Rayne noticed a male walking towards them and thought she knew him. She remembered that he was a protector, but she couldn't remember his name.

kiro looked up and and seen a girl walking tord him.hm... she looks familier, oh well, i dount care, at least i seen someone today he said to him self as he waved to the girl and the man with her.

((I'm just walking around, lol. Sight-seeing.))
Elistral's footsteps rang out loudly on the cobblestone streets. Virtually no one was in sight, Ravagers or Protectors. The clouds above looked heavier now, almost ready to let their burden of rain loose. She kept walking towards the fountain in the middle, fingering a coin in her hand.

"Rayne im gonna walk around. Don't worry I think I can find my own way now." -I walk a little until I reach a fountain with the statue of a man on it- "Hmmm so thats why this place is here." -Then I hear footsteps and look to see the same man from before the one with the Protectors- "Hello again."

Still fingering the coin, Elistral walked over by Strider. She stared into the water before replying to his greeting. "Ah, yes. Hello again. Enjoying your stay at Salim?" The coin glinted as it arced in the air and landed with a plunk, settling at the bottom.

-I nod- "Yes. Though its more peaceful then last I was here. Those were the good days. This city used to flow with trade and happiness. When I left it was a happy town. Now its a dark place with a less then hopeful people. Can you believe that was 50 years ago?"

Thunder rumbled above the town, and the clouds began to darken. Elistral nodded to Strider's words. "Yes, I remember." Her memory started to flow to when the town was a safe place. "But when I arrived, this same evil was starting to grow."

Her hair brushed up against her eyes as she looked up at the statue. The man was familar to her, when she was still travelling the countryside. "He was a brave man." she said. Elistral paused. Strider knew this man too? Then she spoke softly. "Before he died of that sickness that visited many towns."

She took his hand, "Rayne, and the man who left was Strider, since he didn't take the time to stay for introductions..." She glared a little, but soon smiled.
