((Lerena's going to have a dream too, because that's how I roll. And I really want Lerena to have the ability to manipulate energy. Here's what I've decided:
[Renoko's Abilities]: Simple materialization and shape-shifting. [Lerena's Powers]: Manipulation of Energy.
I'll modify their profiles sometime, but I think that solves the issue of what Renoko's powers as a weapon are.))
That night, Lerena used her flirtatious skills and magic to obtain a free room for Renoko and herself. No one was around, so paying was pointless. She already made sure Malik and Marik were gone before doing anything. Not only was her night much better than she expected, she had an irritatingly pleasant dream. Love confessions aside, being Queen of Hell in a dream wasn't all that bad. She only hated the part where she confessed having a crush on Malik. When she woke up, she could only ask herself WHY in response to it. Renoko got back with two bags from McDonald's and she dismissed all thought she might be developing a crush on Malik.
"Breakfast!" she announced with a smile. She always got up first. Always. It was a rule and rules must be followed...and then broken later. But this was one rule she preferred not to be broken. Obviously, she got the food for free. There was no reason to pay for anything here. The two girls spent much of their time discussing Lerena's dream and how Hell being miserable was probably just a myth. Then they asked the desk clerk which room Malik and Marik were staying in. The desk clerk grudgingly told the girls and they made their way to their room. Renoko slept in along with Lerena, so the two males probably had time to shower before their first butt-kicking mission.
That night, Yuugi slept fairly peacefully. He awoke to a wet toy on his arm. Shooting upward in a fit of shock, his eyes moved around the room. Spirit? What was she doing here? "Hello." said Yuugi with a small smile. He missed Atemu, but he wouldn't be able to forgive himself if he stayed in here all night waiting for him to wake up. Closing his eyes again, he strained to remember just what had happened. That's right! One of those girls did it! Lerena? Renoko? Ah, he wasn't sure. He got out of bed and smiled at Spirit again. "Come on. Let's go to Jounouchi's room. I think Atemu is there." he said. He didn't want to continue worrying his friends. For so long, Atemu was his yami, so he was way too used to referring to him as his other self. In a way, he was still that person. Their bond was so unbreakable. Not many people had the bond he and Atemu shared. Being very careful not to step on Spirit, Yuugi got off the bed. He headed out the door, without the permission of a nurse, and waited for Spirit to follow. Off to Jounouchi's dorm room. He was so glad to be awake again, because he didn't want to worry Atemu.
Considering how deep of a sleeper Jounouchi is, he was able to check with the nurses on Yuugi's condition in the middle of the night. His best friend probably didn't notice him leaving, because he was so quiet. The nurses did send him straight to his dorm room again, with the information that Yuugi needed his reset. They grudgingly told him about Yuugi, then he came back to Jounouchi's room as soon as possible. Normally, he'd follow the rules. Oh, yea, right. Since when did he do that? He seemed to do everything like he was still an Egyptian pharaoh. What was he supposed to do? As the King of Card Games, he pretty much had license to do everything he pleased. Of course, Atemu did have a sense of morals, right and wrong, and plenty of decency. He couldn't help worrying over Yuugi anyhow. He wouldn't ever let Yuugi die. If such a time came that he possibly died, like recently, he'd probably go insane. Yuugi was more than just a friend, but his lighter half. He still saw him like that. What reason did he have to think differently just because they have separate bodies now? He made his way over to the couch and started shaking Jounouchi. "Hey, Jounouchi! Wake up." he said. "Wake up!!!" he said again, this time louder and more dramatically. Card games were serious business. Being a drama king was his very purpose and reason for living. Okay, not really, but no doubt someone would believe the accusation.

[[kk sounds all good to me :3 ]]
After gulping down his cereal Malik grabbed a pair of clothes and jumped into the shower. It had to be quick, he was running out of time. Once finished he commanded his partner to grab his own bags. Malik grabbed his own and made their way to the hotel. When they reached the hotel and the clerk Malik gave him his information. When asked for payment he brought out the Millennium Rod and controlled the man to forget about payment and override the system- making it look like the two were paid in full for a long time. When asked if someone could take their bags, Marik allowed them but Malik didn’t. He didn’t trust people while Marik didn’t want to carry them anymore. “You trust people with your things?” Malik said in a low voice when the two were alone in the elevator.
”What are they going to take? Besides, I’m not as paranoid as you,” Marik said with a smirk. This was all rather stupid, they didn’t have to do this. If they just found out when those bastards would be out in the real world they could ambush them there and be done with it. If he absolutely HAD to look on the bright side, this could possibly make them stronger. Experience wise, not kishin egg wise- cause they had to give those up….. god damn it this sucks! No matter how he looked at it!
Malik rolled his eyes. They reached their room and were given keys. “Coffee, I want it right away,” Malik said of course using the rod again to get what he wants.
”And complimentary breakfast,” Marik said with a smirk. If Malik was using the rod Marik could use it as well without even touching it- he could use it through his psyche. The boys entered the room- Marik’s stuff was already up there. “How quaint,” Marik said sarcastically.
Malik shut the door behind them and walked over to the couch like a zombie. He flopped on there and felt himself almost instantly fall asleep.
”This is already boring me,” Marik said looking around. He wondered if those girls were here yet. Maybe he could find amusement with them. He sensed where they were and made his way to their room, knocking on their door.
”Huh wha now?!” Jonouchi said finally waking up. He looked around slightly confused at first. He always did this when he woke up. He scratched his head and mussed up his hair, “What’s up Atemu?” he said in mid yawn as if there was nothing wrong in the world. He just woke up, his mind was still booting up.
When he finally woke up the dog wagged so much her rear wiggled a little. She nuzzled him a little but when she heard him say they were going to another room she grabbed her toy and jumped down, waiting for him. Spirit followed Yuugi. Sure, she could have found Jonouchi from sniffing his scent or sensing his souls, but she just followed him instead. When they reached his room Spirit walked in front of Yuugi and started scratching on the door and squeaking her toy.
Jonouchi looked over at his door. “What the hell is that?” he said. He wasn’t used to a dog scratching at his door. He got up, knocked into a table and cussed slightly, then opened the door.
As soon as the door opened up Spirit pounced on Jonouchi knocking him to the ground. She dropped her slobbery toy on his face.
Jonouchi hit the ground and the next thing he knew something wet was on his face. “UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” he said wiping his face and the toy off. “You damn mutt get off of me!” he tried to command her.
Spirit jumped off of him but bit part of his shirt and tugged at it. Normally, it would look like she was attacking him but she was actually playing. Just playing very rough. She made playful growls and grunts as she did this. Finally, a small part of the shirt gave and ripped off. Spirit sat down wagging her tail as if showing Jonouchi ‘look! Look what I did!’.
”WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!?” Jonouchi said obviously not pleased. “That’s it! Where’s Akiko! You’re not staying in my room! Get out!” he yelled at the dog.
The cavern walls turned a dark dull purple and red. It seemed as if the walls went soft and pulsated. Bulges appeared randomly on the walls, and when they reached their peak they opened up to reveal an eyeball. Blood shot eyes were everywhere on the walls, watching her. When the group of corpses (or so she assumed were corpses) passed she remained on the ground for a moment or two, trying to catch her breath. Akiko then began to sit up slowly, darting her own eyes from side to side. Suddenly something jumped out at her and pinned her down. It screeched an ear shattering bellow in her face. Akiko could not tell if this was a man or a woman, let alone if it was human. It was completely blacked out- like a silhouette. It had a basic human form but it almost looked like the being was also on fire. The only other detail that could be seen is a yellowish white grimace. Akiko swung her head back, trying to muster up strength to fight it off. She then felt a horrible pain in her stomach- she instantly looked to see what caused it only to find the being on top of her had put its whole hand through her stomach. Its hand was in her stomach, pulling out organs.
In real life, Akiko’s body had tensed up and contorted slightly. She remained perfectly still and her breath was minimal. This was more than a nightmare at this point.

((I'm feeling a bit lazy today, so here's a post. It isn't as well-developed as I'd like so it only includes most of what it needs to keep the plot going. Akiko seems to be in rough shape, so I had Yuugi suggest checking on her.))
Lerena and Renoko laughed. "This party was a good idea." she explained. She took out a chip and...ATE IT. She took a look at her hand. "I play the green 5 on your wimpy yellow 5." Lerena pointed out with a dramatic point. She laughed darkly.
"Not so fast! I see your green 5 and raise you a new color. Yellow!" answered Renoko. She threw the card down and looked triumphant. "Uno!"
"You suck!" retorted Lerena. "As a firm believer in magic, I skip you!" she remarked.
"Lies!" said Renoko, faking shock.
Lerena downed some Mountain Dew and put the card on the pile. "You played right into my trap, Sister! Prepare for trouble, make it double. To denounce the evils of truth and love, to extend our reach to the stars above, and I can't say this speech worth a damn~." She slammed the yellow 8 on the pile and laughed evilly.
"You missed a couple lines." Renoko remarked. "It's this: Prepare for trouble, make it double. To protect our world from devastation, to unite all worlds within our nation. To denounce the evils of truth and love, to extend our reach to the stars above!" she recited dramatically.
"That's still wrong." said Lerena.
"Maybe we should look it up and see then!" Renoko retorted darkly. "I'm sure I'm more right than you."
"Whatever, Pridefingers." the witch said. Suddenly she heard someone knock on the door and she jumped slightly. "Someone's at the door. I'm going to answer it."
"Who the ******** would be at the door?" Renoko asked.
"I have no idea." said Lerena with a smirk. She answered the door and looked almost shocked to see Marik standing there. "How did you find us?" she asked.
Yuugi laughed and walked inside. "Interesting place you have here." he said. "Akiko? We should probably check on her. I haven't seen her around." he mentioned, still a bit tired. He may be better, but his energy level was pretty much low. He was probably still healing. Not only that, but Akiko pretty much stood up for him. She tried to defend his life. For that, he had to thank her. "Where exactly is her room?" he asked, puzzled.
"Yuugi!" said Atemu. He took a step toward his former hikari and hugged him in excitement. "I'm so glad you're okay." he said with a smile.
"Me too." said Yuugi. "Those girls really did damage to me."

[[I like being evil every now and then twisted I blame Berserk and The Exorcist for her dream @A@
OMG I LOVE UNO HAHA XD
I think in the next post I might have Marik openly flirt with Lerena. Because he thinks Malik might kinda sorta like her. If not in that way then possibly as a friend. Either or it would probably piss him off if he did that anyway XP so it's a win win for him. XP
Also I went over board with Akiko's dream oAo sorry about that. I was also inspired by an old dream my friend told me about.]]
"You question it as if finding you two is a difficult task," Marik said with a smirk as he leaned his arm against the door way. "Point is, I was bored and the 'Miss's' is sleeping," he said yet again demeaning Malik. Might as well, he wasn't there to fight him back. Marik walked in without being invited in and took a look around. "Phew! This place must have cost you two quite a lot. Only staying here one night I guess?" Marik said unknowing of how they payed for it. "Just about the same room we got. Of course, we didn't pay for ours. Why pay when you can so easily take? You know what I mean?" he said. He looked at the card game they were playing and asked the two, "What are you doing?"
Jonouchi shot up when he heard his friend's voice. "Yuug! You're ok!" he said putting his hands on his shoulders. "Those girls are PSYCHOTIC," Jonouchi said slightly angry. Of course he would still be angry with them, they practically almost killed his friend! "I wonder what happened to them. Obviously Shinigami-sama knows what happened. Doubt he would have let something like this blow by," he said. He then rubbed his hands together and looked playfully devious, "Hope whatever they got handed to them was painful." Jonouchi then looked over at Yuugi and then Spirit. "She's not with her? Huh," he said.
Spirit continued to wag her tail. However, she suddenly stopped and looked at the door. She sensed something, something potentially dangerous near her master. Instantly her fur went up and eyes gleamed viciously. Spirit growled as if she had been touched by madness. She did not wait for the others, she darted out of the room and towards her master's room.
Jonouchi stepped back when he heard Spirit's growl. "What the...." he mumbled. The dog was not growling at them, but something outside of the door. From what he's gathered from Akiko, this wasn't just some dumb dog. In other words, Spirit did things for a reason. When she dashed out of the room Jonouchi followed. "Hey mutt! What's wrong!?" he shouted at the dog but had no affect on her. When they reached her room Spirit jumped through the dog door and left the others outside for the time being. Jonouchi tried to open the door but it was locked. "Locked.... why the hell is it locked???" he said concerned now. What got the dog all ralled up like that?
Before Spirit proceeded to her master she heard the door try to be open. She turned around and jumped up on the door. It took a few attempts but she got the lock undone. Spirit then ran to Akiko in bed. She stayed at the foot of the bed, looking forward at Akiko but up at something. As if something was above her. But there was nothing there. She continued to growl and now bark continuously at what appeared to be nothing.
Akiko did not wake from Spirit's growls or barks. Something forced her not to wake. The same thing that forced her down in her dream. In her dream, she groaned from the organs being pulled out of her. She could see her hands up in front of her, in attempts to pull the being off of her. There was blood splattered all over her body, most likely from her wound. The being stopped for a moment and grabbed her wrists strongly. It brought its face close to her's again and screeched once again. It hurt her ears, it was like sticking needles in your eardrums. Suddenly, there was a blunt object coming out of the chest of the being. It let go of Akiko and sat up. It frantically put it's hands on the object that had pierced it. The object almost looked like an oar, but it must have been sharp enough to go through the being. It then slashed the being upward- splitting it in two. The being exploded into a dark murky substance that splattered on Akiko. When it was completely gone, what stood in front of her was a cloaked being holding the bloodied oar with his skeletal hands. The cloak was open revealing where a face would be, a bare skull with four horn coming from the top sides. Part of the chest could be seen, which looked like extremely dull blue skin, so thin that the rib cage and shoulder blades could easily be seen. He spoke, "Pick up your organs and put them back in you."
Akiko looked at the scattered parts and said in a panic, "I can't, I need someone to help me."
The being growled and spoke again, "Then you'll lay here forever if you're open to others."
Akiko put her head back and teared up a little. "I can't do it. I can't even move," she pleaded again. She felt completely vulnerable. She put her hands on her wound, feeling the giant hole that was in her stomach now.
"You can't be this weak. Who are you waiting for?!" the being shouted at her.
"Nobody is coming! I'm just going to lay here and die! I can't get up so I might as well just die!" she shouted back.
Akiko in real life did not show any strain on her face. Her body was still contorted but was hidden because of the covers.

((That should be quite interesting to see. XD))
Lerena collapsed on her bed and took a bite out of one of her hash browns. "It cost us nothing." remarked Lerena. "We blackmailed the desk clerk, flirted with him, and got this room for free. Everything you see here we bought with stolen money." she explained. Men. Such predictable creatures. One way or another, simple things distracted them. If flirting didn't work, the guy was weak enough to steal from. With such easy ways to manipulate the situation to her advantage, she was able to get what she wanted with ease. Her powers were quite useful, no? She couldn't use them openly and as she desired, but dark alleys were good places to conceal herself in the darkness. Did Marik have to know this? Oh, heavens no.
"Actually, I got most of this stuff using my powers as a weapon." Renoko pointed out. She took the playing cards and shuffled them. "We were playing Uno, but since you're here, we can play Truth or Dare or something."
"I suck at that game." Lerena commented.
"I'm not sure we have a good amount of people for it though. Maybe spin the bottle or a drinking game." Renoko suggested.
"We're underage." remarked Lerena. She looked through her old Duel Monsters deck with a casual expression on her face.
"That's stopping us how? We've broken at least 10 other laws today." Renoko retorted with a snicker.
Yuugi walked inside and over to Akiko's bed. He pulled the covers off her. "Akiko!" he shouted. Something didn't seem right. Spirit was acting strange and he doubted Akiko normally slept this long. "Other Me, what should we do?" he asked Atemu.
"I...don't know." said Atemu, dumbstruck. He did have one idea, but he didn't really want to say anything. If Akiko was stuck in slumber, he could rip off Sleeping Beauty and try...okay, no. The thought was too weird. He couldn't do that.
"This is bad." pointed out Yuugi. Yes, way to state the obvious. He felt pretty silly in this situation. It wasn't like he didn't have any sort of experience dealing with things like this. Though, most situations required a children's card game to solve everything. That wasn't necessarily true here. He wondered if he could get breakfast for free by playing a children's card game and beating his opponent. Nah, that would be abuse of his title.

[[I have a great game for them to play if you want. Malik could come in when he is woken up by room service. http://www.crazystudent.com/drinking-games/verbal/dirtyhearts.htm it's called Dirty Hearts, it's basically truth or Dare but more evil. We don't have to do the drinking thing since it's the morning.]]
"Ha!" Marik laughed at what they did, "that must have been amusing." He then looked at the two when they mentioned other games to play. "Please, I have a much more amusing game," he said as he took out a pack of cards. Yes, he carried a pack of normal cards as well as his duel monster cards. He sat next to Lerena to form a sort of circle between the three of them. He shuffled the cards and explained, "It's called Dirty Hearts. Every time someone picks up a heart faced card two through ten the other people in the circle ask him or her a question. The person who picked up the card chooses what question they want to answer and answers it. Since I don't feel like getting slammed in the morning we don't have to worry about the drinking part. If someone draws a heart faced card that is either an ace, king, queen, or jack, then they have to answer a question and do a dare. If you pick up any other card nothing happens and the next person goes." He smirked and looked at the two. "It should be rather interesting. Besides, I might as well know something about you two since my partner is so into the idea of working together," he added. He put the deck down and said, "Game start."
In her dream the being looked off to the side and to the distance. Akiko could hear murmurs of words but didn't understand what was being said. The being then covered her face with his bony hands and everything went black.
Jonouchi moved over next to her and shook her shoulders, "Wake up! Come on!"
Akiko's eyes shot open as she gasped loudly. Within that second she smacked away Jonouchi's arms fearfully as she screamed. When he let go of her she rolled over and sat up on her knees. She quickly rolled up her shirt to look at her stomach. It felt like it was burning, and when she revealed it there was a red imprint that almost looked like a hand. It took her a few minutes to realize she was awake and that it was a dream. The fear in her eyes resided as she caught her breath. She pulled down her shirt and looked at the others. "What are you doing in my room?" was the only thing she could muster up. She didn't know what happened and why they were there. And now that she was coming to she could see the confusion in their own eyes which was rather awkward.
Spirit finally calmed down after Akiko woke up. She put her tail between her legs and walked up to her master whimpering. She laid next to her, putting her head on her leg. Nobody could see it except for her, their were other worldly souls near her- two. One seemed to keep her locked in her dream and the other only loomed above her. The one possessing her, technically, was the one that disappeared. The one that remained to the end was the one that only loomed. She didn't know about that one, but the way her master was Spirit had to treat it as a threat.

Renoko snickered. This was a much better game to play. Not only did it have a much better taste to savour, she could perhaps challenge her sister to open up to someone else. She picked up a card, then watched as her sister picked up one herself. This game would indeed be interesting. Hopefully the questions would be juicy. In order to fully get a grip on the rules, she'd have to also pay attention to Marik's gaming style. Why spill the juice when she knows nothing about her opponent? The challenge of opening up to someone besides her sister was immensely overwhelming. It must be done. Two people cannot survive by themselves. Every curse must be broken and every darkness must eventually shatter.
In her own thoughts, Lerena wondered to a great degree how risky this game would become. Being able to finally break through the walls that surrounded her, metaphorically speaking, would be a nice change. However, given what Malik told her before, her secret as a witch must be kept. This truth wasn't actually her darkest secret. No, it most certainly wasn't. In fact, because of her nature as a witch, murdering a group of people probably wasn't either. Was her deepest secret something to do with romance? She watched intensely to see if Marik drew a heart. Secretly, Lerena wanted Malik to play, just because. If her mind was going to spill a juicy confession, she might as well learn a thing or two about her potential crush. Renoko knew her secret and would definitely keep it.
"Yuugi suggested we check on you." explained Atemu. He was slightly worried when Spirit started fussing. It wasn't her fault either; her master was in danger. What other way did she have to express that? "Are you all right, Akiko?" asked the former Pharaoh, concerned. Something happened while she was asleep and he was curious to find out just what that was.
"Yea, what happened?" asked Yuugi. He became perhaps more concerned than Atemu when he saw Akiko lift her shirt. Did she have some kind of dream involving an injury? "Spirit seems to have sensed something the rest of us didn't." he added. "I think we should tell Shinigami-sama about this." suggested Yuugi. There was no need to keep this a secret. If one of Shinigami-sama's students were injured or attacked, he had to know about it.

Malik was well asleep when a horrible thump thump thump woke him up. "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!" he moaned at the door.
He got up and opened it to see a bellhop with food and coffee, "This is what you ordered," the bellhop said.
Malik took his things and rudely slammed the door behind him. He wasn't hungry anymore but he needed coffee. He glugged the first cup down like a shot of whiskey. He then poured himself another one and began drinking it like a human being. He looked around, something wasn't right. There was food here and Marik wasn't obliterating it. Was he not here? Malik used the power of the Millennium Rod to see where his counter part was. He was in a room with Lerena and Renoko? Since when was he social? Malik decided to join them. Might as well. He could sense his partner and followed to where he was. When he was at the correct room he knocked on the door, continually sipping at his coffee.
Marik took his card and revealed it was a heart faced card. "Well go on, ask me a question and I'll choose which to answer," he said smirking. When he heard knocking at the door he smirked and said, "Look who finally woke up."
After Akiko collected herself she noticed that Yuugi was up and about. She shuffled closer to the group and said, "Yuugi, you're.... you're up?" She then looked sad and looked away. "I'm fine now..... are you ok? I mean.... yesterday I..... you were....." she tried to talk about it but felt horrible about it. The burning on her stomach was fading as well as the red mark- even though Akiko had covered it back up with her shirt. "I..... don't know what happened," Akiko said feeling a little stupid. Apparently something happened and she didn't know. Not only that, but she barely remembered the nightmare she just had. "I was having a nightmare but it's a little blurry right now," she added. She looked at all of them then added, "Maybe we should all have breakfast..... I can cook."
"Yea you're body was all stiff and jagged. I don't think you were just having a dream. Spirit was freaking out too," Jono added. He then looked confused and asked, "How can you not remember a dream you just had? That's dumb." He joked partially at the end. He's never seen someone go through something like that, then again he hasn't watched many people sleep. He agreed with Yuugi, Shinigami-sama should probably know. But first, "Breakfast sounds really good right now."

"You seem so confident. Truth is, I don't know where your juicy spots are. That being the case, I will stereotype you." Renoko explained. She snickered and thought of a good question to ask. No doubt her opponent had more experience playing games like this. There wasn't much to be done about a girl whose experience was limited due to social restrictions. Her sister had it worse and yet she'd probably get a quicker grasp on the game. Lerena didn't realize it, but she had amazing skill ******** the other person over and singling them out for embarrassment. Considering her personality, she was used to deep dark secrets and a secretive lifestyle. Go on, Lerena. Think of something. She bit down on one nail and thought for a moment about a proper question to ask Marik. The game had finally just begun. That's when she noticed Malik finally found them. If she was right, the two boys had as much a history of darkness as the two females in the room. Her opponent struck her as the type to...murder. A smirk curled up on her features. "Have you ever killed anyone?" she asked smugly. "If so, who?" Her eyes widened psychotically as if she was reading a letter all dramatically and such.
It didn't take long for Lerena to recognize the expression in her sister's eyes. She smacked Renoko across the head. "My question is vulgar, in a sense, but the game is no fun unless you ask embarrassing questions." Lerena pointed out. She smirked in a rather perverted manner. "What is your most interesting bathroom experience?" asked the witch with a snicker of her own.
"How mature. Are you serious?" Renoko asked, rubbing her head. She hoped he wouldn't answer that one. Her thoughts proved correct. While she may have a perverted time with women, she rarely showed such a side to a man. Rule of thumb, females were most immature with females and males were most immature with...everyone. The more she thought about it, the more females seemed more immature than the other sex.
"Yes, I'm ******** serious." Lerena retorted.
"Wait, what?" Renoko asked.
Lerena smacked Renoko again. She knew where this was going and she didn't want the discussion to continue.
"Stop smacking me!" Renoko snapped jokingly. She cleared her throat. "Want to join us, Malik?" she asked their new visitor with a casual glance.
"Oh, yes, would you join us?" Lerena asked. She may have ulterior motives for her suggestion, but it wasn't a BAD ulterior motive; she just wanted to know what her subconscious supposedly knew that she didn't. How could she have a crush on someone she barely knew? Silly subconscious and mentally deranged thinking device.
Yuugi knew a thing or two about crazy dreams. He had one about his grandfather, Kaiba, and Mokuba back in Duelist Kingdom. Akiko brought up what happened yesterday and he winced a little, suddenly remembering the pain. "Yes, I'm up." he said. "We can't worry about me though. It seems you're in more danger." Judging from Spirit's reaction earlier, something was in the room making her situation more than just unconscious imagery. The thought wouldn't escape his head. He wasn't used to being a bystander to everyone else's pain. In fact, Yuugi was used to being the center of everyone's problems. Yesterday was a bit like old times, but he worried about Akiko more than he ever worried about himself. As long as Atemu was by his side, he'd be fine.
Come to think of it, he didn't think Yuugi had anything to eat since he incident the day before. "Breakfast sounds nice." Atemu agreed. He scowled a bit at Jounouchi's comment. It wasn't his fault, but it was a rather crude joke. He was a naturally serious person, but any joke about loss of memory seemed to beckon offense his way.
"Need any help cooking?" Yuugi asked. He usually helped cook dinner with his grandpa so it wasn't a big deal. If he wasn't doing something useful, he normally felt bored.

"Marik smirked at Renoko's explanation, "Do what you have to in order to figure me out. Just don't get frustrated when you can't make heads or tails of me." Marik looked over to see Malik opening the door- seems he found them as well. "Morning sunshine," he said with a grimace.
What are you doing?"
"Playing dirty hearts," Marik replied.
"That's a drinking game," Malik said taking a seat next to Marik and Lerena.
"You can drink if you want to, nobody is stopping you," Marik said smirking. He then looked at the girls, "No matter who I choose I will end up answering both of you. So I'll just do that. Yes Renoko, I have killed someone. Who they were I do not know, it was a man. I killed him in a public bathroom, to answer your question Lerena. It was in a restaurant, the man was acting like a self-centered egotistical b*****d with the sense that he was better then anybody and thought he could tell me what to do at the bar. He choose me as a target to make himself look better. Details aren't important, but nobody treats me with that much disrespect, he had to be taught a lesson." Marik paused for a moment and glanced at Malik for a moment. He then continued, "When he went to the bathroom I followed him, locked the door, waited for him to come out then smashed his face repeatedly into the bathroom sink until he stopped moving."
Malik stayed quiet during Marik's answer. Truth was, Marik did that when the two shared a body. Malik kept his eyes peeled to the ground so not to bring attention to himself. Not that he cared, but at the same time he did- if that made any sense. No, he would not let anybody ******** with him, but he didn't like coming back into consciousness with blood on his hands and an unexplained death. Torture he could handle, he was still sensitive to murder. But with every day spent with Marik he felt numb toward death. And as far as he cared, he only wanted Keshin souls dead and the Pharaoh dead. But when it came down to it, that too was Marik's influence. It didn't matter anymore anyway.
"I don't feel like I'm in danger....." Akiko said feeling a little out of place. Something happened and she had no clue about it. The only evidence of what happened was that mark on her stomach that was now gone. She glared at Jonouchi for a moment but then stuck out her tongue at him, "You're dumb." She scooted off of her bed and started walking to the kitchen. She looked back at Yuugi and said, "Sure, if you want to. If you're ok to." She started getting some things out from the fridge and cabinets. It was just easier if she did it- she knew her kitchen a lot better then Yuugi did. She kept looking over at him then quickly looking back. She finally out and said, "Dr. Stein did a really good job..... I didn't think you would be up and about today......" She then bit her lip, that was awkward. All that was on her mind was how she failed and couldn't protect someone. Was she that weak? She always thought she was pretty strong. She wasn't strong then, she wasn't strong now.
Spirit followed Akiko and laid at the entrance of the kitchen. She watching her, making sure she was ok. She also was interested in what they were cooking.
Jonouchi rolled his eyes playfully and chuckled a little. "Hey Atemu, wanna play a quick game? Ya got your duel monster cards on ya?" he said as he walked into the dinning room and waited for food. Jonouchi wasn't the best cook so he decided to stay out of the way. The kitchen and dinning room were connected and did not have a wall dividing the two rooms.
"Jonouchi, don't get too comfortable. After breakfast I want to try and train," Akiko said turning on the skillet for pancakes.
"You want to start that soon? But it's still so early," Jonouchi said almost whining like a little child who doesn't want to go to school.
"Yea, I do. I want to know why I couldn't wield you," Akiko said slightly seriously. She was very serious when it came to combat. In a sense, she was almost like Maka. Except she didn't want to study and read all the time, she liked playing and having fun. Akiko was good at balancing the two.
"You think you can figure it out?" Jonouchi asked curiously. He was over being all mad that he and Tristan couldn't be weapon and mister- Akiko seemed pretty cool. He wanted this to work, if it could.
"I taught I dog how to sync her soul up to mine, I'm sure I can teach you," Akiko said with a small giggle as if the solution was obvious.
"Are you calling me simpler then a dog?" Jonouchi joked.

"That sounds more interesting than the truth." Lerena remarked with a casual smirk. She eyed Renoko for a moment, then stated, "I almost wonder what the truth is. That isn't really my business. We're getting you s**t drunk tonight. I thought you should know." By the expression on her face, one would think she was kidding. Oh, but she wasn't. Lerena was very serious. If they weren't going to drink now, they could handle the drinking portion later. No doubt Renoko thought the same. The two girls often shared similar views, but one thing that set her apart from Renoko was the pain that she had experienced. Renoko was not sensitive to pain or misery; in fact, she almost enjoyed it like a morning cup of tea.
How did she know Marik was lying? His glance towards Malik gave her the idea he was somehow involved. No, she wouldn't press the issue. As far as she was concerned, she preferred this version. It likely held some remnants of the real situation. Why should she care about some stupid lie? She might as well do the same if the opportunity arises and she is forced to. "Shall we continue?" Lerena suggested. Silence filled the room for a split second before she drew a card and offered to keep the game rolling. Finally, after the game had restarted, she managed to draw the Queen of Hearts.
Renoko stared dumbly at Lerena for a moment. She knew what happened, but she didn't want to give things away. "What's with the expression on your face?" Renoko asked. She drew the King of Spades, but that wasn't a heart so she stayed in the safe zone. What question could she possibly ask? Oh, she had it. The question was simple, but embarrassing since Lerena would have to spill the juice before she even knew truth from sin.
"I drew the Queen of Hearts." said Lerena, slightly embarrassed. "Don't make me do anything stupid." she told the group. "And moreover, make the questions reasonable. I don't want to answer something obnoxious." Her sudden bratty attitude seemed to give off some sense of nervousness. Truth be told, it was difficult finally opening up to people. She stared at the wall with such intensity that she probably intended to make it engulf in flames. In fact, she no longer wanted to play. Renoko wouldn't stand for that though; her sister wanted her to open up and would practically force the answers out of her should she decide to stop playing. That demon had such a powerful influence on her that the simplest statement could make her blurt out the answer to any given indication of a question. As a witch, murdering others was in her blood. But as a regular human girl, what could one expect? Of course she'd slip up and get embarrassed over something she never meant for any crush to know.
"Last night, at 5 AM, in this hotel room, with your mind, you dreamed something. Actually, I'm not sure what time it was. But here's the question: What did you dream?" Renoko asked with an evil smirk. She looked smug and proud of herself for forcing such a simple, yet difficult thing on her sister.
"I'm going to punch you." Lerena remarked, remembering her dream of crushing on Malik. "I'll answer it when I have something else to choose from." A blush formed on her face, but she tried willing it away with a simple cough. Any excuse would do in a sense. "Spill any question you may wish to know about me." she told Malik and Marik. She assumed Malik was playing; he had nothing better to do. Yes, she seriously thought that. Everyone loved embarrassing her for some reason. In her past, she had classmates, acquaintances. But the only one she really considered a friend was Renoko. She had fun with those people, but no one really understood her. For some reason, those acquaintances seemed more like mentors, always pushing her and always expecting her to do work. What work? Oh, there was work. She dismissed all thought of her past. If it wasn't for those people, Lerena may have never gained Renoko's respect. Because of them, her innocence was taken away and she found comfort in the lie Renoko cared for her. Then on that day, that lie became the truth. On that day, those acquaintances and their words motivated her to seek her vengeance. Why was she still thinking about this?
"Training sounds like a good idea." agreed Yuugi. He loved school, but hated the homework. If something was essential, it didn't matter though; he'd do anything to assure the happiness of his companions. Anything. Training was important. Akiko and Jounouchi had to resonate their souls. As he helped Akiko flip pancakes, he decided to point out a fact he heard on the discovery channel once. Only...he couldn't remember just what he heard. At the time, he was busy doing homework so it could have been in short-term memory and he could have forgotten because of that. "Dogs are intelligent. They always want to protect their master from harm. A few can probably open locked doors." Yuugi pointed out. "I think you should start training and sync your soul up to Akiko's. There has to be a reason it didn't work."
"Yuugi's right." said Atemu. He didn't know how to cook. In fact, he never did. All his life, people cooked for him. Sitting down at the table, the former pharaoh watched Yuugi flip pancakes. That looked difficult. "While you and Akiko train, Yuugi and I will tell Shinigami-sama what happened while Akiko was asleep. We don't know the details, but we know she was in a great deal of pain." explained Atemu. He thought about what could have hurt Akiko. Was it a kishin soul that somehow entered Shibusen? Whatever it was, he needed to know immediately. Atemu was so used to being at the center of everything that he couldn't stand being left out of the plot.

[[and I appear again -.- sorry about the wait]]
"To believe it or not is up to you. But you would be surprised if you knew half the things about Malik and I," Marik grimaced. The fact she possibly doubted it made it fun in a dark whimsical way. "Pff, I could drink you both under the table," Marik laughed loudly. He strangely enough had a high tolerance for alcohol. When drunk he became a lot more quieter and generally calmer. However, stoke him the wrong way and he did become murderous. He barely slurs, however he is unable to work any of his powers efficiently and basic coordination is lost.
Malik rolled his eyes when Marik said he could hold his alcohol better. Malik could drink but rarely drank to get s**t faced- someone had to watch Marik. Not so much what he would do to other people, but he would worry that Marik would go postal on himself. Though there were never any signs of Marik wanting to harm Malik while he was drunk, he just felt extremely cautious around him. Malik thought for a moment about what to ask Lerena. Unlike his counterpart, he didn't look to embarrass people. He actually wanted to learn more about her so more constructive questions came from him. "If you had to choose between having no freedom but having everything materialistically available to you or having nothing at all except your freedom what would you choose and explain?" he asked seriously. "Those are the only two choices," he added so she wouldn't add any ifs to the situation.
"What's with that look?" Marik said to his partner. Marik chuckled when Lerena got the Queen of hearts. He did like to embarrass people, to make them emotionally squirm. "Who do you think is more attractive? Malik or I? Explain," he said with a dark smirk. It was like killing two birds with one stone. "My dare for you is to kiss the person you think it more attractive."
"Looking to get your ego stroked I see?" Malik said as he glared at Marik. Deep down though he was imagining ripping his partner's head off. "My dare is to punch Marik in the nads," Malik said sourly.
"Do you really want her to die?" Marik said not liking the suggestion. However he did like the reaction he got from his partner. He could smell the embarrassment and loathing from him. He would think that Malik wouldn't care about such a question but he did!And that made him wonder more.
Akiko smiled, "She can really open my door and that's about it. Knob doors she can't turn or anything. She's tried and has gotten very frustrated over the fact." Akiko had made a smaller pancake, once it was done and cooled she threw it over to Spirit to eat.
Spirit caught the pancake and ran it into the other room to eat. Once she finished she looked at both Jonouchi and Atemu. She laid facing Atemu but a good distance away and just stared at him. Now that things were more calm she took notice in the uncanny soul he had. It was too identical to Yuugi's it confused her. So she just watched him, unsure now.
Jonouchi let out another moan but then said, "Ok ok, fine. You guys are right."
"Is it even worse that I didn't know I was in pain?" Akiko said letting out a small laugh this time. "You're pretty good at cooking," she said seeing Yuugi wasn't burning anything. Most of the time when people would cook with her they would almost set her kitchen on fire.... "Thank you for not setting anything on fire....." she said slightly dazed off as she thought about prior times.

Lerena fidgeted uneasily and remembered her dream, but at the same time, she had a habit of answering everyone's questions. She closed her eyes. "I'd rather have my freedom, no strings attached. I don't care for material values. Yes, I do have them, but when it comes down to things, I much prefer to keep my freedom." explained Lerena. Opening her eyes again, she got up off the bed. "Believe it or not, I have no freedom. I'm forced to hide who I am from society and I am not like anyone else." remarked Lerena bitterly.
She looked at Renoko with eyes of sadness, then saw her sympathetic expression and glared at it. She turned away. "I want nothing more than to show everyone who I am. That much is impossible. Enough of this question." Lerena abruptly snapped. Thoughts of her past came rushing to the front of her head and she felt almost light-headed. She pressed her forehead into her open palm and pushed it backward, before whirling around to face them again. She looked at Malik, then at Marik, then at Malik, then at Marik, then rolled her eyes. "I have no preference." Lerena explained with a devilish smirk. "Though your Meister has a more agreeable personality."
K-kiss? What?! How could she...there was no way she could fake that. If she blushed, it would be obvious she had feelings for at least one of them.
"I call timeout!" said Renoko. She dragged her sister into the bathroom connected to the hotel room.
"I can't do it! I can't." Lerena whispered anxiously.
"You're acting like a little girl. This isn't a love confession. Or would you rather kick Marik in the nads instead?" Renoko asked.
"Much rather. It's easier." said Lerena.
"What if I help you?" Renoko asked.
"I"m worried about your method of 'helping' me, especially this time." Lerena retorted.
"Nonsense, nonsense!" assured Renoko. There was a short pause, then she said, "Close your eyes."
"What? No!" objected Lerena rebelliously.
Renoko untied a scarf around her waist and used it to blind-fold Lerena, who she then pushed out the door and dragged back over to the bed.
"This is abusive! ABUSIVE, I SAY!" Lerena yelled.
"Oh, you've dealt with worse." Renoko remarked with a dark chuckle.
"Come on, Renoko. This is evil." objected Lerena again.
"You talk too much." Renoko teased. She pushed Lerena until she fell back on the bed and that practically set the mood. Malik and Lerena were now in a compromising position and the force was too great to stop her sister from pressing her lips to Malik's. Renoko laughed again and got out her camera. She started taking pictures of Lerena kissing her crush, though honestly he didn't know a thing about Lerena's feelings. And yet, it seemed almost obvious that Malik liked her back. Marik's question and dare seemed to enrage him. But of course, Lerena let that fact go over her head from sheer embarrassment to begin with.
Lerena felt a pair of lips touch hers, but finding it a bit difficult to get up, she just rested there for a few seconds. Finally, she found the strength to stand. She pulled the blindfold off her head and glared at Renoko. "I am going to throw you into the deepest pits of..." Sheh found herself breathless so she just sat back down on the bed and pouted. "Next round." she retorted darkly.
"You seemed pretty comfortable for a second or so." Renoko teased again with a devilish grin.
"Oh, whatever." said Lerena, resuming the game. "Think what you will. I'm not explaining why I made my choice." she retorted to Marik.
Yuugi thanked Akiko and then joined his former yami at the table. Breakfast was almost finished cooking.
Atemu stared at Akiko for a moment, and then nodded. "You remember no pain at all? You remember nothing about the dream?" he asked her. "There has to be a way to find out what you dreamed and what caused it." the former pharaoh suggested.
"That is strange." Yuugi agreed. Stating the obvious wouldn't get them anywhere. They had to take action instead of sitting around the table all day. He wondered if Shinigami-sama already knew about the disturbance. For once in his life, Yuugi realized he was dealing with another level of supernatural activity. If this was a kishin, it was a powerful one. Although, maybe there was more than one spirit? Not everyone could see if there was or not. Maybe Spirit could find a way to tell them how many spirits she sensed.

"I agree. Though I do enjoy calling things my own property it's pointless to have anything if you can't be free," Malik agreed with her. He didn't comment on her other statement but only because his partner was with him. No doubt he would try to take her soul- he really didn't care about anybody but himself. Which was good right? Right? One has to look after oneself only. But Malik always had exception: Isis, Odion. He still claimed to care for no one but deep down he did care for his family. He certainly can't agree with them, but still. And he couldn't help be feel sympathy for Lerena- though that barely showed. But in essence they were the same. He was forced away and was stripped of the right to be his own self, his own life. And because of birth too. The only thing that was different between the two was that once he and Marik destroyed the Pharaoh they would be set free. Was there any solution for Lerena?
Marik smirked, "Oh come on now, everybody has a preference. Even this one here. I think he has a thing for thin petite girls. Must be the thought of being able to break them so easily," Marik teased. Come to think of it he's never seen Malik interested in anybody. Lerena and Renoko are the only two he's ever put any interest into. Well, not so much Renoko but most certainly Lerena. Suddenly the other sister called time out and the two went to the bathroom together. Marik paused for a moment then looked at Malik, "Do you think they're touching each other in there?" he stated perversely.
"You.... are one sick individual," Malik replied back. Of course they wouldn't be, Marik's mind was always at the lowest low. Though he was curious what they were discussing- that had to be what they were doing. Then they started yelling, but no words could be made out. Malik narrowed his eyes a little and said in annoyance and impatiences, "What is taking them so long??"
"Why? Eager for that kiss?" Marik teased evilly.
"Don't be stupid. And obviously she's not going to choose that. But you would like that wouldn't you?" Malik said with a sarcastic tongue.
"Actually no, I'd much prefer it if she kissed me. What? Are you that self conscious about yourself that you can't even admit that she's hot? Cause you know she is. You're just too embarrassed to say it," Marik messed with Malik's head.
Before Malik could defend himself by laughing in Marik's face the door swung open. Next thing he knew someone's lips were shoved against his. The force made him shut his eyes but he soon snapped them open when he realized what happened. He completely froze, even his lips didn't move. Only when he felt her trying to get up did he put his hands on her arm to try to help her get up.
Marik busted out laughing. He certainly was not expecting this! "Oh this is too good!" was the only thing he could squeeze in between laughs.
Once Lerena was off of him Malik swung around and grabbed Marik by the throat with both hands. "What do you think is so god damn funny? Hmm? If you don't stop laughing I'm going to snap your neck in two," Malik practically hissed at his partner. His mind was still on the skits about what happened. Not everything fully soaked into his head. all he knew was that his partner pissed him off at the wrong moment.
Malik's grip was certainly intense. Marik scratched at his hands to free himself. His face, for once, actually showed some fear. "Can't breath...." he huffed.
Malik let go of him and turned his back to him, practically pouting. He was embarrassed, as simple as that.
Akiko grabbed her plate and joined everyone else. "The only thing I remember was the burning pain on my stomach. But it was only painful for a few seconds then it faded dramatically," she said as she took a few bites of her food then swallowed. "Though, I wouldn't call it pain, but the only other thing I can recall was.... well it was... I dunno. Kinda like this force pulling me down on my body. But I don't know if that's just normal," she added.
Jonouchi practically shoveled his food down his throat. He looked up at her and asked, "How is that remotely normal?"
Akiko rolled her eyes. "Like the feeling you get when you wake up. Sometimes everything feels really light as your body wakes up with your mind and other times it feels like gravity is pushing down on you- like your body is magnetized to the bed," she explained.
"Feeling light yes, I know that feeling. But the heavy thing.... no?" Jonouchi said sounding confused at the second explanation.
"You're looking at me like it's something weird. Everybody gets that feeling, right? It's normal?" she said now not so sure.
"Maybe whatever you are gets that feelings but humans don't," Jonouchi said not trying to be sarcastic but the statement itself sounded that way.
"I AM human Jonouchi!" Akiko stood up with her spoon pointed at him.
"Humans still don't have tails..... and what are you going to do with a spoon?" he said slightly smiling at the fact she was threatening him with a spoon.
Akiko slowly narrowed her eyes. She paused, then threw the spoon at Jonouchi's head. It clunked and bounced against his head. She sat back down and murmured, "Now I have to get another spoon."
"Ow! Oh man.... hey, that was a pretty good shot though, but ow..." he said slightly chuckling.
"What I want to talk about is about those girls and two guys from yesterday. I mean.... are they still even in the school? And if they are, I mean, are they going to come around again? I mean, who just attacks students out of the blue like that? What if they do that to more students???" she asked concerned. A dream is a dream but what happened yesterday worried her to no end.
[[I'll have her only remember bits a pieces of her dream later on I guess. Do you want to know what's going on with her or would you prefer to wait and see?]]

(("Do you think they're touching each other in there?" <--I laughed so hard when I first read that. XD))
"It wasn't completely obnoxious. I mean, the kiss felt nice." stated Lerena bluntly. She wasn't sure why she said that, but there was no sugarcoating it. Somewhere in the depths of her mind, she knew she expressed some form of pleasure. This was slightly irritating. Even if both parties did get together, using her powers was out of the question. What if she was somehow pushed to having to use them? She thought about the kiss and how nice it felt. Lerena's cheeks flushed pink and she tried to hide her face from everyone. Renoko, however, saw it.
"Oh?" said Renoko, grinning obnoxiously. "You're blushing? I take it you enjoyed the kiss?"
"Believe what you will! Whether I enjoyed it or not isn't the discussion!" She thought back to what Marik said about being able to break thin petite girls so easily. Did she look that weak? Hmph. If she could use her powers, no doubt he'd see her differently. Differently. Like a victim differently. There was just no way she and Malik could ever be together. His weapon would have her on his death list the moment he discovered she was a witch.
"Do we honestly have to wait for someone to draw a heart to ask a question? Let's just ask each other random questions. Embarrassing questions. Questions that challenge us to become familiar with each other. Screw the concept of a card game. That takes too long. We can do that again later, but let's be serious for a minute. Do we honestly want to waste time drawing cards until one of us draws a heart? That's like riding a bicycle down the highway. It's pointless." explained Renoko. "Malik, you go first. I dare you to ask Lerena a question. An embarrassing question. A question that will make her blush."
Lerena hated Renoko's dare. She blushed way too easily. Go figure.
"Here's what we're doing. The objective of the game is to make our opponent blush into next week. Marik, I'm going to try to make you blush. Alternatively, you try to make me blush. Lerena, you and Malik are trying to make each other blush. You have to answer the question or suffer the penalty that your opponent decides. Victory is achieved by rendering the other person unable to answer, but this game will continue without us keeping score. There can be multiple punishments. No killing each other." explained Renoko, snickering obnoxiously.
Atemu snickered a little. He didn't believe that Akiko was human either, but it was rude to point that out. The subject shifted to those students from yesterday. "I personally believe they suffered from expulsion, but given it's Shinigami-sama, he may allow them back in if they make an effort to change." People didn't just change like that. Life didn't work that way. He sighed. "I think they actually had motive to attack Yuugi and I, though I can't speak for them. The male weapon seemed a bit heartless, but in contrast so did those girls at first glance."
