Rath grinned and thought he was tricksy. Wiggling the stick around, he went to poke Eirnae on the bottom and didn't feel the stick hit anything. Rath pulled a confused face, did he poke right through Eirnae? Looking down under the wall of fuzzy skin and found Eirnae sitting on his stick! Eirnae!, get off the stickie! Rath wriggled it around and tugged and pulled but it was no good.
Finally Rath grabbed it with both hands and yanked, and he went tumbling back as it came loose. Rath frowned and dusted himself of and growled. Eirnae threatened to not fix the hole, after Eirnae just cut it. Rath thought Eirnae better fix it or he'd do what he did to the fuzzy to Eirnae.
He could hear happy sounds inside, He wondered if the others were making them at him. Rath snapped the stick in half and tossed it. Heading back inside, Rath grabbed his goopy box and his squishy friend and went to the drawing wall and started drawing, well more like scribbling. He munched his nummy and didn't want to know what the two meanies were doing.

Eirnae's laughter was brief, and she's soon reabsorbed by fixing up the leather cover for the ceiling. Once she's done with its edges, she starts winding three long strips of the leather together to create a cord.
Casala's own amusement is doused the moment she hears the voice of the spirit of Rath's home scolding her for treating Rath so badly. What? How had she mistreated Rath? One look at Rath's face as he re-enters the shelter of his home makes her realize that Rath must have taken their sounds of laughter in the wrong way. She remembers her giggling at the thought of what Rath may have looked like when Eirnae sat on his stick, and now she's filled with guilt. She hadn't meant to hurt his feelings. She doesn't bother to get up fully, instead crawling over to where Rath has retreated. She doesn't get too close, as that would be an invasion of Rath's privacy. "Rath?" she asks quietly, "I'm sorry. We weren't laughing at you, really. I just thought Eirnae looked funny sitting on the stick..."
Hearing her name spoken, Eirnae looks up briefly, only to go back to work on tying off the braided cords. Casala has to learn how to socialize on her own, and this seemed like as good a time for such a lesson.

Rath was just drawing scribbly marks on the wall with a rock, he didn't want to look at the pair that were laughing at him. He had a cross look on his face, he felt sad and wanted to cry but he hated doing that. He felt his hairs on his neck grow as Casala got closer. He growled lowly, he was angry at them both.
His ears perked when Casala spoke and Rath raised a brow. Was that right? Were they only laughing at Eirnae being poked? Rath thought about it for a moment and rubbed his shoulder. He smirked then, evilly, and started to growl. Then with a small snarl, Rath pounced at Casala, landing on top of her. He then shuffled to sit up and pin Casala's arms with his legs and he looked at the rock in his hand. Rath crushed up the orange rock and licked his finger, and rubbing it into the smooshed up rock bits, Rath started to draw on Casala's face. On one cheek he drew a flutter buggy he seen at the smelly plants. On the other cheek he drew a shiney he sees in the sky at the dark time. and on her top face he drew a smelly plant. And with that, he sat back and admired his work with a smile

Eirnae had twitched upon the sound of a snarl, her sword drawn halfway out of its sheath after dropping the project she was working on with a glare in her narrowed eyes. Rath would have been skewered like a marshmellow on a sharpened twig, but she halts herself when she sees that he's not meaning any sort of threat to Casala. Taking in the breath she found she was holding, she resheathes Bael'tae and goes back to affixing the cord to the circle, though keeping a closer eye on the two Pae'il just in case.
Casala had not been expecting to be pounced, and so Rath gets no resistance on her part, though her wings are screaming at her to 'Get OFF!' of them immediately. She squirms underneath of Rath once she recovers from her surprise, one foot finding the flat and steady surface of a rib bone and kicking off from it not long after Rath is done with his quick drawing, pushing herself a bit out from under him. "Rath, kindly get off of me," she asks in a steady, but not soft or overally friendly, tone. She'd tried to make peace, and he scribbles on her face for it? "Please. My wings are.. uncomfortable in this position."

Rath's smile turned into a blink and a look of confusion then guilt. Rath didn't mean to hurt Casala, it was just fun right? Rath felt bad and got off Casala and crawled back. He did a bad, bads were not good.... cuz they were bad.
Rath sat down and looked sadly at the ground, dropping the rock and running his finger through the dirt. Feeling bad wasn't fun, Rath liked fun. Scribbling a random pattern on the dirt, Rath thought that a power to change things that had been done would be good right bout now. Rath felt all bad all over and wanted it to go away.

There, she's almost done. She and Casala will leave once she gets this fixed up for Rath, as she's certain that the hour will be growing late soon. A look over to the Pae'il tells her that miscommunication is abound right now, and shakes her head with a small smile. Kids will be kids.
"Rath?" Casala asks when the denomic Pae sits down and doodles in the dirt. She'd seen the procession of his facial expressions, and she doesn't want him to feel bad. No.. He hadn't meant to make her wings ache, she's sure of it. She scrambles up as quickly as she can, and hustles over to wrap her arms around Rath's middle in a hug from the side, the kind that captures the other person's arms and all. "It's alright, Rath. Can we forgive each other, and move on?"

Rath blinked as he god held. Rath thought Casala wanted to play againbut it wasn't like that. Rath felt warm fuzzy's all over like he did with Kaelin, the nice kind of fuzzy's not the biting kind. Rath blinked as he felt hot in his cheeks and touched them, they were warm, it was strange. He decided Casala was nice and Casala wasn't angry at him. Rath turned around a little and grabbed up Casala tightly and rubbed his cheek against its cheek and rubbed them together with a purr.
Rath smiled and leaned bad and then blinked and grinned, he had smooshed Casala's star into a big spot, and feeling his cheek, the rest of it was there. He silently chuckled and fell over, thinking it was very funny.

Eirnae lifts up a brow at the sight of Rath nuzzling Casala's cheek, as if he's an overgrown cat. She decides to stay out of this one, as after all Casala is a teenager now, by her kind's standards, and she had to learn to deal with affection, especially from boys. She's not so certain that Rath has any idea of what he's doing, as he seems quite.... well, feral is the best word, really.
If Rath is feeling a bit flush, then Casala's own should be enough to equal his and then some. However, she's far too pleased at Rath's acceptance of her apology to get all flustered, instead mimicking his purr and countering his rub. Two Pae'il teens, nuzzling like kittens. Who knew such things were possible?
When Rath pulls away and grins, then pats at his own cheek, Casala amazingly gets the joke when he starts to chuckle. She doesn't necessarily fall over with her giggles, but she does join in with his merriment after slishing fingers through the paint on her cheek and glancing down at her hand. So that was what he was drawing on her! A big... ah... Well, it's big, and kinda yellow? Her not knowing what to make of Rath's art only makes the situation funnier, her giggles bending her over while her wings stretch and quiver behind her.
Alright, what's so funny? Eirnae finishes up with her set task, then has to crawl to get closer to the two laughing Pae'il. "I take it I missed something?" she asks, obviously not getting it.
Which, of course, only makes Casala snicker all the more.

Rath wiggled around on the floor, it was very funny. Casala had a great big blob where the sky shiney use to be. He sat up and grinned, thise was much better, some fun... no bad feelings. Casala's happy sound made Rath very amused as well, it just sounded funny.
When Eirnae came over, he grinned, again amused. Eirnae couldn't figure it out? Rath grinned a big toothy smile and pointed to Casala's face and the big blotchy blob on Casa's cheek. Rath then realised Eirna had no spot, and at that moment, dived at Eirnae to cling to it and rub his cheek on Eirnae's.

What the.. Yeek! Eirnae tries to dodge the suddenly propelled Pae, but as she wasn't prepared for such a thing in the least she soon finds herself being rubbed much as she witnessed Rath doing to Casala. "Rath, calm down.. Calm down," she tries to say soothingly, though Casala's new burst of laughter makes it difficult.
"You're supposed to make the happy sound, Mother," Casala instructs through her giggles. To see Eirnae in such a predicament is very amusing indeed, though she doubts it will happen again any time soon, since her mother has rarely been caught off guard the whole time she's known her. She doesn't feel bad about this laughter, as no one is getting hurt. It's all just fun, and funny! Besides, Eirnae always says that laughing with someone isn't a bad thing, and she's laughing with Rath, right?
"Happy sound?" Eirnae asks as she sits up straight. Does Casala mean that purring noise that Rath's been making from time to time?
"Yes, like this..." Casala tries to make the right noise, but she's still laughing too hard to manage it properly.

Rath smiled and made his happy sound, purring as he smooshed his messy cheek against Eirnae's. Eirnae shouldn't be left out of the fun, even if it did cut a hole in his home/ He looked over at Casala and blinked, it wasn't Eirnae's happy sound he wanted, it was Eirnae to have a smooshy cheek.
Rath dropped off from Eirnae and sat down in a crouch like a from and grinned, pointing to Eirnae's cheek and the big blob of mess there. He silently chuckled and looked at Casala. Casala was making many happy sounds, it thought the whole thing was funne, Rath did too.

Any other day, and Eirnae would be grabbing up Rath and rolling around with him in a mock wrestling match, with the aim to be rubbing off whatever gook he'd put on her cheek and to get the teen Pae to say what human's like to call, 'Uncle!'. Today, since she's in a hurry to finish up what she's started before she and Casala have to leave, she settles for a low laugh and fetching a handkerchief from a belt pouch. "Very intentive," she compliments Rath while rubbing away at her cheek. "To thank you, why don't I show you something interesting?"
Casala is still giggling, though she's trying to stop. It's hard to tell your funny engine to cease pushing on the gas after it's rumbled for this long. She surprises herself by hiccuping, clapping her hands over her mouth before another tries to escape. Uh oh. The last time this happened she had to gargle salty water for a full minute. Uck!

Rath looked like a proud little mischief maker, rocking on his heels as he grinned at Eirnae. Eirnae made a happy sound too, this was all really fun. Seeing Eirnae clean its cheek with a soft thing, Rath thought he orta to the same and rubbed his cheek on a fur to clean it off. With his cheek on the fur on the floor and his butt in the air, Rath pushed forward to rub it off.
He blinked and looked up when he heard the strangests of sounds, and then another. Looking around, he heard them coming from Casala. Walking over he leaned down to listen at its chest and then upwards. Rath couldn't hear with Casala's hands in the way. So Rath grabbed both Casala's hands and pulled them away, and blinked and grinned when the sound happened again.

Well, she knew it wouldn't be easy to show him how her invention worked, if she can really call it that. In reality, she's only copied a design that she's seen in use before. Shaking her head, she moves to once again assess the hole she cut in the ceiling, going on tip-toe to push one end of the cord up into one of the two smaller holes she'd added earlier.
"He.. hey!" Casala protests as she hiccups again, wrinkling up her nose at the odd feeling such always leaves in her chest. It's like air bubbles are trapped in her lungs, and want to get out by any means necessary. "Rath, please... Hic! .. please let go of my arms? Hurric!"
Did he have to get that close to her? She's certain that Rath has no idea of the concept of personal space, so she's not going to regale him about it's benefits. She not so certain about her body's reaction to being held this way by a boy she barely knows. Why are her cheeks so warm and her stomach twisted? "It's called.. Hic! ...upping, and I can't stop it without focusing, and I can't... Hic! ... do that like this."

Rath let go of Casala's arms like it asked, he didn't mean anything, it was just new and weird sounding. He listened to Casala talk, the sound was invading Casala's words. Casala didn't like the weird sounds in Casala's tummy? Well Rath wouldn't stand by and let them annoy Casala. Rath went and leaned down to Casala's tummy and pressed an ear against it, then up more to Casala's chest and down some more, trying to listen. When a weird sound happened again, Rath growled at Casala's tummy and pointed away from Casala. He was telling it to get out, out you bad noise!
