Izzy smirked. "Nothing yet. We've just invited a few guests into our home. This isn't our usual style or anything. It might seem a bit chaotic at first but things should settle down soon."

He composed himself like a human as he walked past her and brushed his hood off. He had grown used to it ofter 600 years of doing it out of necessity.
"Whay, praytell would you do something like that?"
He wondered if this was their way of hunting... he had always enjoyed the combat of hunting... the sultry chaos. he could seduce women into his grasp, but it was so much more fun to schase them, and fear tasted so much better than pleasure.

"Its for a story" she whispered as she walked towards the living room again. She headed straight for the piano, wanting to play something, anything. Music was always her comfort and now it would be so again. She made it to the piano and started playing effortlessly just before she actually sat down. She played one of her more intricate peices, interweaving the meoldy and harmonies together and then apart, changing the melody to a harmony and vice versa.

Anastasia stood and bowed. "I'm Anastasia Capuco. But you may call me Anya if you wish." She flashed a bright smile. She had rather long canines for a human. She always thought that someone in her family was a vampire, but never confirmed it.

((Baylor: Every one's in the mansion, but nothings happened yet. We're all just hanging out.))
Gitano hung her head upside down and watched new person enter. An older Vampire this time. Not bad looking either... she thought. She had heard what Izzy said to him about the reason the Humans where here. A book? She's going to drive us crazy because of a book? She made a mental note to ask her about it when the Humans fell asleep.

((Mucho Gracias, domo arigato, mahalo, all that stuff)) Baylor exited his room, then preceded to walk down the hallway towards the main lobby. He looked at the decorations on the walls, both admiring and fearing them. Because he wasn't watching where he was going, Baylor bumped into a suit of armour, causing it to crash down to the ground. "Yipe!" Baylor yelped, startled by it. He quickly picked up the pieces and tried to rebuild it back to the way it was. "Geez... you're so clumsy, Baylor..." He muttered to himself, finishing the reconstruction of the statue.

Arisu was getting a bit tired of just standing on the stairs and watching everyone. Then she heard the crash of a suit of armor. Turning around, she walked up the stairs at a human pace. Walking slowly is gonna drive me crazy, she thought. Walking down the hall and walking right past Zane, she saw one of the guests putting the suit of armor back together. She stood there, watching him put it together, not saying a word.

He smiled viciously at the human that approached him. She must have been able to tell. Miss Hostess had asked him to act human, ut he wasnt exactly sure what she was trying to prove. It was obvious that he was a vampire, his body had grown past the poitn of looking human in his opinion. It still had the shape but he stood eerily defying gravity because of his immense subconcious strength, and a bead of blood ran down the side of his face, not because he had been struck, but because he had sweat it out. They were all too young to understand long-term side-effects.
"well miss Anya, why doyou supposedyou would put yourself in such danger?" the slang was gone from his voice and was replaced by noble speech. He moved close as he said this and brushed a lock of hair from her face as he smiled.
He felt her heartbeat quicken.

Felix returned her eye roll as she ignored his comment. "OK, whatever. Here I am trying to open up and be friendly, and you don't even respond. But sure, don't worry about it, that's fine." A heavy wave of sarcasm accented his voice, and he waved his hand dismissively before turning back to his book. As the inconsequential events unfolded around him, he observed by listening and glancing up occasionally. After a while, he decided that it was impossible to read and pay attention to his surroundings at the same time. He closed the book and slotted it into his back pocket again. He sat silently and observed as more people began to arrive, and was shocked slightly by Anastasia's confession. He recomposed himself quickly, however, as he arrived at a mental conclusion. Great. We have a nut-job living with us. This will be so much fun. He rolled his eyes again and turned to gaze quietly into the crackling flames of the fire.

Anastasia leaned in and whispered, "I know of the vampire race. I know you are one of them. And frankly, I'm not the least bit afraid of you." She was calm and diliberate. She made sure no one else heard her but she knew the other vampires would. He was handsome and the age reflected in his voice. He was a charmer. She stepped closer to him to prove she wasn't afraid of him. "I am in no danger." She assured. He didn't know that the beautiful fan she held in her delicate long fingers was actually a weapon as well.

Izzy continued to play, thinking about what Zane had said ealier about a house warming party. A plan started to form in her mind, as usual. She thought about the ingredents in the kitchen. Izzy also knew that it was close to night and the humans might want something to eat. So in conclusion she thought that an outside party might be a good idea. It would get everyone moving and not just being here...doing nothing. Next was just to get eveything ready...

Anya's stomach growled loudly. She hit her bare tummy, then realizing how scantily clad she was dressed. She mentally shrugged. If they don't like it, oh well. Anya got a weird feeling from down the hall. Hm. Odd.

Hesmiled... this human was naive... she obviously ddnt realize age was a squared relationship to power. last he checked, he could re grow a finger over the period of a week with over average consumption of blood. he didnt care though.
"You know of the vampires? You openly accept that i eat your kind... not just drink your blood, but consume your flesh, merely for the assertion of my superiority, and you do not fear that aspect? hah... You will be entertaining."
