When Sora arrived at the Land of Fire, she led Tanzu out of the boat and immediately began walking away from the docks. "I'm sorry... I really am..." She whispered quietly, not knowing if the boy would believe her story later on. But she would tell him everything, all in due time. But for now she was going to be very quiet and not say anything until they were alone. She didn't want anybody else to overhear her story, especially since they were in a foreign land.

Tanzu just let her lead him, his head hung low, showing the burn marks across his skin. Why was she doing this? She knew of how he reacted. Shouldn't she hate him? Wasn't it natural for her to do so? He didn't know, so he only went along the wind blasted road, heading torwards the desert sand...

But his head was facing the ground, and it didn't look like he wanted to talk to her all that much.As she turned away, a sudden feeling welled up inside her heart, but the girl immediately forced it back down. The thought that maybe she should give Tanzu some space and send him back home alone? No, it was dangerous for a genin to be wandering around the desert alone. Especially since the sandstorms were starting to pick up. The girl turned again to look at Tanzu before she sighed and stopped entirely. They were farther away from the docks now, and this ongoing silence was starting to irk her. Strangely, she'd gone through years of silence before, but these few minutes had started to make her annoyed to the point of explosion.
"Tanzu, I'm sorry for leaving you like that." Sora said quietly, stopping her walking pace as she let go of the boy's hand. "David said that I would only get in the way, so I ran off and hid until the battle was over. Even then, I thought you were already dead... So I got scared. I know this sounds strange coming from a medic, but I hate blood. I hate the smell, the sight, the feel... I hate to even hear it when somebody mentions blood." She continued on, turning her head a little bit so that she wasn't looking directly at the boy in front of her. "The Mizukage took care of you and all... but I don't know what'll happen next time. You didn't even see me, Tanzu. You treated me as if I never existed while you were transformed. If I'm not enough to help bring you back from your darkness, then I don't know what I'm going to do." Sora whispered, only noticing then that she was crying. Her voice seemed to crack slightly. Was she really going to keep on doing this to herself? "Tanzu... I love you. I fell in love with you from the moment I saw you. But if this is going to work, you need to learn to keep your emotions in check. The Ichibi jinchuuriki may not be the nicest boy around, but he is actually a sweet kid. You just need to be nicer to him." Sora said quietly, but then she stopped. Why did she bring up the boy from earlier? She knew that the two Jinchuuriki hated each other. Oh, what was she going to do now if Tanzu decided to kill her on the spot?

The silence continued for at least a few more minutes before the boy finally raised his head. "And yet...you still fear I might kill you," he sadly muttered, walking again once more along the sand road. "How can that be love? How can that be even close to compassion? Do you know? If you do, then please tell me." His voice was stained with tears. He hated it. He hated the feeling his simple glance he gave to people...and so desperately wanted it to end. He had stopped already...

She was so glad that Tanzu was actually talking to her, but she wasn't happy with what he had said. In fact, it was difficult for her to even think straight at the moment. Her emotions were starting to take over her mind, and it was difficult for her to sort them through to even form a sentence. "I no longer fear death, Tanzu. I'm afraid you'll hurt somebody else like Shayera... that's what I fear." She said quietly.
When Tanzu tried to walk past her, Sora ran after him, wrapping her arms around his back and stopping him in his tracks. "I'm sorry I haven't loved you as much as I should have..." She whispered quietly, her voice filling with tears. "But you have to understand... It's difficult for me to watch you from the sidelines. I just want to walk the same path as you, but I know already. Hopelessly so, I'm not strong enough to follow you down the path you have chosen. I'm just a nuisance in your life, that's all." She whispered quietly.

Tanzu shivered where he stood. "Well...that's a common fear, huh..." he said bitterly, tears streaking down his face then soon evaporating from the heat. "You're far from a nuiscance. You're so much more to me. Love...you're the only thing left for me when I come 'home'..." he stated, voice quivering. "I'm...the nuiscance..."

But her smile was small and almost unnoticeable to those who didn't know her very well. But hopefully, Tanzu knew her well enough to notice her lip twitch slightly. And even if he didn't see it, her eyes were smiling along with her face.
"You're not a nuisance. You're just occasionally annoying." She laughed quietly, trying to make a joke. Then she intertwined her fingers with Tanzu's with a slightly wider smile. "Let's go home." She whispered quietly as she leaned into him slightly and began their trek home.

And that was all Tanzu needed, to suddenly lift himself out of this state. His floodgates opened, tears rushing out. But he was laughing, showing the smallest of real smiles. He wiped away the remaining ones, walking with her, along their desert road...

Hiniko and her team soon made it to the docks, and when she got off, it was visible that she was glad to be so close to home again. She had missed her home, and she couldn't wait to walk through the streets again. She laped into silence waiting for her teammates to join her, she glanced around.

 Zin arrived with his team as he stood up. His scroll was within his kimono and he was quite sure of where to go to get to the Earth Country from how the map was displayed when he read books of the Fire Country and it's history. Walking off the boat,Zin looked to David and Blade and spoke out,"Ok,I believe we should go to the large forest of the land of Fire. That way,we'll hit the Earth Country through the Lighting Country."He said softly,making sure no one else would be hearing their plans as Nagi looked over and noticed some of his team mates but unfortunately it wasn't time to be kindly;they were competitors. Zin would wish them luck,but if things came to worse he may have to point his blade to them if they got in his way.[Exit to Forest Around Land of Fire]

There weren't too many people around, and he hoped that meant the others hadn't gotten moving yet. If they could do their run through Earth country fast enough, maybe they could beat the other teams to all the scrolls, despite the rules against not splitting up. And he would take great pleasure in knowing that he had snatched the Iwagakure artifacts right from under the Iwa genin's nose. Kira walked by his teammates, happy to see them. He looked to make sure they were okay, and let Hiniko lead the way. "I assume the forest is next?" Kira asked.

Hiniko spotted Zin come froma boat, and though she was happy to see him, she also knew that they were against eachother now, and so she just watched him. She noted his glance her way, and wonderd what they were going after..the same thing as them? She turned without it really bothering her to her teammates and nodded.
"Now through the woods." She walked ahead of them.
