"You'll never understand me..." xxxxSayuri was quiet for several minutes that were so long that they seemed to stretch into years. Her azure eyes took in everything with scrutinizing focus, from the steady rhythmic monotony of Sares working on the repairs being made to her sword, to the sweat that glistened on the shirtless backs of the apprentices as they moved around the forge in an endless dance of rippling muscle and clanging metal. Her gaze flicked to LT and she suppressed a small smile as she reached out to him, pressing her fingertips one by one against his forearm to let him know that she knew that he was in the forge. The shivering waves of heat in the forge created a humid environment that pervaded her senses with the heady odor of sweat and fire. Wordlessly, she reached out a hand and rearranged two pieces that had broken along two similar, though invisible, fault lines, causing the pieces to be nearly identical.
“Good morning.” Her whisper could barely be heard as she finally looked up at Tares, a smile lighting up her face. Her eyes glanced around her quickly, looking for Mei or another one of the kids. She interlaced her fingers with Tares’ and squeezed his hand."That's the whole point."

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist  LT squeezed Sayuri's hand gently, "Good Morning" Mei yawned and stretched in LT's other arm, as she clutched on to her Mister bunny, "Morning Miss Saya!" Mei squeaked as he opened her arms in Saya's direction clearly wanting to be held by her, she knew what she wanted and wouldn't take no for an answer.
LT's mask hung loosely around his neck, his flak vest was back on and his katana clearly strapped to his back. "Saya, are you ready to be heading back to Kiri?"

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxSayuri plucked the toddler from LT, gazing down at the little one with a sort of amused affection that seemed to convey just how much the tiny girl entertained her. Gently, she wound one of Mei’s curls around her index finger and stretched out the lock of glossy hair, letting the curl spring back to its usual position. She squeezed the toddler in a strong hug and planted a kiss on her cheek before adjusting Mei so she was resting on Saya’s hip. Stretching up, she pressed her lips briefly against the side of Tares’ face before pressing her cheek to the top of Mei’s tiny head.
“Good morning, honeybee.” Sayuri stretched out a hand, her cool fingertips stopping just short of the scalding metal that Sares was working with, knowing that she would get burned if she touched the surface. Her eyes flicked from the sword to Tares, then to his father, and then to the little one in her arms. Regardless of how reluctant she was to leave, she knew that her duties as a kunoichi came first. “Lord Sares, sir, by any chance, could you give me a rough estimate of how long my sword will take?” If she was going to be training in swordstyles, there was no way that she was going anywhere without her broadsword. Sayuri wrapped her free arm around Tares’ waist and rested her head against the curve of his shoulder while she studied Sares, who was still hard at work."That's the whole point."

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist Sared gazed in pure joy as he eyed Sayuri cradled in LT's arms, and the little Mei resting on the hip of Sayuri. He vaguely remembered that was what he fought for back when he was a Mist-nin, and now, five of his descendants are now shinobi of the mist. Perhaps they would make a great couple, but they were so young, their lives far ahead of them, or so ever short. They looked like a gorgeous couple, but he didnt know what each others plans were. Sares sighed much like his adopted son did and breathed his words out carefully as he continued to pound away. "I would guess at my current progress with in a day. Perhaps after you complete your genin exams." The old man chuckled. Mei squirmed in Sayuri's arms to give Saya a cute kiss on the side of her cheek, the girl loved the affection she received from Sayuri, and one day she would possibly do anything possible to get her approval too. "Why cant Miss Saya stay as long as she wants papa?"

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxSayuri squeezed Mei in a gentle hug as her beatific face slipped into something resembling a cross between a grimace and a small smile. As far as she was concerned, the Demascus home was heaven to her, a safe haven in a world that had been so cruel to her. Her eyes were soft, more of a misty azure than their usual icy blue as she gazed at little Mei in her arms. Using her free hand, she tucked a loose lock of hair behind Mei’s right ear and smiled at the toddler.
“You see, sweetpea, I’m a Mist-nin, just like Tares is. I need to rank up and become a Genin so Tares and I can spar—I mean, so I can defend my village.” Her voice held a sweet, teasing cadence as her eyes flickered to Tares. “I’m training to become a hunter, darling. I would rather not leave, but my duties to my village come first.” she planted a kiss on Mei’s cheek and held her close. “I’ll be back soon to play with you, sweetheart. I promise.” Setting the tiny girl down gently, she turned to Sares, bowing deeply out of respect.
“Thank you for welcoming me into your home, Sares-dono. And thank you for repairing my sword.” Grabbing LT’s hand, she waited for him to say his goodbyes so they could leave."That's the whole point."

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist Sares stopped his work for one quick second to turn towards Sayuri and Tares, he bent down a little to give Saya a respectable peck on the forehead and then embraced his adopted son in a hug, he turned back and locked his eyes onto Sayuri's, "Sayuri, it was a pleasure to have you as a guest with in my home, I wold love to see you drop by again some time and see as our family grows." He gave a quick glance over to LT as if hinting something, then he turned back to his flawless work. "Ill be done as soon as possible, you can count on it." LT knelt down with opened arms and Mei ran into his arms, "Promise me you will come back as soon as possible! I need to show you the new tea house i made for Mista Wabbit and Miss Saya!"
"Mei you know work is busy, but i will do that best i can, no promises though."
Mei's face almost turned instantly into a pout, "Please? LT, will you please *sniff* bring Miss *sniff* Saya back home with you! She's really nice and i like her alot, i wanner to *sniff* b ma mommy...." Mei sobbed and she flung her arms around LT's neck, her tears and sobs drenching his mask and the collar of his flak vest. LT cradled the girl in his arms for a couple seconds until the sobs stopped then he let her go.
"I will do everything in my power to bring her back Safely and willingly."LT then gave her a big kiss on the cheek, then gave Mister Bunny one too. He stood and turned to face Saya and placed his hands on her hips and pulled her up into him, his lips seeking their target and embracing it passionately. After several breath taking seconds LT let one arm slide to the side as the other wrapped around her waist and he guided her back out of the forge and across the red bridge over the lake.

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxSayuri’s face burned a bright crimson as Mei hurled herself into LT’s arms, listening intently to the garbled words that came from the toddler jumbled with sobs. She smiled shyly at Sares Demascus until she felt LT reach out to her, turning her head to look at him as he closed the space between them. Her right hand was placed firmly against his chest and she shoved, glaring at him and inclining her head towards Mei, who was clearly still in the room, along with T’s own father. Rolling her pale blue eyes, she touched her fingertips to her lips and pressed them to Mei’s cheek.
“Tares, there are little eyes, along with the eyes of your elders, present, and showing public affection of that magnitude is impolite.” She pressed her lips to his as his arm slipped around her waist and they left the Demascus House, destined for the Mizukage Tower.
[OoC: I know I did. And I got your call like 10:00 this morning when I kinda-sorta woke up. I passed out on the phone with Lance at like 1:30 this morning and then slept until 12:30. I tried to call you back, but it went straight to voicemail. emo

They went dont the small path in-front of the house waved at the guards as they passed. Heading away from the beautiful front lawn towards Kiri.

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxSayuri’s strides were long and quick, the toned and defined muscles in her legs rippling with every step under her creamy ivory skin. Her abnormally sharp blue eyes locked onto every minute detail that they came across, from the ant lumbering across the walkway and carrying its weight in bread crumbs, to the leaves that skittered across the ground, perpetually shrouded in a damp mist. She blinked twice, her long, thick, blonde lashes sweeping downwards to brush her cheeks then back up again to reveal the stark azure of her eyes as she silently hauled Tares through the gates of the Demascus family compound with a curt nod to the guards, dragging him to the forge where her sword lay across a cluttered worksurface. She stopped dead in her tracks and gave Tares a gentle shove towards his father, breathing deeply of the smell of burning metal.

Wiping the sweat from his brow, Sares Demascus pulled the now cooled blade from the water barrel in front of him. Holding up to the light, it glinted. With a smile, the elder twirled it and sliced at practice blocks, making sure it was made to perfection. After about twenty logs, Sares was convinced the blade was complete. Wrapping it in a blue silk cloth, he placed it aside waiting for the young girl who wanted it so eagerly to pick it up. With a smile, he listened to the sound of hot metal meeting cold water, the sizzle running through his head rampantly.

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxSayuri entered the forge at a dead sprint, her chest heaving and her muscles aching with a dull, burning pain as the muscles contracted and released. Her light azure eyes, the color of aquamarine and water, swept the wide building as her body breathed in the heavy, hot odor of metal, fire, and sweat. With three carefully calculated steps, shifting her weight degree by agonizing degree, Sayuri crossed the floor to greet Sares Demascus with a low, formal bow. Her soft black leather boots hushed her footsteps, making the gentle sound of her footsteps so low that it was nothing more than a whisper of sound among the din of the forge. In one long movement, rolling her shoulders lithely, the young Hyuuga girl shrugged out of her heavy jacket, spying a large blade wrapped in sky blue silk. She threw her arms around Sares and planted a light kiss against his stubbled cheek in thanks.
And as quickly as she had come, Sayuri vanished, sword in hand, heading for the Kiri Lake to train."That's the whole point."

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist LT arrived at the Demascus house and nodded towards the guards. "My brothers, how goes it?"
"Goes well man, havent seen you in a couple days. Whats the trouble?"
"Why do you assume that every time i come home, that there is trouble."
K leaned to look over LT's shoulder, "Cause you brought her with you? Perhaps?"
L nodded, "Not saying its a bad thing, but there have just been something running around and such. Can never be to careful LT."
"True that" both LT and K answered in unison.
"Well i guess you guys now know why we are here, can you tell us about the zombies? That is our mission, to slay them i guess. Where are the... infected areas?"
L shrugged his shoulders and then pulled a pamphlet out from his back pocket from underneath his armor. "This will tell you everything you need to know. Be careful out there."
"Well dont just go yet, maybe you guys would like to stop for some lunch first?"
"That my brother sounds like a good idea, but we'll have to ask Sayuri first, she is on kinda tight schedule." LT said as he shifted his weight from one foot to the other. LT turned to wait on Sayuri's answer.
