Of course. I'll continue searching for codes that match the "unknown" messages.
@Rosiea: Going from top to bottom of her comments. I numbered them.

I bolded those that that seem...how to say it, relevant to the situation at hand. I'll try putting all of them in.
@ Rosiea: Actually, there are 7, the 8th one is the beginning of the 7th, as if he was cut short and did it later. I missed the second one.
So the revised list it:
1. 664 over and over 2. Unknown 3. Unknown 4. Binary 5. Base 64 6. Hex Code 7. Unknown

Yeah, I just realized that bottom one was just the beginning of the one above it.

No you're not. Nite, I need you to round up anyone else who knows about coding. If I'm the only one, this is going to be difficult as all hell until I can determine which uses what code.

Don't worry, I'll ask around. Most of our agents seem to be offline right now, so it may take some time.

I feel out of the loop. What code are we trying to determine here? Because I have a binary translator bookmarked if we ever need it, and it also does Hex codes. Other than that, I can decode the thing Docta Ph34r used for his message if we find any other notes with the code. I can also look up most other codes if needed..
Also, I'll take a look at the comments if they're still there.

I've got the Binary, Hex, and Base 64 codes decoded already (previous page).
Look at them with me, will you? I can't determine what codes are used for several of the messages. They're listed on my post last page going from top to bottom of her comments.

We need to find out what code is being used for the unknown messages I couldn't translate. However, the common thing is that he's been using computer code. However, he may have switched things up with the few messages that I couldn't decode. Which means the Substitution-type codes (H=a, j=Y), could've been used.

I think this might be of aid to you?
I plugged in one line of the 7th code over and over until I got something other than invalid input smile
I think the last one is Base 36. The 2nd unknown one.. I don't think has a code, it just seems like the sound shh and chhhssh, over and over. The first might also be identified using it.

I would've realized it if he was using a mixed letter code. He's using very largely unused codes to get our attention, and from what you've already decoded, you can probably guess what they all say. But, that still doesn't explain why he's leaving messages like this.
