As soon as they turned into the right of the tunnel, the area behind them seemed fade away. The sun was shining brightly on them, along with its heat, and the beach-scented wind. Waves crashed against the sand and rocks not too far away, with sea gulls flying or waddling not too far off.
Considering the empty setting, there was one lone figure standing close to shore. It, for its gender could not be determined from their angle, didn't seem to notice them, merely continuing its gaze towards the water's horizon.
What do you do?
Group B (Middle)
DraconicFeline (Veaka, Orina)
The path continues leading downward towards darkness, each step is slightly slippery and seems hand carved. Occasionally, there are dark stains of liquid that could possibly be blood. The flaming torches only light as the travelers come close and dim once more when they pass on. There's nothing of interest, yet, except for the telltale drips from the ceiling. It is very cold, getting chilly rather, in fact.
The path leads down still. Continue?
Group C (Right)
Naaku, Silent Comet, Yokato
A single spark of light flickers suddenly ahead of them like sunlight, getting bigger as they come closer. The wind seems to grow stronger, nearly claiming the flaming light of the torches, and the dampness around the cave seems to fade.

Veaka almost slips. she yelps, scrambling for footage.
She hated these steps. they were all slippery and... ugh.
Orina laughed at her kokiri's misfortune.
"hehehe..."
"very funny." pouted the kokiri, deciding to slide down the steps on her rear. It was actually fun.
"Your getting your tunic all dirty..." commented orina, staying a few feet ahead.
"I dont care!"
grumbled Veaka, obviously grumpy... though sliding down the icky stairs was too fun.

"Oooh! Look!" Pinkin shouted above the wind from the safety of Soti's collar. "Is that another fairy up there?"
"I don't know..." Soti yelled back, doubtfully, eyes on the flickering torch immediately above them. The torch in front of them, which seemed to almost start lighting with their approach a moment ago, was now fully dark. Soti looked up again and followed the line of torches behind them, reflecting that they almost seemed to have lit again after they passed...."Whoa! Whoa!" Soti was startled into incoherence at the sudden appearance of two beings traveling behind them. A dark colored poe following closely behind and a....was that thing on the ceiling? She tried to step backwards and lost her balance on the downward sloping path, landing ungracefully on her rump on the damp ground.
Tonberry had been shuffling around since Soti's yell and found himself wondering if all poes were as fast as he was. If so, then he concluded he just may have a chance at this new purple one. The thing crawling on the ceiling was obviously out of reach. The wind flipping his hood back up over his head, Tonberry raised his swinging lantern and shuffled towards the newcomer, knife held forward.
Pinkin's voice was barely heard above the wind and through Soti's collar. "Tonberry! Don't do that, that's rude!"

Yoske hesitates as the full light of the sun seemed to shine on her. But how could that be so?! it was underground.
She felt very exposed, and she wrapped her cloak tighter around herself.
She'd keep an eye out from here, several feet away. No doubt kaiba would see her. it wasn't like she was trying to hide now.
no... She was a bit dazzled by this light.
Whoever and whatever that sillouhette by the water was... Triton would have to handle it.
But she was sure that trouble lurked near.

There it was, the spark at the end of the tunnel. Melis moved forward stiffly, eyes fixed on the opening in the rock. The odor of the tunnel was… strange… Melis cocked her head to the side as she tried to identify the reason the scent she had been tracking had been abruptly reworked. On her cheeks she could feel cool wind, blowing harshly through the tunnel entrance, bringing with it scents she had not encountered in many centuries. It was a strange moment for the scarecrow, bombarded by a tangle of familiar and indistinct aromas. She glanced away from the gap, away from the wind for a moment of clarity, and instead she caught a glimpse of a small green creature waddle toward a lavender female, perhaps of the same species. Caught off guard, Melis found herself hindered by the need to understand just what was happening below.

Lilli, buffeted by the sudden wind, covered her face and tried her best to keep moving forward. She looked ahead to see the wood child looking back at her as her fairy flittered around. She looked down at the green Tonberry as he climbed the slope toward her, knife in hand. She had no perogative to fight, but she wasn't about to let this other Poe attack first. With a swirl of her hand she clutched a violet dagger of violet flame and took a stance, prepared to keep this other Poe away.

The liquid on the steps seem to multiply as they continue. It is no longer dark, however, like blood. The chill continues to rise, bringing the temperature down.

Kaiba yelped "It really is a beach!" as he was so suddenly dragged along by his eager whinnie beloved. Hissing and squinting as the sun became brighter, a sudden picturesque scene of a beach appearing as they exited the tunnel, a new presence felt more then just the odd shadow of the creature on the beach. With the sun the way it was the poe couldnt make out any details, nor would he want to! Damn sun..
Glancing back, not surprised to find that the new presence was yoske, ahh so their fine tracking female companion had shown up, and she seemed to be having the same trouble with the sun as he was..ech dreaded evil bright sun! The poe giving the woman who stayed back in the cave a scowl, lucky thing she was not being dragged about, as his whinnie became more physical the poe began to vanish, leaving his banshee mate holding merely his dim glowing lantern instead of his hand. Kaiba feeling it would be much more safe to hide within his dark smoky holder.
Triton could only laugh as he watched the pair, such complete opposites although there were some similarity's between them..Whinnie seemed eager and kaiba seemed pissed, of course he'd always known the poe hated the sun, it was something he loved to tease his travel buddy about. Stopping as he stepped out into the light, blinking through the sun for a minute before stretching and sighing, well at least they were out of that damned creepy cave. It was beautiful..but strangely bare, triton had only ever seen the sea once before, it always seemed so full of life. This place though, despite the happyness that welled up within him at being near the beach he couldn't help the chill that ran down his spine, looking at the dark shadowed figure standing all alone at the edge of the shore.
Something just didn't feel right about it, was this the dark figure the demonic cat had sent them after?
His attention pulled back to the cave by kaibas scowl, spotting yoske standing just within the shadows..ahh that was right, she didnt like the sunlight either? He gave the woman a wane smile and a short wave, hoping she saw it before proceeding forwards. "The oceans beautiful isn't it? With the sun like this, it just shines.." triton said in his most friendly voice as he approached the shadowed stranger, trying and failing to discern what gender or manner of creature it was..

Tonberry was almost there, well, about halfway there, when the other poe pulled out a sliver of fire. He hesitated. Nothing had ever just stood there when he went after them, they all just ran away. Maybe all poes were the same speed? The thought made him hesitate. Maybe she wanted to doink him too? He didn't find out, as suddenly his vision filled with an agitated pink fairy dancing back and forth in the wind.
"Don't you even start, Tonberry! We have to be nice to company!" She spun around and tugged on his hood. "Come on! Let's keep walking, we can all get to know each other!" With a glance back at the other poe, yet another target off limits, he sighed and lowered the knife as he shuffled around. "Don't worry," Pinkin hid between his hood and his ear and whispered. "I'm sure there's plenty of bad things down there you can doink when the time comes." She giggled and patted the side of his head as she returned to the collar of a very alarmed looking Soti.
Soti was shuffling sideways down the hall with Tonberry, eyes on the pink creature on the ceiling. What could it possibly be doing up there? Mouth slightly agape, she continued to walk, ignoring the vehement comments about manners, staring, and proper introductions that emanated from her collar over the sound of the wind around them.

Whinnie squealed ,"LOOK! Its really a beach. I was wondering, but I couldn't tell. LOOK LOOK! I think someone is out there! HELLO? HEY YOU!" Whinnie yells. Excited as she drifts out in the sand. "I had no idea this was here. So cool. COME ON GUYS!" she says happily. She loved this place. She then spots another person in their party. She shrugs it off. Why was she this happy? She questions herself. What is going on. Ah well. She starts to run toward the figure, elated. "Come ON Guys!" she yells angrily.

orina notices first.
"Hey... whats up with the blood stuff? Its too light now... I wonder what it is?"
She flies closer, self-illuminating a bit of the liquid with her purple light.
Veaka shivers. It was cold, really cold, and she was wearing a light summer tunic.
"Your ruining it. Purple's no good..." she frowns.
"Are you ok, Ori? its cold. How are your wings?"
Orina hadn't noticed that her wings were stiff. honestly, she hadn't noticed.
Fairies were sensitive to cold.
"ummm..." she flutters up.
"Can i ride?"
She hides in veaka's hair, where it was warmer.
Veaka continues on, curious.

The tunnels in which they had traveled from faded entirely as soon as they stepped far enough away from it. All around them, it simply seemed like miles upon miles upon sand and sea. There seemed to be nowhere they could go, exactly, except to perhaps wander in either directions. It took a few moments before the figure finally turned, seeming oddly surprised by their entrance and stared.
Even as they closed in, there seemed no way to tell whether this person was male or female, as it had an abundance of both femininity and masculinity and no distinguishing traits at all. The figure had long, flowing blond hair that fell all around hir and touched the water, beautiful. Se gazed at them blankly with neutral gray eyes and pursed lips.
"..it is beautiful, yes," se remarked quietly, voice dull and husky from lack of use. "However, all the same... you all should not belong here. Return to which you came."
Group B
Draconic Feline (Orina, Veaka)
Before long, the water began to twist into ice. Each step closer seemed to become even more chillier, enough so breath could be seen fogging the air. The torches were dim here, but still able to light the way through the tunnels. With that said, the tunnels suddenly reveal a large chamber of ice. There's something moving there, beyond view, zooming across the scape of the land in graceful circles.

Lilli looked warily between the Fairy, the Poe, and the Kokiri. She shrugged her thin shoulders and the flame dagger dispersed with another wave of her hand. She followed them again, this time taking a place behind and to the left of her fellow Poe. She didn't seem to notice, or care, at what the Kokiri ws staring at.

Kaiba groaned reluctantly becoming more visible, watching as triton handled the mysterious shadowed figure.."Whinnie my beloved, eech were with you, please not so much yelling?" his little wifey was extreemly excited for once, which was adorably cute and yet it also made him wish he no longer had ears. "You've never seen the beach before have you whinnie? Hee hee, well then lets go to the water! What beter way to experience things then to splash around in the salty brine" though he said it with enthusiasm his face had a look of 'ick' plastered all over it, for whinnie though he would go play in that never ending surf..
The shadowed person, it..him her, hirm? Bothers him on so many uncomfortable levels.. "We've wandered into a trap..damn that cat.." the poe thought to himself, ah well hed known the left path was bad luck, always bad luck.
The person was beautiful, if a bit sad looking the way it spoke made him worry though, the words the shim said..A slight hiss escaping triton as he turned around to see the caves theyd emerged from gone, vanished as if they'd never been there, yoske standing there no longer huddled in the dark mouth of the cave but now stuck standing in the blazing daylight on the barren sand filled beach.
The hylian chewing on his lower lip slightly, forcing himself to smile as he looked back to the person before them, the only other thing besides gulls on the beach.."Maybe your right, we probably shouldn't be here. Heh but it looks like our way here has just decided to pull a vanishing act on us." triton chuckled, ah well this is what he got for following that poe of his, trouble..
"Maybe though, there's another way out that you know of? Not that I wouldn't love spending a little vacation time here, I havent seen the ocean in forever.." triton wanted to know why this person the hir was son the beach in the first place, after all if there was a way out why hadnt se taken it?

Veaka stopped. It was soo cold... she could've sworn she was turning blue. She felt Orina tuck herself deeper into her hair and clothes.
"mmm...mmaybe... w...wee should t.. t.... turn back?"
she said outloud, shivering steadily.
Orina's reply was very muffled.
"I'd agree but what about that cat? He'd burn us or something."
Veaka shivers more, mainly from fear. She didn't want to burn.
"G...gues we k...kk.keep going then..."
She continued walking, hoping she'd find something furry and warm to make herself clothes from.
Suddenly, she stopped again... what a big chamber!
Orina stirred, fairy dust dripping down Veaka's back like water. "Whats up?"
Veaka hesitated before stepping forward again. "its a big room... it looks like its made of ice."
"Well it would be. Whats wrong?"
Veaka squinted. "Theres something here, but I can't make it out..."
"What, you want me to go take a look? In this cold? Heck no!" orina shoves herself closer to veaka's skin.
Veaka shrugs and continues walking. maybe it would be something she could skin... and eat. she was getting hungry.
she couldn't quite see it, but it was awfully pretty to watch... whatever it was.
