Things were looking grim with another village starting a war before Otogakure could even have its peace with another village. No. Otogakure must have peace with Konoha, this was Danzo's goal. Simply peace. Otogakure had always been seen as a place of criminals and in truth Danzo was not entirely loyal. But he set out and his goal was to bring Otogakure's position as a village of evil and to change that. With an alliance this could be accomplished. Danzo always dreamed of a village like Konoha. That was the kind of village Danzo was loyal to, the type of village Danzo wanted to think of when others said the words, "Otogakure." In an small attempt, Danzo made a clone with a single clone. One of those academy clones, and it appeared next to the Hokage with a scythe in hand. Before the Anbu would attack however, the clone fell on its knees with the scythe held towards the Hokage.
"Lord Hokage. This is my weapon. This is the weapon of the Otokage and I want you to have it as a sign. A sign that Otogakure has been seen as Konoha's enemy for far too long and today is the day we can change that. As I stated in our letter, you are allowed to use any of my shinobi to aid you in battle, you do not have to do the same. Perhaps there are a few people who believe we should not ally ourselves but both you and I know that staying as enemies is not the way. Perhaps I may die today but the one thing, my one goal to see before I may die is to see Otogakure and Konohagakure as friends and not enemies. This can only benefit you because the Agnikage has already showed disrespect by fighting on our borders. He shows that he doesn't care if he destroys the monument of the great Senju Harishima as long as he kills me. Do you want to ally with someone like that? If you ally with me it is their choice if they want to start a war but eitherways you have had my promise of help and I have offered it long before this, and I do not mind giving up my life to defend you if it means our villages will be allyed." The clone then proceeded to talk to the Agnikage, leaving the scythe on the ground next to the Hokage as a sign to both that Danzo's intentions were peace.
"Lord Agnikage. May I ask to please settle this without having to fight? I remember clearly now, the shinobi who appeared at the gate moments ago. There was only one Anbu and you had three skilled shinobi entering th evillage. Otogakure had to take precautions and I appeared and tried to interrogate your shinobi. In truth, my interrogation methods have always been with a threat of killing but as you can see, those shinobi are alive and I allowed them into the village. Invaders are something that have always had precautions and the fact that you sent those shinobi in to invade after they had been allowed inside means are disrespecting me and not the other way around. No disrespect Lord Agnikage, but why start a war over something so foolish? And if Otogakure is truely as bad a place as you describe it why invade if we apparently have nothing to offer? I choose not to fight you or your people, for this is foolish. Today my only enemies are the Sound Shinobi who have already shown signs of disloyalty in the past. You are still my ally if you choose what is logical. Attacking a village like Otogakure will not gain you any special resources, will not make your village more powerful, will not let the other villages see you as equals, it will only bring death." Asha appeared on one of the rocky formations that jutted forth from the waterfall in between the two statues. It was on the edge of the cliff where she watched the Agnikage converse with the Hokage and the Otokage. She was surprised that he gave the Leaf a chance to rethink their decisions on the alliance, usually he would have killed them both on the spot essentially eliminating both forces in one shot. Her blade lied at the side of her hip where she could easily grab it at any given time. She would kill anyone in the area immediately the moment he would tell her too. It felt as though her Ashitaka blood was literally on fire, her insides blazed with anticipation for battle. Watching Salome get the Otokage to herself didn't make things easier, and so she watched from where she stood along the edge of the cliff. Still, as the Agnikage had told her she wouldn't interfere unless necessary.
"It seems like the Otokage's not exactly favored by his own shinobi in the Sound."
She commented on the man. Unlike the Agnikage who held great respect over his entire village from every single shinobi, the Otokage held no power whatsoever in his village. Not even the slightest form of respect. It was a sad thing for one to take up the position of Otokage if they had no loyalty from their own village and so Danzo had chosen his own fate in this situation. But his true mistake lied in threatening and attacking Flame Shinobi. The Agnikage had no respect for shinobi who slung power around to intimidate others. Once the clone of the Hokage appeared with more lies, Asha was disgusted by what the man had said. He was using false dreams, goals, and many other unfathomable excuses to his advantage to align his village with the sound.
"I see he purposely left out the part where he attacked the Flame before even asking them anything. If this guy felt this way he should have dropped his Otokage position and joined the Leaf, it's pretty obvious that a village of missing-nin won't change their goals in agreement to the treaty."

___________________________________________________________ Jiro Kokurai Uchiha "I never give up, I never go back on my word until I reach my goal"  After the hokage told him that he might accpet the alliance the otokage was attacked. Jiro felt bad for the otokage how can his own people hate there own leader, of course he should be punished for illegally doing it killing him would be ludicrous. Jiro then watch to see if the otokage can at least hold his own in a battle, amazed to find out he could. If they did battle them he thought they may lose or die because there out numbered and out skilled. However, like one of those mircales the hokage called one of there anbu to aid us incase a battle broke out. A women who seemed to be older then Jiro appered she had pink hair. Yet when she arrived at the valley of the end she said she will end the otokage life. In additon, not only did she said that the Agnikage arrived as well.
Jiro was now out of his comfort zone because not only were there a number of shinobi there, there were also three kages there. He knew if they had a battle it could start a great ninja war. When Jiro was younger he grew up around war and did not like to see so many people lose there lives over stupid things like wars. Thus he admired the otokages desire to have peace even though his village would want him dead because he is making peace with the enemy. Finally back up arrived we recived an anbu black op a fimilar one to add to that. She possed byakugan which would be vital for a battle, 'at least we might have a chance now' he thought.
As seeing things couldn't get worse it did there was a women spoted by some rock formations. He coudn't really get a good look on her but he knew she was there. Things weren't looking good for us now we were given an opportunity by the agnikage and judging by his character it doesnt seem to happen everyday. Jiro then leaned towards the hokage and whispered in his ear "Sir maybe would she retreat there isnt much we can do, are odds are slim the best that could happen we fight and win, we come to a conclusion of peace the worst that could happen we die, they attack are village instead, or they kill the otokage. I know you dont want to the leave the otokage I dont either but you have to think about the village" he whispered so only the hokage could hear him.

In the distance there was a slight twinkle in the sunlight and a ear piercing screech was heard throughout the valley of end. As the waves of water and chaos waved upon the land a crystalline hawk flapped its brilliant wings vigorously as it flew high above the land gliding upon the winds that swept the valley.
The radiant hawk then lunged down piercing the waves of wind with its beak and slender crystal body, the edges of parchment flapping though the air as the letter was clamped between its beak and a second letter clutched tightly in its right talon. As the hawk swooped in it stopped almost immediately upon reaching Kazumei's shoulder. It perched gently tilting it's head sideways in a jolt to meet eyes with the Angikage's. This hawk undoubtedly was sent personally from Nartzu relaying two messages to Kazumei. The first letter read:
The current Yukikage, Kizu Sugi, request your presence or a representative of yourself to meet him in Yukigakure. The reasons for this request are in no way hostile but, due to their potentially sensitive nature, cannot be included in this message. Please write on this scroll if you yourself will come to Yukigakure, a representative of yourself will come to Yukigakure, or if you decline the request.

Kizu Sugi, Yukikage
The slender hawk gave time for the Agnikage to pace through the first letter. Waiting patiently for a while the shining bird acknowledged his completion of reviewing the first letter. of a alliance request. The hawk gave an affirmative screech then released the second letter from his talons. The second letter read:
Dear Agnikage,
I am reporting that there are were no attacks made to the flame village or attempted for that matter. However there was a cowardly leopard, which was the feline carrier of the first letter your received before the current one you are reading at this very moment. I'm assuming you are in the diplomatic events at the moment with the sound and leaf villages. This letter is just an update of the current status of the village. I ask only one think of you. Show them what happens when you play with fire. I grant you my grace may your aim have diligence and your strike be true.

With that the crystal hawk shattered into tiny shards that glimmered in the air as the fell towards the ground below.

I will do everything in my power to stop them from attacking you and I have a few shinobi to send for your aid at any given time. Accept the treaty now for it is the time that Otogakure and Konoha can stand together in the face of danger. These shinobi are from a lesser village and so from past experience you know that shinobi from lesser villages tend to be irrational and attack to gain recognition amongst the great villages. Otogakure has long ended that and it plans to be at peace with Konoha. Accept now so I know that if I die, I have died for a cause. Not to leave the words of the other Agnigakure shinobi in the air, Danzo responded firmly and confidently once more.
"It seems as if the Agnigakure shinobi whom you sent Lord Agnikage, left out a huge chunk as to what happend as well. I performed a jutsu called Swamp of the Underworld, which leaves those in the area stuck and trapped in a sticky earth jutsu. This jutsu is for interrogation use only, and is not capable of doing any form of damage. Before thinking about killing shinobi who seem hostile, we tend to trap them and threaten them so they know we are serious in Otogakure. Ofcourse, my jutsu did nothing since your shinobi were skilled enough to avoid it so in reality there never was an attack. I was informed to leave after they avoided this jutsu and so there never was and I hope there never will be, a fight between Otogakure and Agnigakure. So I ask again, stop this foolishness. It is true that Otogakure has some missing-nin and disloyal shinobi, but that's just more reason as to why you shouldn't attack. These missing-nin who find their way into the village somehow always disregard the rules and so just by sending your shinobi to invade there will be missing-nin trying to hold you back. Ofcourse, you know it is true that every village has missing-nin or has had missing-nin so do not tell me as if I could not change that. Think rationally Lord Agnikage."The Hard-headed

(The only thing pissing me off is that literally everyone has ignored the fact that a Hidden Mist Jutsu is in effect, and that dust is everywhere, therefore obscuring sight. I love how people's characters are all so powerful that they can see through anything >.>)
A cackle filled the valley, coming from everywhere at once. Any who were astute enough to realize it would discover the insane laughter came from the shadows themselves, even the shadows connected to the Shinobi themselves. The laughter continued to rise as the mound of rubble from behind the group shifted and exploded outwards, pelting all with small pebbles of rock and stone. Heaving himself from the hole he had been in, the completely black form of Junan Kuragari stepped up to glare at everyone in the valley. He could sense them all, every last blasted one of them! And he wanted them dead! "DO you think he cares, Danzo?! He is a child, starting wars over small insults. He is a coward, summoning so many of his Shinobi to fight one little Otokage. And I thought you were pathetic." To any who had seen his crash into the wall, that he was alive at all would be an impossibility. Every bone in his body should have been shattered in that moment of contact with the wall, so fast was his movement. And yet here he stood. Of course, none new exactly what he could do in this form. None but a Kuragari or Kougai would know what his Shadow Meld did for him. And he liked it that way. He was ready for anything, literally, as his mist continued to thicken around them all, quickly coming to the point where they wouldn't see anything at all anymore.
(now are you all going to play the Hidden Mist correctly or not? Or should I just stop wasting chakra on a jutsu you are all going to ignore?)

It was amusing to see the child make things up in order to give himself an image of self-control in the situation. Such spontaneous information was irrelevant and had absolutely zero effect to the situation. Regardless of what was spoken, the Otokage's position would still remain which once again made Xzaro's statements all the more irrelevant. Judging from the tone of his words, the child must have assumed the Flame Shinobi would react to this as if it were some horrible twist at the end of a mystery film. But instead, his words were only greeted with pity. For the Flame cared not of such trivial matters, they were here for one thing and one thing only. The moment the Black Dragon was unleashed from the boy's mouth, Kazumei brought his left hand upon his chest while pushing his right hand outward towards the black dragon that had aimed a black fireball towards him.
At that gesture the fireball would be negated against what seemed to be a panel of darkness that folded in over it, followed by an eruption of black flames that would appear underneath the dragon before folding over it. Immediately these black flames would meld in together and expand into what seemed to be a thick flattened sheet of floating liquid darkness that would loom over the dragon. A large shadow was cast upon the area from the dark blanket above due to it's sheer widespread size as it rushed in for it's target,. The enormous blanket of liquid-like darkness seemed to be composed of what looked like an incredibly thick mucus like composition and it seemed to completely eat through the surrounding debris and mist with immaculately. Not even the water vapors were able to escape the mere heat surrounding floating black form which reduced the surrounding mist to nothing without even allowing the process of evaporation to take place. This technique wasn't darkness and nor was it any form of kageton. This was Ominikotsu, the Corrupted Flame. It is technique composed of a sinister black flame that is as hot as a dying star. What made it unique from most flames in Kazumei's arsenal was it's flexible composition and sentient like nature. As demonstrated, Kazumei held the power to alter it's it's composition from a gaseous, solid, or liquid form while still containing it's incredible power. As is it wrapped itself completely around the black dragon, it would constrict and squeeze around it's form until the black dragon. The black dragon put up a struggle, however the twisted flame's sentient like nature responded to the aggression by slightly enhancing it's constricting power causing the poor dragon to easily become smothered out completely.
"That was my gentleness vs your hatred. If that is what you call hatred, then it is nothing more than a small ember amongst my endless ocean of flames. So you can cancel the melodrama performance."
Clenching his right hand into a fist, the flames of Ominokotsu would vanish without a trace. The boy's false Amaterasu was no match for Kazumei's Ominokotsu, and therefore it was killed off instantly. For Ominokotsu was something he developed himself and greatly influenced by his kekkei genkai, Sozin. I was an advance fire technique that held the burning power of a dying star, a force to be reckoned with even for users who specialized in the fire element. Unlike Kazumei, Xzaro was using a technique foreign to his own bloodline which was why it was tremendously weak against Ominokotsu. Not to mention the mangekyou was required to fully use Xzaro's technique which hindered it's effectiveness tremendously. With that, Kazumei leaped across the rocky formations and landed on one of the higher rock formations to reduce the distance between him and his opponents. He said nothing as Junan spoke. In Kazumei's eyes, both of them were no more important than the dust that stood on at the moment and would be treated as such.

Xaoh smiled as he stood there by the trees of the forest that lead to the Sound Village. This was the only exit to the Sound Village. Yet the only thing that made everything funny about this whole situation was the fact that one shinobi who uses Shadows as a major part of his attacks used a hidden mist jutsu along with a cloud of dust. If he was smart he would have left the sun in play to gain the advantage over everyone. Seeing how this shinobi lacked the intelligence to know things like this he became one of the only stupid shinobi on the battle field today. To Xaoh the Otokage could survive is the Agnikage wanted it. Then again Xaoh knew his partner longer than anyone. The only thing that would make the Agnikage change is mind would be something he could use to his benefit. Xaoh looked up at Junan who really didn't cover everything in the Hidden Mist jutsu and the cloud of dust. As Junan melded with shadow Xaoh only smirked at the pathetic attempt at trying to go into the mist and dust cloud when there would be no, shadows to form from. Yet Junan didn't seem to know this.
Xaoh then heard the guy named Xzaro talk about how he told the Otokage that his mission was done out loud so the Flame Shinobi would hear. To Xaoh and maybe to everyone else here that was completely stupid. So now there where two stupid and unintelligent shinobi on the battle field today. Xaoh then moved from the forest to the sound village and towards the mist. Yet Xzaro and Junan were both completely stupid to not understand that they where at a disadvantage. As Xaoh walked into the mist and dust cloud he spoke to Asha.
"Hey Asha I think our friend the shadow melder is trying to get into the mist and dust cloud. Yet I don't think he understands that he only destroyed his chances to kill all of us through our shadows. Asha if you can destroy this mist and cloud of dust. I would hate for a battle to go on and the enemy dies because of stupidity. If you know what I mean."
As Xaoh said that he was completely in the mist and dust cloud now. Yet what Junan didn't understand was that the dust cloud wasn't made of chakra like the Hidden Mist jutsu was. So over time it was going to disappear weither he liked it or not. Xaoh stood in the mist and placed his right hand on his katana that was strapped on his back. If Xzaro moved he would make the most noise being that he wa standing on water. Junan wouldn't be able to attack anyone. He wouldn't be able to even meld his body back into his human form until he was back in direct sunlight. Its was typical a shinobi of semi-great power was dumb to the fact of his own jutsu. Yet from the looks of it the Hokage might retreat and that would give the Flame a chance to destroy the three shinobi here and then move back to there village with no, care in the world for the three fallen shinobi. As It was stated if the Otokage wanted to live he needed to offer the Agnikage something that could change the tide in battle. Then again even if he did and Junan and Xzaro escaped they would be hunted down and killed because they became enemies of the Flame. If the Otokage was smart if he survived this because of the Agnikage his best bet would be to tell the other council members about his alliance with the Leaf.

Junan decided he'd better go. "Xzaro, we'll meet up later. Too much heat." with that, he sunk into his own shadow and vanished. The shadows around the Hokage, Otokage, and Xzaro continued to hum with power, however, secretly remaining as a portal for them to go through. Only Xzaro and Danzo would realize this, however, for he'd transported them both through similar portals before.
(exit to undisclosed location, simply because of too many godmoding and metaplaying characters in one area)
