"Hey Lloyd you're smart. Do you think you can help me with a problem?" Growling Ferey knew instantly what Ama was talking about and turned toward her. Ama you're supposed to figure this out on your own! Not with others to help you! You will never become a lady by depending on others, others are supposed to depend on you!

Lloyd tilted his head at Ama's question and Ferey's response to it. "Well what's the problem? Perhaps I can help.... Perhaps not." He replied thinking about what the little fox said. Surely there was a way he could help her without making her depend on him.

"It's a very long story.....and Ferey is really mad at me for even thinking about telling you. Maybe I should keep quiet." Hanging her head she glanced at Ferey and Lloyd.

Lloyd looked at Ama with his head tilted. "Okay..... Well you think and talk to Ferey about it and get back to me about it." He said smiling, "After all you don't have to have me help you." He sat down and swished his tail. "What shall we do now that that idea is gone?"

"Well......." Glancing at Ferey she was about to speak when a purple butterfly came fluttering by. Hello hello hello! Circling around Ama's horn he landed at the very top. Why my helix friend. Still the last one it seems you are. Not gone on your journey yet? You fool! Don't you see there's another here! Snapping at the winged one atop Ama's horn Ferey was irritated.
Of course I see another here! What I lack in size does not mean I make up for in blindness! I am as full of sight as you my animal friend! He is welcome to join her but no others! Not until she has followed her destiny that is! Laughing a light laugh he went over and landed on the nose of the brown male.
You see my dear helix. Our Ama here is the last of her kind! The others have all gone. But she must find them and bring them back for they are terribly lost! They believe themselves to be something other then they are and they are kept believeing that by the Red Bull! It's dreadful you see! Now the problem is she must choose. If she chooses to find these others she will lose herself and never return to what she is now. But if she chooses to remain she will keep hold of who she is and all will be well yet the others will remain lost in the lies that have been weaved into their heads! Standing up and fluttering his wings he took off. And now I must go! For the wind blows me this way! On his way off he sang a little ditty until he disappeared just as quick as he came.

Lloyd loked at Ama and then Ferey. He wondered if they would tell him. Just then a purple butterfly came fluttering by and landed on Ama's horn. He tilted his head as he listened to what the little butterfly said. He then looked at him when he landed on his nose. "Why hello there." He said almost going cross-eyed, "So Ama is the last of her kind and she must find them before they are all gone?" He mused over the rest of what the butterfly said, mainly her choices. "Well the choices aren't that great. I mean she can go find the others but lose herself or stay and let the others be lost. Not good at all." He said scratching his ear as he thought, "A tough decision indeed. Goodbye butterfly." He waved as the purple butterfly flew away.

Sighing Ama was saddened. It was not something she enjoyed thinking about. She felt she had already found love. "Asriel....." whispering his name lovingly as she watched her little destiny teller take off. Well since you now know it is only a question on if you will come with Ama or not. She has made her decision to sacrifice herself for the continuation of her kind. It does not matter to me if you wish to go or not but Ama may enjoy someone's company besides my own. Irritated but trying to hide it Ferey awaited the males answer.

Lloyd was still pondering what the butterfly has said when Ferey spoke. "Hm........ I would really hate to see Ama lose herself but..." He said pausing to look at her, "If she has already decided to go and search for the others than she should have all the support she can get." He smiled sadly and nodded. "I shall come with you Lady Amalthya on your quest." He said bowing, "We should come up with some kind of plan of action though."

Smiling happily with a hint of sadness at him she noted his bow. "I thank you dear Lloyd. You are correct we need a plan. What do you say to returning to our own territories. Stocking up on provisions and finding out more information on the territories we will be traveling through in search of what remains of my people. What do you say?"

Lloyd nodded. "It's nothing Ama." He said, "Yes that is a very good idea. We do need to find out where we're going as well as where we should start first. I don't think we really provisions though. We can always hunt while we're searching. Shall we go now and prepare ourselves for the journey?"

"Yes I think we should. I'll see you in a month then Lloyd. And once again thank you. You have no idea how much this means to me." Trotting toward the Eastern territory and the place she called home Ama smiled atleast she'd have a friend by her side.

Lloyd nodded. "Until next month." He said walking off to his home. He had many things to think about in this time.
