Addy nodded to her mother and dashed to be the first inside, not looking back as she passed Sekenre. She wasn't exactly scared, and not really mad either. Maybe it was respect?

Lilly stood up, but wasn't in as much of a hurry. She tapped her plants affectionately before she followed the group.

Krillo watched Lilly as she said goodbye to her plants.
She has the command of her plants I see. I haven't seen such command at a so young an age since the high times of the druids.
He followed Lilly in.
"After you Japi, I insist." Sekenre bowed low. He knew he had upset Japi and he thought it best to play it safe and respectfully until he could take her aside and address the issue.

Japi headed in ahead of Sekenre but made sure she was otherwise the last one in. Her anger had faded entirely. It was a practiced discipline she'd had millenia to perfect.
She led them back through the house, almost to the front door, then turned to the left. She put her hand on the door and closed her eyes. There was a sudden blast of magic behind the door, only detectable to those with that particular aptitude, and then Japi opened the door.
The girls entered like it was nothing new, and to them it wasn't.
Inside was a vast grassland and it appeared that there were no walls at all. The door was there, but it was standing with only a frame surrounding it. On the inside of the house, the walls were completely solid, but stepping out into the room, you could even go around behind the door. It was an odd sight for a newcomer to behold. But for two like Krillo and Sekenre, probably nothing out of the ordinary.

"Hmm. No Mirror. I guess with as much magick thats in here, there doesn't need to be." Sekenre turned to face to group. Well, better here than anywhere else. "Lilly? Why don't you go show Krillo your plants. Addy? Why not go and make sure he doesn't wander off okay? We'll be out in just a bit." Sekenre then faced Japi "Your mother and I need to talk."
Krillo bowed shallow and then stooped to bury a seed. "Should you need it." He then began to herd the kids out. "So, you have a garden Lilly? I'd love to see."

Addy nodded and was the first back into the house. She wasn't planning on arguing with Uncle Sekenre anymore.

Lilly was more than happy to show off her garden. She took Krillo by the hand--his slightly more normal hand--and led him out to the backyard. "I share the garden with Daddy, but I've got my own special patch that he lets me take care of all by myself." She was very proud.

Japi rolled her eyes at Sekenre. She waited until the others had left the room before she began to speak. "It's maternal instinct," she tried to explain. "You put my baby in danger, at least somewhat." She shrugged. "I'm not mad." It was the truth. She wasn't mad, anymore.
"Actually, I think your method worked," she congratulated him. "You've gotten some kind of respect from Addy. Though I'm not sure what kind."

"Japi, I'm sorry if I angered you or caused you to worry for Addy's well being, but I was tasked with training her. I plan on doing it to the best of my ability and in the method I know." There was almost a pleading to his voice. "I assure you, I have my niece's well being, present and future, in mind. I want her to be more prepared than my sister was; SHE never had a chance, but now, I have the opportunity to give Addy that chance. Trust me as I have you on countless occasions."

Japi nodded. "I know," she assured him. "I guess I just got a little overworried. But I will trust you," she said with a determined nod. "There's no reason at all for me to worry." But she looked at him carefully, trying to decide if it was alright to lighten the mood. When she had surmised that it was she continued. "Just make sure she doesn't get any injuries that could have CPS on us." She shrugged. That wouldn't really be a problem, and they both knew it. Japi could heal just about any injury short of death from a room with this much of her stored power.
She twirled, something she did quite regularly to get her energy back and then patted Sekenre on the shoulder. "How does dinner sound?"

"CPA? RIiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. With you and Krillo around, someone would have to die three times over before they'd get a permanent scar." He laughed at the thought. "So, dinner huh? Does that mean I'm getting away with not cooking since you offered?"

Japi laughed. "Of course!"
She led Sekenre out of the room and closed the door behind them, dispelling the interdimensional space so that all that remained was unWorked power.
It didn't take long for dinner to be ready. Japi made something simple; spaghetti and meatballs. She didn't use her magic for anything as she thought it tasted better home-cooked. Whether it did or not, it was unlikely that anyone could really tell the difference.
At dinner, she explained the possible training to Krillo. "So would you be up for it? I can also create a place for you to stay within that room too. It can have all the comforts of home, mostly because I can make it lead home if you want." She laughed.
The girls were both too busy scarfing down food to really be paying attention.

Krillo contemplated the request. "I think I can manage helping Lilly come into her abilities." He finished his meal and got up. "I'll be in the garden for a bit, excuse me."
"I think I'll just use the guest room for the night if you don't mind Japi. There are some things at home that need the evening to .... settle."

Japi nodded to Krillo.
"That's fine with me," she answered Sekenre. "I'll go make the bed." She stood up and grabbed up the empty plates. "Addy, Lilly," she said in her 'listen to mother voice'. "Dishes?"

Lilly jumped up from the table and picked up her plate. "Kay mommy." She was more than happy to help out her mother.
