Aisu looked up into the air simply sighing because of all the commotion that was going on at the moment. He still had no idea why this had to come back and cause a scene after all these years of silence. However as he pondered that and took in everybodys opinions aand statements he stepped away from Yata and into the middle of the room. Once he did this a bonechilling mist began to fill the court room lingering in place with Aisu as the focal point. Looking towards Rednal first a kind smile crossed his cold face as his lips parted and a visible breath appeared.
"Ah Rednal-San... I thank you for your wise words and you are right to the fullest extent. Law although absolute may need to be broken to find the absolute justice and there are many previous cases that show this. In some circumstances people with ill intentions will commit morally wrong acts however wotn be punished. Now, I say people with ill intentions instead of criminals because even though they intend to do wrong they work within the law. In these situations the law does need to be bent a slight bit to ensure the safesty of soul society and everyone as a whole. Anyways on to my main point Rednal-San."
He said as he performed an advanced flash step instantly appearing beside Rednal with his mouth near his ear. It looked like Aisu finally had to reveal his secret for the time being however only to a select few.
"Rednal-San... I would like to point out the fact on how long ago this Kido was used and if you look at the records it happened quite a long time ago. Now, consider the fact that I only entered the guard squads a month ago, and became captain 2 weeks ago. However there is a reason for this. One I plan to tell you in a private meeting with Yata-Sama and the council members. The reason I request for a private meeting is because I do not want soul society to be in even more chaos and I dont know what effect I will have once I reveal my reasons."
He whispered in Rednals ear before backing up using the same flash step and appearing where he once was. Looking over to Tsumuro he began to adress his comments placing his hands at his side before doing so. It was slightly annoying how he had become the center of attention again but it looked like it could not be helped. Slightly annoyed Aisu opened his mouth once more.
"Alright Tsumuro-Kun, I thank you for speaking against excecution however there is a reason did not know and that is simply he did not need to know at the time being."
It would seem arrogent of Aisu at the time being as nobody knew why he had said this what it truly meant however he knew this. Nevertheless his words were true; Yata did not need to know as he did not hold the position of power and it was as simple as that. He then turned to face the council and Yata simply smiling a kind smile as he advanced forwards slightly stoppign a fair distance away from them both.
" I thank you for your sentance esteemed Council members however I must ask if I can bring some new information to your attention also. Yata-Sama again I ask you this same question, may you at least listen to this evidence ? Nevertheless may I ask that this information be shared in private as I do not want to cause an uproar that will lead to further confusion in soul society which is what we do not need at the moment. If you still feel that I must be tortured untill I have repented then so be it. However I do believe it would be in your best intrests to listen to the words I have to say."
He said smiling towards the council members and Yata before looking up slightly and thinking about all that has been going on recently. Karume never left his mind and he still thought about what would happen to her if he were to have to leave soul society again. Looking over to Yata directly he spoke for a final time before allowing eothers to respond.
"Yata-Sama I know you wish to enforce the rules however I do sincearly ask you to hear me out along with Rednal and the council members if they agree. You are a fair man and I understand that so please, allow me to give you a chance to be fairer than you already are. With that, I await all of your responses with great intrest. Please think over your decisions and make sure they are in the best intrests of soul society before anwsering though as I do not wish anymore harm to come to our relm than it has already endured."
He said smiling once more as he closed his mouth and hoped for the best. The mist still lingered in the air as he sighed once to himself and stood where he could see everything in the room.

(( Note to self: Start using the name Gilgamesh more in posts so people use Rednal's actual name less. As far as anybody else except Division 0's Captain knows, Rednal Ak'Thias has been dead for thousands of years. XD )) Rednal looked faintly annoyed. "You, too? That joke wasn't funny the first time; my name's Gilgamesh." he said. Looking nothing like he had while a Captain should have been helping, though talking to a Captain in a completely inappropriate way probably wasn't. But he shouldn't have been doing this anyway; someone with at least some rank in his Division should have. "Although I must admire your willingness to talk to Tenth Division; rest assured that while we do keep the records, not all of them are public, and we will seal certain records if asked to do so for the right reasons." he didn't need to talk to Yata; the old man was very far from stupid, and Rednal had already mentioned his point about Aisu's request: there could be no harm in listening to him. Besides which, Division 0's Captain was present and quite capable of serving as a guard. She was one of the few people who impressed Rednal, and was, in fact, the only reason he still hung out in Soul Society. Her powers were quite unusual and deadly, and if they got out of control, he'd be needed to help. It was probably presumptuous of him, but Rednal did believe that only he was really capable of containing her abilities if they went wild. He also thought she was cute, creepy eyes and all, and that carried even more weight with him than any nonsense about safety. Rednal was mostly whimsical, flipping a coin to decide what to do and going with that. It let him pass the time.

A loud whisp could be heard ouride the courtroom doors as guards began to shout out "THAT SESSION HAS ALREADY STARTED!" within sexonds however a tall, gaunt but hunched figure stood in the doorway a simple silloutte as the light blocked out his face, however as e scratched his left ankle with his right foot a simple tutting could be heard from the crowd as the vice captain armband for the 13th division was worn proudly by the intruder.
"I am L."
The intruder dragged his feet across the floor and found a seat to watch his captains trial. "Just incase you need a defence attorney, Sir." He brought his kness up onto the seat and bit nervously on his tthumb as his bagged eyes surveyed the room. 'Aisu...how much trouble you are...' L smiled as he chewed on his thumb nail and figited waiting for the opertunity to move foreward...

Oruga glanced up with a shake of grimace. He was to be tortured because of attacking Soma a captain. The thought of it sent a chill through his spine. Torture and then healed up again only for more torture. This would break the spirit of a man. The bright side on this was that Oruga would be allowed to continue his research. Which means there was still a chance he could stop Kazei before things got out of hand. "Council I wish to say something. This may be the most information you will be receiving for your new investigation. More than this Rednal has even supplied you. As you may know about a century or two ago there was a mysterious attack that happened ago. It was the result of hollow research performed by Aizen. The attack happened 110 years prior to the winter war. An attack in the Soul Society where souls were seen choking on a white substance spewing from their mouths, similar to what a plus goes through Hollowfication. Many souls perished through this mysterious attack, however seven souls survived it but were transformed into what we call vizards. I believe Shinji Hiraku was the leader of this group. However as we know this attack was on a widespread scale, and many others perished. Years to come during my research I found that an eighth soul at survived this attack. This boy seeked to understand his inner hollow. At first I thought the idea was frivolous, but then I thought this boy held promise. He didn't fear or shun his inner hollow as most did. Therefore as a captain and researcher of the 12th division, I helped him to control it. For a while we worked together as a team so I developed a new item that was a potential equivalent to the hougyoku to help him and we would keep his powers a secret from the soul society. That is where I made my mistake and why I'm here today. Soon he became attached to his new found power seeing he had reached his limit in shinigami arts. And for that I knew I had go gid rid of this god forsaken thing inside him so that's why I performed hollow research to create a new item. One that would serve as it's counter part that would reassemble the severed barrier between shinigami and hollow. Years after the experiment had turned into a success but he had already grown out of my reach by finding a second stage to his hollow powers. A power that exceeded the reach of my item. Up until then this very man and Soma had become the best of friends and so I had grown suspicious of the two of them. Therefore I placed a concoction into both of their drinks to stop them but my plans were wrong and they backfired. And I ended up attacking Soma for no reason at all. This man hadn't even filled Soma in on his plans. He only filled in his subordinates who I had know idea were working with him and finally a third who back stabbed me. All of this is the source of that man Council. That man stands in front of us all right now. That man is called Kazei and I will do whatever it takes to fuel your investigation with further information. But I cannot give you the first item as it clearly stands that they have taken it from me back in Karakura. The second one however I still have locked up in the vault of my laboratory. Kill me if you want Kazei. The Council will have what they want regardless I don't care. And the Soul Society will execute you on sight. This is my wish. Do what you will with my punishment." Oruga finished. He hadn't said munch in the trial and it seemed he was holding this in from the very beginning. With this new information it would be enough to execute Kazei and probably himself for hollow research he had performed. If there was a time to speak the time was now. Either way justice would be served and that's all that mattered.

(Sorry for the short post, but i've got no clue how to react at the moment.)
Shadow's eyes widened at Oruga's words. He glared at Kazei anew, growling somewhat. He believed every word.

Kazei sighed before removing his hands from his pockets.. It had to come someday. For Oruga to spill his guts. Ever since he met the Twelfth Division captain, he learned that this guy was only about his research and he'd put it before anything, including if it meant giving up the most confidential secrets. With that he kicked Oruga square in the stomach with enough force to send him flying a couple of feet back before flash stepping away from the middle area and onto higher ground, moreover towards the podium near where the jury sat.
"I guess it couldn't be helped, but this meeting bought me all the time I needed to get what I wanted. I just needed to extend it a little if you get my drift."
He said placing his right hand upon his face, summoning a whitish material that melted around through the air in a strange liquid like manner until it completely molded around his face. Though the mask wasn't clearly made out as a result of his right palm covering his face, the bright golden eyes was a trait that made it clearly obvious that the Sixth Division Captain had transcended into across the threshold that separated both Shinigami and Hollow. Pointing and index finger towards the Council Members, a small gold orb would form at the tip of the finger followed by swirling waves of gold reiatsu. Though the color variation was different than the majority of it's kind, any shinigami would be very familiar with the nature of this technique.......Cero. However the angle of his index finger motioned a little to the right where both the council and Yata were in destruction's path. However his eyes seemingly to focus on Yata.
".....No need for hopin it's a battle lost, Oruga. But don't worry, the war just started. You and these guys come up off of me? Hehe, you're in the clouds hopin....."

"It's a monster!" Rednal screamed, diving under his desk as if it would protect him from the wrath of an angry Vizard. Not that Rednal was particularly worried; it would take considerably more power than a Vizard to worry him. Of course, he did want to become one himself for the change in pace, but that was beside the point. Rednal was not even slightly afraid. 'Gilgamesh', on the other hand, was a weak little coward with no actual power at all, and as Rednal was currently under his Gilgamesh persona (despite the on-going joke that had them all calling him by his actual name, not that any of them knew it, which was simultaneously hilarious and annoying), he needed to seem afraid and not be confrontational. Besides, it was fun to scream and dive under things.

L's body shuddered as he was in awe of the boys tenacity; it was then that he raised his head up towards the roof and his body sprung foreward to flash step towards the path of the Cero; he stared at Kazei as he blasted past him at sonic like speeds but his mind soon became focus as his foreshadowed eyes narrowed on Karume, Aisu's girlfriend and a council member close to her. MOVE, L...MOVE! his eyes stared towards the Cero as he smiled swetly towards it grabbing Karume's clothes with the thumb and index finger of his right hand and the hooded council member with the same fingers on his other hand "I haven't got the time..." his eyes darted around frantically to find any kind of way out of the dilemma, his only way of escape being to shunpo off of the councillors bench. He pressed his feet against the bench and sprang out into action shunpoing his hardest and leaving crags all along the bench taking Karume and the Council member with him towards the very back of the court room...
When he skidded to a halt, still lutching his two passenger L turned towards Kazei letting go of the two he had saved from his attack and looking dead into the monsters eyes...Hunched and strange, he leant his head to the side surveying Kazei and a small shudder of fear ran up his spine. He smiled. "Are you two alright?" he asked not turning towards the two who owed him his life and continuing to stare towards the monster in the courtroom. He just put his index and thumb on the grip of his zanpakutoh, ready to draw it incase of a need. Which was pretty obvious that it was "Waiting for the command, 'Weapons Free' sir!" He stood still hunched, stilll narrow eyed towards Kazei who had dared mock the justice he had such a firm belief in. "Captain Aisu?" He signalled towards his captain, wanting to know as he took a sidewards stance his right hands index and thumb now at the forefront and his vicecaptain armband facing towards the back of the room. he let out a small grin "Maybe I can get some tea after this one," he chuckled to himself relishing the thought of a hot, sweet tea "Now, Fugitive! Have At Thee!"

Aisu sighed as he heard Kazei and saw the mask form on his face. As the blast of cero was prepared Yata would vanish from its path and appear at the back of the court room standing beside Aisu and the number one council member. Aisu grit his teeth looking at Yata and then back at Kazei quite annoyed at the situation.
"Yata-Sama, council chairmen... I am sorry I could not save all of you and get out of the way in time... What would you like my course of action to be? I know what I want to do, but I would like your input first."
He said as he looked over only to see L with Karume and another council member. As his eyes surveyd the room he knew he ahd back up and that he would most certainly not die. However at the speed Aisu moved to save them he would not be harmed at all by the cero and it only helped tat he moved under the cover of the commotion. Placing one hand on his zanpakuto's hilt he watched the situation making sure he would let nothing else go wrong.

[Durissa] Vizard! She thought to herself rather surprised that they had resurfaced in Soul Society once again. Drawing her blade she leaped up toward a few other council members to protect them from any incoming attack. She wasn't surprised that there wasn't going to be some up roar in the trial, but a battle was not what she had expected. Looking around the room carefully she eyed each member present, hoping to find any of Kazei's partners. Perhaps they we're admits them somewhere.
[Akuma] Rather surprised at the result of the battle, Akuma seemed almost singled out. He couldn't use his shikai or bankai for the close area he was in. He could very well bring down the walls above them, resulting in collateral damage to the others.
