Carlos purred and leaned his head lightly into the other's fingers. "Would you be mad if I kinda wanted to creep you out though? But in a funny way." He glanced up at Adrian while biting the inside of his lip nervously.

Adrian continued petting Carlos. He raised an eyebrow at the unicat's question. "How do you creep someone out in a funny way? And who is if funny to, exactly?"

"Well I was hoping you would think it was funny... at least my attempt to be so cute I'm creepy must seem funny," Carlos muttered albeit through his purring as his head tilted with the petting. Yes, he could make fun of himself good-naturedly, too.

"If you say so, Carlos." Adrian raised an eyebrow at the unicat. "You are one strange and confusing kid, you know that?" But the rat wouldn't have him any other way.

Carlos gazed up at Adrian with wide-eyed curiosity. He'd always thought he was pretty simple... or maybe that was what he had been told. "I think it's safe to say that you're confusing too," he grinned, leaning up to kiss the rat's nose.

Adrian nodded. "Yeah, so what if I'm confusing. It's who I am and makes my life interesting, to say the least." The rat playfully hit Carlos, gently.

Carlos blinked, ears flattening back for a moment before realizing from the impact that it was just a game. He was quick to stick out his tongue at the rat with a grin. "That's true!"

"Exactly." Adrian went back to gently petting the unicat. "Is there anything you want to do today? It's getting pretty boring just sitting here."

Carlos grinned and leaned his cheek against Adrian's chest, purring as the other pet him. "Hm... I didn't have any plans today..." His tail flopped lightly, the spray of his tail-tuft tapping the rat's knees every now and again. "I guess you didn't either, since I caught you in your PJs," he chuckled softly, then blinked and looked up at Adrian, "unless I came over too early?"
Come to think of it, he really didn't know anything... like Adrian's sleep patterns, or things he enjoyed doing in his spare time. Picking fights didn't really count in the unicat's mind. "Did you have plans? You know what I like to do, but what is it you like to do?"

"If I had known you would show up here, then I would have gotten dressed before you came over. I don't usually entertain people in my underwear." Well, not the type of entertaining one does with friends and acquaintances, but Adrian wasn't going to say that. He didn't want to give Carlos the wrong idea. "I didn't have any plans, stop worrying."

"True..." He blushed a little even though he had not even known it would be Adrian's place. Not for certain. It had seemed like such a big deal to the rat to be completely dressed that he decided never to be caught lounging around in his own pajamas when the rat came around. "So... what do you want to do?"

He shrugged. "I don't know. I just want to do something other than just sit here. It's getting too mushy and love-y dove-y for me. So, what do you want to do other than sit here."

Laughing, Carlos batted at Adrian's hair then hopped away from him to stand up. "Well, we could go somewhere, or play a game. Something more energetic and less lovey-dovey."

Adrian stood up and stretched. "If we go somewhere, let's not go anywhere where your dad might show up...or anyone that might now want you anywhere near me, okay?"

Though a little disappointed, Carlos shrugged. "I don't know. When they leave the house I don't know where they go. Hm, I guess a mall or bar are out of the question though."
