Shiro Aarde

Shiro nodded as Caindelle stood up ”Loyalty and courage, fine traits indeed.” he spoke ”But do not be so eager to march on the fields of battle. The Earth Empire, if anything, is a shield. A stalwart defender of balance and order, we strike back, but we never strike first.” he spoke as he nodded towards him. Then, taking notice of Segikan’s words, Shiro turned to fully face him and address him, as was proper. He gave off a soft huff as Segikan praised him ”Do not pray for things that have already happened, Segikan.” he replied. Overhearing Caindelle’s rather foreign language, Shiro kept quiet as he listened to Segikan and Caindelle exchange words about the elves, to which Caindelle was a member of. Slightly shaking his head as Caindelle spoke that he no intention of being an Earth Lord.
Shiro himself once had no desire to become a ruler of anything, let alone an Empire. But certain events have forced him to reconsider his stand. The same way a dog cannot hope to beat a wolf, a mere nobody, like he once was, could not possibly hope to beat Jinsoku, who was a Lord. Slowly he started to slip back into his past, daydreaming as he stood, until Hecmot’s words stirred him from his rest. After hearing what he had to say, Shiro remained calm and unmoving, but was curious as to the man’s choice in words ”Interesting. Your opinion of your own social caste and the land from which you hail is rather, unique.” spoke Shiro as he shifted his position ”Though, I do not agree with what you have said. That is your opinion, and only you may change it.”
Turning his gaze towards Caindelle as he rebuked Hecmot, Shiro allowed the other to reply before interjecting. But, upon seeing that neither of the two was willing to give in to the beliefs of the other, Shiro decided it would be best to end the argument immediately before it escalated. Using both his Revenant power, Shiro caused the ground beneath Caindelle and Hecmot’s feet to abruptly rise by about half an inch, before allowing it to fall back. ”That is enough.” he added, in case the light show of power was not enough to quell the two sides ”The Earth Empire has stood strong because of its people. Like the land it stands united, despite its differences. I am honored by your choice of choosing to serve the Empire, both of you. However, know that I will not tolerate in-fighting, especially over trivial disagreements.”
