Elisia winced slightly. It looked as if her thoughts were right. There was no other logical explanation for everything that was coming together in the most absurb way. She inclined her head slightly as her Captain left.
“I see. Well, good luck, Captain,” she said quietly, so that only her Captain would have been able to hear.
The gust of wind made the ends of her hair flutter but she stayed still, barely moving. Hopefully, her Captain would be alright. Her own Captain had been the only one she had ever seen to have defeated Captain Hei, but in his new form, would she be able to do it? There was no point in worrying though. Luck would not deal any big part in this and all she could do was trust in her Captain’s abilities and her skills. She bit her lip anxiously. Would her Captain be able to deal with having to defeat her own twin brother? Anxiety clouded her eyes and she barely noticed everything that was happening around her as her mind was travelling around in circles. She only managed to drag herself out in time to find that Eriko had arrived.

Her eyes slid away from Eriko and stared at the nearby wall. For the few seconds, her sight had lingered there, she had seen Lee put his hand on Eriko’s shoulder. If there was one thing she didn’t want to do, it was to barge into such a conversation. She could hear them, if she strained her ears, but she kept her mind firmly on other thoughts. It was only when she heard Lee disappearing, that she averted her gaze back to Eriko. Oh sheesh. Eriko was crying again. Elisia sympathized with Eriko, but unfortunately, she wasn’t that good with dealing with emotion. It was hard enough for her not to walk over to Eriko and put her arms around the girl, but she restrained herself. Eriko would tell Elisia what Eriko herself needed to do and not the other way round. She stood still, waiting for Eriko to come. Eventually, Eriko did come and Elisia could see tears again. Rummaging in her pouch, she silently handed some more tissues to Eriko.

What were they going to do? It was still rather early for her to be able to use the second part of Kagenui and remove the imprints of darkness. Maybe it would be best that they…just tried to fix the place up a little bit. The blood was still splattered on the floor and she could see random devices scattered across the floor. They might as well wait around her for a bit, until at least, the other girl Captain, whom her Captain had been healing, would regain consciousness. However, when she first arrived, she was almost positive that she had heard a noise in one of the back rooms. Maybe the other injured person was there? A thoughtful look came upon her face as she tried to figure out exactly what to do.
“I think we might as well try to put this place into some semblance of order, while we’re waiting for the other Captain to regain consciousness…” she told Eriko, “…but do you mind if you see if there’s anyone in the back? I thought I heard a sound and there might be someone that might need healing.”

Tsukiko's eyes fluttered open as she was jump started by Hideki's Reiryoku. Her gaze darted around the room, taking in all she could see while she was lying down on her back, which was quite enough, as the table was relatively low enough for surgical work. One by one, her senses began to boot up as she adjusted to being functional once more. She looked down at her own body and saw that her chest had been repaired and noticed the same of her arm. She flexed her fingers, then touched each of her fingertips to her thumb to test movement. Once this was done, she rose, folded her arm in, and punched Hideki in the face. Sure, she had correctly assumed that Hideki had fixed her, and for that she was grateful. However, even if he had been fixing her, he had touched her chest.

Even if her breasts were synthetic and not at all like a normal girl's, it was still wrong in a sense. For that, she punished him without bothering to grant him an explanation before or after the fact. A solemn look flashed across her face, expressing a certain kind of sadness as a message was transmitted into her brain. It was one sent by Tomomi via Tenteikūra and it contained information regarding Hei's current situation. It wasn't much more than she had already gathered by herself, but it was still painful for her to hear. Painful in the sense that there seemed to be nothing she could do to stop him. Feelings of uselessness set in and she cast her gaze downward and tumbled off the table, landing on her feet and stumbling forward. Without speaking a word to anyone, she swiftly made her way to the back room and slammed the door behind her. Sitting down, she leaned back in her chair, propped her feet up on the table and contented herself by staring at the ceiling and wondering just how long her mother and father were going to keep her origin a secret from her.

There's a little creepy house in a little creepy place
Little creepy town in a little creepy world
Little creepy girl with her little creepy face
Saying funny things that you have never heard

'I'm not sure if you realize this now or not, but you are healed now stupid girl.' Odokemonoshi growled several times in the woman's mind. After the third time of that one sentence being repeated, Mochi stopped ignoring it. She shied away from her previous emotions of anger and rage and slowly crawled back into her normal shell of well, Mochiness. She flinched at the words as they finally sank in. 'And you probably know this already, but your man thing is gone.' His words were cruel and uncaring, but they helped Mochi rise to the surface of her clouded mind. She wanted to get away from his words of cruelty. Blue eyes fluttering open slowly, she took a healthy gulp of air. Her mouth tasted like cotton, but she figured that was a small price to pay for being alive. That meant Yuki had come to her aid. No, not her aid only. She turned her head in time to see the other two men who were now completely healed before her eyes slid closed again. Her body was fine now, it was her mind that was in shambles. What the hell was she supposed to do now? She loved him, and he her, but that didnt tell her what to do.

In all the movies and books, it was always said that the lover of a monster had to stick with them through any and everything. But what if the monster had already attacked it's mate? A groan escaped her lips as she felt the piece of furniture moved. It wasnt from pain, it was because she had seriously been mulling over the same thing for longer than she wanted to. Sitting up and moving her arm in a slow circle, the woman slid off the table and rubbed her head. Her legs felt Jello-y. She didnt know what to do still, even after thinking for so long. She could follow after Yuki, but then she would risk getting killed by one of them. Again. She could go back to her office and hide there for a while, but then wouldnt that be cowardly? Shaking her head and touching the bandages around her torso slowly, she decided on what she was going to do. Moving slowly, she grabbed her staff and exited the building, not looking back at the other occupants.

Do you know what it's all about
Are you brave enough to figure out
Know that you could set your world on fire
If you are strong enough to leave your doubts

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki

"Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it."

Eriko nodded as she accepted the tissues from her friend. She patted her eyes dry and regained her composure. The Sanseki looked in the direction of the back rooms, nodded again and headed that way. As she crossed the floor, the other Captain who had been healing got up suddenly and left just as quickly that she paid it no mind. That was when she got the message through her system about Hei. The newcomer had to take a minute to contemplate the awesome notion that she had received a message from the Sotaicho like everyone else. That moment fleeted away though as the importance of the annoucement caught up with her. The Head Captain would be killed but if she was called by Lee at all, it would be after the fact as instructed.

The woman sighed and continued on her way to the back rooms which revealed themselves to be more labs. There were tables covered in more scientific paraphenailia than anything else.

Elisia had been walking towards the other unconscious girl Captain when she had suddenly stopped. Was she going mad? She was very sure she had heard the sound of someone punching someone else somewhere in this area. Maybe she was just having hallucinations. Being extremely careful, she made sure to put her feet quietly on the cold floor as she walked, listening to the quiet of the room. She came to an abrupt halt again, as the First Division Captain’s words had sent a message, using Tenteikūra. Oh. Wow. This was progressing from bad to worse. Apparently, there was a rather high chance that Tomomi might be taken out. She unvoluntarily winced. Her own Captain would be the best bet now, since she had been the only one to ever defeat Captain Hei before, and she was the elder twin sister, after all. Her anxieties came up again and she was frozen in her spot for a short while. After she had come out of her daze, she noticed that the other Captain had left. Oh. Maybe she was worried about how Hei was progressing. Ah well. At least, that was one less person to have to deal with for the moment.

The slamming of a door made her flinch involuntarily. The noise shouldn’t have frightened her so much, but it seemed as if her worries were affecting her more than she thought. Who had made that sound? Was that Eriko? Anyway, she might as well check it out. There might be a broom or some sort of cloth in the back rooms that she might be able to use for cleaning this place up. Hei might not like it too much, but he would hate it even more if he came back and saw that his division’s laboratory was in shambles. Then again, that would only happen if he regained his senses. She shuddered. That Hollow form of his was really frightening. She never wanted to encounter him like that ever again.
“Hopefully, it’ll be all over soon,” she murmured quietly to herself.
She hurried towards the back rooms, looking inside them all. When she reached one of the doors, she opened it, surprised to see Tsukiko, rather than Eriko, who she had been expecting. Tsukiko seemed a little…disgruntled. Moving quickly, she positioned herself next to Tsukiko, tilting her head to one side.
“Are you alright, Tsukiko?” she asked, a worried look on her face.

By the time Elisia had entered the room, Tsukiko had turned her attention from the ceiling to a TV screen on the desk. This TV was receiving a live-feed of a room several dozen feet below ground level, a room locked tightly away from all others, it's entrance being virtually non-existent. On the TV were several people ranging from child to adult seated in a circle surrounding two teenagers, one seemingly normal and the other sporting wings much like a peregrine falcon's on his back. All the people in the room were dressed in rags and it was clear they weren't living in the lap of luxury or anything close. The boy was holding his hand demurely in front that bird-kid's face, about two feet away. He appeared to be concentrating hard on something, then the bird-kid started jumping up and down on one foot as the other boy began to smile.

Tsukiko lifted her loosely closed hand to her face and spoke into it. "Subject #692 shows clear signs of telepathy, possible psychokinesis being developed; Gallorex is a successful drug. Subject #895's wings had grown a full three inches since his last inspection." Turning away from the TV screen, it shut off by her will and she looked at Elisia. "It's nothing you can help with. Thanks anyway." As she really wasn't in the mood to discuss anything with anyone, she turned away from Elisia and stood up and left the room, making her way to a large structure in the back that was covered by a cloth. She tugged this away, revealing three metal cylinders arranged in an equilateral triangle connected by bullet proof glass and housing a seemingly unconscious and grotesque man who was by all accounts, skinless and disfigured. He was covered in a thick, slime-like membrane and two other distinguishing features were his snakelike nose and his elongated teeth. He was quite deformed, and was wearing what appeared to be a house arrest anklet.

Entering a code on the side of the closest pillar to her, she initiated a transfer of sorts. The man within began to flicker and for short time, an ethereal projection of his body began to flick from side to side as if he was being pulled away. The machine began to vibrate intensely, creating a loud noise that filled the labs, and the man seemed to rouse from his slumber. His eyes fluttered open, just before he turned to dust and the machine vanished. Several minutes passed and the machine returned; or at least that's what it seemed. Within this machine was the same grotesque figure, though there were subtle differences between this one and the other. Tsukiko stood, blinking and finally turned from the machine, tucked her hands into her pockets and quietly strode across the labs, exiting through the hole that she had created a little while ago, all the while thinking to herself. "The humans would do well to pay more attention to Fringe science."

Elisia’s gaze slid over to the TV screen, but she was barely paying any attention to what she was looking at. Her thoughts were jumbled up and she was currently attempting to sort them out. It was much like how she struggled half the time with paperwork. Then again, she’d rather be doing paperwork than fighting. It was annoying that she was so, so…inexperienced. Yes, that was the word she had been looking for. A scowl crossed her face. Well, then again, it was her fault. Maybe she should try to rectify that mistake soon. If there was anything coming, she wouldn’t be able to deal with it. A healer was only important if they stayed alive. If not, how would they be able to heal people in time? They already had a shortage of healers that were able to fight effectively and she, the Vice-Captain, was shirking her duties. Her head snapped up as Tsukiko started talking randomly. It looked like it was more directed to her line of work than Elisia herself. Elisia didn’t move from where she was, only waiting for Tsukiko to say something. When Tsukiko did say something, it was along the lines of what she had expected. It looked as if she was never ever going to be of help to anyone.
“Alright…It’s up to you.” she replied, no emotion easily read in her voice.
She followed Tsukiko out of the room, instead moving over to the area she had been in before. Grabbing some of the tissues from her pocket, she carefully tried to wipe at least some of the blood up on the tables, her face impassive. It would have been good if there had been a cloth somewhere.

[ Blargh. My creativity has gone down the drain. ]

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki

"Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it."

Eriko was minding her own business and well that of the Twelfth Division's when a door opened in the back of the room to reveal Tsukiko. She watched the other Sanseki as she fiddled with something on the other side of the room. Intrigued, Eriko neared her and saw the - "thing" - that was under the cloth. Her body lurched forward automatically, an impulse to vomit. However, she kept it in and examined the process in the silence. The utterly repulsive man seemed to shiver before the machine shook violently and his eyes opened. Suddenly, he disintegrated and the machine poofed. Just as suddenly, his body and the contraption returned. At this point, Eriko was about to question Tsukiko about all of this but unfortunately, the younger girl decided to stalk out at that moment.

Eriko turned to face the man in the cylinders. She had never seen anything like this or him before then. What was the Twelfth Division up to, anyway? There was a Vizard Hei of all people on the loose and now this? Experiments on humans, if that was what the man in the cylinders even was? She stood there, studying him with her eyes. Her vomit reflex was still nagging at her but her interest sated it. Curiosity was getting the better of her and that was okay. She would have stayed longer too if she had not heard some more movement in the direction in which Tsukiko had left. In case it was Elisia, Eriko grabbed some cleaning stuff before heading out and spotting the girl with tissues as rags.

"Hey," she approached her, "I found these in the back and figured that we could use them to clean up the place." Eriko pulled out dishcloths and some chemicals for blood removal, "Here, use these. They might work better." The Sanseki looked up at her friend, contemplating her features. "Uh, are you alright? Is everything okay?" They were probably stupid questions but she wanted to make sure while helping the other girl clean.

Elisia had been working hard, trying to clear up the mess. She hadn’t been faring too well, since the tissues seemed to be getting soaked way too easily. Maybe it was time for a break. She should figure out a better way of doing this. The sight of the various equipment on the ground caught her eyes and she groaned. Should she touch that stuff? While it wasn’t so much the fact that she feared Captain Hei’s wrath when he figured out she had been touching his stuff, she was afraid of what these little gadgets could do. What would happen if she touched them and they exploded? That would definitely not look good on her, let alone what she had been doing there. Maybe it might be best if she just tried to clear up the place as best as she could, without fiddling around with any of those…whatever you called them.

Eriko’s voice made her look up and she smiled, although it made her look a little tired and weary. All this business with Tsukiko was going to turn her prematurely gray or at least, make her look like she aged. There were always worries in this life but she hadn’t been able to fully become accustomed to it. Huh.
“Oh thanks, that’ll help a lot,” she replied.
At least, she had been able to get something that would make her be able to make some sort of progress here. Seriously, she didn’t want to keep on cleaning these things up with some frail tissues. However, Eriko’s next question wiped the smile from her face and she struggled to keep a calm façade. She wasn’t too great at hiding her emotions either.
“Yeah, I’m just a little bit worried about Tsukiko and my Captain. But they should be fine, hopefully,” she told Eriko, feeling at ease.

"Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it."

Eriko gave her friend a small smile and walked across to another blood stained table to wipe it down. "Yeah, they should be. Your Captain is the one who healed Hei when he was in the young girl's body, right? Hmm, then there's Tsukiko. I'm not worried about her much either." She knew it sounded rude and even heartless but the Fourth Division's Captain did not look like one to go down easily and neither did Tsukiko. Who she was worried about was her Captain but that was selfish. A Captain was a Captain and they all had the potential to be defeated by Vizard Hei. Eriko scrubbed particularly vigorously at a spot before speaking again. "However, I do understand your concern. Something like this has never happened before I suppose. I'm worried about my Taicho as well." She did not say this with tears and made a point of moving on to the next table as soon as possible. It was the least they could do: complete their jobs as efficiently as possible and hope that their Captains would return - alive.

"Kyaa!" Hideki fell backwards and placed his left hand over his nose. It was bleeding but it wasn't broken. He watched Tsukiko roll off the table to her feet. Looking up to her and speaking in a muffled nasally tone he spoke, "Nanda! Glad to see ya' back!
Teme ne." Hideki mumbled his insult, not wanting Hei find out from her that he had even said it. This was probably in vain, as he ears were robotic, and could probably pick up what he said.

Hideki moved to his feet in a quick tense of muscle that seemed to be quite fluid. Upon turning around he noticed a lot of people in the labs. 'The s**t? Why the ******** are so many people here. 'Is not like they've business here. Hideki let out an elongated sigh of stress. How would he get all this back in order. He knew it would most likely fall upon him to do so. He had his own things to worry about. Such as creating his 120mm Bai Long Fist weapon. It wouldn't, or shouldn't take that long, but he was sure that it might.

Batting a hand at the people oh-so-rambunctiously perusing around the labs as if it were their own, he moved to the back storage room. He moved over to a section he had previously labeled "Seisoku no Kokudo [生息 の 国土, lit. Realm of the Living]" He pulled out a box labeled: Danyaku [弾薬, lit. Ammunition]. He pulled out about 12 Shotgun rounds and pocketed them and moved out of the storage area. He moved to a large counter top area, instead of a table, and laid down the said shells. He pulled a scalpel from one of his many pockets and began to dissect the shells, removing the buckshot from them. Hideki snapped and moved back to the Danyaku box and retrieved a small barrel of black powder. He set it down near the shells and removed the top from the barrel, of which was attached with a pull down lock, much like that of which is on a Springform pan.

He pulled a small Tablespoon measuring utensil and carefully poured the black powder into the shells, until there was about half a millimeter space from the edge to where the powder started. Hideki did this for all twelve and began to cap them, a simple process of simply putting force on the lip to seal it. He took one of them to a small computer with a cylinder shaped glass container with a hinged area and a small nob. He opened the glass container by the said nob and placed the shell in it. Hideki's fingers began to dance on the keyboard entering many different commands within a few seconds. His eyes flicked from side as he read what he wrote as he wrote it. At the minute mark his little finger slapped on the 'ENTER' key and the computer made a low beep sound as it booted the instructions given. The shell in the glass container was scanned by a light that came from behind the container, blue in color. Once it, the light, reached the bottom of the bullet the light began to move back up, making the bullet seem to disintegrate away in a blue haze.

The Computers screen began to flash with different things with long scientific Latin names of different compounds as well as chemical formulas as it took down exact numbers from how many grams of Gun powder was in it, down to how much metal was needed to make the shell. The computer logged all the ingredients and the schematics of it all. It was logged into a system that would allow for an unlimited creation of the ammo. He tested it by recreating the one he gave to the computer to create the blueprints for it and it was successful.

He took it and returned to the counter. Hideki moved his left hand to his right shoulder and moved his shihakushou from the area. He placed his thumb and index finger on opposite sides of his shoulder and found two small bumps. A hard, simultaneous push down on these lumps made his arm, at the shoulder, detach from his body. He laid it on the table and punched a button on the side of the counter. A 'helper' arm came from above and attached into his shoulder.

Hideki cut the arm on the table at the elbow and began to work on it. He created a cylinder and laced the chamber with a shell holder, as well as a rectangular opening to load the shells. H placed the shells on them and placed a thick spring in the cylinders opening, placing another, smaller cylinder within the first. He created it so that it would autolock down. It clicked and the Potential Energy for the arm was immense without the shell. The shell would add even more to that and create a pressure large enough to shove the fist through a body, or even rock and tempered metal, as his arm was already made from a powerful resilient alloy. He had to layer his arms skin so that it could extended as it needed when the shell was released as well. Upon its completion it looked much like normal but from the shoulder down, there was no artificial skin, just colored metal. He reattached it with a soldering iron and replaced the 'helping arm' with the new arm. It was a tad bit heavier but it would work. Hideki was happy with the results. He would test it later.

Hmm. Maybe what Eriko was saying had some truth behind it. Yuki had managed to defeat Hei before, and they were pretty matched in power. Her Captain should be absolutely fine, as long as everything went accordingly to plan. It was a little stupid of her to be so worried about everything. Stupid Vizard Hei. Elisia might start to like Hei a little if he managed to defeat that Vizard inside him. After all, he couldn’t be that bad, especially with a daughter like Tsukiko. Then again, many people found Tsukiko pretty hard to manage. It was mainly because of the fact that Tsukiko’s aunt was her Captain, that made Elisia pretty close to her, although she liked her quite a bit. She scrubbed one of the tables down, while trying to figure out her thoughts.
“They’ll be all fine.” she reassured herself and Eriko.
She finished scrubbing the table. There wasn’t much more for them to do now, to say the absolute truth. Most of the blood had gone and they had better not touch the equipment, just in case of anything. Turning to Eriko, she summoned a smile.
“I think we’re basically finished up here. We’d better leave that equipment on the ground,” she said, “Where should we go now?”

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki

"Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it."

Eriko nodded her agreement with the young girl's reiteration of her previous statements. She had just pushed back a pair of tables and straightened them when Elisia spoke to her again. Eriko wanted to interfere with the equipment and see what she could make go BOOM! but her friend was right. They should leave it alone. "Well," she began, "There are only so many choices that we have. One would be to go back to Seven Mile and see if they need any help there. Two is to sneak onto the Training Grounds just to see the Vizard fight but we might get into too much trouble for that. However, thirdly, we can head back to my division's Training grounds - I mean, barracks so as to rest." Eriko had hopped onto to one of the newly cleaned tables and was swinging her legs loosely. Parts of her body were still aching but she wanted to make the most out of it until for sure, rest was her only option.

Elisia quietly pondered on what they should do. Going to the Seven Mile restaurant, that would be rather pointless, to say the truth, since she had noticed the other Healers and Shinigami already heading there. It seemed to going alright so far, since no healers had come to find her. What would be the best move? If they went to the Training Grounds, there was no limitation to what could happen, and they would really be only there to watch. Their Captains would most likely get angry, if they had enough time to worry about them. Well, maybe…maybe…An idea had just occurred to her. She glanced at Eriko thoughtfully. They could…train for a little bit. Elisia’s own zanpakuto abilities weren’t ideal for training but it might work. Anyway, she wouldn’t really use her Shikai unless she really needed to. However, wasn’t Eriko a little tired? But…maybe this might be a chance to prove to Lee that Eriko was capable enough to fight. Hmm. Maybe.
“Hey, maybe, if you’re not too tired, would you like to have a short spar? I dunno, but trust me, I’m not going to be as powerful and ruthless as Tsukiko. Unfortunately, that comes from being a healer.” she pulled a wry smile, “What do you say? It’s either that or maybe going back to your division to rest. That’s the best thing to do at the moment.”

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki

"Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it."

Eriko watched as Elisia debated mentally about her propositions. Her face showed her thoughts almost exactly from the contented to the more worrisome of thoughts. Then, there was the lightbulb look. She could not help but grin at the other female's request for a minor sparring between the two of them. Eriko hopped off the table, dusted it and stared back at Elisia with a friendly smile. "No, I think it will be a great idea. Yeah, my back still hurts but I promise to rest right after." She held up her hand in mock salute. "Besides, we both need the extra training - right?" The Sanseki grinned mischievously before dashing for the hole through which they had entered and down the street, heading for her squad's Training Grounds as fast as she was able.
