Uh, I'll go bug Chaos about that later. But, for the record, you name the price of whatever moves you put in to tutor. You get 66% of whatever is paid for the move.
So, provided Chaos doesn't want anything altered and allows it, you would only need to pay 1/3 of the asking price. Which is determined by you.

Right, I got that, but what if I wanted to add a move that wasn't already there, and then teach it to one of my own teammates? It's not like I'd pay myself... right? o.o; I ish just confused :<

Well, essentially, the shop serves as a medium. People come in and request a move. The shop pairs them up with the apt tutor and gives them access to facilities.
The 33% is a handling fee for the organization and application of the shop. You don't have to pay yourself (which is often a rather harrowing experience) but you do have to pay the handling fee--and only the handling fee.
If the move is priced at 3000 for example, 1000 of that is mine. That's all you pay to me. Since you'd be tutoring yourself, you wouldn't have to pay anyone the other 2000.
Of course, I gotta bug Chaos about it first.

Can you have a 'team' of just one Pokemon? And go by the same rules as a regular team, but only have 1 member of it when it starts instead of 2.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this was brought up a while ago and the answer is no. No Teams of 1. The Guild will force-assign you a partner or something, iunno.

Can you take back a reserve for a mission aand get a different one? Because I was brainstorming a plot and then I realized that my mission wasn't what I thought it was and it didn't work. (My idea was for a saving a pokemon mission, not a catch the criminal)

As long as it doesn't become something that happens every time you reserve a mission, it's fine. Just edit your post in the location of the old mission, saying that you no longer wish to take it. A mod will get to removing your name from that mission on the Bulletin Board as soon as they can.

Okay, I have 2 questions. I don't know if these questions we're already questioned or // and answered
1. Can your partner (as in the co-leader, vice captain, whatever.) die for a plot thingy? But it will be replaced by a recruit in the team.
2. What if your in a mission and haven't finished it yet and there is a chapter, can you participate in the chapter while your still doing a mission?

1. You can kill off any of your characters if you so wish. Just remember that in order to still have a team, there must be at least two members, because a team involves more than one member at any time.
2. Your characters can be in a mission and a chapter at the same time, yes.

Yes. Essentially, it's just like in real life. If something happens to your second in command, someone else takes over in their place.
