Talos nudged her alittle."you should of comeback first...now we have to get rid of the loners. And i would allow this to slip by but im not the alpha. Your curiousity is going to get you hurt one day". he said worriedly.

"Oh, tosh." she snorted. "I'm too quick for anything to hurt me." she said proudly lifting her head and puffing out the fur on her chest. "Do we really have to get rid of them? She asked. "There was one called Ryu who had a beautiful voice. He was the one that howled in the first place. I think it drew all the others."

"Do you honestly think our alpha woul just allow loners to join our pack. And besides if you were an alpha and you had a family to worry about would you just allow random loners who you dont know to join the pack." Talos asked calmly.

"I know food is scarce in winter but what chance have they got on their own?" she asked. "If I were alpha the pack would come first but..... wouldn't hunting be easier with more wolves? There would be less chance of it escaping and we might be anle to catch more." she said, curious like a pup.

Talos sighed in defat as he knew she won the argument."All i ask if that you stay in the den.and if you wish to disobey another high ranking wolf then so be it...but stay away from the loners....am i understood." he said calmly,not trying to be rude and hostile.

She lowered her ears and tail and looked at her brown paws. "Yes Talos." she said solomly. She got up and padded back towards the den sadly, all her fun ruined by her feelings of guilt.

As he watched her walk away he quickly caught up"Karla im sorry. im normally not like that" Talos said in a sad tone of voice.

"No, You're right. I was bad. I diserve to get into trouble." she said. She sat down just ouside the den and curled up in a tight ball or brown fur. She looked up at him. "I'll stay out here. The den gives me the creeps." She supressed a shuddered.

"ok" He responded as hey lay beside her."i'll stay with you" he said calmly as he felt tingly feeling being next to karla. As they both layed outside the den Talos occasionally glanced over to kara.

She curled up tightly and hid her nose under her tail tip. she said nothing as he laid down to join her. She watched him curiously as he kept glancing at her. Finally she gave in, the curiosity almost killing her, and said, "what?"

Ryu made his way through the bushes pushing his way through. He wondered were he was going to go from here that this territory was already taken, he thought what the others were thinking when he just left them like that.thought h

Talos's ears perked up ashe heard karla say something."nothing i was just admiring your fur." he said quickly to cover up any embarrassing things he would say. He then turned his head away in a different direction. "that was close...maybe next time i shouldnt do that." he thought to himself.

"My fur isn't that special, just a stripey brown." she said uninterestedly and yawned. She tucked her nose back under her tail and closed her eyes, camoflaging perfectly with the dirt and fallen autumn leaves.

She opened one eye and looked at him. She could tell something was bothering him and she wondered what it was. She lifted her head curious again. "Tell me what's wrong?" she asked uncurling herself and crawling along the ground to get closer.
