So... it isn't exactly practical.... but I got a fun one for use in a R/U.
So, the "Infinimyr" combo. Using Galvanizers and Mana Myrs to generate infinite mana is cool and all, but there is so much more you can do with it. Take the Staff of Domination for example. Infinite Life? Constantly tap all your opponent's creatures? Constantly Untap your own? Draw any amount of cards at any time?
But let's take that last one.... enter Leyline of Anticipation and Temporal Cascade.
Someone casting a big spell, but don't have a counter in hand? Float your infinite mana, draw out your entire deck, counter their spell, then flash in Temporal Cascade to put all your cards, including the counter you just cast, into your library. So long as you keep 2 Temporal Cascades in your library (Or one in your Library and 1 in your graveyard) and a Leyline of Anticipation on the field, you can do this whenever you want, casting instants and sorceries as many times as you want.
Also consider: Psychosis Crawler and Niv-Mizzet with the above combo...

My favorite card is Circu, Dimir Lobotomist. even though I can't play him in my dimir mill deck. I made a joke about him comboing with _______, because he can change his name "anytime, anywhere."
