SRP - Returning Home - Louisa

England had been free of worry. Her parents had always wanted to move back and for a while Louisa believed it was what she wanted to. It was different over there and her senshi life had happily been forgotten. All the cats she had come across were just that, cats, none of them seemed to talk. She could go to uni, go out with friends, do shopping, she even graduated with honors in psychology, mostly doing behaviour science. She found the aspects of both human and animal behaviour fascinating and it let her ignore her life and delve deep into someone else’s. England was so different, it gave her more freedom, it gave her a life!

She did however get that call that meant she had to go home. Her parents stayed in England along with her pets, who she would miss every day. She wasn’t that close to her parents and she knew going back to destiny city meant she would possibly never see them again but sometimes these things had to be done. A close friend to the family had died and due to her parents work commitments she was the only one available to fly back.

As she arrived home, not that it felt much like home. She went down to the basement of the house where she had her own apartment to live away from her parents. She hadn’t spent much time here before they went and the last person she had down here, well she wasn’t sure where she had gone. Louisa walked over to her safe and opened it, she shouldn’t have left it here but there was no way it was going to England. Her pen, there was the clear symbol of Sirius. She held the weight of it in her hand for quite some time before she eventually put it back down again.

Then she rushed to get ready for the funeral.

The funeral was to be expected, bland, bleak, depressing. Louisa spent most of it smiling politely at people but when she looked miserable, that was authentic. She wanted to be back in England, away from here, away from her house and that pen. She knew full well she couldn’t avoid it now she was back.

Returning to the dark house was even more depressing then she had expected. It was a big house for one person. She went straight for the safe and again held the pen in her hand. She let out a soft sigh and held it up.

The words came so naturally to her and the sensation of the change into the girl that had loved life in England turned back to the lonely sailor scout of canines. It was unfortunately time to get back to work.

SRP - Senshi home? Maybe not - Sirius

That first night being a senshi again was not what Sirius had expected. It had been quiet though she could feel more energy signatures around her then ever. She dreaded the thought that this war would escalate until this city no longer existed and part of her was willing to get straight back on the plane to England. She needed a job first, there had only been enough money to go one way.

Most of the night was spent roof hopping. The city looked much the same as it had when she left, a few less buildings and some more with the odd ‘burnt’ look to it but mostly they were as she had expected. She saw the odd senshi but kept her distance she wasn’t in any way in the mood for conversing with anyone. She had toyed with her phone debating whether or not calling some of her old teammates would be a good idea. Would they even still be alive? Maybe they would have joined with Ares. There were options that she didn’t want to explore now. She was tired of all this fighting and she didn’t even hate Ares enough anymore to really seek her out to try and kill her, which she knew would only get herself killed.

Instead she did something different, after exploring the city she headed home, locked herself in and sat down and listened. Her star sounded like home, the distance rumbling like many dogs barking. It was a noise she loved and a noise she had missed.

Arriving at her star, her thoughts of home vanished. She was back where she truly belonged and though the star was nothing more then rubble, every now and then it would spark a memory that would get her interest going again. Today though she didn’t want memories she just wanted to feel at home, feel as if she belonged.

The memory came though, a small flash of her, back in the day when her fuku was so different and she always had dogs with her. The dogs were trained to do so many different things, some were to guard, some to detect or save and some were to fight and hunt. She felt a longing for them, all her canine children that she had once brought up and sent away to work. She wondered if it would ever be possible to try and start it up again. She knew it wasn’t.

As quickly as the image came it was gone. Sirius was back on her star, with the rubble that remained of her home. It had not done it’s job, she felt more miserable then ever. She knew really that her human self should go and seek help, this depression would not get better by it’s self. It was time to head home.

SRP - Options and dilemmas - Sirius

The encounter last night was playing on her mind. Why should she even be listening to a negaverse agent? Yet he sounded so convincing, no it wasn’t even that he was convincing he just said something that rang true in her. He mentioned family, the care and support of a group, not being left out on your own, uncared for and unwanted. They worked as a unit and he was inviting her to join them.

Join the negaverse.

Could she even? No of course not. How could she? She was a senshi and they don’t just join the negaverse but then she thought of Albali. Apparently she was with them now? She had always wanted to be with Ares but now she was with the negaverse and that seemed odd, was that a choice? A trick? A fight? Sirius was sure she would never find out but the meeting still played on her mind.

“Buddingtonite…”

She spoke his name, letting it roll of her tongue and then finding some amusement in it. He was a charmer, he made her feel something other then depressed for the first time since arriving back to destiny city. How was it she was now here, making friends with the enemy? Had everything changed so much that now the enemy was more friendly? Or maybe the negaverse were right and actually this war is only here because the senshi are on the earth, would they still be energy draining if senshi weren’t about? These were questions she was sure she shouldn’t be asking herself.

Zirconia.

The name came to her head in a second and Sirius couldn’t help but smile. The cat who would understand her emptiness, after all she had literally lost everything! Sirius grabbed her phone and then remembered how pointless that was. How could she find the cat? Where would she find her? Should she find her? What if Zirconia had decided a cat life was no longer for her, it wouldn’t have been something Sirius would blame her for, after all she had given it all up in England and been happy! This world was depressing.

Yet there was an option for something different, something she knew she shouldn’t even be considering but at the same time she couldn’t help but wonder. Could she possible? No, surely not… but would they really accept her? He said they would.

No.

She was a senshi, whether she liked it right now or not, it did not matter it is what it is and she had to accept it and live with it. Though she couldn’t help but want to see that negaverse captain again.
