Sarina ignored the arguing cousins. "Come we are almost there!" she said urgently.
They walked about another twenty feet and came into a clearing with quaint little cottage. It was clear that no one lived here, at least not permanently. But what was strange was that there was light coming from the bottom floor windows. Someone else had found this place a bunked up for the night Sarina just hoped that they were willing to share.
She drew a short sword from a scabbard across her back. Sarina crept toward the door, everyone behind her. She opened it cautiously and stepped through, sword first. No one was inside, but there was a fire in the fireplace. "Upstairs." she whispered, and headed for the staircase. They climbed the stairs quietly. Sarina was the first to the top and pushed open the door. She came face to face with an elf. He must have been sleeping up here and woke up when he heard them come in.

Denae had been silent since Sarina started explaining. She couldn't fathom this. She just walked in a daze. The cousins fought foolishly while Sarina continued to urge them forward.
Finally they came across a small cottage. And it fit the description of Snow Whites seven dwarves cottage exactly. Denae was agape, she didn't even realize there could have been a reason to Sarina's stealth. She just walked in and looked around, while the rest of them went upstairs, Denae remained on the first floor. She looked at the lit fire, sat by the warmth. What were they all going up stairs for?

Aera eyed the cottage, as it finally came into full-view. She bit her lip, 'I have a bad feeling about this.' She fell behind as everyone entered it and looked around, arms on her hips. 'Feh, Gypsies, Snow White, yeah right! Like I really believe all this.' "They're so gullible.. for all they know this could all be a setup... Well I'm not buying into it." She thought aloud, glancing backward to see the group ascending the stairs. Something nagged at her though as she stood outside, defiantly, reminding her that she would have been safer with the group. 'God, goody-two-shoes Leslie is finally getting to me..' She growled, refusing to listen to it.
The redhead pushed herself off the side of the house and began walking away from it. 'The woods are just trees, the trees are just wood. Nothing to fear here..' She reassured herself as she heard crackling twigs in the bushes somewhere.
Leslie sighed, following the gypsy girl. "Hey Lila, are you alright? You haven't said much since we got here." He asked, glancing behind him. He blinked for a second, "HEY! Where'd the other two go?!" He realized, his eyes searching the room as he made his way back down the stairs. "This isn't the time to run off.." He thought aloud, exhaling in relief slightly when he saw Denae in front of the fire.

"Yeah, I'm fine, I think." said Lila. "Just a bit freaked out by this fairy stuff. These are all Grimm fairy stories in our world!" They were making their way back down the stairs leaving Sarina and the elf to work out an agreement for sharing the cottage. "Knowing your cousin, she probably wasn't convinced and ran off into the woods, because she had to do things her way. If these woods are as dangerous as the Gypsy says, she might be sorry. We had better check out the rest of the cottage and make sure she isn't here before we run off looking for her though."

The trolls heard twigs cracking as someone stepped on them. Whoever it was was coming their direction. They stopped. The bushes rustled and out stumbled a small red-headed girl.
"Hey, looky look!" said Blabberwort catching a hold of the girl's upper arm, "This must be the girl he wanted.
"Are you sure," said Burly, uncertain, "this was too easy."
"He said to bring him the girl, she's a girl, she looks like a strange traveler." said Bluebell.
Meanwhile the girl was struggling in Blabberwort's grasp.
"Are you traveling with a group?" Blabberwort asked her.
"Aww suck an elf, who cares!" exclaimed Burly throwing some bright pink Troll Dust in her face before she could respond. She pasted out. Burly hefted her and threw her over his shoulder easily, and the three of them started back towards the Huntsman's tree.
When they got there Garrett was standing outside the tree waiting for them.

((That line, rose, what is that from? I know it from some where... whee ))
When the troll's returned with the red head, Garrett smiled. He'd wanted the Gypsy...or the girl dressed in noble clothing, but the red head would do just fine. "I see you hit her with Troll Dust? How long till she wakes?" Garrett asked as he opened the door to the Huntsman's tree. "Take her inside and put her in the tower..."
Well what to do now? He'd thought these strangers would be a help or hindrence to his plan...a plan he still wasn't sure of. How was he going to take control of one of the kingdoms? He couldn't fathom how a Herbomagic could possibly take over the kingdom.
Thats when it hit him. He didn't have to be any where near the kingdoms nobles to over power them. He had Nightshade. If he could mix it's poison with the Troll's dust...he could over run the palace with Nightshade, or any plant for that matter, and selectively kill or put to sleep whom ever he choses. It was brilliant. And then after getting the Kings and Queens out of the way...
But how to get the strangers to mix in?
They could take the blame. Perfect.

Denae jumped in her seat when Leslie ran down the steps making such a ruckuss. "This isn't the time to run off." she couldn't tell if he was speaking to her or just to the air.
"I'm not the one running off." she said placidly, how died and made him prince? Oh wait... "It doesn't matter... Is there any one else here? There was a fire...."
She pulled her jean jacket off, leaving her shoulders bare from the dark corset, her skirt billowed about her legs as she held the heals in her hands. She was so hungry...she should have eaten before they got here.
(The woods are just trees, the trees are just wood, i sorta hate to ask it - but do you gotta basket! INTO THE WOODS! ^_^ Ash i luv you!)

(( she's in a black cloak so I was thinking of Little Red Riding Hood. ^.^ lol))
Leslie didn't answer her question, his eyes searching the room. "Dammit Aera.. you guys stay right here." He instructed, realizing the truth in what Lila had told him. He slipped outside and continued to survey the area, "Aera! Aera!" He called out his cousin's name in vain. But then he found a piece of her black cloak snagged on a prickety bush. "Great..." He sighed, turning back toward the building.
"The girl you are seeking left about five minutes ago. The trolls kidnapped her." A voice said, coming from a hawk who had perched itself on the sign that identified Snow White's Cabin.
'Trolls, talking birds, WHAT NEXT?! Hungry plants?!' The brunette boy sighed, "Well you seem to know your way around here. Maybe you can be of some help to Sarina." He said, carefully walking toward it.
"If you're trying to catch me, I'll simply fly off. But if you ask for my help, maybe I'll comply." The hawk stated, flying onto the boy's shoulder.
Leslie re-entered the house, this time with the creature of flight. Annoyed that a bird was telling him what to do, he exhaled again, "Fine, will you help us then?"
"Hm... let me think about it... No." The bird's talons ripped into the boy's shoulder before he took off, flittering around the room.

(( *blinks* wow I made Leslie bossy. He's only looking out for everyone, but still!!! xd ))
Aera's eyes began to flutter, "Unn... what an ugly nightmare..." She thought aloud, recalling the last thing she saw. "There were three.. things surrounding me and..." She looked around and saw that she was still being carried by the trolls. The redhead immediately began to struggle, "What's going ON?! Get your filthy hands off of me, creepers!!" She cried out although her body was not fully recovered yet from its immobile state.
Over their tall heads, she could see a boy not far from her. "Are you dumb?! Do something!" It hadn't even registered to her yet that the trolls could be working for him. And she hated asking for help more than anything, but it seemed like the only logical thing at the moment.
((... Denae should've been kidnapped sweatdrop Aera doesn't handle these types of situations well. sweatdrop xp ))

((as i said gagging for it! I was considering having them get Denae, but you made Aera an easy target.))
"Looky Look." said Blabberwort who pointed at the redhead as she came to.
"She's a feisty one!" said Burly as Aera began to yell at them, though rather unintelligibly as the Troll Dust was still wearing off.
"Hey, Garrett,"yelled Bluebell, "she's awake!"

Denae was still in some what of a fantastic daze as she looked around, she couldn't believe where she was. She was in Snow Whites cottage...she just honestly couldn't believe it. "Sure what ever..." she replied to Leslie, not even realizing why she was replying or what she was replying to.
She wondered who else existed. If the candy witch from Hansle and Gretel was still here...since Sarina said something about Gretel the Great, the witch's cabin had to still be there too.
It didn't even occur to Denae how crazy this all was.

((finally pexi, honestly...i need something to keep me on this site- which as you know is the reason i turned to your guild. Keep me posted...but i'll try to post here. If I'm off from this new plot tell me.))
Garrett just looked down at the girl in a mix of emotions, this girl was a spit fire - but she didn't seem all to comfortable with her surroundings. He walked toward the girl in Blabberwort's arms. He took her chin in his hand and looked her in the eye. "You'll find it smart not to insult me." he spoke as he looked her over. "I have plans for her, but until you're a little more... cooperative- Bluebell chain her in the highest room." he dropped his hand and with a sly smile continued. "Till then,"

"Okedokey! Come with me missy." said Bluebell nastily to Aera, grabbing her away from Blabberwort. She struggled to get free. "On second thought, how about you help me." said Bluebell to Blabberwort, as he struggled to get the squirming girl up the stairs. When they got her to the top, they made her sit next to the window and put her ankles in the shackles that were chained to the floor. "Perhaps we'll see you when you decide to do what you're told." said Blabberwort to her as the two trolls headed back down the stairs to seek further instruction from Garrett.

((Hi all... my sis will post the major recap explaining all the big stuff, like she mentioned before... but first of all I have to get to snow white's cottage where everyone else is... just an FYI so this makes sence.... Kristina is the daughter of Verginia and Wolf, she is the understudy in the thearter department for everyone, and she is the person Wendel is leaving the throne too (she just doesn't know it... or that the 9 kingdoms exist...) vulpexia will post the really long explaination we worked on ASAP... and off I go....))
Kristina slammed through the doors of the auditorium running. "I am sooo sorry i'm late!!!! I got caught in the blizzard and...." she looked at the desolate stage before her. "Hello?" she called out inquisitively as she hopped on stage. "Where is everyone?" She looked around back stage. Everything was left as iff the rehersal was still going on, except for the fact that there were no people. "Denae? Leslie? Aera? Lila?" Kristina called out each one by name as she searched in vain. After some time she made her way back to the stage and plopped down center stage, dumbstruck. "Where is everyone?" she was begining to panic. Why did all this creepy stuff happen to her and not some other messed up teen?
She pulled her face from her hands and took a deep breath. How did she not notice it before? the mirror in front of her was shining so bright it almost blinded her. Her curriosity grabbed her more and more as the strange old mirror seemed to call to her; as if it knew her purpose on the other side. Slowly, Kristina stood and walked toward the mirror. The glass of the mirror didn't look right. cautiously she placed her hand upon the surface of the metal, affraid to touch the swirling glass image. Although she knew there was nothing but seats behind her, she saw a beautiful forest in the mirror, without her refelction in it either.she let go of the decorative frame and placed her palm in the center of the mirror. Sudenly she felt her feet jumping into the mirror and then she was gone.
She opened her eyes in shock. "What...? I...? Where...?" she rambled incoherently as she looked around her. "This is soooooo not cool..." a few feet away from her she noticed a fammiliar color and she took a step closer to look. With a sigh she recognized the color as a snag of cloth from the dress that she shared with Danae, the Snow White costume. she looked back toward the mirror, but one more look at the cloth convinced her that everyone else was here, and still was 'here.' Kristina took one last look over her shoulder before she marched on into the woods, toward the others, but away from the mirror.
