River rolled her eyes as she stretched slightly. She learned to tune out those little tirades by now. "Bla bla bla." She muttered as she took the small reprieve to stretch raring for the next fight, she knew it was not over. She would probably get an earful though for that comment. Ah well. She had the fleeting thought that there may be some truth behind his words, but she heard that speech a few times before.

She glanced around wishing to be in a better location. As she looked, she picked up a putrid stench, probably from the corpse of another poor soul who lost their fight somewhere nearby. There was also something faint lingering in the air. There were many shells of broken buildings scattered around. Buildings that once held shops, homes and a school if her guess was correct. If she looked further she could make more guesses of what the town looked like before things fell apart. Dust swirled in the seemingly empty street but shadows in the distance indicated they were never alone in this place. Perfect place for a surprise attack. She thought with a slight frown. Not that she was worried with that; she merely wished to get on with this so they could go shopping. She would definitely make sure they would get to go after this. She had been eying that cute new top that was on display at her favorite shop.

Finishing her stretch she glanced back over at Gig noting the mark on his forehead. She predicted they would try a pinch attack, with this layout, it made sense. Seeing Gig rest his hand over one of his guns she smiled softly. "Not that I'm enjoying this, I simply want this over with before that shop closes." she said trying to clear something up as she took a fighting pose hopping lightly from her right to left foot.

Giglamesh already knew that both shooter would try to target him, it was obvious because of there position away from each other. Either way giglamesh's best bet would be to take one out at a time, focusing all his attacks on one target rather then continue to move between two attacking them separate, as well as since they believe there plan is working river should be able to stand her ground against the her target. The funniest part was as river's target had a chance to fire at him as his haste was fading, while he is fast with out it, the difference is immeasurable. right as giglamesh haste vanished he would no longer be a blur of light, while he was very fast his movements were traceable by human eye. That would of been until he got cover behind a building and recast it, the runes on his gauntlets glowing a bright gold. As a rune would expand under giglamesh's feet and start to spin slowly, but it would quickly pick up speed spinning clockwise under his feet.

Now it was time for the slaughter, giglamesh would dash out like before his movement appeared sparatically like blurs of light because of the intense speed of which he moved. He began to run in to the bulding of which his target was located on the second floor, the front of the building was gone and open. But as he would run in to the bottom floor he would leap grabbing the edge of the floor and his own momentum would make him swing feet first in to the ceiling. Which he would then violently push off and counter swing back and up literally hoping up to the second floor with ease right in front of the second solider. Giglamesh would land in a squatting position his coat and hair almost majestically for the moment he landed. Then he rushed the solider like a intense blur going past him, yet giglamesh pulled a left knee directly at the face of the solider as he was crouched.

But he was far from done, as the force and momentum of his knee would begin to push him back, giglamesh would then pull back and fully his his left leg out basically drop kicking at full charge at the solider, his heel aimed for his teeth. Then if the solider was he giglamesh would stand over him waiting for him to get up, or do something.

The solider was still peeking threw his assault rifles scope, waiting for him to reappear, but something suddenly blocked his vision so he would move his eye away from the scope, only to see the cloth of giglamesh knee impacted directly with his eye socket, he had no idea where gig appeared from so the attack caught him by complete surprise. It had enough force that it knocked him off his knee in crouching position and began to push him back, but before he could even try to catch himself the knee pulled back and replaced the charge with a foot, which continued in to his face pushing him back in to the wall smacking the back of his head hard making him woozy. He would shake it off and see gig infront of him and he would begin to raise his rifle.

He knew how the shinra solider acted, and how they worked, because the company had them trained so they rarely thought for them selves and did what they were told. Giglamesh fully knew what they were told to do, and before he could aim his gun and fire, literally he waited for the motion for him to go at it, and he would quickly do a quick draw grabbing the gun holstered at his right side sliding out with extreme speed and whipping the barrel up squeezing the trigger as he did so. But not a single round fired, but actually three large rounds fired simultaneously, and with them they fired a incredibly violent spread of red hot buck shot, not only at the solider but the surrounding wall as well.

The man was able to draw his weapon and fire what looked like sawn off shotgun much faster then he would even raise his gun to fire. The buck shot was very pain full as it dug threw his armor, but a most of its force was slown down by his armor, but that created a pain that was much worse as the red hot was cooled off by his inner flesh and muscle tissue. Even the wall cracked and crumbled some from the wide spray of buck shot, what the ******** was with that gun. The solider would clutch his arm over his chest gritting teeth trying to not scream from pain, and trying not to pass out he would lunge forward and swing his rifle's but at giglamesh.

Giglamesh would side step to his left and right past the wild attack of the shinra soldiers, as he side stepd, his movements to fast to follow made him appear like a white blur. As he did so giglamesh popped open the Hydra and three empty and smoking shells would pop out in to the air, with his left hand giglamesh removed three shells from his belt and slid them one at a time, but very quickly, in to the three barrels of his Hydra shotgun. Because of his increased speed it would of been hard to even see him reload as he did so in less time then the solider actually attacked, because by the time he stopped the swing giglamesh would pull his right arm back and very violently aim the hilt of the pistol grip on the shotgun for the bridge of the soldiers nose. Hit or miss he would lean back with his own momentum and point and fire another round from the Hydra nearly point blank at the solider. But even after the blast from the Hydra would jerk his right arm back he used that push on his body to bring his left leg out aimed for the torso of the solider.

It was as if he was swinging at a illusion as the outlaw giglamesh grimm, was there one instant, and then his rifle butt hit nothing but light. He would begin to turn his head mid swing in the direction of which the light tril went, and only saw the handle of his gun smash in to his face much like the knee had before. The blow stunned him and made him stumble back but then a incredibly pain would again burn throughout his body as he once again was blasted with red hot buckshot, this time it was close enough it may of actually took a chunk out of him from impact, he couldn't tell. To make it worse something impacted after the hot metal entered his body pushing him back further. But from threw force he was pushed back and he would swing his rifle in the direction of where giglamesh was and hold the trigger down firing as well.
