Zo glanced at the girl, smileing. " oh.. you smell sweet. your blood must be very pure.." she looked to Cassus, her voice light dispite her words. " can i drink from her? i will not kill it, humans do not nurish me.. but she smells good, i would like to try it." as a Lamia she fed from vampires or weres.. but humans, they were like candy. useless, but good. the mirror continued to show the two outside.

Reks nodded, her dark blue eyes determind. " then let me take a look around, you wait here until i get back alright?" tapping the gates carfuly she studyed them, her mind already on finding the life magic that was the doctor Shay. Viktor startled her, throwing her off balance as she looked up at him. swallowing she said calmly. " Uncle, some one is in there because of me. i cant just turn away from helping her, a human in that place will go mad." takeing a breath she shook her head, her step hesitateing over the gate threshold. she was purposly not responding to the voice of Cassus, unsure what traps or compulsions he had managed to rig this place with.

Cassus looked at Zo and then took a step in front of Shay.

"No, I'm afraid not, none will harm her for as long as she is needed. Reks may not enter this time I'm afraid. Viktor would banish her to the castle before he'd let that happen. But he does not control Quin, and I suspect he will come, if not. I'll simply send Leon and Xavier to have some fun, you too Zo. Without their doctor, the Quin will eventually come. To save her, or for revenge. When he's stepped into the mansion, his soul is mine. Then Reks, out of hate and curiosity will come back and wish for the thing I desire, and she desires."It was true, anyone who was in his mansion was under his control, the artifact in his possesion gave him this mansion, and as the mansion was a part of him, he could control anything and anyone in its walls.

Sakura was not phazed by this display; he was not virgin to the sight of dark magic. His reply was a little late, but he had well thought it out. "There's power in numbers, no? I merely eliminate those in my employer's way. I am just a tool. I am a tradesman; as such, payment is my way to get through our world. I dare not insult you in your own house, so forgive my tongue; you should not let your eyes strain appearance into reality..." Sakura finished, and turned his back to the Lord. "If you do not wish my service, then I shall be on my way..."

Cassus laughed, this was to be expected from a man who couldn't see the whole picture.

"Why would I need you when I have so many others who would gladly kill for me. Wealth is secondary to power, when we have that, all the wealth in the world will be ours, and your life, will be very unimportant."Cassus felt Shay send the message, this was trivial, he knew Reks wouldn't enter this time. But she would eventually, and then he would have what he wanted. But he could do the same and simply repeated himself to Reks.

"If you come in, you can bring him back, and your mother too."

Sakura gleamed over at the man called Xavier, knowing that this may pursuade the Lord. "Forgive my rudeness, but my name is Sakura." He brushed the hair out of his eyes and stalled his moments, as he walked slowly out of the room.

" well, you are very charming." Zo teased, her eyes bright with anticipation. they had come so close, it put her in a good mood to see Reks getting drawn to them. she studied the boy as he left, her expression turning thoughtful. " though he was cute, for a young boy. mabye he could be taught..?" her mirror had fallen still, once again reflecting the room as she stroked its surface. her fingers, instead of slideing along the smooth glass, disappeared into the silver and made it ripple like water. " he has potetial, after all."

((You realize that this is an out reach of Cassus' mind. So in a sense, he is the mansion. So he essentially knows where you are at all times. He's a villain otherwise he wouldn't have such power. Well that and his status is way higher then yours is but that's a completely different story.))

Cassus chuckled, the boy was still here.

"Xavier, he's still here and I think he may be trying to steal. Send him out or kill him, I care not which. If he wants to join us then, tell him he must beg at my feet or something like that. You're creative I'm sure you can think of something."Cassus waved him off and then looked to Zo.

"You can go with him if you would like, otherwise feel free to do as you wish. If Quin does not come soon, we will attack the theives."

she nodded, catching the label of Shay's jacket and literal tossing her into the mirror. offering Cassus a pleased smile she shrugged. " she wont be hurt, and its sound proof." his words echoed in her mind and she nearly purred. " ooh.. so i get to play with Asa." fully enthused, she started down the hall after the boy, crooking a finger at Xavier. " lets go play." she was innocent, yet deadly.. most thought her a sweet girl, until she decided if she wanted to kill them or not.
