already? I thought you had a few more minutes left with Mōra."
Hei cast him a glance, then grabbed onto his katana, sticking the saya onto the ground and holding it in front of him like a cane, resting his palms on the kashira. "I did. However, I have s**t to do today, so I see no point in making this last that long; most of them are lost causes anyway. Not to mention the more time I spend with these people, the stupider I get. I swear, I lost five IQ points talking to the bone kid alone. I'm going to need to immerse my self in my experiments just to get my brain back on par." Shōhi looked to the side, casting a smirk at the Lieutenant. Dropping to the ground, Shōhi waved his hand while bending at the waist; a bow to indicate respect. The spirit broke his connection with this world, fading from sight as he left his parting words in the air for all to hear. "That boy? The one who thought he could match the master in words? I imagine it is quite like that indeed. As you wish, Hei-sama."

~Hideki Uchiro ~十二Junibantai, Fukutaichou 十二A t T h e S u m m i t "Oh, it seems I'm alive."A L i t t l e F u n [Teika no Tenshi 2/6] Hideki's body movements were far more fluid than they probably should be in this form, moving, almost, like water. He was moving around the field, close to the ground, his teeth showing, lip curled to his nose. He stopped moving after a few seconds of running, and was smacked by the Geki relinquished by Hei. A red light enveloped his body, and a stinging feeling warped around him. He watched his captain attack, and be attacked, only to stifle the said attacks with ease; He was getting bored. Hideki could tell that Hei was bored. He did nothing.
Right around the time the Iaidō was split in half, Hideki's body buffed outwards with a large tensing of muscle, and broke free from his paralyzed state. His head lifted towards the sky and let out a roar, much like that of a Hollow, at least it held the same Primal feeling. He swung his scimitar outwards, to the left, and drug it across the ground as he ran towards Kato. He neared quite soon, getting to about 5 feet in front of him in about 8 seconds from being 40 feet from him. A soft cloud of dust followed his feet, as did a small barrage of pebbles as his feet broke the ground with every step. Hideki, once 3 feet in front of Kato, swung upwards with his scimitar. At the tip of his blade he created a dense reishi stream to create something close to a reishi cutter, an equivalent to a plasma cutter in the Realm of the Living. It would cleave through spirit particles with enough ease to make skin look like soft, heat ridden butter.
Upon moving in this way his body would flicker and reappear above everyone below him. "Είμαι ο θάνατός σας. Οι οργανισμοί σας θα σαπίσουν και θα πεθάνουν εδώ! Θα δείτε το διάβολο που περιφρονείτε." Hideki spoke in a lost language, at least to Shinigami. His voice was extremely different, reverberating with treble. He began to laugh aloud only to stop and look to Hei. "Με επιθυμείτε για να τους τελειώσετε, καπετάνιος?" Hopefully, his captain would understand his language, as Tsuchi had completely taken over his body at this point, giving him these attributes. A low guttural growl ensued upon ending his sentence and a slow stream of grey-black smoke billowed from the cracks between his teeth as he shown them.
[Phrases are as follows and in the same order as they appear: 1st:I am your death! Your organisms (Bodies) will rot and die here! You will see the devil you despise. 2nd: Do you wish me to finish them, Captain?

Hideki's question was well met in the same language, more or less to confuse the other around them. "πράξε όπως νομίζεις...*" Two black bands appeared around his wrists and Hei's Reiatsu began to dwindle until it was virtually non-existent; Hei was suppressing his own Reiryoku using Shōhi's power and both of his Zanpakutō were being forcibly suppressed. Due to the fact that Kokoro no Kagayaki was a constant-release type, this bottled up energy would cause it to stream out when released, similar to turning a spigot on it's highest setting, causing the water to spray out violently rather than stream out like it would on a medium setting. Now standing perfectly still with shut eyes, Hei would barely register to a Shinigami's senses, even Captains; one would have to focus incredibly hard to pick out the minuscule amount of Reiryoku that was inside the bands. He was now simply biding his time, waiting for the others to make their moves.[* Intended as Do as you wish; written as Act as you think]

Masashi, Lee, Gobantai Taicho (Top of the rock Chicas, Chicos, and Kit Taiga-tono....) Lee glanced to the side for the briefest of moments to look at Shōhi returning his attention to Hei before even a second had passed. Feeling the first two strikes hit was somewhat satisfying though they were obviously not going to do as much damage as he could have hoped for. The second strike was blocked with more than equal strength from Hei the Shō barely even doing more than giving him a light breeze. Lee's eyes narrowed a way of cursing his own physical weakness compared to some of the other Captain's like Hei who were just physical power houses next to Lee. "Figures." The dirt that was kicked up towards his face was slightly unexpected so Lee was unable to close his eyes completely in time getting some dirt into his eyes. Opening them back up and blinking several times he couldn't make anything out clearly. Movement somewhere nearby drew his attention to Hideki and seeing the attack being launched Lee twisted his body towards it not bothering to try and yank his right hand out just yet. Not knowing the sheer amount of beams that were being used thanks to his dwindled sight was sure to cause his reaction to be off.
Holding his left hand out to the side towards the incoming beams Lee did the only think he could think of on such short notice. "Danku." The large barrier erupted in front of Hei and Lee standing it's ground against the incoming beams though because Lee didn't properly prepare it and the sheer number of the beams would eventually destroy it. Looking at Hei's blurry figure Lee slid his hand out in time to turn to the incoming beams holding his right hand towards the ground. "Seppa." The ground beneath him quickly turned to sand causing him to sink out of side immediately just as the beams collided with the Danku. Cracking under the explosions caused it wasn't long before the Danku was destroyed Hei responding by sending out another nullifying wave. Being so close Lee was one of the first things the wave hit sending him flying into the wall of the hole he created and sliding down it letting out a small wince from the pain.
'Man that guy can be such a pain to fight. It doesn't help that the others present don't care about teamwork of any kind and aren't careful with their attacks. It's to be expected I guess. Everyone seems to think they are better than everyone else anyways.' Getting up and sheathing his sealed Zanpakuto he wiped the dirt out of his eyes properly so that he could see again then seconds later emerged out of the hole and landed beside it giving Hideki a slight look of murderous intent for a moment before it slowly faded. Looking at Hei Lee was quite surprised to see the man was visibly fatigued for once which was quite a surprise to Lee for obvious reasons. 'That must take a lot out of him to use.' The hand held up was a signal to stop for a moment while he went off to do whatever which Lee decided to obey and hold off on continuing the attack just yet. 'Curious. Is it just the sheer amount of people Hei is having to deal with that is making him tired or is it the actual moves being used?'
Hei had disappeared towards Elisia and Tetsunosuke to give them another lecture which was to be expected under the current circumstances. Watching as the Lieutenants reacted in their own ways the First Lieutenant actually achieving Bankai which was quite the odd sight to see not to mention the smell. 'Ugh I officially dislike that kid. What a horrible smell.' Coping with the smell was difficult but Lee was determined to continue the fight and therefore was not going to let such a thing stop him. Then Kato's words entered into Lee's mind causing him to turn towards the Captain having actually forgotten he was even present in the first place. "About damn time. Whatever." Turning back towards Hei as the man countered Kato's attack quite effortlessly then sealed his Bankai and with it Mōra. 'Finished already?'
With the exchange of some unknown language Lee got the feeling Hideki was not planning on attacking Hei anymore so therefore used shunpo to appear in front of Hei a few feet ahead. "Finished? I am afraid I am still quite prepared to continue my Bankai training Hei. So shall we continue for the time being? At least until I am exhausted if you need to take another potion feel free. I can wait." Drawing his Zanpakuto again Lee held it casually to the side glancing at him for a moment. The absence of all but a very small amount of reiatsu was a little disturbing at the moment. "If you have no objections I am going to continue the attack. Bankai. Betabetakenwonuku." Going into Bankai then layering the kidō with two layers and used two one for each of Hei's blades Lee was using it to keep the two deadly Blades sheathed for the time being while continuing the training.
"Takai Reikyuu." A large sphere of ice surrounded both Hei and Lee enclosing them in the frozen area destroying the ground beneath them in the process to make room for it. The needles of ice were being held back for the time being because lee desired them to be held back preferring to just test it out for the moment. Without warning he launched forward holding his Zanpakuto in front of him like a rapier and thrusting the blade forward multiple times in quick succession sending a total of around twenty thrusts towards Hei in a matter of a second or two then taking a step forward. His left hand was balled into a fist as he twisted backwards in an attempt to do a back fist to Hei's jaw speaking before actually hitting him. "Seki." The round paralysing shield appeared around his left hand at the last second to add to the damage it would do if landed not to mention potentially paralysing his face which certainly wouldn't feel good.

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxLIEUTENANT 】 Elisia silently cursed. She’d have to later figure out a proper way of fighting in which she would rely on stealth more than sheer power. Speed was something that she had greatly increased, but the power was something she had never attempted to control before. Then again, she had just managed to gain her Bankai now, so she would have time later to experiment with the different abilities. She was slashed three times and she deftly leapt away, ignoring the pain in her legs and her chest. Damn it. He had managed to cut pretty deep and she wasn’t entirely sure that she would be able to move properly if she didn’t heal herself quickly. She quickly healed her wounds, leaving a small scar where they had been. There was no point in wasting her energy to completely erase all marks. Anyway, it wasn’t like it was a hindrance or anything, but it was more the fact that she was left with unsightly scars. Finished healing, she stood up, stretching her legs again. They felt a little bit sore but nothing else. She’d be basically able to use them like before. Good. She didn’t want to be inconvenienced in any single way.
Finally, Kato had attacked. She watched him for a second, not moving at all. It was unwise to attack at the same time since it would be likely that they would just get in the way of each other and end up fighting one another. Kato’s attack had failed, since Hei had cut his attack in two. Oh crap. In a few quick movements, she constructed a quick shield to block the attack. The shield blocked the attack, but shattered into a million pieces as the attack impacted on it. Sheesh. Her reaction time was faster and this time, she had managed to not be caught off-guard. At least, she was steadily improving by a little bit. Hei seemed…uninterested at the moment, since he had barely registered Kato’s Reiatsu or the fact that Kato had attacked him. Maybe he was just getting totally bored with their attacks, which seemed to be barely impacting on him.
Wrapped up in her thoughts, she barely noticed Hei’s choking Reiatsu had gone, until she drew herself out of her mind. Wow. She had almost completely forgotten what it was like to not feel the constant pressure and fear on her. It would seem as if he had cancelled his Bankai now. Her eyes slid over to Hideki, who had moved, and who had surprised her. He was about to attack Kato, it seemed. She crouched down, waiting for him to make his move. Until he attacked one of her comrades, she would treat him as a friend rather than a foe. She didn’t really want to attack him. He seemed to talking to Hei about something, although she was unsure of what they were saying, since they were speaking in a different language. Hei had all but disappeared from her sense, making her feel uncomfortable. She could just barely pick him out if she concentrated hard enough and this was annoying her. Lee had moved to finish his Bankai training with Hei, apparently, but she stayed still. Unless Lee stopped fighting Hei or Hideki attacked Kato, she was going to stay still and wait. Patience was the key to everything, apparently. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

Tetsunosuke Harasawa First Division's Lieutenant ◥ Tetsunosuke watched as Elisia came and tried to cause harm to the Shinigami Captain. But to no avail, he retorted with an attack of his own. Which caused the Lieutenant to back off from him and heal her wounds. Tetsunosuke cleared his throat as he glared on from under the cover of his cloak.
He watched on as Hei destroyed the attack from the other Captain. He lifted an eyebrow as he watched. The air around them became lighter it seemed as Hei exited his Bankai form. 'He's goin' to retreat?' Thought Tetsunosuke. He could barely feel Hei's presence, as the only way to sense him was the old fashion way: with eyes. But suddenly, Tetsunosuke's eyes were distracted by Hideki, he was attacking the other Captain? "His intent is to kill. Elisia-fukutaicho..." Tetsu's voice sounded like normal, and his face was visible from under his cloak. "he is going to-" Tetsunosuke looked up suddenly as he felt the Reiatsu shifted above them. When Hideki started talking in what Tetsunosuke remembered to be Greek; he was able to understand a small amount of it. Hideki had changed so it seemed, and Tetsu wasn't going to let him attack first. 'Make that Lieutenant help you... she's got an interesting Zanpakuto herself.' Sakuzen Kosshi murmured in Tetsu's ear.
He ignored what Hei said next and dash toward Elisia. He hoped the closer he got to her, didn't make her dislike him due to the smell. "Elisia! We need to attack first." He said while he stopped just a foot away from her. Tetsusnosuke's face wasn't to zombified in appearance, just discolored skin and decayed looking checks. If one looked closely, the could see insects crawling over his skin as well. But none of that really mattered, Hideki seemed like a mad-man now and he wasn't going to fall victim after achieving Bankai form his stupid Zanpakuto. Insects had started to flow out of Tetsunosuke's cloak and into the air around then into a sphere. The loud buzzing of their wings was irritating, he knew. Then a flock of crows started to form out of the ground around the sphere of bugs. He just hoped they wouldn't try to eat his bugs. The crows were mostly dead looking and rotting, but they still had feather on their wings and could still fly. They each cawed when they were formed. A large wall of bones then formed slanted so that Hideki wouldn't be able to see what Elisia was doing. "Absorb all the power you can from whatever you can absorb from, or so that's what I deduced your ability to be. I'm going to distract and attack Hideki, causing a diversion... when I've pend him down, that is you're cue." He whispered. You'd have to be some sort of freak of nature to hear through all of the bugs, cawing, and the whispering. Which he probably predicted Hei could, but thankfully, Lee-taicho was attacking him now. "Hide behind the bones until you're fully ready." He looked her straight in the eye, his expression had a hint of anxiousness to it. "Or you can do what you wish to do. I'm not going to force you to cooperate with me. But I'm not going to be an idiot and attack head on and get myself hurt badly." Tetsunosuke announced, trying to be calm about the current situation. He would wait to leave Elisia until she replied to him.
Tetsunosuke looked through a small hole the insects were making, then he leaped into the air for a moment then bolted off toward Hideki. The undead crows had already gone ahead of Tetsunosuke and were flying toward Hideki. When they reached him, they'd start pecking and clawing at him. Then Tetsunosuke sent the bugs in front of himself. The wasp would try to sting him and the other bugs would do what they did best. Tetsunosuke took his Zanpakuto and clenched it with his left hand. The half decayed hand had maggots and flies perched on it; crawling about and too the Zanpakuto. He swung the weapon and out came twenty eight foot long bone spears right straight toward Hideki, intent to dismember and decease. The bones made no whistling noise as the veered toward their target. When -if- the struck, Tetsunosuke would follow up with a vertical down-to-up slash which would cleave Hideki in two.

~Hideki Uchiro ~十二Junibantai, Fukutaichou 十二A t T h e S u m m i t "Oh, it seems I'm alive."I n s a n i t y R e i g n s [Teika no Tenshi 3/6] "Κωκωκωκωκω! Ανόητο μικρό παιδί" Hideki's eyes moved to Tetsunosuke as he laughed and taunted in his Greek. He heard every word that was spoken, and once his annoying insects were summoned. he still heard his words, if they came in through a static haze. A soft sough with the brush of Hideki's scimitar to his right arm would be heard as he readied himself for the most apparent beginning for a charge Hideki had ever really seen. It was foolish of him to show every part of his attack so soon. It left Hideki's mind to wonder and delegate his form of counter attack. It was simple, with what he saw and with what he knew, from files within the database at his division, his techniques weren't all the rage to talk about. The insects were as useless as their description, well, described them. From what he gathered, all they did were sting him, made useless against his crystallized skin. The crows were just the same, if not a little more effective. His attacks seem to be hellbent of piercing.
As Tetsunosuke hide Elisia, Hideki lifted his right arm upwards, the larger one, and roared into the air. The clouds began to circle around above him and a deep grey colored beam flew forth and slammed in to his arm, causing it to radiate with a dark grey light. He let out a deep chuckle as Tetsunuke sent the crows ahead of him; a futile effort. Hideki moved his right arm in front of him and pushed his index finger behind his thumb, a flicking position, and the first crow to come close was flicked with such a strength that it was ripped in-half. This power was partially due to the simultaneous release of a thin stream of Reiryoku that would act like a blade as he flicked. The second to fly passed was met with his scimitar, being stabbed and thrown aside. The bugs were a tickling sensation to Hideki as the wasps attempted to stick their arses into his body but met a defense much like stone and steel. As persistent as they were, a quick pulse of Reiryoku caused them to freeze up and fall down.
Hideki moved his right arm outwards to the right and swung it to the left, knocking out a majority of the spears, some of them still sticking into his thighs and upper body, one notably in his chest to the right of his heart. His left arm, at the same time, threw up his scimitar and moved to catch Tetsunosuke's blade with a sough. He gripped it with an iron clasp and held him to the left before grabbing him with his right arm and holding him to the right of Hideki's position. He ripped the spear from his body with his left hand and left it to fall to the earth. A pulse of his right arm and he'd let loose his grip and send out a 'Bala' like pulse of quick concentrated energy to thrown Tetsunosuke back, it natural power being around a level 70+ Hadou. Upon his retaliation, his attention would turn to Elisia. "Δορά εάν επιθυμείτε, εσείς θα πεθάνει."
Hideki flung his right arm towards her direction and the grey light that highlighted it grew in intensity before flashing outwards in a white light and revealing a deep grey beam heading for Elisia. It was only a foot wide, but wasn't meant for a wide area, simply precision, as after it lands and created its hole, it executes a second explosion, much like a delayed reaction. Hideki had one more trick up his sleeve before his Bankai ended, but it was too soon for them to see that extremely powerful move. It would be the end of someone if they allowed themselves to be hit by it.
