Harker looked at the two Marines dumb founded.
"When you are in basic the nice ODST Recrutier Looks over your scores.
If you finish in the top 5% of your class you be offerd a chance to take the test. if you pass that you are ship off for ODST training witch last 3 mouths.
then If you pass that you take your Jump test. if you pass in the top 25% of that class your in. to be put in lamans terms the only 24 out of every 3,000 marines make ODST. and Col. Gidder Hates the Spartan Program, he dosen't belive in it. so a recenmandation will not help."
(thes facts are based on the halo universe Im not makeing up the numbers, or the fact that most officer in the ODST porgram HATE spartans. they belive that the war can only be won by felsh and bone Marines. only thing I made up is the name of the Col. because I cant remember it off the top of my head. if you would liker more perof of this read the flood the ODST officers treat the chife like crap when Keys is not around.)

(ive only read the fall of reach and the one after the flood cant remeber the name.)"Yea and a spartan could kill any ODST no offence without armou and do those helljumpers have a right to speak they were just as much armor only without the energy sheild im guessing they dont like the clones either."Johnson said as he was setting up the elephant."ok if we can get a scorpian we will be good it would serve good to clear out the enemys ahead of us."Johnson said."ok marines load up we are moving out get on the guns and the sides and in hear take the ammo pile in to theres a structure up a head and it has a gravity energy there."Johnson ordered.(im talking about that one level valhala however you spell it since it was on halo and i invented something on it.)

"No they don't like Clones either, as for the right to speek, they do have it they out rank any spartan, they are officers and all spartans are enlisted. as for our armor same as yours, only thing we get you don't is a diffrent helmet. as for who would win the fight... I seen some mean Jarheads."

"that works as a base... as for me I got nothing against Spartans but not shuer is I want to be one. I like being a hell jumper."

Harker kicked a rock out of the way.
"wether or not spartans are amazing or not dosen't matter. I have seen one die before."
Harker took a drag of the cig and thought deeply about apaticluery bad jump with a Spartan he he made a few mouths back.
"with out the armor they are just human, humans die, no mater what $#!% the signal corp jams down our throtes." he said this only loud enough so the outher marines working would not hear. he knew liz heard him and didn't really care.
"The ODST don't want to get the kids getting depented, we want to beable to show that we are worth the pay."

"anyone can die in a drop no matter what you are only god would survive anything but they are supeior no matter what were you taken at the age of 7 and trained more than the entire marine corp put together? thats why they are supperiour they were takin as kids and trained hard just like the spartans of ancient greece so those helljumpers who hate them can go to hell."Johnson said angerly."and so can ONI."Johnson said.

Harker noded when his com buzzed he took a look.
"Johnson we have a problem, we got oderes from the fleet admril.
we took heavy losses, all human forces jumped ship in escape pods or drop ships. only ship we have is the Cruser "Hells Kitchen" all ground forces are to brake up in to two teams, you take fire team barvo, set up a LZ for "Hells Kitchen" and an HQ, im to take recon team Delta and start finding escape pods. Priority Alpha."
He stated to head to a wart-hog.
"Your exsperance with sniping must have been diffrent then mine. I had to give orders all the time. and at the time I was a Cpl. oh and we have a Spook to find, ONI had one here he jumped in a escape pod, thay are a pain. Spartan or not I would listen to him over Liz. he will make your caree nill..."
he went on his way

Not true by the way, I've actually met one who thinks that we are the last line of defense for the colonies and Earth. Next to the Hell Jumper's of course. Although he only said that after I saved his butt from getting crushed with a Hunter's shield, but that's another story." Liz said, setting the dismembered Flood on his stumps for legs.
