Hey.
I think, and I don't know how to manage this, but we should NEED to have more active members. It's driving me crazy. All the goo d guilds have in-active members, and the ones where you go talk about blueberry waffles have thousands of active people.
I suppose I should say we need more people on at one time or something. Because I'll come in and it'll be like the little emotion Dr. Shrunk teaches you with the little leaf blowing across, you know?
I dunno, just my idea...

I'm really, really sorry that the guild owners haven't responded to the suggestions here in a while.. we've all been really busy (but aren't we all!) and haven't had much time for Gaia. My favorite aspect of Gaia is this community aspect, though, so I'll definitely try to help out in this guild since this is still my favorite game ever like a lot of people here =D
If you have any urgent suggestions, feel free to PM them to me, but this thread is great for discussing the suggestions with other guild members so that members who would like to can work on different ones (such as making more banners or stickies--the Blanca face sticky is a great idea).
If you want to make a sticky like that, feel free to PM me the idea so I can tell ya I'll sticky it (so you don't have to worry about putting work into it and then not getting it stickied). wink
I can add banners to the official thread, etc. I know we need crew members but it looks like the other owners won't have time to help with that (maybe I can still run it by one of them) so that's why that hasn't happened yet. With so many great people keeping this place running, it's too hard to decide without any time to actually look into who to pick. Some people would be great but probably don't have time/don't want to, some people might not be around as much anymore/not as interested in the game, etc. but we're definitely still looking into it. If you have any suggestions of guild members that you feel very strongly would make great crew members, feel free to PM them to me. Thanks, and once again, the owners apologize. It's great that this guild has been running so well by the community alone. That shows how many great members it has. =D but if there's anything that you want me to do until we get a bigger crew here, feel free to ask!

Good idea! Yea, we have the funds, so I should make a poll (unless someone else wants to make it wink ) to see which sub-forums to add. More would be great, and I'll definitely make 'em if they're wanted.
Banners would be fantastic. Remember, if anyone wants anything stickied, or wants their banners added to the sticky, or anything like that, feel free to PM me. Everything like that's great. We can get this place more active if we try!
