Desert smiled as he waved his hands and a rope came out of his sleeve. He tossed one end down and then another rope came falling as well. "Need any more help, or do you got it?"

The deals were handled. The trades made and completed. The elderly man looked out at the sea and the storm clouds that were forming out at sea. It was times like this that they were lucky that they were on land and docked. Seeing that the crew now had everything they needed to fix the ship, he went to check on them. He wasn't worried about his daughter. It wasn't often that she disappeared.
Sarifa looked away from the books to check out the ocean that was still in view. A storm was brewing out in the blue waters turning it gray and choppy. It hadn't come near them. At least not yet, that was good. For some reason her thoughts turned to the ship that had damaged theirs. Why she thought of them in concern she didn't know but it wasn't pleasing. She soon turned back to the bookseller and the stories that were held in the elegant covers.

Loda dropped the thought of investigating what is lurking below the ship's deck for now and turned to climb back up the stairs, but froze when he heard a subtle mew and the sound of padded paws lurking towards him, it was a cat that greeted Loda and rubbed its head against his pant leg and purred. Loda was afraid of cats though and let out a scream and fell backwards, sending the cat running away into hiding. "C-cat!" Was all Loda could stutter like a imbecile.

She said to Loda jokingly. She entered her ship and pulled uut a pice of meat and cut it up so that the cat could eat it.

(( Sorry for not posting for so long. ))
Loda just looked down in embarrassment, which soon turned to anger. "Whatever, c-cats don't scare me, it just surprised me. Whatever let's just-" Before he could finish a strike of lightning clashed in the somewhat near distance and Loda looked in that direction to notice a quickly coming storm. His anger vanished as Loda started making orders. "Quick everyone tie everything loose down then we need to go down below deck. Just keep the cat away from me."

Desert just smiled and took the cat from Syori along with the piece of meat. He then placed the cat on his shoulder. "Stay there Neko-chan." He smiled and tied himself to the ship then the cat to him. "There we go now eat up." He fed Neko the meat then started to tie down the cannons.

Syori smiled back at Desert and rolled her eyes at Loda. "is he oblivious...every thing is already tied down." she muttered cocking her eyebrow. Some thing about this capititan made her want to hit him...hard, over the head with a frying pan.

((Its the first thing that came to my mind))
Syori shook her head, it wasn't a smart idea to stay below deck right now, after all if they just went below deck than the sails could get ripped open and they could lose their course.

Desert looked from Loda to the cat. "Oh come on, he just wants to be friends isn't that right." He tickled the cat's chin and it rubbed against his neck. "Besides, I feel that it would be better to out last the storm from the top, this way we can monitor Syori's ship and the sails."

Syori looked at desert and blinked, her face read confuzion and entertainment. 'holy crap is that guy reading my mind?' she thought to her self. She shook her head and walked back over to her ship picked something up and than walked over to he cat and placed a small coller around its neck, there was a tiny marble on it that looked expensive. "There you go Nina." she said, she was referring to the coller but every one else thought she was referring to the cat.

As Shantee looked out at the sea he realised he longed for a life of adventure once again. After a few moments he said to himself in barely a whisper "I'm going to get a ship soon i just have to keep working on my alchlemy" He then turned to his desk and started working on the small machine with the blue sigil on it " i just have to keep working I'll free myself of this curse yet."
