Colm nodded, he knew why he had to do this. "Have a nice sleep." The vampire smiled, he had a soft spot for Ashe. The king bent down and kissed Ashe and muttered a few words underneath his breath. With that what he had been asked to had been done. Colm placed a hand on the box as it began to shrink, he then placed the miniature inside of his pocket. "Is there anything else sir?"

Only able to listen quietly, the chancellor's eyes bounced back and forth between the rulers of past and present as they exchanged words. He had little idea what was going on and even if he had some idea he couldn't really understand it. He snapped out of the second stupor, being addressed by the king. "Oh, er... I believe that is all, your majesty."
((As per my previous post, there's a map in the tackle box.))

Colm bowed, "Then I shall leave. Remember, no one must know." The vampire smiled and left the room. Eagerly he opened up the tackle box and memorized the map. "It looks like we'll have to swim underwater. Good thing I do not have to breathe. Better stock up on under water breathing spells in case anyone else decides to come along." The King sighed, and with that him and his two companions vanished.

Chancellor Vittance sank back into his chair and sighed in relief as if a great terror had passed. He pinched his hand and looked down at his paperwork on the desk. "I think perhaps I have been at this job for too long."

City Hall
Zane was overwhelmed with all the visitors that had arrived in such a small amount of time, he giggled to himself then walked around. He was looking for some friends and this was the place to make them.

Bailiff Foster scratched his forehead. He wasn't sure if the man ahead was busy with something and ignoring him or just off in his own little world, so Foster headed to his office to retire for a moment. He took a seat behind his desk and began to contemplate the things he had just previously seen.

A hole opened in the very fabric of space just above the city hall steps. Seth emerged from the hole, falling to the steps below and tumbling to the bottom. Dusting herself off after a slow stand, Seth hurried up the stairs and charged through the front door. She looked frantically about the main hall for the Chancellor.

Chancellor Vittance looked up from his podium, hearing running in the main hall. It wasn't so much against any written rules but it was a bit rude and disturbing due to the echo it leaves in the hall and the discord it symbolizes. He spotted a somewhat familiar face running up to him in almost a panic. Rather than saying anything, he just waited for his visitor to start.

As Seth reached the podium, she took out a large stack of papers and planted them on the podium. "I need you to file an injunction against further attacks on the earth nation. There's been extensive damage to the land and massive casualties."

Vittance picked up his reading glasses and placed them on his nose, quickly scanning across the first sheet. "Air fire and earth have been struggling over the fertile crest for centuries though. An order like this will only stem further chaos. Any of the above nations might rebel against the union.", He reasoned, figuring it was best to calm down his visitor first.

Seth took a deep breath and sighed looking down at the floor. "But right now there is no fertile crest. It's currently just a burnt scar stretching across the western landscape. There isn't very many people left in the region as a whole. We had to form a temporary refuge and even that might be in danger."

The Chancellor stratched his forehead in confusion. He was sifting through the stack as he was in conversation but managed to keep track of both easily. What he was wondering was, "What about Earth nation's defense forces? What were they doing all this time?"

Seth looked up and shook her head, "Omgitt Jord was annihilated during an invasion by Water from the western coast. The local militias apparently weren't manned by a large number of powerful elementalists so they didn't last very long. Even Terra Tanta was completely destroyed."

Hearing the events and reading them on paper at once left the Chancellor feeling a little intimidated himself. It was as if he could imagine someone getting tripped off his feet then coup de grace'd in one fell swoop. The Chancellor sighed and put away his reading glasses. "I will write the injunction, but I can't make any promises. If Fire, Air, or Water truly wish to crush the Earth nation, one little decree won't hinder them. It is up to you and those who remain to defend what is left."

"Understood..." Seth slowly turned around and began walking toward the main doors. She was dragging herself mostly through fatigue and despair. This day was particularly difficult and wore on her quite a bit, mentally and physically.
