for instance, should the boss have you as his cosplay member (we'll have a list as who dresses up as who) he would look something like this  likewise, because you would be his cosplay person, you will have to find girl products that best replicates his avi

I vote 'name out of a hat' choices!
And can the cosplay be done in tektek? It may be hard to afford the proper gear in time...Although if we pick names now it would be easier.

I agree with Ayaji for tektek.
After the names have been chosen perhaps they should post their newly dressed avatar in their posts (all of them) in what will soon exist Halloween Thread.
Take a complete set of all the avatars and make a "group photo" too.
