Name of weapon: Chains In The Mist
Who owns the weapon: Varro Hai'Auo
Who made it: Varro Hai'Auo
The Range of the weapon: adds 10 feet from either side when connected in full, spanning a total of 28 feet when at full extension. When separated from the middle, each piece spans 14 feet at full extension. When closed it looks like a normal well designed 8 foot bo staff or two smaller 4 foot staffs.
Weakness: Being a complicated weapon invented by a student it is not very user friendly to others. Also until the plans are better perfected it could be broken in the chain portions.
Description: The chains is a bow staff invented and built by Varro who has a good working knowledge of mechanics and a great mind for creation. It is a bo staff that can extend at the ends of each side with chains that shoot out with momentum extending the length of the weapon as well as its potential. It can be separated down the middle creating two weapons that he can use as either two staffs or something similar to a whip/nun-chuck when extended.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: in fairness of a roleplay, I do not want him to start off with this weapon perfected. I plan it to be an invention that he works on and adds to overtime. It will be an uncompleted project until his later period in the academy, or more then likely after. It will go through different stages of completion. I imagine as time goes on and he learns to control his shinobi powers, chakra, and jetsus that more effects will be added. At these times I will re-submit the weapon for approval. I want this to be a weapon that progresses as Varro progresses. Along with many of his inventions that I'll be submitting.
Rp Sample:
Varro was surrounded, four ninja's flanked him on all sides, each barring sharp and dangerous looking weapons. Yet he stood calm, a smile playing on his lips. It all stood to plan that they would surround him like this. He held in both hands a nice looking bo staff that stood just around 8 feet in length. There was a silence in the air as those that looked to take his life crept around him. He kept his eyes and senses on their position, just waiting as they seemed to wait. Tension built in them all, thick in its bloodlust, palpable... it tasted like iron in his mouth.
The silence broke as a ninja to his side yelled, rushing forward, the others followed suit. He tightened his grip on a certain portion on both sides of the staff and made a twist motion, a hardly audible click telling him that his weapon was released. With a hard flick of his right wrist the end flew off, connected to it and the center was a strong chain that shot out in a straight line. As it furthered its extension the speed picked up, just as it came near one of the oncoming ninjas Varro flicked his wrist upward, sending the chain in a slight upward arc with the propulsion of a whip it wrapped around the mans sword. With a tug it was free of the mans hand, Varro turned slightly, lowering his body and moving the staff to the right. The chain held onto the sword and it quickly flew right into another ninja's neck.
With the force of the movement the other half broke off, the chain flying out, connected to the end piece that found it's mark on another attackers knee. The force made the man fall forward his face slamming down against the ground with a thickening thunk, breaking his nose. On the sword connected end he flicked again, this time turning in the other direction hard in a downward angle. With a small movement of his hand the chain released its hold on the sword sending it flying into the waist of the man he had first disarmed before he even had much a chance to realize what all was going on.
The last had come near, and the distance was close enough that he wouldn't have the momentum with the chain to do much damage. He moved his hand back to the spot he had originally twisted on and twisted in the other direction, the chains on both ends flying back into the middle. In a quick moment the staff was reassembled just in time to block the sword strike that came in a downward arc towards his face.

Name of weapon: Bravery
Who owns the weapon: Aideen Hyuuga
Where it was found/Who made it: These weapons were made for Aideen Hyuuga by her parents in Kirigakure, ironically, it's called Bravery, something Aideen lacks at moments.
The Range of the weapon: Range of hands themselves.
Weakness: Putting on these weapons burns the skin, which is why they should rarely be removed. Not to mention they conduct electricity and restrict extreme movements. When removed, the user must either wait three days in real time to recover injuries, or must have a Chunnin medical ninja heal them.
Description: These gloves and boots actually form a face guard for the bottom of the face when attached. They are a family gift, meant for Aideen. They are supposed to give her courage and help her through tough battles. They increase speed and strength 2x when attached. Because she's a Hyuuga, she this was meant to advance her gentle fist style, so it doesn't really cover her fingers. These gloves, boots, and face mask increase in length as she grows. The white material in the weapon is just for show. Other than that, the material can regenerate the items slowly.
Rp Sample: Aideen looked towards her practice partner. "Are you ready?" Aideen nodded, she already had Bravery attached to her body. "Yes, let's go." She nodded, a mask with white material flowing through it covered her face. Her partner charged first, she winced as her hands and feet started to burn. "Why are you closing your eyes?" Aideen threw her hands up in hope of defense, but it was limp. When the hit connected, she was forced to lower her hands, though not for a while. “You really call that a guard?” Her partner didn't admit it, but they were the the same strength and she was stronger than him! He attacked him, the tiger mouth of the gloves left a cut in him, and the boots were just as powerful. They didn't do much else except increase her fighting ability. Her partner slashed her across the lower part of her face, breaking the face mask in one small part, and cutting her in the process. She covered her face, but the material fixed itself, she was safe for now. It was a small slash after all. Aideen looked at her weapons, they were amazing in her eyes, but not so much they could help her against much else. Aideen bowed. “It looks like I won.” Her partner was confused. “What exactly does that mean?” Aideen smiled, though he wouldn't be able to see it, she dragged a long kick across his abdomen, leaving a semi-deep gash. “You need to bandage up.” She reminded.

@Ultimashade: I cannot tell a lie, these weapons just won't fly. I can't allow you to have a weapon that increases your speed for no reason, or even at bare minimum a chakra cost. There is no concrete reason for them being able to give her a boost in speed, and I'm just in general opposed to weapons that simply buff up a character's physical stats. If you want your physical stats to go up, there are plenty of taijutsu and weapon styles that you can pick up to do just that, that's why we've created them. DENIED, sorry.

When the hit connected, she was forced to lower her hands. “You really call that a guard?” She attacked back in hopes of driving him back, but he had metal in the gloves he was wearing and broke the entire left side of her face plate. It slowly creeped back up her jaw, making sure she wasn't attacked again. "No fair, metal gloves are cheating." She said, kicking him in the arm and dragging back slowly, leaving gashes in his arm. "So are sharp toes." Her partner complained. They were now just arguing over which was more fair. "Fine, if you think having your feet sharp is fair, how about we just test it?" Her partner swung a blade at her, in which she kicked back, sparks flew from where her foot connected with it. "Let's just see how long this takes." They kept it up, her partner swining a blade, Aideen kicking the blade, sparks flying from where they connected, it got very repetitive. "We both know it's just bladed toes, that's a real weapon." She said. Stell-toed boots can be a weapon so can bladed toes then. At least she knew it'd be a fair fight from here on in since they both had blades. You happy now Luo? Changing that one sentence took me all day!

P.S.- Make sure you mention in the weapon description that it takes five posts to regenerate before putting it in your own thread.

Name of weapon: Kyodai Sensu
Who owns the weapon: Shayera
Where it was found/Who made it: Given to Shayera by her grandmother for whom it was forged by her great-great-grandfather
The Range of the weapon: Long Range
Weakness: Kyodai does not resist heat well and is hard to aim and control once it is swung by the wielder.
Description: A large fan standing at about two and a half feet, Kyodai is made of creamy ivory paper and dark rosewood. Kyodai is also covered in Summoning seals and writing. Shayera uses Kyodai for her summoning jutsu and for basic physical defense.
Rp Sample:
The kunoichi ambushing me pulls out three kunai and she throws them at me, jumping back at the same time. Don’t let her put space between you and her, I remind myself as I dodge one kunai and grab the second one from the air. A flick of my wrist sends it flying back, striking the third kunai and falling to the ground where it quivers, point down, in the dirt. I advance towards her, performing my shadow clone jutsu as I run. My two clones on either side corner the girl as I deliver a roundhouse kick to her chest. Her breath whooshes out and she’s knocked off her feet. She jumps up and I run back towards her, getting in close range for hand-to-hand combat. She laughs as she dodges my uppercut. She’s fast, I remind myself in my head, but not fast enough to stop me.
“So you’ve figured it out!“ She smiles as she weaves and dodges my advances. I smile back, landing a punch on her cheek that sends her sprawling.
“No kidding. By closing the distance between us, I’ll keep you in close range and you can’t use your ninjutsu or genjutsu on me.“ I grin. Kara laughs, closing her eyes briefly. I take the advance and whip a kunai with a paper bomb tied to the handle at her. The explosion knocks her off of her feet. I kick myself into my top speed and meet her before she hits the ground. One, two-three, I count in my head as I land my attacks. I kick her up and her body rises into the air. I jump up to a bough on a tree and then plunge through the air at my opponent, planting a kick in the middle of her stomach and forcing her to the ground. I hear the crack as she hits the compact dirt and note that she has two broken ribs. I land next to her. She coughs a few times before she jumps up. She aims a kick at my face and I jump up and onto a limb on the sycamore. I pull out Kyodai, a large fan covered with summoning seals and bite my thumb, making sure to break the skin. I smear my blood onto the fan and lash at Kara with it who almost drops off of the tree in surprise.
“Wind Style! Desert dragon summoning jutsu! Twin-Sandstorm Hydra!“ I yell, blasting her with the dragon-shaped jutsu. The impact leaves tiny but deep lacerations and knocks her to the ground. I put one hand up to guard my face against the flying sand. I let Kyodai's momentum guide my trajectory, but try to stop it too late. Kyodai smashes into my leg painfully and I bite my lip. "Dammit." I mutter, seeing the blood coming from the minor scrape that the wood leaves on my leg. I sigh, frustrated. I shouldn't still be having this much difficulty controlling Kyodai's movements. I turn back to Kara, ready to take my frustration out on her.

Interest In Your Insides weapon:Hiramekarei Who owns the weapon:Sumomo Taiki Where it was found/Who made it: Found by His father, Given to him as a right of passage Abilities:Energy Control can be channeled through the blade,creating weapons such as a pure chakra projection of a hammer.|Can be split in two down the middle, the parts connected by a metal chain.|the blade is a perfect conduit for Chakra, making all abilities channeled through it cost one less chakra point except kaze level Jutsu] The Range of the weapon:around a 5ft range when swung Weakness:Heavy/prolonged use, or carrying without rest will tire the user|the user must rest twice a day after carrying the sword around for too long. Prolonged use without rest will cause fatigue and the user will losses one rank in speed per three hours of use, or carry, without rest. Description:A large flat sword rounded until the hilt where it forms a crescent. Has two handles, and has a slit straight down the middle where it can be split. each side has a matching whole near the top of the sword. Rp Sample:Taiki swung Hirame at his opponent, Hands firmly around the grips, as he missed by about three inches, Which by the look of disgust on his face, thoroughly pissed him off. With a swift motion of the wrists, he unlinked the two halves and threw one out at his opponent,almost immediately after, he jerked it to the side by it's chain, due to another Close miss. He swung it all the way around, to wrap around his midsection from behind, catching it with his other hand, in a basic nunchaku style before the swing came full circle and he slashed out again. "You aren't so tough!" he shouted out to his opponent.

Name of weapon: Blessed Bo Who owns the weapon: Raimaru Jahare Where it was found/Who made it: Made by one of his ancestors and was given to him by his mother. The Range of the weapon: A close range weapon its full length is 6 feet long. Weakness: Drains the elemental chakra of the wielder Description: The weapon his a breakable Bo staff held together by a small amount of chakra it can be broken in half into two Kali sticks. The bo is made from the wood of a tiga tree. (uses 1 chakra point per post to keep together.) Rp Sample: W.I.P.

 Name of weapon: Yagura no Tachi Who owns the weapon: Kaze ( kuza's puppet ) Where it was found/Who made it: The weapon was created by Kuza's brother and used by his puppets, that night when her brother was killed the sword was taken back to kuza's family in which the placed it in their family crypt. Kuza found it years later and gave it to her puppet to use. The Range of the weapon: Tachi range which is longer then a katana(when kaze & Ryūjin combine into RyūKaze it grows to 12 feet) Weakness: provides little use versing larger weapons, and when it is in it larger state it is slower to swing around. Description: This katana was made out of the bones and scaled of a black dragon and is held together with dense but light metal. This blade was designed not to have a handle and just make it part of that blade making sure that only a puppet could use it or the risk of cutting fingers off would be high. The puppets it was designed for had a special grip on their hands to make sure the blade didnt cut through the puppet. When in its sheath is if made to look like a ordinary katana with a handle but any try on grabbing it would end bloody. The katana because of the black dragon parts has a side effect to cutting humans and only humans (any none human thing it will just act as a katana), it had a poison that caused the victim to go temporarily bind. 2 posts after being cut causes slight blurred vision, 4 posts causes regular blurriness (such as when u wake up and everything is blurry for a bit, that kind of blurry), 6 posts over results in temporary blindness that any med-ninja can fix. If not fixed side effect will last for 2 posts after that 6 post mark. Being cut multiple times dose nothing untill after side effects go away.
Rp Sample: Kuza chuckled lightly as she reached under his cloak, her fingers firmly grabing onto a scroll. " Do you really thing your any match for Kaze?" She quickly pulled out the scroll letting it unroll through the air and slammed it on the ground. She placed her hand on a seal on the scroll feeding her chakra into it. "Raise KAZE!" Kuza yelled before a large puff of smoke appeared. As the smoke was fading Kaze quickly unsheathed his Yagura no Tachi and rushed out of the smoke towards the ninja Kuza was fighting. Kuza jumped back alittle and flicked her binky finger, kaze quickly jumped into the air and began to spin. The other ninja jumped back and pulled out a a katana of his own, right as he did kuza moved her pointer finger and the Yagura no Tachi kaze was holding onto flew out of his hands and shot towards the ninja. The Yagura no Tachi missed the other ninja by a fraction of an inch but cause him to let down his guard alittle. Kaze quickly landed and dashed towards the ninja, as he near he pulled back his fist and would strike the ninja who now had his guard down.
