Lex laughed as well and nodded at Goblin's statement

 Harley skipped off to grab his mallet, lugging both of them back with a little less hop in her step. Two of them were heavy! She handed the Joker the blue one and kept her red one of herself. She had painted them since they had last been used and she decided he should know why."D'ya like 'em? I painted 'em! His and hers, see?" Her quest of approval was sidetracked however when she turned back to the Goblin's remark with a squeaky, "Hey, who d'ya think ya are, telling my Puddin' what to do? This is the Clown Prince of Crime, Emerald Elf! Not some little baffoon on a glider!"

Goblins face immediately went serious towards Harley. "I've already killed one clown today. Don't let yourself be the second." He snapped at her.
Lex smiled a bit satanically. "I would do as he says." He said sending a warning glare at Joker to stay out of the fight if it got to that point.

The girls glanced up at Roxy, then over at the others for a moment. When the goblin guy said that he'd killed someone, they decided that maybe they should leave, and started down the street.

"Well Iiiiii-yah have already killed one flying bug today," she said, not backing down, but drawing out her "I," "Don't let yooooourself be the hundredth!" Her voice went shrill as she continued her little speech. She had stepped closer to Goblin and screwed up her face with anger. The expression was still goofy though, complete with pushed out lips.

 Roxanne glanced back at the group then turned and began walking behind the girls. Definitely something going to happen. And she really wasn't in the mood to be in the middle of anything more than what she already was. She kept the shadow around them spread out a bit as they walked, just in case anyone tried to follow or anything.

 “So, which place should we hit first?”Joker asks enthusiastically, rubbing his hands together, clutching his mallet and ignoring Harley again. “First National Bank? Senior Citizen’s Home? Children’s Hospital? Oh I know, how ‘bout a taffy factory!” He announces, grinning. “We could always raid a dog food factory and lace all the chow with arsenic, and get a real giggle out of all the Fidos and Rex’s struggling to breathe! HAHA!”

Harley's eyes got large at the idea of hurting dogs, they were too closely related to the babies. "Maybe we should, erm, wait on the doggies, Mistah J. But that old folks home sounds fun! All those toothless smiles!" Harley gave an encouraging grin, hoping he would like that idea better.

"You mean to tell me.. that my idea is somehow lesser than yours? WHY YOU INSIGNIFICANT, TWO-BIT TRAMP! I outta string you up by the ears and smear your face with the very meat you've been hoarding around in that carcass of yours for years, while the dogs rip you to fibers and regurgitate at the sight of your horrid brain matter! WHICH IS NOTHING!" And with that, Joker reacts with a smack across Harley's face and a punch to her mouth."Oh don't worry, Harley girl. You're still a hit at my party." He then goes into his trademark fit of laughter.

Roxanne glanced back at the group again when the Joker started talking about places to attack. She stopped in her tracks when hit the girl who just tried to tell the goblin off for him and stared back at them a moment. She had no intention getting in the middle of anything, but that was uncalled for.

Harley's head snapped back and she put her hand to her cheek. She turned her face away, her lip quivvering and spit out blood from a cut lip. She turned back with welled up eyes, looking at him with remorse."I'm sorry, Mistah J. I won't do it again." She giggled hollowly.

Joker seemed infuriated at her seemingly weak apology. He leaned forward to strike her again, but his frown turned into a grin. "Oh, pooh I could never stay mad at you, my cuckoo Contessa!" He embraces Harley into his arms and gives her a slight peck on the cheek, grinning and giggling the whole time. "Now that that's all said and done, time for all expenses paid shopping spree! Courtesy of Metropolis city..... without their knowledge of course. HAHA!" An explosion occurs right behind them in the nearby Bank, causing Joker to stumble slightly. " Whoops, that went off a little too prematurely! Now boys, if you please, there's a financial institution with our names on it!" He signals to a bunch of armed men in garish clown masks, who seemingly appeared out of nowhere, and probably have. He then let's out a loud whistle, causing an armored purple truck with some green near the wheels to arrive at the corner where the Ace of Knaves stood. "Jack in the Box Toy Company" It read on the side.

The girls stopped when they realized that Roxy had stopped and glanced back at her. They looked back at the other group for a moment, then back at Roxy. They hadn't seen Joker strike Harley, so everything seemed fine to them. "Something wrong?" one asked. Just then the explosion from the bank caught their attention.
