Kamui would use his chii to touch Aoi as he showed it was okay. He showed that what he meant to Aoi. He’d wrap his arms around her as he did so.
Sheena would get up to go to the bathroom as she would clean herself off and the burns to her hands. She’d then appear again open arms to Aoi to accept her presence once more.
Kamui would smile before giving Thomas a look that meant he needed not scare needlessly the girls of the house. “Please refrain from scaring them. Miss Aoi are you alright?”

Aoi's face turned red as Kamui hugged her in her ghostly form. She looked at Sheena and felt guilty for leaving her so suddenly but she did not say so.
"Kamui...How goes trying to find your girlfriend's soul?" Aoi asked quietly looking at the girl who craved her.

“Her soul’s been destroyed Aoi. It was destroyed a long time ago. I have searched everywhere for it, but I have no come across it. I think that is why Sheena opens herself so openly to you.”
Kamui had a sad look on his face then as he would touch Aoi’s face.

"Its...Its just that even though she has no soul it feels wrong to take over her body. I know her body craves a soul and I don't know how she moves on her own but...don't you love her?" Aoi said as she looked into his eyes. "Can you love a girl without a soul?"
Aoi looked down as Sheena continued to open her arms to her.

“I do love her, and I love you Aoi. I’d trade my life for either of you if I could in a heartbeat.” Kamui held Aoi closer now to put her fears to rest. He had grown to love Aoi more than Sheena now, but Sheena had grown to love Aoi as much as Kamui had. The two of them both Kamui and Sheena had grown to love Aoi in their own ways. Sheena a purpose in living again and Kamui a purpose in loving again.

Aoi's face shown spectral tears that glistened like drops of starlight from her cheeks. She could not feel them. Feeling was not something she did in this form.
"Kamui...Is it really me you love or is it Sheena who desires me to fill her body. I'm scared Kamui. I no longer know what it is but inside her I feel a longing for you as though I might lose myself. That's not who I am so could it be Sheena is using me just to love you once more or have I truly changed after all this time?" Aoi asked nervously. She was raised to be polite and humble. That did not save her though when died at a young age at the hands of a man she would call husband. Since then has not been able to trust her heart to anyone else.

“Aoi…when I lost Sheena I lost everything. My heart became lost to everything. I was lost in a haze. I saw you however, and there was a light again in my world.” Kamui tried his best to try and wipe the tears from Aoi’s ghostly eyes. Her heart had to be breaking. He remained kneeling before her like a true knight before the lady he hopes to eventually win the heart of. “If ever I should fail to meet your hearts desire Aoi, then you have the right to slay me. Sheena only seeks a purpose to keep alive. I have searched her heart and her mind. I did it dangerously knowing it could have cost my own soul in the process when hers was lost. I have truly fallen in love with you Miss Aoi Hanabishi. Sheena Higurashi died the day she lost her soul. I have already long since buried her my dear. But you still have a second chance at life, through her body. I want to be able to share my happiness, my love, my joy, and my sadness with you Miss Aoi. If you do not desire this, I will leave.”

Aoi placed a spectral hand on Kamui's shoulder as though she could somehow feel something.
"Please don't speak that way Kamui. Can we not be friends for now?" Aoi asked him sadly. "You are a sweet man and I do believe you might have fallen in love with me as you do Sherra but I am not Shera and I need time to consider things out. Pleae understand my request she said as she allowed herself to enter Sherra's body once more. The pull of Aoi into Sherra was beginning to be harder to resist for some reason she could not explain.

“As you wish.” Kamui hugged Aoi again. He'd then release her to let her have her space. He'd then sit down in a chair finding that he needed to warm up a little as he'd drink some of the green tea he poured for himself. The cold from outside seemed to finally have caught up with him as he released the use of the chii about his body.

"Its not you Kamui-sama...its just hard for me to believe truly in love. I have my reasons you see." She said from Sheens's lips. Aoi found herself coming up behind Kamui and hugging him gently. It was very forward of her normally and it made her blush a bit again.
"I'm not saying it is forever Kamui-sama. Please don't be sad. I...once thought I was in love and it didn't work out so well." Aoi said remembering her sordid past that lead her to her present state.

“I’ll wait Aoi. I shall await your answer. For now, let us attend to Bella. I also must get warm. I could not hold my chii like that for long to stay warm.” Kamui was brutally honest in this as he would smile at Aoi gently. He would sit there as he gently put his hands about the cup of green tea. He wanted to comfort Aoi so much, but knew that it might be hard as he would set his cup down then returned the hug Aoi gave him as best he could. “It’s alright. With time Aoi, hopefully I can ease your pain.”

Aoi's eyes began to tear up again this time not with sadness but happiness.
"Thank you Kamui-sama. I didn't want you to suffer because of my own confusions." she said calmly as she returned his warm hug. She wiped her tears away as she looked up to Bella.

Thomas muffled a giggle, "Very, very touching," he said with a hint of sarcasm. "Anyways! I came here to say that starting as of whenever you actually read the paper, Bella, I'll be your guardian angel." He puffed his chest out proudly, but only in good jest. He burst out laughing a few moments later when he couldn't hold his breath anymore. "Now who are you three charming people?" Thomas tried to smile as politely as he could.

"M-my guardian angel?" Bella asked surprised. "What do you mean by that Thomas? They are some friends of mine." She said softly still in a slight daze, what did he mean guardian angel?

“It’s alright Bella. Sh…sh…” Kamui wasn’t fast this time as he was still cold from the outside as he got up and walked over to Bella giving her a gentle hug. “I’m Kamui. The one over there is Aoi.” He’d speak formally as he would step back and kneel before Bella checking if she had a temperature and thanking the stars that she didn’t.
