My friend and I are planning to be Lykouleon and Raseleane from volume 24. It's kind of perfect since she's way taller than me. XD She said she already started his shirt. The thing is I have no idea how we're going to do Raseleane's dress. It's so elaborate.
eek Plus we're going to have to wing most of it since there is little seen on the cover. Luckly next year we're going to be in the same costume design class. So we can work on it together over the course of the year. Hopfully we can be done for next years Anime Expo.

Ooh, good luck! I would recommend asking Nadil for tips, as she is a seamstress and she has talked about Rasalene's dress in the past. (Isn't that the most hilarious statement, when taken in a DK context?

Anyway... yeah, I tried my hand at a skirt of Raseleane's once. >.>; Anyone remember the one you see in one of the earlier volumes when she "sneaks" up on Alfeegi and Ruwalk as they crawl down in the sword/weapon storage (to later find the sanctuary with the altar)? XD;; That skirt, the petal/leafy looking one. >.>; (vol 3)
But, on Raseleane's clothes in general... XD;; You guys MIIIGHT want to go for something of theirs not as... elaborate? >.>;; Take, as an example, Lykouleon and Raseleane's clothes in.... *checks* volume 3 (again). XD; When they sit and have tea and Alfeegi comes to see them. THAT dress is one of her less elaborate. >_>;; I've been wanting to do that one actually because it's really pretty in all its simplicity. ^^ .... ^^;; Though... I bet none of us would have any good "second times" to wear it at. XD;; *usually wears any dress or funky creation (that isn't "going to town" friendly enough) to parties and such with her relatives*
But anyway! If you want a rather easy (to make and handle) dress of Raseleane's... then it's that one that I would recommend. ^^ XD;; But if you want something MUCH more challenging... XDD;; Take your pick! >_>;; Ohkami-san is one of the few manga artists that I know that have their characters change clothes almost every other second... XDD;; Even the main cast who's out and about much! I mean, that's wow in itself! XDD;; *loves it though* >_>;; If Ohkami-san would be a designer on the side then I would DEFINITELY buy her clothes. XD;;; Nadil loves those clothes. Yes she do... <<;;;; Ok, that probably sounded creepy to some of you. XD; (But seriosuly, I love them. >>; That is also, I think, DK that is, one of the reasons I design clothes as a hobby myself.)
